Ordered a Iced Flat Mocha. They brewed Hit Mocha instead. When asked to make the correction, the staff acted really rudely. And instead gave really bad coffee.

Seems like reviews for this location are all over the place from great to worst ever. Maybe I got lucky as I had quite a positive experience, but at the end of the day its best to remember that it is a chain coffee shop so set your expectations accordingly.<br/><br/>I ordered a regular latte and a chocolate tiffin. It was mid afternoon so not too many pastries or desserts to pick from other than four different types of muffins that didn't look that inviting. The server asked if I wanted my chocolate tiffin warmed and I decided that would probably work so she said go sit down and she delivered my coffee and tiffin to my table, with a smile, so nothing bad to say about that level of service.<br/><br/>My coffee was quite tasty, although I do find Costa Coffee slightly weaker than some of the other coffee shops. I don't mind a weaker blend, but if you like your coffee stronger then I would suggest you ask for an extra shot. I also prefer my coffee in a paper cup or mug rather than the glass container it is served in but I don't think it impacts the flavor, just my own preference. My tiffin was tasty although too big for one (unless you love a sugar rush) but perfect to share. The tiffin is different from the ones served in London, no fruit and a slightly different chocolate topping, and a larger square rather than triangle.<br/><br/>I like the location of this shop as it is slightly tucked away in a corner so you can enjoy a coffee away from the hustle and bustle of the mall. It wasn't very busy so lots of free tables were on offer for my visit. Nothing much to look at as its near the road out the side of the mall.

Very bad service. There was a fly in my coffee and the manager tells me it must have fallen while u were drinking, you did not put a lid, this is not our problem. never expected this from Costa. Never ever visiting any Costa outlet again<br/>

18/06/18.Just visited silver arc mall and ate puff pastries,brownies and cold coffee I loved them they were not perfect but still good . Flavor was also average but can be the best . Ambience of the mall is really appreciating . Costa coffee can be more better. I rated 4(actual rating is 3) because I hope it can be more better .It's a visitor's hope so Costa coffee cannot deny it.😊😊👍👍best of luck for next time.

I tried coffee frostino. Must say its quite filling and yum! The consistency is quite dense which makes it much more delicious.. It might be a bit on the costlier side, but it is definately a must try

very very bad hospitality,,, the person was just on the phone and was not even bothered to listen... he was putting his fone on hold to take an order and when i got the order done,, i got a very tastless coffee and his response was mam it will be like dis only ,, we cant do anythn.... wat rubbish i paid d whole amount and had just a sip,,, will never go again

Located in the mall that too on the ground floor u might end up screaming rather than talking with your friend because of the noise surrounding you. So not quite a place where one would like to go and relax and have a nice conformable chat with someone. <br/>Coffee is nothing special. Just regular coffees if you ordered a hot one. Cold coffee might feel like there's a lack of ingredients in the city. You might like the seats atleast you can sit comfortably and read a book if you are alone.

Bekaar coffee corner, incorporating staff, wastage of time, they need some experience about dealing with consumer so please start training classes for Costa staff

This is a place for people who love strong coffee.<br/>The taste is wonderful and the ambience too matches the ones like that of the other stores.<br/>The latte tastes wonderful with their unique assortment of cookies. The snacks do not deserve that much of a mention but yes if you are a lover bird and need budget good place to hang around yes this is the place to move in.

Costa coffee at the silverarc mall was not like the costa coffees i had been before.<br/>I expected some exotic taste when i ordered a creamy blended cooler- Belgian chocolate with icecream(worth rs205!).<br/>But i was disappointed to see vanilla icecream in it.The drink also had a much familiar taste(though i had not tasted this before). Suddenly i realised it tasted more or less like COMPLAN.<br/>The spicy paneer calzone i ordered was good, but the paneer curry inside tasted more like north indian rather than any italian. Though clean in other aspects, there were flies in there.<br/>to summarise:- though ranked India's #1 as per the statement issued by right choice magazine i the year 2012(as their long bill claims), i dont recommend this costa coffee

For everyone who like their coffee nice and strong this is the place to be. The sizes they offer are also bigger that any other coffee house. I had a regular cappuccino and the size was around the same as king size of CCD.
