Review Sanadige, Mangalore - Mangalore

This place serves mangalorean and Chinese. This is where they serve morning breakfast as well. Ambience is okay kinds however the food and service are of pretty high standard. We ordered rava fried fish for starters and followed by mangalorean spl chicken I can't remember the name. Food was pretty good and they served some pappad in a cart kind of setup. It was nice. I liked the taste, it's pretty good can't vouch if it's authentic mangalorean but it was pretty tasty. If you staying in Mangalore goldfinch hotel, for sure this is worth trying once. Their service is pretty decent. Over all I liked that place it was quiet and nice.

This is a fine dine restaurant specialising in coastal cuisine and located in Goldfinch hotel. The ambience is good with ample seating space for ~100 pax. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and can be reserved only via EasyDiner. We got a good seating having good view of the city scape. We had the following: Chicken Manchow Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Cream of Chicken Soup, South Indian Non Veg Platter, Paneer Satay, Sanadige Basket, Kori Kundapuri. In beverages, we had blueberry Lemonade, Butter Milk, Berry Sweet heart, Aamras, Kokam Kadi, Yelaki Nimbe Sharbat, Elaneeru Shunti, Sharbat, Litchi Surprise, Strawberry Chiller, Vanilla Ice Cream, Elaneer Payasam. We did try silver fish rawa fry but didn't like it as it wasn't descaled properly and staff took it back when highlighted. The highlight of the order was the South Indian Chicken Platter which had five different type of chicken preparation with portion size enough for 6 pax. It's originally has mutton and fish too but we requested to have all chicken and the staff obliged. The sana dige basket consists of appam, neer dosa, Kotte and pundi. The staff are courteous and Sachindra and Ganesh were really helpful in suggesting food items. While price is slightly on the higher side, the taste was good of all items ordered were good except the fish and quantity was good too. A good option to explore while in Mangalore.

This is a nice well maintained restaurant located in the 8th floor of Gold finch. They serve food and alcohol. The staff here is very friendly. The food quality and taste is good. Customers who book rooms in gold finch get complimentary breakfast at the restaurant. Parking should not be an issue, they have valet parking.

We hosted a family dinner for 20 and thoroughly enjoyed it overall. Ambience: top floor, temperature controlled, well lit with sofa/chair options, including outdoor air cooled options available. Good views of Mangalore city πŸ™οΈ. Food: we enjoyed salads, chicken lollipop, malai broccoli, paneer fry, harabhara kebab, roti, mixed veg curry, butter chicken, fish (Anjal) fry, neeru dosa, fried rice, curd rice. All great quality and recommended. Drink: super chilled beer and a good selection of cocktails. Staff organised a small welcome drink fruit punch. Kids loved it. Staff: very courteous, kind and accommodating staff. Desserts: bonda payasam is unique and tastes great although a bit too sweetish for some. Ice-cream especially Mango was cool.

Food and service are of pretty high standard. It's a little expensive comparatively but ok.
