Dominos doesn't need any introduction about their Pizzas, so this review is about Dugri Dominos only. They are very slow in their service, their restaurant smells bad sometimes because of the washroom inside. I had a Pizza last week itself again, cleanliness was there but again their service was slow.

One of the older eateries on Phase-1 , Dugri Road Ludhiana.
On an Autumn Saturday evening we decided to order a Barbeque Chicken Pizza.
Parked our vehicle a few blocks away as this parking gets congested with lots of two wheelers and four wheelers.
Dominos is extremely spacious,tables were neat and clean , service was prompt , the staff wore their masks and adhered to Counter COVID Protocols.
We walked away with a smile.

I have visited this place many times, but this time ,my experience at the place pushed me to write for the manager ( Mr. Sunil ) and team (Specially Ms. Pushpa at desk ). Even though there was a small card payment issue, but Ms. Pushpa and manager Sunil handled it very well. And as they already realized that it got some time to get the order placed because of the network failure during card payment, they processed for my order on prompt basis.
They are doing all in a well hospitalized manner, which is very much needed in the sector to keep the customer happy.
A big thanks to manager and the young polite spoken lady Pushpa for the service.

Shame on dominos and its staff... my order took 1.30 hr but still not ready... staff named Navjot Singh showed to much attitude in delivering the order that he reached my home and again took back the order back to dominos...they did this drama for 2 hrs till 11.15pm.. disgusting service., dugri branch is black spot on the name of dominos.

We usually dine in Dominos or take away our order but it was the first time I ordered it through zomato and the pizza reached us at about 100 minutes with no refund or other compensation from zomato,the cheese burst pizza was tasty with toppings of veggies although the pizza when reached was cold but zomato was responsible for the deliverh not dominos so i would have rated high if I would have recieved a hot and yummy cheese burst pizza.

We ordered pizzas from dugri dominos ludhiana and were guaranteed delivery in 30 mins. We get a call from dominos after 40 minuted that they cannot deliver and we need to pick it up ourselves. The lady who called was not even apologetic. What a shame such bad service from such a known chain.

To owner or senior management of dominos...If one franchise is not able for home delivery in our locality then pls Open another franchisee in the locality of qwality chownk so that here people can also enjoy home deliveries most of my knowns and frnds are sad because here home delivery stopped from few months...and unfortunately they are getting attracted towards another restaurants...i hope this locality issue resolve as soon as possible!
