Hotel Gowri Krishna is located on the bye pass road, Madurai. It's a pure vegetarian hotel. Neatly maintained. Good ambience. Good customer service. Rates are reasonable. Taste of the food is ok. One full meals costs Rs.130/-. Kootu,poriyal,appalam,paayaasam,curd are ok. Sweets and snacks are also available. Fresh fruit juice also available. Adequate car parking facility is available.

Lot of places in madurai to have .But our man stopped here while going to temple .It's a breakfast time it was so perfect to have here .Crowded so I know that it's going to be awesome .We had a table and ordered food and then waiter were great and the place is full of damped crowd .The food came fast ,sooper tasty and the sambar is also good with no extra masala and all .All were great to have .Big thanks and good for good food providing .

Visit early morning. Tried Poori and Pongal and both were nice. Poori was quite light and tasted good with urlakalangu masala. Had enough space for car parking.

This is the first restaurant where I ate in Madurai on my way from the airport to Kodaikanal and I was just astonished by the taste of dosas, Vada, Poori, Pongal and sweets especially Kova and Badam Halwa. The filter coffee after a good breakfast was the cherry on the top.

Very courteous staff. Excellent food. Good variety. Great location. Best part is they're very serious about implementing management's policy of 'No tips'. Overall, great value for money.

Gowri Krishna has always been by favorite restaurant. I have been eating here since childhood and the quality of food is just amazing. The price of food is very reasonable considering the quantity of food and service. A must go for everyone who wants to enjoy tasty food along with friends and family.

Excellent veg Restaurant. South Indian meals is very good and cost is Rs.170/- if you sit in ac room. Meals cost is Rs.130/- in non ac room. You will get all south and north Indian items here like biriyani and Roti. They are not taking any tips even though I have offered which impressed me lot

Nice experience with reasonable prices.. polite and attentive service. Worth a visit ! Those who allergy of extending Tips can enjoy more. Servers don't expect it. Useful and polite instructions (for customers) on the Walls around.

We ordered Chole batura, pepper idli and pista milkshake. Chole batura and channa masala was good 5/5 Pepper idli was not upto mark. It was nothing but fried mini idli. 2/5 Pista milkshake . Not made well. 2/5 Car parking security was working very sincerely doing tough task of assisting parking and taking out. Service by servers fast. Lot of rush in the evening hours.
