I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and just like every time before, I was never disappointed with their service. Everything about this place is great. They offer a wide variety of imported beers, which you can enjoy to your heart's content. I highly recommend trying their chilli crispy corns - they are absolutely amazing. The chicken platter is also delicious.
Moreover, they have options for non-alcoholic beverages like fruit punch, lemonade (both sweet and salty), and virgin colada, so everyone can find something they like. The prices are reasonable, and the staff members are polite and attentive. The sitting area is neat and clean, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.

The service is the highest level of pathetic that a restaurant can reach. You have to wave your hands , sway your whole body from side to side, maybe dance a little and then if you are lucky the waiter will notice you. Apparently waiters here have a superpower, even if they are standing near the table ānextā to you, they still manage to somehow miss you. If you are sitting with 4 people and ask for a refill on water, they will just refill your glass and forget about the rest of the table. I cannot STRESS ENOUGH, how bad their service is, and it was not once or twice, its everytime with everyone I know who has ever been to this place. THEY NEED TO WORK REALLY REALLY REALLY HARD on their service and attitude of the waiters in there

My experience was really good over here as the staff was courteous and polite. They catered to our requests and provided apt suggestions. The kitchenās preparation is awesome. I loved the Crunchy Dahi rolls and the chicken tikka masala as well.<br/>The space is bit small but it feels cozy and comfortable at the same time. The lights and theme are perfectly used all over the place. The music and ambience is good too.

Have been at this outlet earlier too...so had high expectations. Beer Cafe stood by that firmly. Only thing which I didn't find good was that it was very noisy there. Visited this place by mere accident and it's probably one of those accidents I wouldn't mind getting into again. I ordered Chicken Biryani and Murg Rarha both of which were pretty amazing. Their music setup and seating could be a bit better but I have no complaints about food.

A small cafe serving bottled beer, they have most varieties of beers and hard drinks, in draft beer, they have mainly Kingfisher for pitchers and towers. We had to resort to Mixed Fruit juice.<br/><br/>We ordered for Chicken Malai Tikka. The guy told us that it would take at least 30 minutes as they had just put in the coal into the tandoor.<br/><br/>What's astonishing is that all of this was at approximately 7pm on a Saturday evening. Considering the weekend, and timing, the outlet lacks variety and should let guests know what's available because it felt like there was an issue with everything we ordered for.<br/><br/>Ambience: Decent<br/>Service: Poor<br/>Value for money: Ehhh.

I've generally had an OK experience at the VR Punjab outlet - nothing to write home about, but decent enough to not feel unwelcome. However, the two people handling the proceedings on 22nd October while I was there seemed to personify India's 80s socialist economy. I had to positively beg them to listen to my orders, when only one other table was occupied. One chap was too busy on his phone, the other chap had been staring longingly at the crowd outside, possibly bored of the job he never thought he would have to do in his youth. Whatever the reasons, it is just irritating when the ratio of staff to occupied tables is 1:1 and you still have to try hard to even get the bill. I swear I could have walked out without paying and they wouldn't have noticed.

I visited there last night to hangout with friends. The decor and ambience is good. Sitting area is small thats why look crowded. The offer kingfisher only in drought that was just ok for me. I ordered white pasta and chilli paneer. Food in terms of presentation is just ok nothing great. Chilli paneer was good in taste. Bread in white pasta is raw even not toasted nor garlic bread. Rest is good. In staff there was just 2 members so order was little bit late. Overall experience is just ok. Beer cafe Ludhiana some how better then NCM Location.
