Wonderful and I really mean it, big full tawa roti yeah man I was surprised to see mouth watering dal with tawa roti and jeera rice!! The owner is so humble and so is his wife!! Third day I I experienced good food in Goa, else every where I was having tandoor total maida roti !! Errrrrrahhggg ! But at Sam's I was really lucky to finally eat tawa roti !!

We had lunch here: chicken steak and Schezwan noodles. Steak was delicious. I had mango juice which I suspect was not fresh though. The place isn't fancy looking atleast during the day time.

We entered sam’s bistro on a whim while coming back from the Morjim turtle nesting beach.. it was afternoon so won’t comment on the ambience as it was quiet at the time. The staff was courteous and friendly. There were quirky and funny posters all over which I found charming. I ordered a Goan spl fish thali which was quite a big thali with good portion size... it included rice ,prawns curry ,dry bombil fry, mussels in a dry masala, dried prawns dish, kokum drink, a veggie dish ,fried mackerel fish,pickles and a sweet dish...I was pleasantly surprised by the taste... it was the exact taste I have been looking for in my fish thali since I came to Goa... the food was fabulous and I was a happy girl wen I left Sam’s.. a must visit for sure.
