Really good ambiance and calm place 5* any time for that.. We have ordered some shakes and pizza.. Shakes were not good at all, not worth.. But Pizza were well prepared and delicious..

Vashisht is quite noisy, but a series of stairs take you to a relatively silent corner with much better views. They have good standards of hygiene and a beautiful garden which is very well maintained, it has a swing too! The pizzas have very thin crust, so you won't be disappointed on any order. They have a very clean washroom!

Nice, tucked away lovely location with open air seating. Good pizza. Ravioli sheets were rolled a bit too thick to enjoy. Bruschetta was basically toast with toppings. Dessert was delicious.

We found this place by chance. We knew the moment we walked in that the food would be good. But it was so good that it blew our minds. Chef Josepp's food was a true delight. Best Italian food I've had and not just in Manali.

Amazing Italian food, actually cooked by an Italian chef, who will also bowl you over with his hospitality and kindness. Some of the ingredients are grown in the garden around the restaurant. Some of the best wood-fired pizzas and pastas I've had. Breakfast options are pretty limited, you'll probably do better in other places around town for that.

This season they are closed. They serve the best Italian food in the whole of Manali. We miss you a lot. Please do open up next season. Looking forward to the best experience of my life at your place.

The hotel is run by an Italian lady ....very friendly staff...food is little expensive ..a normal tea can cost hundred rupees..but the rooms are not expensive u can get a decent place to stay for thousand rupees per day..we got drenched in rain before coming g to this place they offered us iron to warm our clothes and we were thankful for the same.

Nice ambience with some authentic Italian food. Pizza is awesome and so is pasta. A bit on the expensive side but it's worth every buck you pay.

Place has great music unfortunately I din ate anything so can't say anything about food. But yes good place. Love the ambience

Not a lot of people can make a simple Margarita Pizza taste brilliant. Rose Garden can. A thin layer of tomatoes and a few basil leaves on a wafer thin crust cooked to absolute perfection makes the most amazing pizza ever. Every item on the menu is similar in experience - in a class of its own. A friend and I are regulars and we tried the pizzas, the bruschettas (their zucchini bruschetta is the best!), fruit salad (with museli, curd, honey and roasted seeds), their coffee (flavored with really good honey from Kerala), pan fried trout and their chocolate lava cake so far. None was below a 9 on 10. This is a true gourmet restaurant with splendid ambiance. The place you want to be if you're willing to spend a little extra for a much higher dining experience.

Had the most amazing food ....service was excellent... My son enjoyed it so much,we landed up gng there thrice in 2 days

Really lovely location! We had a coffee here after visiting the temple of Vashisht. The Garden is beautiful and the service very friedly.

The best food you could find in manalu and nearby. Rosalba and sudhakar are the best hosts. All home grown organic ingredients and amazing Italian food .
