This outlet is located inside PVS mall on the ground floor.. The place can accommodate 50+ people.. Ambience is good.. The burgers are also yumm.. 🤗 I like the cold coffee very much. ✨ I ordered online and it took 15 minutes to get ready.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the McDonald's Shastri Nagar, Meerut branch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was perfect and served promptly. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my meal. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, exactly how I like it. The menu variety was impressive, catering to various tastes and preferences. What stood out to me the most was the dedication of the staff to make my visit memorable. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Always a best go to option. Food and staff is nice and quality is still maintained. But here I feel that not all the items Mcdonald's menu is avaliable. There were only handful of options. Overall hygienic and nice.

This McDonald's has a large sitting space which could easily cater to around 100 people at a time. Location is decent in the ground floor of PVS Mall. It is a two sides store therefore aesthetically it looks great. Staff is polite and efficient.

This McDonald's Outlet is awesome. Visiting here since it opened. This place is the witness of so many unforgettable memories. One of the best place in Meerut. We celebrate every small happiness and spend lot of quality time here. Love it ❤

Good for having soft cone icecreams and veggie burgers, overall great experience. You can get a burger meal for ₹150-250 which includes fries and coldrink. Update - their tomatoes are out of stock so they are not using tomatoes for any meals.

This is the One and Only McDonald’s you can find in Meerut. My order took 25 mins to Ready, which is extremely late and this restaurant is filled with Swiggy and Zomato delivery guys. Guess no one likes to come and enjoy. The ambience is okayish. The PVS mall where it’s located doesn’t have much to do except some VR games, Go Karting and Cinema which feels dead in the evenings. One thing i really liked is that you can order from your table by scanning the QR code and your order will be in queue, you’ll get a message too when your order is ready which is great! Food Quality is no doubt amazing. It’s an International Brand. Must Try Butter Chicken Burger 🍔 (if you’re Non Veg) it’s delicious 😋

100% contactless order and pay method they applying is one of the best method in this pandemic. Speedy delivery either dine in or out. Renowned name in fast food chain specially burger. Good for a little party either with family or friend. Delivery time is moderate little slow in peak time.

Food is no doubt the best, but it's not spacious as compared to other food brand outlets. Some of the staff members are very polite but some are not. And yes only one ordering machine is working.

It's Just like any other McD, good quality hygienic food with average food pricing u would find in any good food place we got peri peri Fries 5/5 , Ice Tea 4/5 and alo tikki burger 5/5. there were 11 of us and yeah we got done in ₹1200 smth that is approx ₹100 each

I personally love McDonald's food and ambience. It's very affordable. They have specific meals which makes it more affordable. I visit Mcdonald atleast once a month because it's my personal favourite. I wonder why not more McDonald restaurants are not available in our city. Go as many times u want and u will not regret for sure.

Good McDonald's in meerut, there is no mcafe but still good

The order was not delivered to the mentioned address. After 1.5 hours, when we called the valet, he said he is outside the gate but was not there. There after when called again after 10-15 mins, he said to cancel the order as it was not paid online and that I am not delivering the order and complaint if you want to.The order was already paid by card. Thereafter the valet did not pick up the call. Same was reported to the restaurant also who said that valet took the order 2 hours ago. I still haven't received the order but as per Zomato status the order is already delivered.<br/>This is a very poor service by zomato and was not expected.

It took more than 90 minutes to deliver which was showing 28 minutes the McDonald's burger and fries which are not at all in eating condition.

The main problem was with the Mac veggie burger and mc aloo tikki burger. Mc'donalds has stopped down the quality. The buns didn't taste good. Overall the burger didn't taste good. It was not fresh at all.

Called the restaurant and asked them politely if they serve in my area. The guy who picked the phone (Ankit Shishodia) who was not interested I my query said, and asked me to check on app if it accepts we deliver. I explained to him that it had happened with me with subway before that they accepted order online and didn't deliver food. He said he has no clue to which I further requested to confirm it with your manager. He said that he is the manager and can't confirm with anyone else. And also when I tried to ask his name he clearly told me like he is warning me or something that even if I take his name, it's of no use.<br/>The response really surprised me and I don't know is a not acceptable response. Now the question is why am I so concerned because their order is non-refundable. So following advice and because I loved the food of this chain restaurant I ordered anyways. I called valet he said it's too far and I should not have ordered or whatever and was already pissed for some reason. When I tried to call him to explain my address and directions, he was also not ready to listen was hanging up on me continuously.<br/>Because I chose 30 mins or free option and paid an additional money for that, I only wanted to help him to reach me on time. But no, would he listen.<br/><br/>In all this scenario I kept my patience and order to see how is McDonald's doing in Meerut. And to my surprise they think because they serve good food so it's ok to treat their customers like trash. Which I don't think is the best strategy. Besides being the fact that this chain restaurant was able to enter Indian market being an American food giant and is gaining popularity day by day, I really want to see how far could this go, when your servers are zero trained at customer service. If we put aside this all customer service thingy, the least you could do is at leastsound empathic to your customers. All this money and all this fame, what's up with you McDonald's!!!! Serving a happy meal to your customers with some customer service isn't something unachievable or unattainable. Ankit Shishodia- the way he responded to my call was 'this is how I talk, and this my way of doing things, and there us nothing you could do about this.<br/><br/>Anything that zomato or McDonald's could do to make this better. Because yes we live in a country of 1.33 billion people, but to be treated as a trash especially when after paying a good amount is not justified. Because you don't pay someone to get insulted or humiliated. It's a hard earned money and I think respect is the least could've asked for. I wish an open apology and if you dont deliver in my area they dont accept order. Also work up your people and train them first to how to deal with your customers.<br/>Still doable right!!

Order 3 items while craving for foodnd waiting fr 30+ minutes and to my surprise I've only one item that too a NON VEG burger in my home and when confronted regarding ths took no responsibility and blaming Zomato valet and whn he confronted dm then said talk to Zomato nd as u cn see in the pic wht a response frm Zomato ..

There was a time when I use to visit this outlet everyday .<br/>Have been there hundred of times .<br/>Like any other Mac Donald this one also delivers super tasty burgers .<br/>Staff is great and so is the service .

In this modern era still they are not accepting digital payments.WTF this management is i never face such kind of problems in McDonald's anywhere. Don't know why they are running a brand

As always i m loving it... it has the basic taste established till date... burgers, ice creams and mcpuffs all taste just the same... although the place for sitting is not that spacious but it has good surroundings...

Food is always cold but staff is always nice. Service is always late because of a line holding you up. Seating is good. They let you sit for hours straight.

Well the quality is good and above average and the taste as well is good. The ice cream here is good plus the Mac maharaja is awesome do check out

It still has that old feels but the variety and quality of food has both been reduced by the HQs, though staff is always well mannered and parking is not an issue here

If you’re a truly burger lover then you must visit Mc.D you can have your favourite meal at affordable price. You can also go for their deserts too. I’ve tried their Mc veggie meal which is so good.

Best place to eat burger at a very affordable price also the dine in area is well maintained clean and hygenic. If in meerut you surely need to visit Mc.D

The burgers are good and the coffee is excellent. Its value for money 💰. The atmosphere is great. If u are a coffee lover ☕ you must try their coffee.

This place serves tasty food in affordable prices. It is very hygienic. I have been visiting it since childhood. This time I tried spinach and corn burger and peri-peri fries. The burger was just fine. I liked the peri-peri fries. But there are things which I really love like McPuff, Wraps and much more. I would recommend everyone to visit this. 😊

Perfect place for making children happy without being very harsh on dad's pocket....v took veg burger and ice cream cones that is the ultimate thing kids love .

Purana menu dal rakkha hai. Mai 6 nov 18 ko gyi hu yaha pr and 2 mc aloo tikki burger cost rs 82... Good for family and friends ...but quality of burger i feel were stale ...

The ambience of the outlet is quite good.<br/>My usual order is econo meal which is one mac aloo tikki burger , a coke and a serving of small fries.<br/>I also like their mac puff.<br/>I have tried their mcflurry oreo and mcflurry choco crunch.. I love both..<br/>The soft serve is highly recommended.<br/>The price is somewhat reasonable.<br/>A great place to hangout with your buddies in under 500 bucks.

Mc Donald’s start their new flavoured ice cream I.e chocolate popcorn mc flurry and blueberry soft serve . That are delicious 😋.. nice ambience . Mc flurry is good
