Review Amigo's Cafe - Mohali

We ordered veg & non veg rolls and pasta . Both were great in taste . The only thing that they have changed is that sides they have replaced fries with chips which we didn’t like . Fries are better than chips when given as sides also with kids perspective. Rest there preparation is good 👍🏻

They have a variety of options to choose from - Starters, Pizzas, Gourmet & Classic Pastas, Grilled steaks, meal bowls, burgers, sandwiches, desserts, cold coffee, drinks!! :) Thumbs up to their great Meal Bowls, Pastas, Mezze platter, Healthy salads and coffee. They offer cool and calm seating in basement, suitable for small groups and friendly outings. Overall a great place with good taste and cosy ambience!!!!

Cool place for quick hangouts with your colleagues, friends or classmates. The food is good. The services are good too. It's not quite spacious as it appears. It's tiny and cosy and cute. The presentation of the food is nice too. Ordered a super bowl salad it was good. The tropical cooler was also nice, but too sweet. Everything was cool. You can always come here for a quick bite. My Review- This is one such cafe which never disappoints. You want gourmet, delicious and instagrammy food which is light on your pocket; you get it all here. With a blend of continental cuisine and contemporary style of cooking too, they menu is flourished with burgers, wraps, salads, pizza, grilled steaks to name a few along with a variety of shakes, coolers, fresh juices, smoothies, coffees and a few desserts too. Located in one of the most well liked market, Amigo’s has done a brilliant job to attract the young generation to make this their hangout place. The sitting is a very cosy, comfortable space with a breezy vibe going on. We were here to try their tremendously epic gourmet burgers which I had heard a lot about. Godmother was a vegetarian burger which as stated was messy burger smeared with rainbow coleslaw. The other we tried was the Beast burger which had 2 patties along with a special touch of their garlic mayo. This one looked extremely appetising and well assembled. Both the burgers were served with a side of chips. Another totem from the menu I was excited to try was the minced chicken steak with spaghetti and tomato basil sauce, in which we got veggies as an add on. Loved this one too. The steak was perfectly cooked, the sauce was tangy, loaded with veggies, spaghetti was well seasoned. Overall a great dish!! While the Hawaiian cooler was refreshing, the Caramel brownie chocochip shake was super thick and satisfied my sweet tooth. The staff here is very sweet, absolutely loved their hospitality. They give great recommendations too just in case you are unable to pick what to order from their sounding super delicious menu. Totally recommended!! Cost for 2- Rupees 800 approx. . I ordered Farmhouse Pizza 8", spaghetti in Creamy pesto and Death by Chocolate along with vanilla Ice-cream scoop.. The food is good but some small betterments can be done..as there was only 1-2 nos of mushrooms in spaghetti , as it was a home delivery the pizza was not as piping hot as we have in dine in..but it lacks taste.. means no spice at all..very plain pizza in terms of taste.. although toppings were ample..and they provide only 1 sachet of ketchup, flakes and Oregano..No complaints from death by chocolate, it was simply amazing... Packing was also good and overall it was very good...but it could have been better..

Ambience is good. The taste is good too. I tried waffles ( especially the sugary ones ) awesome preparation. Must visit place. Caramel and white choco fudge it is. And classic cold coffee. Value for money. The menu is price genuinely and the quality and taste are also upto the mark. The combos are the best option considering the price at which they are being offered.

Undoubtedly food is osum but not the service. Too slow even if the cafe is empty. Rest everything is gud, easy to find parking.

Amigo's Cafe is located in 3B2 phase of Mohali, which is a popular market for youngsters to hang out. Amigo's Cafe has seating options on ground floor as well as in the basement, basement one is preferable ( for approx 15 people). The ambience is okayish. Talking about food options we had fish and chips which was quite well done, but not value for money. We had their sandwiches which were average too. For me, the sole reason to visit was their chicken lasagna which was delicious and a must try but sadly they don't make it now. Service is fine. Staff is cordial. They have placed some of the seats awkwardly low with respect to table, may they should improve that. Parking here is ample.

Going to amigos cafe from 2years and experience was always good,Now even dhaba by amigos is running successfully Ordered Chicken Biryani,Had very High expectations Based on my past experience and must say i am impressed.Loved the packaging and presentation Basmati rice were used and were cooked to perfection.Chicken pieces were tender and flavorful.Biryani was very aromatic and was Full of Flavours but was bit extra spicy for me and was bit oily but no complaints. The jeweller, instead of a suitable velvet box, puts the ornaments in a paper bag full of grass. Now it's up to you to savour the beauty of the diamonds or the recklessness of the jeweller in packing the ornaments in a shabby paper bag, in unsuitable environment. <br/><br/>Here, the jeweller is Amigos, the gemcutter is the chef and the diamonds are your food, you paid full money for.<br/>A fillet of juicy chicken breast filled with chunks of well seasoned mushroom, which was dressed in a creamy mushroom sauce aptly decorating the chicken breast, was dumped on a bed of rice in a constrained small box. If the rice wasn't enough, the sauteed vegetables were dumped next to the chicken and sent off with the delivery boy.<br/><br/>Then, I opened the box, and as you can imagine, the rice were sticking to the chicken breast-lathered with sauce and the vegetables were sticking to the sauce. <br/><br/>Both rice and vegetables are meant to be side dishes with the chicken breast, which was sliced into round pieces. Now, how do I transfer this hot mess to a plate without worsening its state? You're right: There's no way. The entire portion - chicken breast, sauce, rice, vegetables came out as a huge lump of food, totally ripped of the presentation the chef had readied it with. <br/><br/>Full marks to the chef, the food was well seasoned, the sauce was hearty and the filling complimented the sauce well. But when I wanted to take a bite of the rice, I had to scrape it away from the sauce and chicken and the vegetables were just lost in the soggy rice. The mashed potatoes, thanks to some sensibility, were packed in a separate box. However, they were chunky, lacking smoothness of a good mashed potato.<br/>I paid Rs 400 for the food alone, leaving the taxes and other charges. Amigos, what wrong did the chicken do you? Can you please treat the food more kindly? I'll order khichdi when I want khichdi, but stuffed chicken should be treated with more grace.

Saw something different and ordered a Makhni Pasta. As the name I thought it would be a wonderful fusion of Indian and Italian cuisine (two of my favourites) so was very excited to get my hands on it, but was rather disappointed by the serving. It was merely Penne soaked in a pre makhni mix, with absolutely no vegetable and even the garlic bread was missing. To top it all my disposable spoon break while eating.<br/>Overall a bad experience, I I'll get a second opportunity to try something else again..

They put sugar in my coffee when i clearly asked them to add no sugar. Then started arguing when told otherwise. Food isn’t that great either. The restaurant doesn’t even provide any washroom services. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Okay, I had ordered bomb burger .. original price was 220 (which is little bit expensive I think) , this was my first order from this restaurant.. delivery was on time..then I received properly packaging burger, burger was delicious tasty.. great size.. totally worth of money.. so nice experience

I love having waffles wherever I go. I had this brownie blast waffle which is pure heaven for brownie and chocolate lovers. Firstly, the waffle was soft and was overloaded with chunks of brownie pieces. It was loaded with chocolate sauce as well. The ambience of this place really cool. Not the packing you want when you order for the first time. Somehow i managed to eat it in one go without spilling out any thing. I'll be honest with the taste and quality of the stuff, everything was fresh. I ordered the Herbivore burger. Super tasty patty with fresh vegies. Served with crispy fries. All you missed, is that little flag.

I ordered chicken ranch salad, guys the chicken was pathetic. I couldn't even chew. I even posted a photo but I guess the restaurant took off my review or deleted it. Don't waste your hard-earned money in such eating joints which mint money and don't even provide you with good food, forget good service or courtesy.

Great food and beverages served here, one of the best chicken shawarma wraps is served here, their fruitilicious waffle is a must try- u may get average fruits on it but if u r lucky u might get variety of fruits with white chocolate in it. shakes are pretty good too

Had a great experience at this cosy little cafe. Visited it 2 times and was never disappointed with the food. Had white pasta,grilled chicken in creamy sauce,Mexican chicken and farmhouse pizza.<br/><br/>The Mexican chicken was mouth watering with cheese oozing out from every bite. The creamy grilled chicken was also very well prepared but I found the portion to be a bit less. Overall this place has a great ambience with really good music and food.

My 2018 Valentine was spent here and trust me it was worth the while. The pizza was YUM and i just could not get enough of the peri peri fries. Also the burger was too huge for my mouth.

Amigo's Cafe has two outlets in the tricity. They serve some really delicious flod at reasonable prices although the portion sizes are small. The flavours will definitely encourage a revisit.

They are one of the best fish makers in the Mohali. After eating fish dishes in Goa I have never been satisfied , until I ate their fish receipe . Amazing quality keep it up.

We went for a family dinner about 12 of us. Ordered a lot of vegetarian fare. The vegetarian choice was huge and flavours were amazing. Interesting part is that it was a lot of conventional food with unconventional flavours. Good service, good ambiance.

Recently I went to Chandigarh and it is always incomplete If I don't eat good food there. It was freaking hot afternoon and I was too hungry. Whenever I am hungry, then my last resort is always burger. Hence I ended up ordering 'Angry bird' burger (No doubt, I ordered this because its name is unique). No doubt, this was bunch of crispiness and spices and if you are spices lover you will definitely love it. Secondly, this place is really good at prices. The only thing I did not like about this place is their services, they were slow and services were not upto the mark. So, guys if you are in Chandigarh than you must try this.

OMG I simply looovvvveeee their fresh watermelon juice , they serve it in a watermelon itself and it’s so huge that it gets difficult for one person to have the entire juice by themselves .... I love their pita bread with hummus although their ambience is not that great and needs renovation, their food is good .

Went to Amigo's Cafe after reading lots of positive reviews interior is ok with decent sitting available.Ordered pink sauce pasta, chicken tikka sandwich and hazelnut cold coffee,peri peri chicken pizza<br/><br/>Pink sauce pasta is one of the signature dish on their menu was Delicious loved it<br/>Hazelnut cold coffee was one of the best i ever had Amazing<br/>Peri peri chicken pizza was mild spicy but loved the crunch of pizza,Loaded with decent amount of toppings<br/>But chicken Tikka sandwich was okish it hardly had chicken in it and bread was hard but overall experience was good and not too heavy on pocket<br/><br/>Taste 4/5<br/>Quantity 4/5<br/>Quality 4/5<br/>Service 4/5<br/>

By far the best cheesy peri peri fries I've eaten. Just amazing. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and deliver was super fast.

The nachos of this restaurant are by far my favourite part of this restaurant. I’ve had it both in house and ordered it and the freshness of the ordered nachos amazes me. Beware, the nachos jar is a step above the regular nachos and isn’t for the faint hearted! <br/>The drinks are not special but are tasty. <br/>The pull apart focaccia bread is something I haven’t had anywhere else in Chandigarh. It’s a must try!<br/>The pizzas are also well made and the pastas are generously sauced.<br/>Though the seating options aren’t great and the ambience isn’t very pleasing Amigo’s is all in all a great cafe!

Quality varies, as with most places in Mohali. It's a smaller town and the standards of professionalism and sophistication aren't as high as some of the big cities. Portion sizes of chicken and fish are inconsistent, food is sometimes oily, but consistency seems to be an issue everywhere in town. The food is generally good and I would give it 3.5 stars if there was an option. The menu is good as well.

Peri Peri Tornado<br/><br/>Basically known as twist potatoes. Deep fried spiral cut whole potato on a skewer, brushes with seasonings like cheese, mayo and peri peri powder.<br/><br/>They have crispy bits and tornado-ing.<br/>Spiral out of control with the crispiest potato you will ever have on a stick. The best part is all the fun condiment you can pour over it.<br/>Baked potato have never been this showy before!<br/><br/>

One of the few places where you can count on great service and well prepared food.<br/><br/>Huddled among several outlets, the cafe has a comfy basement sitting area. Chefs deliver quite good preparations off a quirky menu. Hope all stays this way.

It's always a very pleasant experience to visit this place. The food has always been really good . I specially love their pita bread with hummus and their mixed fruit juice which they serve in a pineapple . The place has a very cozy feel to it and the staff is very friendly too . I always end up going back to this place .

Amigos is a nice, cosy place in phase 3b2 market with a mice underground seating. The staff is quite friendly and the food here is brilliant. One must try the cheesy pull apart focaccia bread and their pink sauce pasta, as well as their mocktails. Their soups are really good too, with the broccoli soup being a highlight due to its rich, creamy texture and a lovely taste.

Only Casanova burger and lemon fish is tasty. I tried the fish wrap. The quality of ingredients was good but the taste was absolutely bland. It was without any black pepper or any kind of tasty sauce in it. In fact the dip, they gave in the box with the fries was more tasty than their fish wrap.

The food was quite good. But the delivery came one hour after I ordered. Pizzas and pastas are nice . Everything is good at this place . I like this place.
