Place is ok.. You can sit peacefully and spend a simple & calm time with your loved ones and cherish the delicious food... Snacks, drinks, main course were yummm... Service is a bit slow but they attended very nicely...
One thing which I didn't like was..we had a reservation of hall area as were about 16-17 people and the seating was not clean, sofas were dusty ...

I ordered cheese naan with gravy and spring rolls, taste of both the items were pathetic. Not cooked properly, naan was not filled with any stuffing, it was as plain naan. Spring roll was overcooked. Pathetic experience

It is the worst thali i have ever had, plz my dear friends who ever read my review plz kindly dont even think of ordering thali from basant, this the worst in world. They tag it as chef special, but nothing was like that vegetables were rotten, dal was tasteless, rice was half boiled, vegetables were not cooked properly, panner was stale and rotten. I'm really upset with the restaurant . And I request all my dear friends to not waste there money by ordering this thali.

Food looked good but I am disappointed with the packing. It was simply packed with no seal of either zomato or Basant itself over it and since there was a very recent episode of breach in the protocol while delivering the order and order being tasted by the delivery boy. It was a matter of concern to receive such an open paking.<br/><br/>Please improve on packing and sealing of the food packets.<br/><br/>

One of the best place for Dine out in Jamalpur. Price are a little high but quantity counters that. Theme of the place will make you jealous of travelling the world. Try gravy chaap(Karahi) and it is yum. Garlic bread with toppings is good option in snacks. Russian salad is also good.

I admit I chose eating at this place the other day and I found myself regretting the decision. Not a place for you if you are super hungry and want something to gulp as they delay too much. The only thing that saves you from suing them is the quality of food otherwise the staff behaviour is not even close to nice.

Basant is a famous name in ludhiana and they have opened their new branch in 32 sec. We visited this place last month for late hour lunch as we were finding proper food near that area. We did not get proper food as we were late for lunch. We ordered fried rice, chilly paneer, Manchurian, dal fry, mix veg and naan. Food is supper delicious. Service is lil slow or may be we were too much hungry. Place is very neat n clean but not spacious. prices are good.. they charged 650/- only for 4 people. its a good family food point. Will defiantly visit soon.

Sec 32 is growing on its own pace,pizza hut,subway,dominos n now basant..so far only ordered for home delivery from this outlet,the other day went to check out the place,its in basement n having good sitting arrangement..when ordered for home delivery,it was a kiddie party..regular items like noodles n manchurian were tasty,surprised one was well cooked grilled sandwich..Try champs,specially malai chaamp,its just perfect..milk badam n fruit ice cream,as we all know..same great taste..on the spot,they delay for orders,but home delivery is fast..
