Someone suggested me about pappa ji dhaba and I went there and my experience was wonderful.
I tried there lemon chicken with rumali fulka and there prepration was so wonderful that when the lemon chicken arrived I was wondering that the waiter should give me the dish and I would eat it quickly.
It was an mouth-watering moment for me.
So I will tell all the chicken lover's that they may try once on my advice.

Pappa Ji Dhaba is a dhaba in Mohali, which offers variety of non vegetarian and vegetarian dishes.
We tried tandoori chicken and kadahi chicken. Tandoori chicken was quite sumptous and delicious to eat. However, you just get 4 pieces in half which was a bummer. Kadahi chicken was mild but flavourful, what we liked was the quantity they offered.
We also had Butter naan, which was quite small in size w.r.t. price if compared to tha naan offered by Katani Non Veg Dhaba. Tandoori Roti was fine.
We also liked the warm ambience of the restaurant.
Staff was prompt in their response. Seating is available for approx 40 people. Free Parking is available in front.

Papaji dhaba is good place for family restaurant. The dishes are good. I have ordered veg thali, it was delicious in veg thali there was dal making and shahi paneer 2 chapati,rice and curd. Rice was bit uncooked.
The ambience Is eye catchy. And service was too good.

Pappa g dhaba is a good place to have full meal. They have a good variety in main course dishes. There non-veg food is also famous. Barbeque is another plus point of them . There ambience is quite good. Cleanliness is up to the mark. When o last visited i ordered veg special thali,it has dal makhani,shahi paneer,curd,rice,two paratha,salad and mint chutney. Chutney was very taste full of spices. Everything was good. But they don't accept paytm.

Good overall, just that the gravy in Kadai Paneer seemed somewhat oily, and the whole thing got messy to eat as I had no spoon along while travelling. I don’t know if some wooden spoon could be provided. Naan and cheese were enjoyable.

I got my food delivered from here and it was pathetic.<br/>First of all they sent only one type of chicken after promising two. Then, the rice were of d-grade quality and the chicken was just like you are chewing a rubber, i am sure the rubber would have tasted better.

I ordered a non veg thali from this restaurant.In that thali it was mentioned Tawa Chicken,Kadhai Chicken will be included along with rice and all.But I received normal chicken curry instead of Kadhai chicken and butter chicken.They just tried to make fool of their customers. That's not acceptable at all if I'm paying 190 rs for your non veg thali. That's clearly cheating with the customer.Moreover there was just small one piece of chicken for the sake of non veg thali.The taste was so poor sorry to say I had to throw outside to feed the street dogs instead of wasting the food.<br/>Not acceptable please don't make fool of your customers.We are expecting quality over quantity and moreover I would have opted other restaurants which are offering me Kadhai chicken combo in just 99rs.There was a reason I opted your restaurant.Just for good quality of food and good taste.But very disappointed after this.<br/><br/>Thanks<br/>Your Customer which you have lost after this.

Ordered butter chicken , but what we recieved was really disgusting. When we called the restaurant, they admitted that butter chicken was finished so they mixed up the gravies and sent it . They asked to return the chicken the next day and not on same day , and take new one by visiting the shop . But when we visited the next day personally , it was closed . And that was it . Our 500 rs went down the drain .

I ordered tawa chicken full, it was evident from the quality that the demand is more and the time to prepare is less, cooks are under pressure and they are preparing and serving anything it was embarrassing that the chicken used to prepare the dish was too hard and dry to eat, it spoiled the evening and a dinner with guests. Review from a vegetarian's point. This restaurant might have its name for Non veg food but the quality of veg food is simply below average. Ordered dal makhni and kadahi paneer along with jeera rice. Only the rice was good in quality. Dal and kadahi paneer were third class with no flavour, no salt, no pepper and loaded with lots of oil, i can say the gravy was only oil. Iam so disappointed after spending 450( after zomato Rs100 discount) i felt that i wasted the money. Katani and khalsa are much higher in quality and taste for vegetarian food and the price is half of this dhaba. <br/><br/>Not ordering from this restaurant again and not recommended for vegetarians.

Dont go with the name, restraunt is famous for it's BBQ chicken, being a vegetarian myself I tried the paneer butter masala (what Mostly vegetarians order😅) along with a mix veg, the food just tasted lovely( felt no biasedness in taste for vegetarians)<br/><br/>Coming on the ambiance, it is quite simple, no fancy walls or accessories like modern cafes, one feels comfortable.<br/><br/>You may face some problems with the service but let me tell you it is worth it<br/>Still I hope the owners look into the service issues with the staff !<br/>Prices are justifued with the taste.<br/>May you maintain the taste always #pappajithadhaba<br/>

They have the juciest Barbecue chicken. So much well cooked, fat is too crispy. Try with lemon and mint chutney they serve. Must try at Mohali. Lahori paratha is ok, nothing different as such. Ask them to serve very hot barbecue.
