Phoenix United is a Shopping Mall in Alambagh,Lucknow, where you can find a lot of major brands' showrooms.Other shopping centers are significantly more pricey...However, this mall is the greatest because it has a food court, a fun zone, a movie theater, adequate hygiene, and properly functioning elevators and escalators.Lucknow is also well known for his polite nature. Therefore, everyone acts in a decent manner.

This mall, Phoenix United Mall, is situated in LDA Colony just very close to Kanpur Road behind Piccadilly Hotel.
It’s not a very huge mall but a good decent one where you can find all the brands stores in clothing, shoes and other accessories segment including electronic accessories. There are good restaurants and food joints including McDonalds.
Reliance Store is also in the mall.
The parking facility is available here and it’s paid.
It’s very crowded on weekends and holidays.

It's good to explore different malls in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh. Pheonix United is a nice mall with beautiful infrastructure. The area is wide and spacious and there are many popular brands of fashion and sports to explore. The food court is quite big. However, the mall was less crowded during my visit on a weekend as compared to other malls in Lucknow. Overall a great place to explore and have some quality time with your friends and family.

The burger is just average! Chicken pieces were served cold and were not fresh obviously. I did not like the taste at all. And people reading this please ask your drink with less cubes it was tasteless soda that they gave me. I am really dissapointed by the taste. At a bill of 600₹+ I found it least satisfactory for two people. Lucknow's small hotels can beat this outlet's taste and service!

They charged me extra Rs. 142 for extra sauce, which they said will be an extra layer of sauce. Please look at the photo and tell me what extra cost worth Rs. 142 have they applied. Infact, there is no extra sauce at all, there is barely any sauce covering the bun. Highly disappointed. Very bad and unreasonable prices. Sadly i had it take away, so i didnt see this blunder till i got back home. Spicy chicken zinger not recommended at all. Its literally just a boneless fried chicken and a bun. For that u pay 141 for the burger and 142 for sauces that they dont apply at all.

perfect place for having chicken. I started eating chicken here only. The ambience is also good. The chicken bucket is the best thing over here. Also, the smoky grill is very very nice. The krushers are so good that you cannot stop at having only one lime krusher.<br/>For the vegetarians as well, the veg burger is pretty good and can be tried. The fries are fine, could get better.

KFC shop is located at top floor in the food court of the Phoenix mall. There is no doubt they serve the best fried chicken .<br/>We tried their mingle box which includes chicken wings ,boneless strips and popcorn chicken.<br/>Only one problem with the KFC is that all the three products have same taste in their coating.

Living in Lucknow with too many choices for non veg food leaves KFC dull, it seems costly . Slight disappointed with the staff behaviour , I asked for a tomato sauce sachet and she said we cannot give more than one( I was even willing to pay for sauce packets). As if they were expecting me to bring it from my home, I did not want to scold her but that's not how expect to be treated when I am paying a lot of money!!

Place is at the food court on top floor of mall. As usual i do not like fried chicken of KFC. Do not kill me. I went there and tried Chizza, which was an interesting turn of event but it was flop. This is hands down the worst KFC joint I have ever visited. They never serve fiery grilled, so all you really have is hot and crispy. To this, I must add it's neither hot nor crispy. The Chicken barely has any of the crispy skin that I love. Though it's cooked well, I don't get the nice flavours I am accustomed to. Very disappointing! The service is pretty slow. The staff is okay, not rude, so that's fine. But seriously, the food is extremely disappointing. And it's not about just one experience, I have been to this place thrice. Only once did I get anything close to the standard quality (the chicken popcorn). So all in all, a very dismal place which definitely needs to improve its standard!

KFC usually hires very competent staff as far as my observation goes. Don't really understand what really happened when this famous chain hired workers for its Alambagh chain. They have absolutely no idea of the food or the beverages. They keep on calling their colleagues for the billing coz i guess they weren't properly trained to handle such stuff. Spilled my cold drink, dropped my burger. Nothing qas wrong with the food but really really disappointed with the service.
