Food Quality is good but quantity
The night i stepped in it was very crowded. The ordering method is cool as we have to do it ourselves from the machines. But had to wait for almost 20-30 minutes. And My husband & I were getting very irritated bcuz of the waiting. The interiors are nice & the staff also were very polite i can say. T
The place has improved a lot.. The floor area is reduced and the new design is good.
Used to hate this place before, but now it's pretty good.

Now I love kfc, but the service is absolutely horrible - I respect their hard work but have a system, let two be there on the counter and the rest to serve or pack food and not let even the counter people work behind too, it's slowing the line of people especially if there is a crowd.
