Review Guru Nanak Sweets - Mohali

The restaurant is situated in the basement of the sweet shop. The food here is good in taste and the prices are also nominal. The ambience is quite nice. A good place to have dinner with the family.

Extremely good preparation of sweets. Had to carry some for family outside India - they all liked the freshness, taste, overall presentation & packing. One of the few best options for sweets in tri-city.

The ambience of the restaurant at basement was awesome. The Kulche were good however, the Rasmalai post lunch was way too sweeter and very thick which I didn't like very much.

Guru nanak sweets always have wide variety of sweets with good quality and reasonable price. Along with sweets their restaurant is also very good. Hygeine and food quality is always maintained

my favourite place for samosa,kachori and jalebi...perfect location...all the things are freshly prepared and tasted very good.i love the jalebis.invisit frequently at this shop.sometimes two times a day.lol .yessss two times a day cz this is very near to my house..onion kachori is very tasty..price are affordable.all sweets are available.dine in available.staff members are very polite

When the paapi pet inside u says to go for tel heavy food 🥘 then nothing beats Chile Bhature. So craving one morning wanted Chile bhature and we turned towards Guru Nanak Sweets in Phase 10 Mohali. 1. Food is tasty 2. If u wanna know the taste then must visit and eat there else in delivery it becomes soggy 3. Service is fast 4. Oil is also less 5. One plate was not enough for me so had extra bhatura also.

Ordered paneer tikka which is good and soya chaap is amazing. Main course food has lot of variety and taste is above average. Sitting arrangement is ok, needs for lighting. They should work on the ambiance for downstairs restaurant. #peace

From all the things their noodles were worst. It seemed they had served stale noodles. Kadhai paneer was also a disappointment. <br/>I like their chat menu and dosas tho. <br/><br/>Overall its a good place to hang out with family and friends.

Last night, I ordered some sweets from here. I had ordered coconut sweet, Motichur ladoo and pinni. Pinni was really bad and I could smell some foul smell in it. Other items were good except pinni. I have always had a good experience from this place but this time it’s bad.

Not At all satisfied with amritsari kulcha. They serve kulcha without Channa. Morever the size of kulcha is very small. I ordered 2 Plates Kulcha. Lateron they said it's not 2 plates it is 2 pieces of kulcha and for 2 kulcha, they charge Rs 117, that's also without channa. not at all gud exp.

I don't know about sweets and bakery products but if you are going with your family for lunch/dinner here then please don't. First of all half of menu items are not available and on top of that the Food was of ok quality as they mentioned the chef was unavailable plus the service is poor.

Amazing food, safely and well packed. Jalebi can be improved. Two much oil is used which can be seen floating in the packing material when recieved.

Too oily and spicy for my taste, didn't enjoy much. Although poori and channa were nice, noodles and munchurian were not. Also the cold coffee seemed like coffee juice, too much sugar.

Food is delicious at very nominal rates. Dal Punjabi is yummious. Try this Dhaba if you love to eat authentic North Indian food. Delivery is also very fast.

Nice timely service, although don't understand the logic behind their addiction with paneer or cottage cheese to be precise. Every food item there has that, in it. Although I won't deny it tastes superb and ambience is good and everything but the paneer thing literally made me a little off. We ordered pav bhaji, dosa, grilled cheese, noodles, Amritsari kulcha, and even tried gol gappa. Literally all of them had that in it. Although tasted good and crispy like it should but please dail down on the paneer honestly.

Guru nanak is really good in every dish but only when they deliver south indian dishes they only provide a very small amount of coconut chutney... Otherwise they are good!

The restaurant is Soo nice I like this. I don't know what to say to that is the only one that can be a little more than that but I don't know what you want to listen about the other day but I didn't want to order the following for the and I will get back to you with you guys but not the one that I have been on the way home from the gym and you have a great day and a half to get a job in the morning and then we can go to.

The restaurant section is actually new so the ambiance is good and not bad. It's actually ideal for small parties. The restaurant is in basement and the taste of snacks is very fine. The sweets are also good and you may find varying qualities and prices of same product. Also the staff is polite and good.

Ordered one pizza cheese grilled sandwich. It was accompanied by some complimentary fries.<br/><br/>Tbh the sandwich didn't do justice with its name. It was a normal sandwich with veggies inside it like onion, capsicum etc and mashed paneer. Nonetheless, it was tasty. It was spicy too.<br/><br/>Also the fries accompanied by the sandwich were also good and were good in quantity.<br/><br/>Would've been good if the sandwich had justified its name.<br/><br/>Still a good experience.

I've only ordered fast food from this place so far. Paneer pakoda, aloo tikki samosa, cheese burger, hakka noodles etc.<br/>First thing I would like to point out is that the food is just ok. It's not the best fast food I've had.. and the quantity was also not much..so I was a bit confused as these things cost a bit more than they actually should. For example the samosa was small sized and tasted a bit bland tbh. I wouldn't pay more than 10 rs. for such a samosa anywhere else. Same is the case with bread pakoda, aloo tikki. For 60 rs. per plate, they don't even put chole in aloo tikki. Moreover, there's not even an option to add chole to your tikki.<br/>The burger was very basic. Two buns with a bland tasting patty in between. Not worth it.<br/>The Chinese was worse. I ordered hakka noodles and as everyone knows hakka noodles are very plain with little or no soy in it. But those noodles were drenched in soy sauce. Even the paneer pieces in it were brown with soy. The manchow soup I ordered tasted like tomato shorba. So it's quite clear that they don't know how to cook Chinese.<br/>As I've said, I've only tried fast food here. But if we look at all the factors such as taste, quality, quantity, price etc. I'd say this place is just average and in my opinion a bit overrated.

I have finally found the best pav bhaji served in a restaurant. The chats are also excellent and the service is very fast. Coupled with the zomato gold tag, the already low prices become even better. The curries and main courses are excellent and the naans are served hot and fresh. The rasmalai is excellent! They have many sweets that can be packed up and I definitely recommend packing some for those back home. There is plenty of seating downstairs and can also be enjoyed street food style with their chat trolleys. <br/>

Ordered big gulab jamun....they were very hard and tight, not soft at all and the sugar syrup was so thick that sugar was crystallized on the jamuns and could feel the crunch of sugar in my mouth. Did not taste like gulab jamuns at all.

Chilli panner n honey chilli cauliflower were great. Unfortunately, manchurian were over cooked as can be seen the pictures. Little disappointed with manchurian which otherwise is good in this joint.

Had north indian food at their place - dal makhani, shahi paneer and mix vegetable.<br/>All of these dishes had an amazing taste. These were worth the price and the time they took for preparing our order which was approx 20 min. atleast. Must visit the place for amazing food and quite a nice ambience.

Ordered sweets twice from this place and everytime they were delivered on time and were perfectly packed in a gift wrap. You can also ask them for disposable cutlery.

Ordered various items a number of times, everytime the service and taste is good. But recently tried their maharaja massla dosa snd it became an instant favourite. A huge dosa with filling of aloo, paneer dry fruits and some spices make it taste very good. Must try guys

The food is okay but the service is very poor. The staff is so rude and arrogant. The management doesn't give a shit about the behaviour of the staff. A waiter asked us to leave and we were deciding upon our order. We ordered a two coffees and were deciding upon our further order and we were asked to leave. The waiter told us that it would cost additional 200 we placed an additional order. So pathetic. Wouldn't recommend it.

Went with family. Ordered dal makhni shahi paneer and tandoori roti. Everything was very sweet. Overall not a good dining experience. Probably not visiting again.

The best place to have Street food. Their Cholle Bhature, Golgappas, Papri Chaat, Samosas, Tikki everything is very tasty. I have tried it all and much more. This is one of the few places where hygiene is also best cared.
