Decent food. Ample car parking. Clean washroom for ladies as well. Average rate. Non AC restaurant. Tried masala dosa, poori masala and tea. Masala dosa was a little bit sour but okay. Poori was kind of oily. But still okay. Tea was good.

Located opposite to Abad Nucleus Mall and not to be confused with the original Saravana chain of restaurants. The title is just a part of the marketing strategy to pull in more customers who might show up thinking it is the original Saravana Bhavan. The quality of the food is good and provides ample parking space, much more than actually needed for the capacity of the restaurant. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Clean washrooms available for both men and women. It is safe to say they did not play it cheap with customer satisfaction as they’d done when they flicked the title.

You can get quick vegetarian food here & the only option for vegetarian food in the Kundanoor - Petta & Kundanoor - Tripunithura stretch. Accepts Airtel Payments Bank mode of payment too!!

Later its a good choice .. near to Abad nucleus mall.. maradu .. cochin.. as of now.. slight changes .. like tea is not good..in my opnion... but at the time of inaguration .. its a bettr pick to had tea..

It was not a bad not a bad place to go. But most of the days they were closed. Its been more than 2 weeks they last opened. I think they are permanently closed.
