Review Hotel Vasudev Restaurant - Mangalore

Crowded space. I visited it for the navaratri thali but just missed it by one day. Nevertheless, I could relish on their north Indian thali. As a desert lover , I was a bit disappointed when they asked me to choose between gulab jamoon and ice cream. I wanted to have both both๐Ÿ˜„. Tomato soup was super creamy and delicious.

Located inside Ocean pearl hotel, Sagar Rathna offers best vegetarian food in best price. Food quality is excellent. Best place for get to gathers. We visited in group for lunch here. Good ambiance, sevice is good. Food is excellent. We tried different soups all were good. Starters come in less quantity but taste is awesome. Butter naan, Butter Paneer masala , Channa masala, Veg Kolhapuri everything was so good. Noodles, Haandi Biriyani on next level. Since lunch was served bit slowly we had to wait a lot for next dishes, at the same time we got time to chat alot. 10/10 for food taste, quality and service

Amazing experience with amazing food. My all time favourite here is a masala dosa with a cup of coffee! Recommend to try their Amazing Chats which they prepare right in front of you, but tastes like street style(from 4pm on wards)

A nice family restaurant to have a variety of food from different cuisines ranging from South Indian to North Indian, Chinese and continental as well. The ambience is good too, and the service is quick. The place is clean and hygienic and well maintained. The prices are affordable.

Navarathri thaali was good but not great. I expected better items. Service was a bit slow. I liked the Navarathri decorations. Overall I had a good time.

Wonderful veg restaurant in heart of the city. The restaurant is premium with beautiful interiors and humble staff. The food is delicious and the price is surprisingly more than reasonable. Service is fast, both offline and online mode of payment available. Valet parking is available too.

Atmosphere & ambience best in Mangaluru. Food quality is excellent. Service is good. I suggest having competitive items in thali. Customers compare and expect the best items in thali.

Had been to this place on Sunday, valet parking is available, the reastaurant was Fully crowded. The ambience is decent, with good service. A low music was being played. It's an Air conditioned reastaurant, with Vegetarian options. Found that the meals were highly demanding, south Indian and North Indian meals which is reasonable. Had ordered paneer ghee roast, rumali roti, mushroom chilli and veg fried rice. The mushroom chilli was had an amazing taste, the mushroom was perfectly fried with decent amount of sauce. The sauce was not too much and the colour was perfect, was not too much red. The portion was satisfying as it had around 20 whole mushrooms. The rumali roti was good, but could have been bit soft along with some ghee or butter, felt dry. The ghee roast was also dry with less ghee and masala, could have been better. Found mushrooms in paneer ghee roast. The fried rice was totally dry, but taste was average. Overall the experience was good. The taste can be improved.

Located inside Ocean Pearl on the ground floor is this pure veg south indian restaurant which has made a name for itself. Quite popular among the locals for breakfast and lunch options. The place is usually filled. They have valet parking available. Ordered south indian special thali which was very good both taste wise and quality wise. There were plenty of varieties in the curries served. Service was quick. Rates were reasonable. Ambience of the place was good. The place was quite hygienic. They accept cash, card or mobile wallet payment methods. All in all, complete value for money. A good eating experience. Would surely recommend.
