It's a small shop with a reasonable price. The only thing is, they put too much sweet sauce to every item there. If you enjoy that, then It's amazing. I've been hearing about prax burgers since childhood.. but tried recently and it was horrible. I ordered chicken cheeze and there was NO cheeze.. instead it was loaded with some sweet mayo and an onion pakoda like patty. No lettuce just cabbages.

Zomato needs to reconsider their partnership with this unit. I ordered for seafood which was rotten beyond being edible, I understand that it may not be fresh, but rotten? I had to completely dispose off the food except the macaroni, which had chicken pieces when it was supposed to be prawn macaroni. If something happens to my stomach tmrw, I am surely gonna drag your ass to court, the prax management.

Well I am going a decade back . review of prax from 2004 to 2008 .I was a student studying in Mangalore and my hostel was in kadri . Those times smart phones was not available neither zomato nor any radio stations .our famous outings were sai been . New chitra theatre in alake and of course prax where we friends used to spend week end. The best thing I remember is the beef burger which they used to serve for just 15 rs in those times and. CHicken burger for 18rs was a bliss . It's been many years I didn't visit Mangalore but whenever I visit I will surely visit this place .no photos to post since we had no camera phones .

Visited this place with friends. Its a pocket friendly place. Everything is available in affordable price. We ordered KFC chicken burger and chicken Manchuri. Expected a lot but got a little disappointed. The mayo in the burger was sweet. And the chicken gravy was too salty which made us dissatisfied.

One of my favourite restaurants in Mangalore. A cheap and best place for good quality burger with sweet white sauce. Not a spacious place but enough space for groups of 4. There is a T.V on one side of the restaurant, which 50% of customers can watch, rest 50% have to turn around.

Heard a lot about this place from friends. Ordered the following: Steak chicken burger- 2/5 The only thing good about it was the mayo. The patty was salty and tasteless. Like seriously the chefs should taste what they serve their customers. Special chicken burger:0/5 The only thing special about it was there wasn’t any chicken. It was a sorta onion pakoda patty I should say with mayo in a bun. And that is so wrong. I called the restaurant to tell him that he must have given us Veg but he was adamant it was chicken finely minced. I mean we aren’t blind. One can tell wen there is no chicken. Sad to say wasn’t as good as the hype.

Had been to this place recently, Ordered few chicken cheese burger, and one gobi manchurian. Those chicken cheese burgers were so much of a filing and yummy, never tasted burgers like these in Mangalore. Amazing taste and mayo has some gppd flavor not like anyother burger. Heard a lot about this place and finally decided to give it a try. Ordered Kentucky chicken burger. First of all, I was happy with the portion size. But, 1 bite into it, the mayo was sweet. It was like, they misplaced sugar and salt packet. Then chicken was undercooked, and I even got a BONE in a burger. I had high hopes for this place. I guess the restaurant is not the one it used to be. I guess this restaurant's time is up. Disappointed. Didn't like to order anything else from this place.

Reading the reviews on Zomato we ordered online some burgers ( KFC, Chicken etc) which there were good reviews. Unfortunately our first experience itself was bad. Abysmal, burnt patty left a unpleasant experience. I don’t think we will order again.

This is the palce which use to serve the best pocket friendly burger along with a cup of chicken soup which was a mandatory during dos days.The best one ofcourse is the KFC burger. Used to be a great place for the budget concious. For the price they used to serve luscious quantities of finger licking good food. However over the years this favorite joint of mine has detoriated dramatically. I am writing this review as my last 2 experience of ordering home delivery from them has been terrible ☹️. The first time was when I ordered a Kentucky chicken burger and they forgot to put the Kentucky chicken in the burger itself. I got a burger with sprinkles of veggies in their delicious mayo. The second time I ordered the same burger and the quantity of the Kentucky chicken was almost none existent. The chicken piece was dehydrated and dry. A very bad experience for the person eating it. I humbly urge the management to look into these issues. Would really pain me to see this institution that has been arround for 20+ years to go downhill.

I visited this place on 24th November 2018 around 2.30 p.m to have lunch & while i was having lunch me, my friend, 5 customers & even the waiter saw a rat running inside the hotel.The waiter giving a grimace look shooed the rat out of the restaurant...After that i couldn't even finish my lunch.Had to leave the place immediately .How irresponsible can the restaurant management can be??...I request you to shut this restaurant down immediately.

This place turned out to be a major disappointment. I was super tired and hungry one fine evening, opened Zomato and decided to visit here upon reading some nice reviews about their burgers. Reached the place and ordered one chicken cheese burger special and one veg cheese burger. We were served after waiting for about half an hour. The burgers looked complete dry from the outside. Zero veggies inside the veg cheese burger. Chicken patty was thin and half the size of the burger bun and uncooked too. The cheese was cold and hard. Coleslaw filling was too sweet and cold. Only good thing that I found here was the price. Not worth recommending to anyone.

They still remain my favourite burger and going by the crowd every evening, they remain Mlores favourite burger joint as well. One of the oldest burger joint in Mangalore and they still serve great food. The usp of the place is the value for money that it offers. Extremely well priced food. It's by no means a restaurant and is more of a student hang out spot but they serve good food . The chicken steak burger is great and so is their chicken macaroni. Tried the chicken fried rice it was average. The burgers here are the more popular of the lott.

I had tried noodles , pastas, friedrice and also spaghettis from here.. The old Prax is the place you get great burgers at decent costs. All the burgers here are lip-smackingly delicious! Although a few burgers have an added peculiar sweet sauce, which I personally like, you could ask them not to add it if you'd like the burger spicy! The range of burgers from veg to non-veg is excellent. This variety includes egg, chicken, pork and prawns. You also get a good variety for pasta and noodles too. The ambience is decent. The service is fast. Finding a place for a quick nip and want it to be filling without a hole in your pocket. This is the place!

This is more like a fast food joint. The food is cheap and tastes good especially their kfc burger and chicken steak burger which is my most commonly ordered item. The quality is not very consistent though. If you are a big group, then this is not the place to go as it's a very small place. At times I've had issues with their service and hygiene but otherwise it's a decent place to have good food at a low price.

Prax is just a little fast food off Kadri Road that serves a variety of burgers and other food. When I asked some Mangalorean friends where I'd get some good non-veg burgers, I was recommended this place. And today I went tried out the recommended burger. Bondas Burger!!! This burger made of juicy, nicely seasoned squids and cheese between the soft buns, loaded with salad and mayonnaise, served with crispy French fries is worth a try. It's small in size and not very filling, but total value for money.
