You can't go wrong with Cafe Tato. One of the best breakfast options you can have in Goa. Their Sheera, Mirchi, Puri Bhaji is one of the best. One difference is that I liked the Sheera from this outlet compared to the other ones. They have ample seating space and decent parking too.
This was the only place in Madgaon (Margao), Goa where we were surprised to see such a quick service… It was damn very quick!! We thought they might take half and hour to one hour looking at the crowd in the morning time around 9.30 - 10am. We placed the order and we got all the food within 5-10mins
Food here was really delicious. Staff were quite polite and humble towards customer. Prices are moderate. Parking space is a bit problem. It's not beside the road but google maps indicate it correctly. Cash & other payments are available.

Their speciality is mix bhaji pav . A must try. Very good and fast service too. My most loved tea time spot.
