Review Parika Restaurant - Mangalore

Amazingly delicious fresh food being served here! Great taste that makes u want to go back! Great tikkas and biryanis! The owner is super friendly! Great place to have food! Although the space is quite small, do opt for take outs.

Chicken hot pepper was very very delicious. Tried first time this dish here and loved it. And kulcha and Punjabi Chicken gravy was good too. Restaurant has good ambience and quick service. They accept all type of payments including cash, card and UPI payment methods.

Parika was the most regular choice even in 2015 when I used to stay in Mangalore for work. After 7 years during my revisit. nothing changed. From food taste to prices quantity and quality. I will say very very reasonable prices for the awesome quality food. Yes the cook πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ is same till now. And the flavors are awesome he produces.

The place for amazing Biryani. Specially the Amazing variety. Kabab biryani, kadai biryani, muglai and so many more. For starters I loved the chicken majestic it was too good. Small chunks of chicken with good quantity as well. Loved it.
Satvik Karkera
My favourite Biryani and Shawarma spot. The Oreo shake is too good. The place might be a bit small for dine in. They do takeaways and also offer free delivery within limits. Overall the place is decent and a value for money restaurant. Good food, Good service βœŒπŸ‘Œ

Food tasty Indian food. It would have been better if they avoid adding tasting powder as it's unhealthy.

It's a place close by to where I stay, probably the best food around. have been there personally multiple times. good tasty food. Its a small setup and crowded most of the times due to its popularity, majorly with parcel orders, but inspite of the same the quality is not compromised.
quite inpressed always with their quantity too. overall a place for good food

Budget place, quick delivery, clean too
Don't forget to try chicken tikka [you can select the preferred part] , chicken tikka biryani was average, crunchy chicken fried rice had absolutely no crunch, lime juice was ok.
Small place, doesn't have much seating arrangements though.
Worth a try though

I went to Parika the first time yesterday and we tried the Chicken Keema Biryani and Mutton Keema Biryani. The taste and price value is worth it. It's not exactly a great place for dining in, but they deliver so that makes it easy. Apart from the ambience it's a great place for tasty food. Enjoy!
Food is excellent but the way they treat their customers is not satisfactory.a kinda of aggression was prevailing in their serving staff.so please be alert about what they speak and what they earn..
Good thing about this place is u can drive in.. I have only tried their tandoori and it’s good.. service is quick and very very reasonable.. the guy who served me was very kind.. have not been inside to talk about ambience or service inside.. the place from outside looks too small and doubt it can accommodate many.. would definitely want to try other items and in particular would want to try the never heard of biryanis in any menu..

The food is satisfactory here. The place is highly popular ound yound crowd living nearby in this area. Paneer Kadai tasted good with Butter Roti. The food joint is known for its non-vegetarian variety.

Judging by the number of people who come here to eat on weekends in the evening, people must like what they have to offer. They serve tandoori items, grilled chicken apart from various other North Indian dishes and ice creams. On one hand, I have always loved their paneer tikka masala and biriyani, whereas on the other I have been disappointed by Afghani tikka. Shawarma and tandoori are other good options to have from here. I found the restaurant to be ok, but I must say that the space restrictions have always made me think twice before going there.

Service: 3.5 (Orders taken quick, 1/3rd of my visit, order was messed up while going with more than 5 people)
Food: 4 (What I have tasted where good, the presentation not good, the Biryanis are fine, curries are good, but gravies sometimes came with under cooked onions and chillies.
Ambiance: small and tight... Should be adjusted, to handle a good flow of the customers.

Worst place to go since no other restaurants are nearby. Though food quality is fine but service is awful. Doesn't serve onions and spicy green chutney with tandoori items. The menu on zomato is outdated so don't go for delivery right away. Delivery service is as worst as it gets, always takes double the time than suggested at time of ordering.

Quality+Quantity =Parika.. my regular visit. almost everyone in that Restaurant are known to me by my regular visit . Best biriyani Restaurant in Mangalore i could say.. close your eyes and blindly take any item here... for biriyani lovers i suggest you to take chicken 65 biriyani, chicken Keema biriyani, chicken kadai Biriyani, or mutton Keema biriyani.. only concern is space they can only accomodate 20. I have been with my friends so many times we will reach there by, 7:30 pm to get space coz we were 20 in number and our maximum Bill here was 6200 for 20 ppl.. when we Madly tasted almost all specials..
note:don't forget to taste Sharja at the end, thats a drink..
they also serve lunch..
Shiv Ranjan
They serve really good quality food. It is the best place to have Tandoori items, Biryani and few special Chicken Dishes and worth the price.
Srihari Kapu
Of course the food is quite good but its not spacious and can't accommodate more than 25 people. You can go a head with Roti's and Nan's or biriyani but do have a pinapple salad at the end.. That will be a good meal.

A better place for biryani in mangalore. Although congested it was good. The spices were good. If you are an outsider, you might find the biryani better all over mangalore

#pakhala
Guys as I'm a typical Odia guy from Odisha tht's why I always in search for typical Odia food.
This is world famous "PAKHALA".
Go & try.
Cost- 150/-
Contact (Rehman)- 7795126371
Order min 1hr before u go there.

Small place. You will feel bit congested. Good food. Its Biryani is awesome. You will not get better Biryani than Parika in atleast Mangalore. Try Paneer Bhurji and Chicken Reshmi butter Masala also. You can have very tasty dinner at a maximum of 200 per person.
Avantika Sarkar
It's a pocket friendly restro in Mangalore, the quantity was gud and the kitchen was really clean. They even have a juice corner. Well we had veg fried rice and chicken handi. Both of them were really tasty and the amount was more than enough fr 2 people.
Priyanshu Saxena
It serves one of the best biryanis in Mangalore, the Kadhai Biryani. It is not listed on the menu, but you can always order it. The mutton dishes are not that good. The preparation of chicken dishes is really tasty. Punjabi chicken and kadhai chicken are must-haves. Though, I found that apart from these two, the preparation of every other chicken dish is more or less the same. Tasty, but similar. Also, a special mention of Mughlai Biryani, if you do not like the spicy one!

If you are visiting Mangalore, then this is the best place to hop in.must try place, signature dish:
Hyderbadi Chicken biryani which is has all the flavors in it.with typically Hyderabadi style.
And must try dish is parika special chicken gravy which contains two different flavors of gravy in one bowl.
