Liquid lounge has been a go to pub in Mangalore for a quick drink or lazy weekends as well. Service is good and their food is top notch, nothing to complaint. Only issue is to find parking on a weekend or even a weekday as there are a lot of businesses around it. But if you're in Mangalore, you must give it a try.

Timeless pub for the locals. They've been consistently serving strong cocktails and delicious food for nearly 2 decades that I've been coming here for. Love nearly all the starters, chicken nuggets being a favorite and chicken/egg ghee roast rice for mains.

They play the best music in town, Good old classic hits! Except the crowd which gets crazy after 8pm... So if you wana make sure you get a table.. you need to reach early or reserve... I should tell you this, the food is amazing here! They have a beautiful variety of good food. I tried Chicken stuffed with spinach, Garlic bread with cheese, prawn ghee roast and sizzlers. All the dishes were soo good! Coming to service, this guy Sandeep the waiter greets everyone with a broad smile and suggests according to the crowd size and taste. Would love to come back to this place when in Mangalore

The place has an Amazing ambience. Really loved the vibes here. Food was pretty good too. The beer was chilled and great. Chicken Mongolian was yum. Chicken Ghee Roast Tawa was another favourite. A lovely place to spend one's evenings at. Service was satisfactory. Would certainly visit again.

The most chilled out place I've ever been to. Food is amazing, the pork pepper fry and the pork ribs are simply amazing. The spiced fried chicken will give KFC a run for their money. The chicken was softand juicy from the inside and crispy on the outside with the greatest music collection. The staff was friendly and very courteous.

Well what do I say about this place . It has been a pub which most of us in Mangalore have visited since our early college days . Pure nostalgia for most of us . It's one among the most happening pubs of mangalore . We all have grown up with those old classic hits that's played at this Place always . It's Crowded most of the days and you will find a tablet provided you come early or reserve a Table in advance. It's a mix of young and old crowd these days . I have been visiting this place for the last 20 years. The place & the food bring me comfort. The quality & consistency of the food have remained the same over 20 years while they continue to add new recipes to the menu. The service is brilliant. The music is good, sometimes a little too loud, but most times, add a charm to the place. All in all, my favourite place in Mangalore.

Hands down the best pub in Mangalore. Period. My favourite place since forever. Being a regular customer to this place I can say that this is the only place which serves yummy food at affordable prices. They have 3 sections. The old one which has a darker ambience and the music is comparatively loud. The second one is the newly started family friendly section where the music is less louder and more brighter. They also have an outdoor section. The place gets pretty crowded during weekends and a must visit if you are into classic rock songs or in a mood to listen to good songs and get a break from the typical nonsensical current songs. Coming to food, the squid butter garlic is a must try. Squid is perfectly cooked to perfection and generously topped with cream. The famous kheema rice is another must try. The thread chicken is another unique dish which comes with a spicy chilly sauce and the flavours are amazing. Tandoori items aren't available in the noon. They accept both cash and card.. In desserts, there is doughnut vanilla ice cream and caramel custard. Both the desserts are good. And regarding the service, the staff is really good and service is amazing. Being a girl, I must say this is the only place where I can go alone and have a drink and yet feel safe because the service of the staff is professional and very courteous. If.you are ever in Mangalore please do visit this place.

A very chill vibe good music and very comfortable. The food here is good and the Staff aswell. Love the cozy ambience here one place to just chill with some good food and good company. I had chicken bon chilli its was good, Pork pepper i dint like it that much. All time fav kheema rice and my new fav here chicken Stroganoff its too good very delicious! Pastas are amazing sply the spicy sausage pasta.

The Liquid Lounge has become a brand in mangalore for a reason. No one can just complete the mangalore trip without visiting this awesome place. Foods that are served here are of wide range from typical North Indian dish to fancy continental Chinese etc etc. Which are no doubt tasty. The bar has nice collection of drinks and cocktail. Visited this restaurant last evening and sat in the section to the right. The music was not too loud and we could speak without much of a hassle. <br/><br/>The food was delectable. <br/><br/>We ordered :-<br/>1) Lemon Chicken- juliennes/pieces of chicken with the right dash of lemon, right way to balance the taste buds. <br/><br/>2) Olives, Jalapeño & Cheese Bites- goes well with your drink with that gust of spice coming through the jalapeño <br/><br/>3) Cheese & Garlic Naan- well made, not too oily or buttery.<br/><br/>4) Threaded Chicken - only dish which was average<br/><br/>5) Anjal Keema Rice - star of the evening . An old timer in the pub scene of Mangalore and a constant up header in quality. The food is delicious and they layout is well thought off. A smoking zone for the lover of the cigs, An inside seating area with partition one for the music lovers who Want to have a drink and the other a quiet seating area for a pleasant conversation. The keema rice I believe is a family recipe from the ages of the Grandfather of the owner and A must try. I know this is going onto my list of must eat in Mangalore when ever I travel there. The Pomfret green masala is delicious and a perfect companion for your drinks.

Liquid Lounge also known as LL holds lot of memories from my college days till date.This is indeed a special place. There are two different sections with one side playing loud n nice music and the other side being more suited for families. Food served here are just perfect and goes very well with the ambience and d music. Weekends it would usually be very crowded. Overall a place I would recommend anyone and everyone to visit.

It's an absolute favorite and one of my most visited places in Mangalore. Mind you I'm speaking from a foodie point of view.<br/>My favorite item on the menu is 3 in one rice. You get nicely spiced fried rice between two modest sized heaps of chicken and prawns. What more could anyone ask for? It's a blast of flavors. I don't recommend the starters, they could be seasoned better. But rest of the menu is worth trying. Also, most of my happiest memories belong to that place. Enjoy!

It’s been 10 years since I have been going to liquid lounge now apart from the music and the service nothing much has changed here..it still has the look and the feel of a lounge with great music being belted out from the age old robust Bose speakers a tad on the louder side but still not annoying..the service which was a bit on the curt and rude side has mellowed down now and the waiters are much more courteous and polite..the food is amazing with ample choices between the local and continental cuisines with most of the drinks available... this is a great place bang in the centre of the city to chill and unwind

This place really got a good dark ambience. But service is too slow and unprofessional here. Also the quantity is too small for the price you pay. <br/>The server himself looked drunk and was rude. Better go to ONYX or SPINDRIFT or any other pubs in mangalore than here. They’re worth it!

Kheema biriyanis are so good in both vegetarian and Non Vegetarian. The music was so good which was good with food and drinks. Overall experience was so good.

Probably Liquid Lounge was one of first pubs to open in Mangaluru and well liked by the people of Mangaluru specially students. It would be wrong for me to review on alcohol since I'm a teetotaler so I won't say anything about that but regarding food, trust me they make the finest Chicken Lasagna, Chicken Keema Rice,Pork Manchurian and Squid Pepper Fry. It's tasty and worth trying.<br/>Ideal time to visit this place is afternoon. Decor & ambience is good, but drinks are hardly at per. Disliked the flavor of the cocktails that we tried there. People are friendly though. Food is fine, not exactly delicious or exotic, but just fine.<br/>Overall, less than ok cause admit it, reason to visit such place is mainly for drinks which is not good so what's the point. This place is one of the first few pubs in Mangalore. The place has good parking facility. There are two sections.. one with rock music playing loud and other one where you can hear each other talk... The food is really good here. Quantity is less and price is bit high. Smoking is not allowed inside. Must visit to check out the nightlife in Mangalore. Good crowds during weekends and ambience is nice. Enjoy!

Great place for partying. Great music with dim lights. Foods and drinks are best plus worth. My favourites here are Chicken Lollypop, Chicken Chilly, French Fries and The Schezwan Noodles. We got to know about this place through our friends when we moved to Mangalore. People call this place LL - Liquid Lounge. It's an amazing small pub place to enjoy. We've been here thrice and enjoyed each time. Nice food, loud music, jazzy drinks and happening crowd are few features that will attract you to visit this place repeatedly. If you smoke and love loud music, get into the left room. If you don't smoke or got family with you or just wanna spend some time chatting with friends, you can make yourself comfortable to the right room from the entrance. They have couple of tables arranged just at the entrance, right next to the road - that gives a cool look. Staff is really good and quick. Enjoy your weekends at LL!!!

Prety decent when you compare food and drinks price with other restro pubs. Too loud music might hamper your conversation but over all ambience and food are pretty good. One should definitely try this place.

I was in NITK Surathkal for 4 years and given our relatively broke status then, this pub was our aspirational place to go when in mood to celebrate, treat others or chill out when feeling self indulgent.<br/><br/>Needless to say but I have a special attachment to LL be it for the food, drinks, ambience, good times or the sense of nostalgia.<br/><br/>The music is usually amazing with the right mix of rock n all and popular music, they sometimes pay heed to your request (I requested them to play Floyd often)<br/><br/>The food is YUM with the Paneer Butter Masala and Cheese Garlic Naan amongst the best I've ever had (seriously!) And the starters and pasta are really good as well.<br/><br/>The drinks are also well made with the LIIT amongst the best I've ever had. The Kf draught isn't too diluted either. This place looks like something out of the 80s, with its dim lighting (a string of zero watt bulbs if you please!) and rexine sofas. The only difference is that in the 80s, it would have also been smokey but now you have to go out to the verandah section if you want to smoke. But they play great (English) music and the service is very good. I thought the prices were rather high (same as in Bombay, though real estate in Mangalore should be much cheaper). I has one drink here and then moved to the other joint run by the same owners, Froth on Top, which is a much nicer place.

The place is awesome has the classical feel . The food is amazing especially prawns ghee roast and chicken kheema rice. Total the feel was amazing this was during a road trip so this made it worth it .

Used to be the old block of rock music in Mangalore and still remains the same. Although the the seen of EDM and new age contemporary music seems to have made it way through which for me dilutes the experience. <br/><br/>For the price, location, interiors and the crowd a perfect place to hand out with friends. Usually a much sober place around week days. <br/><br/>The food has been a standout and the taste has remained the same. One has to try the Chicken Nuggets, Chicken noodle wrapped starter and the mashed potatoes...!! These are my personal favourites and mixes just so well with a drink by the side. <br/><br/>The interiors are average and is about time it would need a face lift. The music is just too overpowering and one needs to talk right into the ears to strike a conversation. So that's a let down..!!

I had been here yesterday with my cousin for spending Christmas evening. Thought of having some draught beers but unfortunately it wasn't available on Sunday eve so this was bit let down for me as I expected to have a pitcher atleast in this place so I went with IMFL and my cousin had Fosters.<br/><br/>Coming to food we ordered:<br/>1.Chicken Chilly: This was the best among what I had yesterday. It was just like another restaurants chicken chilly. It wasn't much spicy and went well with the drinks.<br/><br/>2.Andhra Chicken Tikka: This was good but felt chicken was not properly marinated well as the masalas were just from out and after having one bite with masala, next bite was just tasteless. <br/><br/>3.Chicken Ghee Roast: Again it was not the best of Ghee Roast as I felt there was lack of ghee so if anyone are looking for having a good starter while having your booze please don't go for this.<br/><br/>Overall experience was good for the music and the dim light ambience and service was also good but if they improve the quality of their Food this place can be the best choice.<br/>

The oldest lounge in Mangalore comes highly recommended, mostly owing to sheer nostalgia value. LL is a dark place with the feel of a typical pub,; they like to blare their music LOUD- so not somewhere you'd go to have conversations. (They do play good music though) Their seating often fails to cope with the traffic they get, avoid rush hours. <br/><br/>The food here is better than most other lounge bars. Ghee roast rice and keema rice (both are available in Veg as well) is a personal favorite. Masala macaroni and egg filled ghee roast are also worth trying. <br/><br/>While the pricing is definitely not cheap, it is okay for the occasional night out. Service could be better.

The music is good while the crowd swells as the night passes. The early deadlines are a sad reality. The shots are well made while the cocktails are a bit sketchy. It isn't too heavy on your pocket from Mumbai standards. The food is better than the average finger food at eclectic bars. The pork chilly was well balanced with spices and the pork was tender and well cooked.

Oldest lounge in mangalore and undoubtedly one of the best ones. Good ambience. Usually crowded. Service is good. Good variety of drinks. If u need to watch a cricket/football match over a glass of beer this is the place.

The best place to go chill and relax. You can't smoke inside and there are tables outside with small space outside. Served with good food and the ambience provides relaxing and a hangout place

A nice place to chill and have fun with friends. Let it be a birthday celebration or weekend break....the place is meant for it. Chicken ghee roast and lemon chicken are all time favourites. The steaks and goan pork curry is also good. Quantity is a little less but the food is good. Drinks are also served. Nice music. Good staff. All in all its a weekend hub for the college people out here.

Paneer shaslik is good though overpriced. WiFi never functioning. Chicken drumstick and lollipops , Keema rice are worth a try. Try the non smoking area.

Chicken Kheema rice, Chicken steak and Pastas are amazing. Weekends are always full. They have a much quieter and brighter section on the side for people who'd want to have a conversation and a loud and happening section for the party goers.

One of the oldest pubs in Mangalore that serves great drinks and food. <br/><br/>Service is good, food is amazing, but the ambience isn't the best. It is very shady and a bit disturbing because of that. Looks more than just a bar than a restaurant and bar together. <br/><br/>However, a happening place in Mangalore and a must try. I tried Blue Lagoon and Apple Juice along with Lasagna and Red Wine Pasta.

After a hard work day in not my base location, i was looking for a good drinking hole, but wasn't sure of where to head. While i was still thinking, my driver suggested this place, he had dropped many young people earlier. So there i was, at Liquid lounge, which turned out like a Karan Johar movie - Good start but then slowly you start getting bored and end with a pathetic ending. The ambience as you enter is great, lively music, booze is booze, and now comes the food. Had prawns in butter garlic sauce, which felt like i was eating Amul straight out of the packet. Prawns Noodles, which beleive you me, was worst than my college canteen "Chowmein". Noodles were dry and tasted like vermicilli. If you want to chill and hv few drinks, then do go, for food i wouldn't recommend this risk.

A OK pub, food also OK, liked the music, bun masala is a surprise, a ambience like that was expecting some rock music, it's not a place to chat and talk because the music is too loud

Cool. One word to best describe this place. A nice pub with good food, drinks and a lot of crowd - exactly what you require on a Friday or Saturday night. Music played here with all those surround systems- omg, that's totally awesome. I would go here again and again just for a mug of beer and to hear their RRRRROOOCCCCKKKK music.

This is like the oldest lounge in Mangalore but still the best and trendy.This is a dark place but very good enough to watch IPL or football matches.The best thing about this lounge is its food especially those French dishes are the best.Overall must visit in Mangalore.@

The ambience was awesome. But it's more towards the costlier line. The service was good too. We ordered drinks, and in food we ordered chicken schezuan noodles , veg sizzler and a starter of chicken. Food quality was average. Nothing great.

This place is kinda like the favorite blanki/toy one had as a kid. We go there because it's comfortable and familiar. Nothing special about the menu. They serve the same stuff any pub would. But yeah, I'd still come back here to hang out with my pals from college.

I have been there just once but even now the taste of the sausage dish (Chicken sausage chilly garlic) still lingers in my mouth.They have the tastiest food in Mangalore.We had some fried rice,fried chicken along with the sausage and some breezers.It was recently that when my friend send me the pic (which i have posted) of the sausages that i realised that how much i long to go to liquid lounge and hog as much as i can!!<br/>I just wish they had a non-alcoholic outlet..only for the food!!😋

You want to have great food in mangalore, search no more, you have reached your destination. From the starter to the dessert everything at this place is top notch. Special mention to the Thai red curry rice, Keema rice and the mozzarella pasta with olives. Delicious food in the company of good friends and even better music, lounge is the place you are looking for!

I visited this place to accompany some of my friends, but I personally don’t drink at all. Ordered some Punjabi stuff here, but didnt like the taste at all. The prices are quiet high in comparision to the other equally good restaurants in the town. The ambience here is good but the service can be improved. It’s a very noisy place.

If you want to talk a lot or make a lot fun. This is a bit better one. I would rather say that the jin is a bit tasty and worth the amount. Rest all are common.
