As like KFC advertises it's really finger lickin good The outlet is located at bypass kalavasal and it has its own parking at the front ,easy to reach via bus r auto The service is really good and at times they take a bit long to deliver ur order so it's good to order in their app while u are going to the outlet and get ur order and enjoy your food We stayed literally for 3 hrs chatting with my frnds none of the staff asked us We had our food, enjoyed it

Very nice dinning good service very spicy and crispy chicken good warm welcoming customers supporting peoples nice seating arrangements. Had a lot of space between chairs just chilling ourselves made a fine day with lot of gun full-filled. Expecting home delivery service from the restaurant. Every one knows about it so I don't wanna say anything new about the KFC chicken point but in Madurai KFC all kind of chicken varieties are nice , especially smoky red chicken is one of the best for me, burger, and chicken wrap also good in taste.... Waiting time here tooooo long they need to arrest the waiting time so that everyone love to eat there and quickly move on to their work ... And some suggestions to KFC Madurai after this pandemic situation everyone is love visiting this place they are also following the SOP of Covid-19 better in the way but kindly clean and clear the table quickly after the person complete his food so that the new comers to the shop will love to sit and eat there ... Give some extra plates to hold the food for the additional support to keep the tables clean to avoid wasting the food in the table.... Water for childrens is also essential need do that ...

After long time went for KFC taste. Foods are as usual nothing new . Hot and Crispy ,Smoky Grill all are tastes good . Dining area is neatly maintained. Parking place also properly segregated. Background themes in the wall is quite impressive as like usual KFC restaurants. Toilet cleanliness was not good. Covid protocols were followed which is quite appreciable. Overall Good experience .

The Real truth is No one can replace the Kfc taste😻💐Eating more than 100times almost . 😻💐one thing i want tel the amount of tomato chass they providing is too less .. i ordered 10 piece hot crispy combo.. they provide me in just 2 chass.. kindly provide more chass to the customers .

In staearing days I would get big big peices..but now they have reduced the size of the stripe and increased the price too...<br/>Taste is good...but cost is very high for middle class guys like me..!!! Pls reduce the cost or increase the quantity of the foods...otherwise everything is good!!!

Simply superb had in home, A different experience taking KFC at home, I am always take dine in KFC but now with Zomato we taken dine in home.

Very worst KFC i ever had. Ordered Big 8, 5 pc grilled, chicken longer, pepsi, and dips. Big 8 broast having too much oil. Grilled chicken is nit up to the mark. Which means masala is not proper. Looks like a local masala. They dont have garlic dips.

Very bad quality of food compared to other kfc 👍🏻and also the food is not hot while serving it ! The food gets cooled and totally disappointed on this branch

If iam with my buddies and hungry that can't be eased, the only place I go iss KFC. The place is good, the bucket chicken is my favourite I buy crushers and mojito. Next time iam thinking about tasting burgers which I usually don't eat here.

Grabbed the Wednesday offer..12 strips with 4 dips buckyet for 350...But the it came up to 385 inclusive of packaging charges and GST..Taste was really awesome...Juicy tenders ran through my mouth...But gave 4 stars since I got only 10 pieces of strips and the packaging charges...Soo Please ensure the no. of pieces before delivery..#peaceout🤘

Service is below average. I ordered zinger box (dine in) and they forgot to give choco pie in it. After sometime when I realised it and went to ask .... They gave me in a way as if it's my mistake and didn't even apologize me for their mistake...poor service I must say

Toooooo late delivery from kfc very bad experience

Went there on the very first day the outlet was opened.  Since then, have went there multiple times.  <br/><br/>Honestly, it is the same as we find in all other outlets across India.  Decent outlet, with good ambience and floor space.<br/><br/>I had always liked the paneer zinger there, but for some reasons KFC had stopped it.  Hope they bring it back again.

package charges was in wanted that 25% as package charges made me to think on future orders at any city KFC available, having gold membership no use either.<br/>

Chicken is not so good. Waiters are not so professional. Good ambience. Dishes are not upto the level these days. Totally disappointed with their deliveries and preparation time. Fried chicken is not juicy but dry. It used to be my favourite hangout place. RIP KFC!!!

Delivered in 1 hour 😢 Burger was good .. But chicken was not good.. some pieces were black and not fresh 😣 chicken rice was bad .. only burgers are great 😇

Not satisfied. The chicken was not fried properly. Seems to be done in a hurry. Charged Rs. 35 for delivery while ordering. Again the delivery boy (Zomato) demanded Rs. 20 for delivery.

not worth for cost

Chicken undercooked. Tasteless and dry. KFC has lost its trademark flavor. When complain submitted very poor response, like they get lots of it and it doesn't matter anymore.

There is delay in delivery of items. Sometimes due to crowd our delivery get delayed and it makes us to wait for a long time than usual timing. Ambience is good. They too get feedback from us and keep on responding to those feedbacks.

Food is up to the standard, we need space for kids to play like marry brown . Staff are look unprofessional, parking space is good, rest all ok .
