Review Andhra Curry - Madurai

My favourite restaurant for Andhra style food. Their veg lunch is amazing. They give a ginger welcome drink to start with. The gongura chutney and pickle are yummy. At other restaurants they usually serve the rice podi and ghee. Here they place it on your table and it's unlimited to have the ghee or podi. Though a bit spicy, it's very tasty. Their guntur chicken, mirapakaya chicken and gongura chicken are not to be missed dishes. They also sell the authentic Andhra rice podi at the front counter. The final touch of 'neiseeval' and sugar coated roasted rice is just yummy.

Went for lunch. Overall the experience was very nice. The quantity and quality of the food is good. Price is also reasonable.

Unplanned visit….entrance was small but dining area upstairs is spacious…. Had mutton Briyani….tasty and cost was cheap for the taste we got….not much of waiting time….overall had a Happy Meal😊

Really nice place to enjoy homely food. The place feels as if you came to some relative's place and having some awesome food. The staff are friendly and if you are confused by the menu don't shy to ask for suggestions. By the way mutton biryani is awesome and so is the custered pudding. Will also suggest to try their thali and how can i forget the welcome drink in shot glass. By the way alcohol is strictly prohibited here. Only downside if you absolutely want to find one will be the price. Comparatively it's a bit costly.

Good place for nonveg lover, hot spicy and good ambience. what i didn't like: card machine never works falooda was just ice cream, would love to hav some milk or basundi, bcos thats how faloodas are. 5 stars if card machine was working

Delicious food in a very clean restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot and sour soups was savoury and satisfying. Best version of the dish I've had in a long time. Both their species were also quite good, Multigrain roti and Mongolian chicken.

They have a good dining space for a small gathering and vegan food was also delicious here

Food was good. Don't miss to try their Briyani, and Guntur Chicken.

Best Andhra Style Cuisine in Madurai City.. Easy to Reach... Must Try Phulka and Jeera Rice

Spicy lover?! YESS!!!!!! try all their marked special dishes of their restaurant! My personal favourite is their butter chicken and special Hyderabadi chicken! and their roti and al type of gravy's! So it's one best to to go with family and friends and as couples! they provide all the good foods in the best ambience! so cheers!

I ordered through Uber eats 50% offer for 60₹ Overall it's good. Taste is ok and quantity also. 4/5

One of the good place recently I ate.. Their briyani was too good .. Prawn 65 is my favourite.. They can improve chicken varieties.. Worth the money .. quantity and quality of the food is good

Wrost briyani...

This hotel is worth for itz fish Sholay kebab which I haven’t tasted any wer so far not even 5 star hotels serve it ! It’s not lyk usual fish chilly ! The taste is kinda different one ! Itz little time consuming and crowded place and staffs are ok ! Ambience is also ok ! Bt worth the visit and 2 Nd visit also for itz food taste !

Ordered Biryani .. taste was not up to the mark .... <br/>V had visited restaurant several times and had food thr.. taste was awesome .. but y d food served through parcel was not good..<br/>Restaurant may pl look into the issue..

Taste is so good.. I am not from madurai basically.. While trying out in so many restaurants, I rate Andhra Curry as the best other than the local parotta shops of madurai, which of course are the best 👍 Try and keep up the same standard and improve if needed.. All the best 👍

They are serving some wonderful biriyani and a mouth watering meals. A must try for Andhra food lovers and Kudos to the team for their hospitality.

Ordered a mid day meals. No chance. Yummy delicious meal. Packages were really good. Paruppu podi with ghee. Curd. Gravy and rasam. Everything is yummy. Hats off Andra curry.

Biriyani will always be an Indian favourite, and while many worship at the altar of amsavalli and Kumar mess, I'm personally very fond of the biriyani in Andhra curry, which is served hot and steaming, in an earthen pot. The curries are sensational- the Andhra chicken curry and Guntur chicken curry taste great with rotis and naans.

The place welcomes you with a complimentary drink. The food is cooked to perfection with the right amount of spices. We ordered quite a number of dishes: masala fried fish, fish roast, jeera rice, naan, methi mutton, hyderabadi chicken. Out of all the dishes, masala fried fish was the best. Also enjoyed methi mutton curry which tastes different from other restaurants here. Though it's quite expensive but a must try atleast once when in Madurai.

Really Love their Veg Thali, which had too many items. But it was Extremely Spicy. It had Steamed Rice, Sambar, Rasam, Kootu, Curry, Payasam and some More. One of the Best in Madurai for Spicy Lovers.

I ordered a plain rice.. Oh sad.. Not got any type of curry... No sambar or nothing received..<br/><br/>Fast delivery by zomato deliver boy..<br/><br/>Normally I order plain biriyani from other hotels and they give some salads and tomato and onion mix..

Food is worst I placed order for pot biriyani but he get it me the normal biriyani with full oil. The taste is worst I will not prefer this restaurant...
