The best place to get the tailored made subs and that goes to the subway chain. The outlet I visited was good, but it seemed as if there were new employees who were a bit confused(they have a good no.of them) and there was some communication gaps related to some ongoing offers

This outlet unlike the ones in malls, offers much better and personalized service. Quality of food is never a doubt at Subway because they maintain their standards across the globe. Healthy food at reasonable prices is a double win situation. Though don't be surprised if you see Punjabis ordering 'healthy'. Best¡¡¡ one i have ever seen.... best sub here is a paneer tikka sub which is nothin else but superb! its insane as the mint sauce insane...

While ordering online, they won't allow us picking more than 3 sauces & I don't think this kind of restrictions has been put by subway itself but by this specific civil lines franchise. So i don't think as it's worth ordering as the reason people buy from subway is only because of freedom for customisibility and healthy. Also sometimes options to add some vegetables are also disabled.

I got terribly packed Italian B.M.T. sub that was cold and inedible, the lettuce was missing from the sub even though it was selected. it was delivered 1.25 hrs after placing the order. it was a horrible experience.

Couteous staff. Fresh ingredients. Love the way they don't pinch on sauces or stuffing. Love to have their TUNA Salad. I once spilled my drink by mistake while leaving the counter and they were nice enough to replace it at no cost. Half star extra for this. Love visiting this outlet👍

Better than any other subway in ludhiana. The staff is polite, experienced and quick. The make your sub according to your preferences and know how to properly fill all the meat in your sub without falling out. Also the bread and cookies are always fresh.

As a completely personal review I'd say that it is the best place to grab a subway since it's just at a walking distance from my place at old DMC ug girls hostel. Being a die hard fan of their chicken seekh sub, 95% of my orders are this. I prefer it without cheese, tomatoes and mustard and mayonnaise. My favorite bread is their Parmesan oregano 🌿 🍞 I have a double choco chip cookie 🍪 once in a while whenever on cheat mode 🙈 Also their delivery services are fast except on Saturdays when the place gets all filled up. It sure is my hunger pang reliever ❤️️

Well me & my friends were hanging around fountain chownk Ludhiana. So one my friend told me about a good subway outlet which was this one (civil lines). So we went there and had paneer sub. Sub was perfectly made, I really liked it !

Never expected this place to have gone down so badly. There is a peculiar nauseating smell that engulfs the place. And I'm not taking about the smell of meat that hits you as you enter the place. It's something else, entirely, that stays with you and ruins a couple of meals more. The staff is friendly and respectful, but how can you blame them when The management is so unconcerned about hygiene and such "frivolous" things. Ugh. Not visiting again!

The convenient Subway Sandwiches in Ludhiana's cleanest Subway. A good neighbourhood. No parking issues! Breads finish by late afternoon, but fresh are available just 2 hours after that. Staff is a little stiff but you gotta speak back to tame them. Rest all is good!! My neighbourhood Subway.

Attitude of the staff is very bad. They rarely make the effort to make the ordering process faster. They consistently make the same mistakes despite giving them clear instructions about toppings. Further, the quantity of the toppings on each sub is very very little and the staff shows attitude when asked to increase the quantity of any topping. Lettuce being served is never fresh. Chicken items through my last experience were smelly. It's not what it used to be!

Best part about Subway is its "No guilty food" its fresh, its low cal and more or less healthy too. Subway have some four outlets in ludhiana and if you want good sandwich,cozy sitting with good music then go to its cementery road wali outlet its really good. Staff is courteous, they know how to make sandwich. Lovely place must go.

Freshly bakes breads and veggies - when in a mood for change for something healthy - this is one option. However, late afternoon's they are usually out of breads and have one of them only which sucks, always try the veggie versions as the meat does not look fresh or pleasing enough. Now that the oven in this outlet is fixed, earlier on they used to microwave the bread when asking them to warm up the cheese which would make the bread which would make it all soggy.
