I ordered strawberry shake and banana shake with ice cream scoop. When I received it strawberry shake didn't have ice cream in it moreover the shake tasted so light without any viscosity. Called them but of no use as they started justifying there mistake. Worst customer service.

I used to order quite frequently from eating point sector 70, and I feel that there's huge scope of improvement and consistency in their offerings. Though the prices are pocket friendly, however the taste and their servings need to be made better. And if we compare this outlet with their other in phase 2. The phase 2 is a better one.
