Review Gokul Veg Restaurant - Margao

Nice restaurant for veggie not for people like me 😛. I liked the taste very much tried planner mushroom masala with roti & mushroom fried rice both were delicious. But cheese garlic naan disappointed me as cheese quantity was very less. Coming to cleaniness it's 5 out of 5. Parking space is also good.

This place is situated among various other resting Margoa. Gokul serves excellent vegetarian dishes and specializes in dosas. They have a separate chat and juice counter and we found the chat they serve also decent. The place is quite spacious with ample parking in the front. Service is ok and the food was delicious.

Definitely great place for south cuisine...surprisingly low priced compared to Navtara.. Fast service...lot of parking space....restaurant is clean and is filled with locals...perfect place to grab food if in a hurry...recommend south Indian dishes here😋

If you are looking for the pure veg food in south goa, this is the place to be. Finger licking food at very reasonable rates. Must visit!

The food is well packed, quantity and quality is good. The price too is reasonable. Would definitely order again.

A middle class man can afford to have his item of choice at this hotel as rates are quite reasonable. Rates of items suite to a common man`s pocket. A pure veg hotel with AC and Non AC both sections. cleanliness is good, service is also satisfactory.

"Probably one of Good Restaurant in Margao to have Vegetarian Food" It has Two sections : AC and NON AC Prices are very decent. We were two adults and had Gokul Special Veg Biryani : Came with Raita. Good quality of basmati rice was used. It was tasty. Veg Manchurian : slightly chewy but the taste was good. There was no waiting time and service was quick Parking available. Conclusion: I will definitely like to visit this place again.

Gokul vegetarian restaurant is in Akar construction building on main road of Aquem to Power house on right side. The hotel about 02km.distance from Margao city and just half km.distance from Margao Railway station. The people who is vegetation the hotel is awesome with very clean and tidy environment. The hotel staff are polite and duty-bound.The hotel ambience are quite good and food are delectable and sumptuous with good taste and flavour.The hotel staff who cater the food should take precautions in maintaining the sanctity of kitchen in serving the food to the people and hotel management must be very strict in this regard. The attire of catering staff should be clean and pleasant. The washbasins are although clean should have vigil by manager time to time. Toilets both ladies and gents are good although needs further improvement.The hotel environment is very hospitable look with AC and CC camera should be fitted in adequate number for the convenience of both hotel management and customer. The alcohol should not be permited and even person drunk should not get place in the hotel because they may spoil the reputation of hotel. Their is sufficient space in the hotel and lounge also for sufficient time to spare with friend circles or any short meeting .The parking infront of hotel is ample for both two wheelers and four wheelers customers .I have visited many occasion being pure vegetarian like this hotel most compared to some hotels in Margao. Best place to have veg food in south Goa . Nearby my margao and easily accessible . It has got wide variety of food to choose from. Till now in my 3 days of stay , I roam everywhere from north to south but I got best tasteful food here only. Staff is also very generous and cooperating , it seems they genuinely love their job. A must visit

Its a lovely Veg Restaurant in Margao.With Commendable Staff members and The manager.The Food and delicacies here are just Amazing!! : D Do try to taste their South Indian Dishes.Here you get awsome breakfast options also Like idli,Masala dosa And such delicious items! Really loved here btw it still needs some maintenance though its new so its has attracted lovely crowd and as well as the atmosphere is quite cozy and relazing.It has an ample parking space also available! Recommend to all Vegetarians.

Very good Chaat. Tried Shev Puri and Dahi Puri. Pav bhaji was so so. They don't use mineral water for Pani Puri. Tried cold coffee with ice cream, chickoo milkshake, Rose falooda and kesar falooda; which were nice.

Quantity the serve is good . taste need to  be improved more . waiter forget items ordered  need to call again and again . juice they serve is fresh but they add more water in it

Since it was shravan we had ordered the north Indian thali and to my surprise it was delicious. The rice was well prepared, the dal and the vegetable dishes were good to but to my dismay the kheer was horrible. The service was also quite slow and the attitude of the waiter was also disappointing.

This place was a disappointment in terms of food which lacked flavour, authenticity and quality. Except for their tea which was refreshing. Service was ok. Ambience is average. Prices are well put but their food is a total disappointment.

Had their yummy apple milkshake.. and huge paper dosa.. have tasted their hakka noodles and Gobi Manchurian too.. good restaurant.. typical family restaurant ambience..nothing that special..can try it if crossing that road..

This restaurant is in the road leading to Vishant Theatre and Vishal Mega Mart. It is in the midst of many shops on the right. The place is an average type. We felt the Chole Bature was made by oil which was used multiple times earlier. Overall, not an exciting place to visit. The servers are casual.

Food is not good over hit sabji

Stale food was serve, food was not good at all, delivery was done on time but mood spoiled becoz of sale food, this was my first order through Zomato, which I experienced<br/>

Average food . planner curry was spicy than it should be . Cheese in cheese rice was hard in that hot also . Average food. Presentation should be improved.

Food quality dropped massively, when told at the cash counter about it he was rude & said last time also I complained about food quality. He said I don't need your complaint neither I need customers like u. Ive been to this hotel more than 50+ times and stopped going coz the quality is poor.<br/>If u ppl going don't expect good food and do expect rude behavior when complaint.<br/>

Whenever I visit Margao, I visit Gokul just to eat the shev puri. They make the best shev puri. We tried veg cutlet and samosa. The cutlet and samosa were average. The falooda was good. The ambiance is average and service is good.

This place is really good for veg food. I have visited this place several times for breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and tried their north indian veg thali , veg crispy, dahi shev puri, mushroom bhaji with puris and heart shaped cutlets. All the dishes tasted great. Mushroom bhaji with puris & dahi shev puri is my all time favourite here. I relish every bit of it . They have ac / non ac section. Service is good too. Cheers !! <br/>

The place is nicely made. Located just opposite Costa's company on Power House road, its a cosy restaurant with ample parking.<br/>We went at around 9:30 am and ordered for mysore masala dosa and masala dosa.<br/>It was a disappointment. The mysore dosa was full of raw onion. Masala dosa filling had no salt.<br/>Sambar and Chatni was tasteless.<br/>Nothing more to speak about.<br/>Tried to give a feedback to the Captain but was not accepted gracefully. "Sir, aisa hi banta hai".<br/>Nevermind.

A nice place to have a quick bite. The staff provides quick service, the ambiance is casual and the food is tasty. A lot of varied vegetarian fare.
