The restaurant ambience and food is awesome and they also serve liquor in restaurant too
And Mr.Praveen kumar person who served us was so polite and he handled everything with good care
Heritage Madurai Resort, where Banyan Restaurant is there is awesome. Though Staff was friendly, cooperative, helpful and good, but because less availability of North Indian food I gave 3 Stars. Buffet dinner was finished at 1000 p.m. against the time of 1030 p.m. and the staff was reluctant in serving the food.

Very nice place to hang out with family in Madurai.. restaurant price were much reasonable when compared to other posh restaurants... Very good ambience.. the dishes were good too.. good authentic South Indian taste.. definitely recommend them!!

Nice restaurant... relaxing place...will have great time with our loved ones ..heritage their motto!!in the entrance,people in reception said vanakkam, it looks awesome...in part of food-too costly, don't try briyani it Will cheat you, other foods are nice....must try stuffed mushrooms worth to eat and yummy too🍽️🍄🥘...the foto of the interior of the restaurant I have added, it looks amazing and neat.

We had buffet dinner and breakfast during our stay in Madurai Heritage. There is a wide range of food from many different parts of the world, and extras on special orders if you need. Mix of western and traditional Indian dishes.
Service and environment were top notch.View from this restaurant is serene and green.The staff were friendly and helpful.
This restaurent is open not only for people who stays at Heritage but Dine-in facility is also available. Should try dum parotta and chatti choru from here.
Went for dinner buffet. Special arrangements have been made for valentine's day. Ambience was very pleasing and food was tasty.
