Review Amrit Sweets - Mohali

One of the old but revamped outlet offering sweets, bakery items, snacks, North Indian and chinese food. Some of their specialities are: Matka Kulfi, Tandoori momos, Soya Champ, Paneer butter masala. Family space, good for quick easy shopping having all essential items from bakery/snacks etc. Certain dishes like dry dahi bhalla must not be kept in open on the counter shelf. Food 5/5 Ambience 4/5 Hygeine 4/5

Much recommended. Every item is yummy and delicious. Serving mouth charming food items. Special faluda ice cream 🍨 is very good. Almost every type of eatables are present at store. Also offering discounts on some items like which have expiry date near to end. Some food items prices seems high. They should try to look into this. Overall it's a good place for eatables.

I love this place. We always visit there for cakes and birthday gift items. Pastries are so tasty and lot of variety. Must visit them. so many biscuit, namkeen etc variety. Snacks counter. Ice cream is also tasty. The environment is so peaceful. Employees are so friendly. Must go there. Parking available .

Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The award-winning chefs use the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are simply delightful. The restaurant also offers a wonderful drink menu, and they offer one of the best snacks in region. Amrit Sweets which is also located in this market, is housed in three storey building, famous for its bakery products, sweets and cakes. All day long people keep coming to buy some crunchy, delicious, cheesy bakery products. It has varieties of products available for its customers. I also purchased half Kg “Gur Mathi” half Kg “Achari Mathi” , and some dry fruits . Outside of this sweets cum bakery shop you will find Gol Gappe and kulfi, Ice cream stalls for daily out goers. Well maintained, cleanliness and well behaved staff offering service well on time. Though the place is.mostly over crowded as per its location. Well connected as per convenience for transportation is concerned. Ample space for parking available outside the shop. It also offers many street food options that too well practiced with its cleanliness standards and food quality. The shop also offers good options for special celebrations and decorative materials for birthdays, anniversary, and many more with its wide variety of freshly prepared cakes. Apart from cash payments, Amrit Sweets now also offers multiple online payments and accepts payments from all sorts of online payment modes such as Gpay, Paytm, Amazon pay, phonepe and hope to see much more good options to come in near future. It was for the first time I had went for Pure Veg Dinner option and the experiment to experience Pure Veg meal was nicely met to the expectation with its cool menu option which was not that much expensive and after dinner followed with its sweet chart added a soothing flavor to The dinner plan. Amrit sweets is a famous spot in mohali. You can buy various types of sweets,samosas and khulche cholle. You can also buy paneer pakoda. Samosa is full of stuffing with crunchy outer layer. Paneer pakoda are also very tasty. The quality of paneer is good. All there sweets are served fresh and there staff provide quick service. My favorite is cocunut barfi, i also like there gulab jamuns. Recently i bought mawa modak from amrit sweets. They were very soft and had nutty filling inside them . If you like sweets then you should definitely visit there

If you are looking for best food service in Chandigarh at it's mean value then " AMRIT SWEETS " is the name. Am not advertising but it's really great service and food. Hmm in the evening there is to much traffic ... Great place for your tea time, dinner etc. must visit...

It's a confectionery store in Phase 5. I have been buying so many eatables from here for years now. You get a-z almost everything u wanna eat. I love the section where they hav all types of bread, with healthy options too. Cakes are so fresh n yumm too. If there is any festival, they hav a special counters with gifts ( to buy) n fren sweets. Wanna buy things to use in birthday parties, u will find everything here, from balloons to paper plates. Must visit.

It's a popular sweet shop in Mohali. Sweets are of decent quality. But their Desi Ghee Jalebis are to DIE for 😋😋 They are thin, crispy, smell heavenly. Though I am not a huge sweet or junk food fan but enjoying this once in a while doesn't make me feel guilty. 😅

What is this. Your chefs simply added manchurian masala to paneer , onion . N u call this cheese chilly . M getting manchurian taste while eating cheese chilly . Pls check wat your chefs r doing . We pay for food . N we don't expect this quality .

This place has a variety of food. A well established outlet. Must try their chole bhature and honey chilli cauliflower. Service is very slow , prices are high too . Suitable for family outing .

Have ordered honey chilli cauliflower , Kadhai paneer , dal makhni , garlic naan and butter naan everything was good and the porting size was also sufficient. <br/>Would highly recommend honey chilli cauliflower which tasted the best out of all the dishes that I have ordered!

I have been ordering from Amrit Sweets since last 2 years. They never send spoons along with the order. If I ordered a Papri Chaat and am somewhere outside how am I supposed to eat it ? With my hands? Food is delicious everything is good. Every time I have to call Amrit Sweets or Zomato Boy to bring spoons and tissues.<br/><br/>I don’t know who is the owner of the Amrit Sweets but If I meet someday I will request him the same.<br/><br/>Thank You

Amrit has been an establishment since the very early days of Mohali. The food selection is vegetarian and it decent. It is a bit pricier than its competitors but they do deliver on the food and service.

It was so tasteless....uncooked and raw....waste of food and waste of money.....very disappointed with this restaurant......

I have tried a lot of dishes from this place. Their dine-in place and the food they serve is too delicious. I love their chana bhatura and pav bhaji. Whenever i visit this place i usually have chana bhature. They are the best❤️

What to say, no generosity in the owner. The owner doesn't cooperate with you, no humbleness. Very rude

We ordered from this restaurant and mistakenly cancelled the order we didn't got the refund either the order. My friend chat with the Zomato executive n they told to ask the owner of he can give the order but when we called the owner he straightly said no as we spend our hard earned money for nothing.

I ordered from this restaurant n cancel the order by mistake and neither i got the refund nor the order coz the store owner directly tell that he won't give the order. Like really i paid them n they don't ready to give the order

In addition to the mention in the note, Amrit Sweets was reminded about sending food in tamper-proof seal packing over the phone. Despite this the packing was very poor. Juice was leaking from Jalebi. The paper bag was opened. The food was very unhealthy.

Spent an amazing time with my friends & tried some really delicious delicacies. Staff was also supportive.

Whenever i order mix veg kulcha at Zomato, amrit sweets make the mix veg kulcha smaller and with less filling, but whenever i ordered it from uber eats ,it was bigger in size and with more filling (including paneer) also. Why amrit sweets is doing this.

Amrit sweets prepares very tasty food, specially jalebi and gajar halwa. :)

papri chaat is good here but i feel they can add more thing int his for more taste.

Amrit sweets prepares very tasty food, but from one thing am very disappointed is that they just pack the food and deliver it they never add spoons and tissues,<br/><br/>I mostly order Channa Bhatura in my office but I have to eat channa by hand because no spoon is provided by them, even after calling them they forget to pack the spoon along with the order.

Donuts were not proper donuts that are crispier n sweeter. It was just a bun of a burger n topped with chocolate only.

I had ordered gaajar ka halwa and dahi bhala chat. .halwa was little bit expensive 120 rupees only for 200gm ..so order received on the time..food was delicious tasty, ingredients was perfect for dahi bhala

This place is my fav for having dosas. They gave variety in all kinds of food and i loved each of them but my fav is paneer dosa which i order everytime for this place only. Place is good, you can enjoy with family and friends with tbeir delicious food.

Highly not recommended not to choose this place. Either stay hungry rather to order from them.

Missing items in order. No response. Didn't even accept mistake. Not even ready for refund . Neither zomato , not restaurant. The pick up guy said he took what was given to him.

The potatos in the dosa were stale and tasted bad. Had to throw entire order. I was not expecting this from Armit. Never had issues before.

I ordered mushroom do pyaza and malpua,mushroom was decent but malpua was very disgusting, only reason I’m writing this review is just because I order very often from amrit but it’s very sad to say this that the quality of food is getting very poor.

I did the mistake of ordering biryani. I am not sure if it was colored rice or spiced up rice. The taste was really really bad, not sure if the cook has tasted what a good biryani tastes like. The raita in the combination was just plan curd with onions, tomatoes and cucumbers present just as morsels. Really???

Had the Ghee Roasted Dosa and onion Tomato Uttapam and both were amazing. The ghee roast dosa was recommended by staffs and It was definitely worth it. reasonable rates and good service too

Jalebi was worst cold and over sweet. Bad experience. They should provide jalebi with less sweet. And don't ever order utapam from them it's just wastage of money. It was cold and worst in taste full of carribage. 😓

I was craving for a Dosa, so I ordered few Rava Plain Dosa, Rava Masala Dosa, Onion Masala Dosa for my family. I somehow chose a non South Indian restaurant for this and to my amusement I got very good Dosas. Amrit Sweets is a very old and famous shop in the town but for North Indian food, but today it proved to be good in South Indian as well. Food was very nicely packed and delivered within no time. Happy with the experience.

ordered chana bhatura from here. the quantity was good no doubt bt the quality needs to be improved. dahi n bhatura were quite good bt the chana sabzi tasted horrible n also the onion salad was visibly stale.

Very good food we used to order regularly. Amrit sweets is on the top of our evening office snacks. Food is always served fresh and reliable to eat.

Motichoor laddu quality is good ... in taste but they send always destroyed laddus. so i am saying them to pack laddu in a good quality product.

The Paneer Parantha and Hot Moong Dal Halwa is very delicious. I recommend you all to try this. The food is properly seal packed. This food is value for money.

I will try to be polite, today ordered paneer prantha with curd. And without even opening it I gave 5 🌟 ratings as it was from Amrit Sweets. So when I had this prantha can't even describe you how thick it was. Paneer was missing in paneer prantha totally uncooked, fully disappointed.

Ordered rava onion dosa. Food packaging was very nice. Dosa was very crispy but the way they put raw onions with masala I don't like that. Coconut chutney was delicious. Red south indian chutney was not so good. Sambar was average.

I have ordered veg noodles from here and added only one instruction that don't put cabbage in it but they have added twice the cabbage from normal.

I went there first I ordered thali, they served me cold food without even heating it in the oven or giving fresh food then they said to order another thing so I ordered Amritsar kulche then the waiter came and gave me another thing which was plain kulcha bread with chole such a poor service is rare in the tricity but this has happened more than twice here ,everytime we ignored but today I was enough worst to give a review on there worst service

Amazing food.. I must say.. I have tried their cheese chilly.. Its really very good. One thing that they should improve is the quantity of the food. Otherwise the food is GREAT.

One of those unavoidable 'sweets' shops claiming to serve you every kind of food. I really do not trust the quality they offer as one can easily make out the difference in their products and others. Once, my kulfi falooda had a peice of glass in it!
