Basil Cafe has long been a favorite of mine. The cuisine is wonderful and freshly prepared. The service is fantastic. People are quite friendly.For the amount of food served, it is quite affordable. My favorite dishes are the lemon coriander soup, the chikpotle salad, and the biscuit puddings.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Food and service was so good before covid-19 pandemic. Now food and service are not so great. But not bad also. I wish there was more desert option. The price is also good.
