Review Jw Cafe - Mumbai

Sun Pal
Very buzzy cafe that provides a great breakfast buffet and I believe there is a dinner buffet too. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food that lets you explore the food diversity of India. The fruit in itself is just fabulous and worth the price of the buffet. Top this with great service and life is good! The do need to up the coffee game though. Coffee was just not good at any level, which is a shame because it would definitely elevate the experience here!

Nice open space for open kitchen and buffet place. Buffet was with lots of variety and food quality was good too. Table layout and spacing was adequate. While you do need to have a lot of time at hand to enjoy the variety best to stick to non Indian food as the taste of them were much better. The service was jot attentive though there were adequate no of staff but found them bunched together most of the time.

That provides a great breakfast buffet and I believe there is a dinner buffet too. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food that lets you exolore the food diversity of India. The fruit in itself is just fabulous and worth the price of the buffet. Top this with great service and life is good .

Limited types of cuisine for the dinner buffet. Mainly dishes are Indian only. Good atmosphere and service.

Had buffet lunch at the JW Cafe. The spread was amazing. Right from the starters to the main course, fron the sushi to the hummus, from the waffles to the ice cream.... it covered anything and everything one would want. Besides that the hospitality was amazing. Had a great time there. Highly recommend. 5/5

Still the best Sunday brunch in Mumbai! Had last been here pre COVID and was apprehensive about how the quality might have dropped post the pandemic. But quality of food is still absolutely top notch. As is the spread - one needs a map to navigate the buffet! Service standards are impeccable, and the open bar is pretty phenomenal, with a range of infusions on offer. Having a small play area set aside for the kids definitely makes enjoying the buffet a whole lot easier!

It was very spacious for a buffet space , I tried a dinner buffet when I was stayed in Mumbai for 3 days and I treated myself and my friends as well. Waiting for another trip 😊🥰

The revamped JW Cafe is definitely worth visiting for a Sunday brunch. They follow a bar to table concept and also have a special pop up every Sunday. I recently visited them for a Sunday brunch and experienced a lovely Spanish pop up here. Loved everything about JW Cafe. The food, the service, children's activity, wine and ambiance. They have a moving bar as well. You can get your favourite cocktails made at your table. The dessert spread is excellent. Some amazing selection of cakes and pastries. Truffles and chocolates too. The salads and breads are to die for. You will be spoilt for choices. Loved them. The Italian, Indian, Spanish, Asian, Sushi, Soups.. everything I tried was fantastic. Special mention to the Italian food which was excellent and the dal Makhani and veg biryani which were mind blowing. Oh they have chaats too. It's one of the best brunch in the city. Do try it 1teaspoonlove recommends Food-5/5 Service-5/5 Vfm-4.5/5 Ambiance-4.5/5 Return Index-5/5

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say that it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service by the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. First and foremost, the room exceeded all my expectations. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room's design, from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities. The room had a stunning view of the surrounding area, which added to the overall ambiance of relaxation and comfort. The staff here are truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any inquiries, their professionalism and friendliness were commendable. Now, let's talk about the food. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse and mouthwatering menu. Every meal I had was a culinary delight. The quality and presentation of the dishes were top-notch. Whether I was enjoying a hearty breakfast to start my day or indulging in a delicious dinner, the hotel's culinary team consistently delivered delectable meals. The hotel's environment was another standout feature. The serene surroundings and well-maintained grounds provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I enjoyed leisurely walks in the beautifully landscaped gardens, and the hotel's tranquil atmosphere made it easy to unwind and relax. In conclusion, my stay here was a truly exceptional experience. The combination of a beautiful room, outstanding staff, delectable food, and a serene environment made it a memorable and rejuvenating getaway. I can wholeheartedly recommend here to anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. I can't wait to return for another visit in the future.

Excellent hospitaliy, excllent food and excellent stay. Couldn't ask for more. They made sure our stay was comfortable as possible. Fighting with Jetlag we had no issue with food or other stuff. Executive Chef Anshuman was so kind and went out of his way to help us find an ATM. I would highly recommend this place and can't wait for our next visit.

It was a surprise lunch date hubby gave me yesterday at JW Marriott, Sahar. It is my favourite from all the Marriotts in Mumbai currently. We are vegetarians. The food spread was marvellous except the Indian food where most of the dishes were very very salty. The salads and desserts were amazing. There were hardly anyone at the counters. Dessert counter was completely desserted by staff while they were busy chatting amonst themselves. The service was bad, specially the women staff who seemed disinterested and clueless about customer service and have bad attitude problem. I'm partial to this hotel as the spread is always one of the best in the city, specially on weekends. But, bad attitude and pathetic service kills the experience.

It was a great experience staying at this property. Excellent hospitality & excellent food made my entire stay really comfortable. Rooms are really big and with posh interiors. I would highly recommend this . Thanks.

I was there for dinner, as I m member they give me complementary welcome drink which was refreshing. The veg choices were limited the main course was good but was not warm which was disappointed . I like the ambience . The staff were courteous nd polite. The desert nd ice cream was best of bunch.

*Waffle with Vanilla icecream and chocolate syrup with sprinkled chocochips*.... Buffets are meant for the huge spread of desserts.. Hot waffle n cold ice cream with crunchy chocochips are just a perfect combination.

An amazing experience with my family in JW Marriott. Live cooking stations were available for your own customized food, desserts, open buffet with so many varieties in dishes, chicken, fish salads in varieties, eggs etc. Excellent in food quality, taste, soft background music made the ambience cozy and relaxing. Im grateful and had a wonderful time and experience to eat from top chefs in the kitchen.

A fruit tart overloaded with natural goodness and some healthy munching. Such an amazing gourmet to see where u could include all the colors in the recipe 😍<br/><br/>I explored it in JW cafe @jwsahar n truly it was a bliss for me.

JW Cafe ... One of the fav dining options for my family and me. The quality is class apart and so is the service. Each and every ingredient has a distinct flavour. Be it Indian, continental, oriental and they nail it down. Desserts are something no to give a miss. They are simply yumm and I would warn you that you will easily put on a few kgs for a night stay. Chef Shrikant would not leave any stone unturned to make your food experince special. He has his chefs are always ready to take you on a gastronomical experience.

Visited JW Marriott before lock down for an event. It is our favourite place though. A bit expensive but you'll never stop drooling over dishes here.

Absolutely fantastic experience at JW cafe. The buffet was a grand affair with a huge spread of cuisines from across the globe. We tried the Mutton Pepper fry and Lemon Butter Lobster which tasted heavenly. The Mexican spicy fish tacos were recommended to us and also prawns and New Zealand mussels, all of which were appetizing and finely prepared. A mocktail with a crispy rosemary flavour was an absolute delight. I can say that JW Cafe knows how to keep their guests happy!

<br/><br/><br/>JWCAFE Mumbai hands down serves the best buffet as the menu is diversified well. <br/>They serve multiple cuisines like Indian, Italian, Mexican, Chinese etc.<br/>Our Personal favourites: -chat counter as they served ice cold paani puri which was excellent.<br/>-Traditional proper dal makhni with freshly prepared right on spot tandoori roti. <br/>-Dessert heaven because it includes huge variety of desserts.<br/>The food and the polite, courteous service staff makes it the best Buffet places in five star category.<br/><br/>

It included cuisines like indian, mughlai, mexican, italian, Japanese, desserts and chat counter too..The food presentation and taste was really amazing..Overall it was a wonderful experience and buffet was worth try..My favourite was masoor dal tadka, fruit rabdi, pudhina paneer tikka and veg biryani..Will surely visit soon 🤩🤩

We went to the JW Cafe for the sunday brunch buffet. It has a the Silk road festival going on. They had very Loud live music that cut all conversation and gave us a headache. The food was nothing special, infact it was sub-par for a 5 star hotel. The rice in the veg biryani was undercooked. <br/>Indifferent and unfriendly staff who seemed to have a chip on their shoulders seemed to be the trademark of this cafe. There was no dedicated server for the tables and we had to wait over 10 mins for plain tandoori rotis!! The staff- from the Pastry chef to Mid Easten food chef seemed more interested in clicking pictures of their food and its display! All in all a lousy experience.
Anaya
We had a dinner here during our stay, it was perfect experience we didn’t had great expectations but it turned out to be great so many varieties and perfect choices of chat to desert.

Definitely 5 stars for the real 5 star experience I had on valentines day here. Simply awesome , great service , tons of food options and desert heaven. Service is where this place excels. Worth every penny spent.

The Food, the ambience and the Staff make this one of the best Dinner Buffet places in 5star category in Mumbai. <br/><br/>Though a bit pricey as all top 5star buffets their desert quality is one of the best in the country and they lay looks extremely impressive spread lavishly over a vast area. <br/><br/>The service staff is what makes this Cafe at the Marriott a great place to be
Appie Appz
Great spread, lots of variety, pleasant and helpful staff. Are very precise on the closing time. So makes more sense to go earlier. Air conditioning is uneven cause a few warm zones. So make sure you sit centrally and not in s corner. Overall meets expectations from a property this size.

I visited JW Cafe couple of times, its god place have a business discussion, nice ambience, polite staff.<br/><br/>Talking specifically about food, soup, starters are good. you'll see good amount of verity.<br/><br/>Not much impressed with main course and test wise also okay. I visited more thn 3 times here but didn't see much variation in main course.<br/><br/>Otherwise superb desserts, over all good place.

Had gone with family for buffet really reasonable for the spread they provided. Staff was very humble and hygiene at its best , I must confess we consider hygiene more important than food taste as we have fragile stomach.Great place.

Sunday brunch- a must have.<br/>Sunday brunch buffet has the widest variety that we have ever seen. It will probably satisfy every food craving! The buffet has a wide variety of Japanese, Chinese and Thai, Indian, Italian , Continental cuisines with a pasta station, grilled sea food station , antipasto and salad counter, cheese counter . There is a wide variety of Mocktails/ cocktails included in the buffet charge . The dessert section is humongous with a fantastic variety of Indian desserts, chocolates, cakes, pastries, macaroons, pies, profiteroles, tiramisu, ice creams, waffles. The food is flavourful and delicious. We kept going for more even when our stomachs were at bursting point. Fantastic ambience and excellent service. Cannot fault anything.

Food was good, tea was also good. Just highly over priced and the wait is long for anything you order.

We went there to celebrate our anniversary. The veg fried rice and pesto pasta was good. Zimik the host helped me plan my last min surprise dinner really well. Viknesh was on his toes constantly to serve us and ensured we were comfortable. Must go with family and friends

This was my first visit to a 5 star hotel and the bience was just amazing.<br/>.<br/>The staff was very polite and brought us the live counter dishes on our table.<br/>.<br/>I was little disappointed by the food. Being a 5star hotel i was expecting amazing tastes but only few dishes were amazing and some were bland. The live counters were good. and the dessert section had a good amount of spread. i would prefer going for brunch as it has good spread.
Ankurjyoti Bordoloi
This is the best buffet in Mumbai. Period. The range of options, from continental to Japanese, from Asian to North India, alongwith a wide array of salads, meats, soups, cheese, Western and Indian desserts and icecream, make this the most wholesome meal you will come across. The live counters for Indian breads, sushi, pasta and waffles are just amazing, with courteous staff and superb service. It's an experience worth visiting again.

I went there for my anniversary buffet dinner on Saturday night. Food was ok ok. Waiters are roaming around here and there it was like flea market and they didnt bother much about customers. Will never go there again and not recommended at all. Wastage of money

Great services, good ambience and special thanks to Mr. Yash for good suggestions in desserts.

Wanting to make use of your money in the most efficient way and manner, try dining here.<br/>This is not so little restaurant will set your taste buds on a rampage and will make you eat everything and anything from the menu.<br/>The food is fantabulous and there is nothing you should miss from the menu.<br/>The al'a carte or the buffet is simply mind boggling.<br/>So much to eat and so little time.<br/>Try to starve yourself atleast three days in advance and they hop and jump to this restaurant for dinner.<br/>And please try comming alone because the food is so good,if someone sees you hogging he or she will stop talking to you.

I had casually arrived for the breakfast today and it was a wonderful experience. Buffet was lavish and great care was taken by our server Solomi. She is the true asset for the outlet. Thanks

The most insane spread I have ever seen, and trust me when I say this because it puts Chappan Bhog to shame (especially with the lamb chops and unending string of appetizers). Unfortunately for me, I didn't keep this in mind and ate before we got here so we ended up going for the soup and salad buffet which the restaurant manager, Vijay Kamble, recommended and the most tender salmon nigiri I have had in a long long time. (my tummy says 'thanks' for the extra piece, Vijay!). Although on the higher end of the price spectrum, it is worth every rupee given the quality of their ingredients, quantity, wide array of cuisines and items to choose from (including sour candy for ice cream AAAAAAAAHHH), and warm service. 10/10 would recommend especially for celebrating a special day with your family.

Was here for a birthday celebration of my brother and it went all smooth and sound all thanks to Miss Alrina. The colleagues along with her were also very efficient and worked along well.<br/>She handeled the entire flow of our dinner very efficiently and we enjoyed our time spent. She arranged a special cake for the occasion and it was an sweet gesture on her part. Hope she gets appraised for this and deserves a good recognition in the hotel.... Keep up the good work

JW Marriott - This was my first time i have visited JW Cafe in Sahar which is near Near international airport of mumbai. <br/><br/>It was Wednesday and buffet spread was excellent guys. To start from the soup to indian tandoori items to continental section including live pasta counter , chinese and japanese cuisines. <br/><br/>I tried almost every item on the buffet 🤪 and went gaga over it. The service was beyond expectations and very prompt. <br/><br/>The only problem i felt was that sometimes according to hotel temperature the food in tandoori and continental section got bit cold rest was outstanding.<br/><br/>I will definitely going to dine with them again.

Dinner at The restaurant: I visited with my friends and believe me It's amazing, not just the food makes you crazy but the staff here are the real star's. This place, I can go on and on about the food here. The best food that is served amongst all the star restaurants in Andheri. There’s isn’t one dish on the menu they serve that I dislike.

We visited JW Marriott Sahar for a family dinner. We have previously visited the JW Cafe for their Sunday brunches and had pleasant experience. This outing wasn’t any different. Right from the courteous staff with a smile on their face, to the warm guest service coupled with excellent food. Mr Parth and Ms Tam who were serving us that evening truly lived through the above traits that have got us back to this place time & again. We had an Indian palate that evening and were mesmerised by the biryani that was flavoured with exotic spices including saffron coupled with multiple beds / layering of rice & vegetables. Other dishes were equally good. All in all, it was a memorable experience for us at JW Marriott!

Went here for my birthday dinner... needless to say nearly ended up spoiling my day..<br/>We had first up served the wrong dish, which the waiter agreed to replace.. but the shock arrived when we had found a cockroach in my stir fried vegetables... to expect this from a hotel of the reputation of Marriott was shocking to say the least. The staff was quick to apologise and also got a birthday cake for me.. which was kind of them. But then I was shocked to find the item with the cockroach on my bill. Made no fuss just paid and got out of that place. Will never step inside the hotel again.<br/><br/>

We had gone for my pre birthday celebrations & the experience was simply amazing...Great food, amazing staff...every body loved Samaira...Mr Vijay got to know about my birthday and did not think twice to arrange an amazing cake for us...overall..we had an awesome time...

The place is nice and well maintained. The thing which makes this place more beautiful is it's one of the most generous and courteous staff.<br/>Ambience is great and sober. A good place to spend quality time. Now come to the food, Veg Hara Bhara Kebab is a must try.. We had north Indian food in the dinner that was also delicious. Quantity is also enough for 2. As it was my birthday and the staff already inquired about this while we were reserving a table a day before. As a gesture, a complimentary cake was also presented to us by Team Marriot which seriously was delicious. The only thing is you won't find much of the veg. South Indian dishes over here. Else, this is one among the best places to spend the quality time.<br/>Also, a big thanks to Mr.Vijay and his team for the care and assistance they provided.<br/>
ShiNe Kumar
One of my best brunch experience.<br/>Though it is little heavy on your pocket but it is worth the cost. Absolutely amazing spread, for meat lover and people with sugar tooth brilliant ambiance it's obvious 5star it is :).<br/>I will definitely be visiting them again. Mind you guys this is only for those who love eating and btw who doesn't. I am sure my next visit will surprise me again with their new spreads WineDine&Shine...

I m a kind of person who like to travell and Eat at different places. So on one Sunday I went to JW Cafe Sahar. I was shocked by seeing the variety of Food placed on Buffet.<br/>I loved everything. Specially the server Ajay was so polite and had Courtesy which a true Hotelier should be.<br/>Thank Ajay for making my Day at JW Cafe.<br/>I will surely visit again.<br/>Thank you!!!!!<br/>

This place never disappoints! Right from the staff to the food - amazing experience! Big shout to Vijay & Hester who have always been kind in the past & took great care of us this time as well. Making food meeting our dietary restrictions was a nice gesture. Would rate their buffets as one of the too rated in Mumbai - best I’ve eaten. Their desserts are to die for - various options - BUT DO NOT MISS THEIR RICH & CREAMY ICE CREAM! Any flavour you pick will blow you away! Highly recommended place for all
Rugved Pawar
A perfect luxurious place, few things are such unexpected and fabulous but few are nt that much good... Most of the buffet restaurant serves you the starters on the table but here you hav to collect from buffet, starters & main course was better, especially the prawns curry and jasmine rice was amazing but dessert section was little bit less to fulfil your expectations... Overall experience<br/>Food 4/5<br/>ambience 5/5<br/>service 5/5

JW Cafe @ mumbai sahar works incredibly hard to give every patron the best luxury dining experience.A lavish buffet setup with amazing ambience & variety’s of soups, starters ,desserts Japanese, chat counters all lovely variety’s to cherish .The one thing my kids missed was pizza 🍕.<br/>The chef 👨‍🍳 took very good care of us. Even the staff are very welcoming & looks after your each and every requirement.<br/>Rating .<br/>5/5 staff <br/>5/5 ambience <br/>4/5 food .( this is my 3rd visit in this month & I personally find the menu was almost same )<br/>Over all a good dining experience.

Food is just OK:( ordered a mixed vegetables tarkari and all we got in it were 🥕 carrots 🙈 after sharing our concern with the server we got to know that Chef apparently FORGOT to add other veggies! That’s really BAD and UNPROFESSIONAL... but the service is really good and super attentive from the servers. They live upto your expectations.
Payal Puri
Loved the buffet. The spread is massive and I loved everything that I had on my plate! They have a seperate spread of Chinese food. The best part is their desserts which we just couldn't resist! Infact overate like anything!

Been here for my Sunday Brunch and was best ever. Unlimited cocktails but had only two to choose from- Lime based and coconut margharita- which was amazing. Nearly tried out all the dishes and considering the spread one can easily take at least a few hours and a big stomach.<br/>Tried out various lobster dishes which are not common in normal run of mill restaurants<br/>Also salads, sushi, chats, breads, waffles, almost all type of cuisines I could get my hand onto. Ordered a few fishes but unfortunately it was not delivered apart from one salmon. But since we were already full didnt bother with it again.<br/>Special mention to the desert section of eye popping cakes, pastries and tarts. Also alcohol filled chocolates found quite unique and must try.<br/>The desert section is renowned to have India's best desert chef behind it and it keeps it claim.<br/>Quite a filling breakfast that can fill it for the entire day amd beyond. Including taxes it came a tad below Rs 6000 for two and we were content with it.<br/>Must visit it once in a lifetime in Mumbai.
Sanjiv Chalke
JW Marriott, name itself states that u are going to have something from the best chefs in the city.<br/>You have the option of al a carte as well as buffet but I have visited this place specially for waffles.<br/>First of all about the staff, offcourse professional bt not unnecessarily formal, very helpful.<br/>Out of the food menu pasta is something must to try along with mashroom and chinese food items.<br/>In desserts there are so many things again bt the must have thing is waffle with multiple flavors, bt I would just suggest abundance of chocolate on it, that's it.<br/>Soft and crispy at the same time. Mouth watering 😋.<br/>Make sure u keep ur stomach empty and keep enough time with u as there are alot of dishes we can go for.<br/>

Looking for an amazing buffet in Mumbai, drop down at JW Cafe, a truly mesmerizing treat for oneself.<br/><br/>The location of the place is good with all connectivity airport & WEH nearby, one can enjoy food in layovers as well<br/><br/>Ambiance of the place is quiet and a perfect fine dining experience. if you visit on weekends, you might end seeing some celebrities having meals next to you.<br/><br/>Coming to the food, the buffet spread is large, spread over the entire restaurant, including most cusiines from Indian, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Chaat & Live corners and some Mughlai <br/><br/>The desserts spreads is huge from wide range from pastries and cakes to Kulfis, Falodas, ice creams, Waffles, cook.es and many more...<br/><br/>After heavy meal, you can also enjoy complimentary Tea/coffee of your choice, which will help to keep you awake to reach home.<br/><br/>Overall, a superb dining experience in Mumbai.

Good spread for the Sunday Brunch and good service 👍🏻 good place for family lunches. The only downside is that it’s quite crowded, so gets a little congested... they may need to think of expanding the space.

My wife and I walked into the Cafe super duper hungry at 11pm...the last meal we had eaten was at noon...<br/><br/>While we were explaining our situation to the wait staff... Chef Siddesh Parker overheard us and on his own initative got us a plate filled with some starters to satisfy our immediate hunger. He took our order then and got our food at lightning speed. For our additional rotis, he personally got them from the kitchen and served them on the table which was super impressive.<br/><br/>We understand the JW Cafe is not a fast food joint but the time played a critical role for our meal today.<br/><br/>His ability in understanding our needs and promptly acting upon it is remarkable.<br/><br/>I wish to congratulate you guys for bringing on board such a star!

Totally love this place!! I've been here for a lunch buffet twice and my experience was amazing both the times. The spread is amazing. It includes :<br/><br/>1. 2 varieties of soups<br/>2. 3-4 Indian Starters<br/>3. Cold cuts<br/>4. Japanese counter includes Stir fry, wok and sushi <br/>5. Asian counter which has sticky rice and thai curries<br/>6. Pasta counter <br/>7. Lebanese counter - Nachos and dips <br/>8. Indian Main Course with variety of Sabzis, biryani and breads<br/>9. Indian Chaat counter<br/>10. Special counter - serves different parathas<br/>11. Desserts counter - almost 20-25 types of desserts including cakes, pastries, ice-creams, waffles, jelly and fruits.<br/><br/>The special paratha is a must try. I've had the best desserts at JW Cafe. The food is totally nomnom. The food isn't very spicy because there are many tourists who dine there. The staff is very friendly.<br/><br/>Value for money : 5/5<br/>Ambiance: 5/5<br/>Overall experience: 5/5<br/><br/>Much much recommended place :)

The food served to us was good but there’s something about the ambience which is a hit and miss. Could be in the intimidating 5-star vibe that doesn’t translate to a warm dining experience. The lighting also doesn’t quite add to it. I think the place met my expectation somewhere mid way through it.

Awesome spread... We reached earlier than the buffet set up time. Went around doing some photography... The spread is immaculate ... Multi cuisine and for each type of palate... Deserts too were interesting<br/><br/>The only thing I found it lacking was that the Indian Tikka starters were kept and were cold and soggy. Otherwise would have given it a 5 star... Also if they could introduce a single soft drink | mocktail with the buffet as they can easily afford to do it.<br/><br/>Keep up the good work and the excellent buffet.

Large seating area, cheerful vibe and elaborate menu with live counters makes it a sought after place. Best all day cafe in Mumbai. Impeccable service and staff is always eager to help. Will be visiting soon

OK, so we visited this place on my birthday on 26th June. I availed the 1+1 Dineout offer on buffet. I went through the reviews on Zomato and thought it to be a perfect place to have a nice time with family. But it was just a bad bad bad experience. Please go through the whole honest review below.<br/><br/>1) Food: Talking about the food. Since it was a weekday, the buffet spread was minimal and not worth the hype. The naan and breads were undercooked and chewy, the chat counters were just too sweet and soggy. The pastas were bland and tasteless! To our disappointment the spread was a big big letdown. I even saw the chef at the live counter serving me cold waffles (cancelled order of a previous customer). I would recommend that if you do decide to go through with buffet on weekdays (either lunch or dinner), I'd say AVOID AT ALL COST! The desert counter was okayish. That was the only saving grace. I'd give a 1.5/5!<br/><br/>2) Ambience: The ambience was quite nice, from the moment we entered to the point we were escorted to our table. It was very luxurious. I'd give it 5/5<br/><br/>3) Service: Now for the service. Which was the worse of them all. I would have still given it a better rating, had the service been good. But I'd say it was the biggest letdown. The server was prompt to come to us when we sat down, but after we unlocked our Dineout priveleges. He was NEVER seen around our table anymore! We had to call out to multiple people to clear our plates that were piled at our dinner table. To the point that we couldn't get more food because no one would clear it out. And they would come to us after half an hour. HALF AN HOUR!! I saw a constant trend of biasness where they would only tend to the tables of either guests staying in their hotel or basically foreigners. Even the chefs! I had to constantly ask them for water. The service was just ridiculous. To top it all, the place did not seem that busy either! I asked the server to clear our plates, to bring spare fork/spoon etc. But he kept forgetting. It was sheer dismal. I wish I could give a negative rating. This would be 0/5!<br/><br/>4) In conclusion, if you are thinking of going on weekdays I would say avoid completely! If you plan to use Dineout priveleges then expect services to be crap. For an industry that is expected to deliver best customer service, I was really disappointed with the way things were handled on my special day. I'd give it 1/5. Thanks!

Totally love the buffet spread!<br/>The vast range of varieties. Being a vegetarian, I expect the non veg counters to be a bit apart from each other. It was not apart and that was disappointing. Even the live pasta counter wasn't different. Everything was prepared in the same utensils.<br/>But love the food

We went for a alacarte but opted for buffet as Indian Chat which looked very tempting was not on alacarte menu. Though the alacarte was Rs 2478 inclusive of tax per person and we could not use our zomato code generated, but it was worth it. We had Indian Paani poori, dahi chat, then salads, fish, desserts and everything was sumptuous!<br/>Can be repeated. Ambience n seating is great as well

Read all the rave zomato reviews and went last Sunday for brunch. My buddy and me were a little skeptical before going since we had gone to a couple of places based on zomato reviews and really really had a bad experience. But as soon as we reached the place we were pretty sure that this one for sure would not disappoint us. Their buffet spread is one of the most lavish I've seen in a while. Italian/Mexican/Chinese/Indian you name it they have it. We started off with the rasam soup, nachos, salad spread and the tandoori options. Moved on to quesadilla and then had some pani puri and pasta(red sauce and white sauce). Moving on to the India stuff we had uthappam, biriyani and naan with panner masala. I would give a 5/5 rating for almost every single dish we had. The dessert part without question is amazing. The variety they offer is simply mindblowing. Macarons, Cakes, icecream and chocolates. All yum 🤤 The service also gets a 5/5. A must for the cost that was incurred. Price wise it's a little on the higher side. Not a place for regular visits 😂 But on special occasions a must go place. :)

I like visiting J W Cafe for hot chocolate in monsoons/winters, this highly recommended. So also they have a visually appealing display of dessert.

Big letdown,<br/><br/>we are at Jw cafe to celebrate my friends birthday. As i read in all the reviews they have huge spread but let me tell you thats not at all true they have the very limited spread on Mon - Sat. They may have huge spread for Sun brunch.<br/><br/>Barbecue Nation, Global fusion has more spread than this so called best buffet outlet<br/><br/>Only 2 Indian starters<br/><br/>1- Kalimirch murgh tikka - too much Kalimirch in that not good at all<br/><br/>2-Ajwain Fish Tikka - It was ok<br/><br/>Apart from this 2 there was only 2 chicken starter one in thai section & one in Japanese both was worse than Indian starters.<br/><br/>As huge spread i was expecting more starters but it was complete let down.<br/><br/>I saw the huge fish counter in pictures and reviews where you have to choose fish and they will prepared for you as you want, but i was not there in spread when i ask aboyt that one of the staff told me that it only available for Sunday brunch.<br/><br/>You will not get any Mocktail in price 2500.<br/><br/>We order Pasta in white sauce, it was very dry.<br/><br/>In Salad section everything was cold, no one will eat chicken salad cold.<br/><br/>In main course, they had 2 chicken gravy & Biryani.<br/><br/>I tried only biryani, it was totally tasteless not a single chicken piece in biryani is lije eating dal khichdi with biryani masala in it.<br/><br/>Sweet counters was okish they had good spread but nothing like woww.<br/><br/>The only good thing in Jw cafe was there Staff, they are very helpfull.<br/><br/>Ambience - 🌟🌟🌟🌟<br/><br/>Spread - 🌟🌟<br/><br/>Taste - 🌟🌟<br/><br/>Staff - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟<br/><br/>Value for money - 🌟<br/><br/>
