A good smoky dark ambience, ideal place to watch cricket with light snacks. Being a vegetarian and a non drinker, it was a decent place to have delicious food. It's a not so high scale place, really appreciated the price and the quantity. Will suggest an improvement with the service, it was 10mins when waiter approached us with the menu. 3 sisters is a good option for sobers if you're not into ordering mocktails.

Great Music...Good Food...Good Menu options... Good service... Smoking Zone located within the lounge... Insufficient Parking....About 5 tables extra..for sure it would be chaotic on crowded nights. I am sure it would effect speed of service.

Retox lounge bar is the most happening dance lounge bar in mangalore. It has great food and complete privacy with great music and a lovely ambiance. Cheese chicken grill is a must try.

I see this place Bringing up more events. The overall atmosphere is really unmatched and the food is on the economic side. Watch out for happy hours!

One of the best place for a good pitcher. Good chill ambience. Food was excellent but quantity wise bad. Loved the vibe of this place. Most of the time packed with crowd especially on week ends.

Good place to party weekends with your firends. Wednesday is ladies night. No stag entry. Place offers decent food. But while partying time its heavily congested. Doesnt have much place to move around. Halloween night was lit here. Better come early next time if you wanna get inside.

From Retox to Recycle.... Lot has changed in ambiance, food and many more. The food is really delicious and the place is quite great at night. They have a separate smoking zone which makes place much breathable. The staffs are friendly and kind. Best place to hangout on weekends.

Easily one of the most fun places to chill at! The cherry on the cake is the super friendly and approachable staff. They're all lovely humans. Personally, it feels safer here than any other bar out there :') P.s.- Their cocktails are the best. Veg loaded nachos serve as the perfect snack with the booze <3

Nothing out of the ordinary. Food is quite good though, Lot to choose from a menu. The service could be a little better. Most of the beer brands i drink were unavailable at the time I visited which was disappointing. Music is not too loud and can have a decent conversation while sipping your drinks. Genere of music is mostly 'house'.

Me and my friends had been here after office for some chill time. It's a great place with really nice chilled out ambience. Food is great and the crowd is good too. Staff are polite and make sure you're comfortable. Wide range of variety in food and drinks both. Loved our experience!

The music is awesome. The food is very average though. Do not order over the basics of bar menu. But If you want to party in Mangalore...make sure you get here.

Retox lounge bar has always been my most favorite place to hang out with all my friends every time I visit Mangalore. The place has a very good vibe. They play really good music and the food is to die for. If you love to sip on cocktails, do ask for a vodka based cocktail with passion fruit flavour or whiskey based cocktail with hazelnut flavour. I promise you won't be disappointed. Chilly chicken is one of the best here. Staff are really friendly here and are always there to service you to their best. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to chill and have a good time with your besties!

If you like to chill out and enjoy good music then Retox is the place to be. To add on they have friendly staffs to serve you with a smile, good food and amazing cocktails. You might not find a lot of cocktails on the menu but you can get your own custom made based on your taste.. all you got to do is ask for it and trust me they are amazing!!!! Must try

I was here for dinner the other day, a place acquainted by almost whole of mlorean.<br/>If I may add, I feel it's the only place in mlore where the place is in perfect tandem with it's food, and oh soo good.<br/>Menu is perfect, there's something for everyone. Comfort is always found in their service and Nelson is always a charm and accommodating.<br/>One of the must try is Stuffed bell pepper chicken.<br/>Perfect combination of extremes, I.e there's cheese and there's grilled chicken, blended in perfect sync that'll blow your mouth.You would never want it to get over with it(chef nailed it perfectly for me).<br/>Also don't forget to try out chargrilled chicken(my all time fav dish).<br/>All in all, a perfect place for foodlovers and party goers.<br/>

A place with Tasty and Delcicious Food and Friendly Staff and Good Music. Easily accessible. Cozy and compact place with good ambience. Steaming Rice, Green Kheema Rice, Mustard Marinated Steamed Basa and Squid Butter Garlic are a must try.

So I did visit this place today. It was definitely one of those last minute plans we usually have. So my friend and I decided to chill at Retox. We were probably the first customers today. Soon after we settled down, we saw a group enter. They began rearranged chairs. On enquiring, we found out that there was supposed to be a bartending talk.<br/>The talk was pretty informative😁. They even made us a part of the talk by letting us taste the cocktails prepared and assisting us in making one ourselves.<br/><br/>Ambience was on point. The service was fast, the staff being quite responsive. The food was excellent.<br/>All in all I had a great experience. I would love to visit this once again, and maybe bump into something similar😋.<br/>Thank you!

Visited this place on a weekday evening. As expected, there wasn't any crowd. The place is great! Starting with the ambience, the music - also the speakers are worth a mention and the food. Excellent service. They have separate A/C and smoking zones. Based on the space, I assume that the place can get crammed on weekends. A must visit!

It's nice cozy place to spend time with your friends.<br/>The lighting is very dim and they usually play trending music. Stag entry on Saturdays comes to around Rs 2000 per head and entry starts only from 8 pm. Unlimited food and drinks is what they say but then the service is too slow. Place is tiny and cramped! Would have been nice if the place had served till 12 midnight.

A nice place to hangout with your friends and have a drink. But, it might be a little too dark compared to other pubs. Not impressive, but not that bad either.

A very average pub/bar in Mangalore. The ambience is not great, poor service and average food.<br/><br/>We ordered a white sauce pasta, which was one of the worst pasta I've ever eaten. The veggies were almost raw and the sauce lacked any flavor. The portion was also very small. The menu is quite limited compared to other pubs and a bit overpriced for the quality of food. The place looks like a dark dingy room, with bad music which was loud and blaring. The waiters were not the most polite ones, they charged us for an unopened bottle of water which they kept on our table.<br/><br/>Overall, this place deserves a miss. Head over instead to Liquid Lounge next door, for much better food and ambiance.

It is kind of ok with very small sitting area and a smoking room adjacent to it however since Mangalore houses limited Pubs, you can give it a try..We've ordered some snacks & drinks which were good but not excellent..<br/>Review: I went here on a new year's eve(pic added) This pub is pretty small and there is no dance floor available..The smoking area inside the pub is conjested..Get some more bucks added to your pocket and skip this to prefer ONYX which is top notch pub in city..<br/>Rating: 2.5/5<br/><br/>Thanks!<br/>DSK

Maybe it was our bad day or the place is usually inhospitable but when we entered the place at 7:30 pm today most of the seats being empty we were straightaway refused a seat and the bouncers were also curt as they didn’t ask or inform us that today was a Saturday and all the seats were reserved. It left us bitter and not wanting to revisit. 😞

The food was very good and the service was also fine. but in the end the service was a bit bad as it took them nearly half an hour to print the bill amd get it. and i had to ask it repeatedly.

A nice cozy place outside of chaos...a perfect place to chill on a weekend...have a beer or wine with delicious food & nice vibrant music to get happy high. Ordered chicken in crushed pepper,prawn butter garlic,spicy golden fried chicken as entree & then a chicken lasagne & a Hong Kong noodles non veg as main course.<br/>golden fried chicken & chicken in crushed pepper set up the mood...prawn was also nice n crispy. Had one of the best lasagne...food was nicely cooked n warm & well decorated. service is pretty good & fast. Just when we were about to wrap up on a high note, things got worse...found some glass shards on my noodles & almost broke my tooth...I separated them & showed to the person serving & all I get is an 'sorry'. still considering most of the food was great I chose to look over it. Then when I went to pay the bill,I found a price mismatch from the menu. prawn butter garlic as per the menu is 390...but the bill comes as 450. when I notified the price mismatch, I was told that price has increased & I had to pay!<br/><br/>Why on earth a price correction was not made on the menu? or why I was not notified about the price change at the time of order?<br/><br/>you just served me garbage (glass shards)on a dish for which I'm paying & all I get is a sorry from the service person who's not at all involved in the preparation.<br/>Ideally the manager or the chef has to come up & apologize for the blunder & try to compensate for the mistake by remaking the dish or offering a complimentary item. That is professionalism. You've opened up a business, man up some courage to admit your fault & improve. Not simply sit behind the desk & collecting cash...All the happy mood was gone just like poof in a matter of 2 minutes. Very dissappointed.<br/>

Retox was a refresher from the regular Mlore pubs..I was in mlore for a short while this November & I had been to this one for the first time..the ambience is on point !! Food was excellent !! And yes the service was pretty quick as well..and ive been following them on Instagram..unlike other pubs they are very innovative with their theme s almost every other day...I definately have something good to look foward to during my next trip.. I will be back to spend a couple of hours more during my next trip soon !! Till then keep rockin !!

My 2nd visit to Mangalore and after hearing so much about the place I had to choose between LL and Retox and I went ahead with Retox, thank God cause I don't regret any bit of going there.<br/><br/>The food was really good and the ambience was beautifully decorated,though little dingy but then the songs played added to it.<br/>We had mocktails, beer, pasta and the steak. All goooood.<br/>Service was little slow.<br/><br/> I really think it's one of the really cool places worth visiting in Mangalore.<br/><br/>Cheers !

This was one of the most happening place in Mangalore if you want a fantastic view of Bangalore, some good retro music, some excellent cocktails, a good variety of alcohol and some great starters.<br/>They have different events on different days with amazing hospitality. A must visit place.

Retox is a Amazing Place and it's a great place to party over weekend . This place has wide selection of drinks. The ambience of this place is amazing . It has a good crowd on weekends . I'm never disappointed when I'm here , none of the dishes disappointed . Overall the place has a very chill vibe and the prices are normal and I honestly feel that it's worth .<br/>A must visit and a definite recommendation .
