Awesome place to visit if you have interest to explore the historical wars and the armed forces. The museum gives you the vast knowledge of battles and the armed forces of that time . The weapons are well illustrated inside the museum . You will also enjoy the greenery and the site of the army tank and their aircrafts Overall a nice place.

It’s nice place to visit . Museum is nice but not that much maintained inside the rooms . Outside garden is well maintained and decorated. Ticket price is low so everyone can visit here . War time things are kept here . We can use cameras and click photos and videos here . I have already made a blog on it must watch my channel name SHIVAM SACHAN you can visit here with your family. The largest city in the state of Punjab, Ludhiana is one of the most popular places to visit in the state - Maharaja Ranjit Singh War Museum - Spread over an area of four acres, this museum came into existence in the year 1999. Located on GT Road in Ludhiana, Maharaja Ranjit Singh War Museum Not only pays tribute to the soldiers but also educates the citizens of India about the role of defence. An imposing statue of Maharaja Ranjit Singh sitting proudly on the throne welcomes you as you enter. There are 12 galleries with exhibits from different divisions. Photographs of various Chakra winners, Chief Marshals, Generals and Admirals are displayed in the main hall. Of Punjab. Two magnificent lawns display trophies of the Navy, Army and Air Force. A major attraction of this museum is the light and sound show which tells the story of the freedom struggle and the role of the brave soldiers of Punjab in it.

Great War Museum, Every Indian must Visit this place. Various Wars and Historical indian battles information for Kids.War fighter planes, Cannons and Tanks to watch. No restaurant or Canteen available for Food but drinking water is available. Photography is Allowed. No Parking for Cars but enough space on road to Park. Tickets-40/- for Adults valid for 2 hours that's enough. For kids to Enjoy more,Zoo and Tiger 🐯 safari there nearby at the walking distance.

14th July, 2021. Adult Ticket is of Rs 40. Ticket valid for 2 hours, which is enough. Its nice place to visit if you are nearby. Have some tanks, mig27, sukhoi 7, some old weapons (specially of second world war time) and their models. Pictures of kargil warriors. I visited on wednesday. Not crowded. Very Peacefull. Seems safe to visit alone, with family or for couples. Photography allowed. Cleanliness well maintained. Drinking water facility available. Attached to it, there is zoo and tiger safari available few meters ahead. Unfortunately it is still temporarily closed due to covid.

As I love historical places. Maharaja Ranjit Singh was a great Sikh warrier. Still people of panjab are seeking his Rajbhag. Everything is kept carefully. Must visit. You will feel everything. Must visit. Only if you are a Historical lover.

The Great War Museum sounds like an interesting place for those interested in Indian history and military artifacts. It's great that they allow photography and provide drinking water. The nearby zoo and tiger safari could make it a full day of exploration for families.

Best place to travel,in just 50 ruppees you saw all the memories of the war and other thing like tank and aircraft, submarine, the guns they used, the system they use to communicate with each other , and the soldier who died but they are immortal in our memories

It is very good place to visit here you can see the tanks, fighter plane and exhibition area also here all old weapons are those were used in the ancient time during the war also cleanliness is very good moreover in this particular place they shows one realistic movie through sculptures which they have made also to visit in this place is value for money and you visit here with your family members also.
