Pan Asian is the best place to serve your stomach with Asian chineese food. Not only chineese dishes like noodles and rice but it has also got shushi the one you get to eat only in Japan and China. The Architecture inside will really make you feel you are in china or Japan. The atmosphere there is suitable to experience another country while still sitting in India.

The Pan Asian restaurant inside the ITC Grand Maratha is a paradise for Chinese lover and also for the people you love to try top class scotch. From tequila shots to scotch to fish starters to chicken starter.

Main course to deserts all were just amazing. A very nice place to have your corporate dinners.

We had a long list of orders and I still don't remember what all was on the menu, but I do remember the drinks.

We're of the mindset that life's not worth living without dessert & as we ain't vegetarians but we are dessertarians!
After a great meal we had gorgeous & multilayered dessert at ITC Maratha's Pan Asian .
We were pleased by quality food & their quality service the plus point was that waiters never left a counter vacant..for meal they served Chinese cuisine and they had an delightfully rich range of desserts..
Pan Asian food in Mumbai is dime a dozen and comes in all price range, from fancy to downright pocket-friendly. This is the beauty of Pan Asian food that its easily available to all, no matter how deep your pockets are. Pan Asian is renowned for its Chinese cuisine. Pan Asian food is a fine blend of Thai, Chinese and Japanese food.
It has a very classy & comfortable ambience and a sophisticated, glamourous & a stylish decor..

Fair warning: this place is exorbitant and portion sizes are very large, so order wisely! The quality is service is great (as expected of a 5-star) and the ambience is interesting: with its live sushi counter. Happy place for a team event, but very little that sets it as a class apart.

The Pan Asian has been the defining restaurant for my experience with Oriental Cuisine. Two things for me that have consistently stood out are the Quality of the Food, and the Quality of Service & Ambience. Being a hard-core fan of the ITC Restaurants, I would be very disappointed if it weren't there. In any case, my orders over the years have ranged from Pure Vegetarian fare to some chicken as well. But, they have done everything in their power to blow my mind apart.
My recommendations are to try the Steamed Crystal Vegetable Dumplings, Tom Yum Phak Soup, and the Hot Pots (both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian) are to die for! Coupled with good wine, this can be a stellar experience for one and all.

In India, very few restaurants offer you a Pan Asian experience which extends from the ambience to the food and one such gem is ITC Maratha’s ‘Pan Asian’ restaurant in Mumbai.

The interiors are such that they bring out the richness of different cultures. Our eyes instantly got captivated by the beautiful setting. We excitedly chose our table to try Pan Asian delicacies like Korean, Chinese, Mongolian, Japanese and Thai but first we got acquainted to Responsible Luxury initiative followed by ITC.

Do you know ITC is one of the few hotels in India which follows all the global parameters in meeting the needs of food safety in India. ITC Hotels also follow the Responsible Luxury initiative which covers the 4 parameters- Environment, People, Guest and Nation. The luxury experiences delivered at ITC Hotels do not in any way burden the environment or the society around us. In fact, it is aimed at creating a positive impact on both the community at large and the environment.

The first course of our meal was soup and the Tom Yum soup with Chicken graced our table. The chef said that it had a Thai inspiration but honestly, it was even tastier than the Tom Yum soups I have had in Thailand. The nutritious, warm soup had a great flavour and aroma.

The Pan-fried Chicken Dumplings had a generous chicken stuffing which extended a great taste. Chicken and Vegetable Tempura which the chef described as Japanese pakoda to understand the dish better was extremely different from the dishes I have had till date. The cornflour layer fried coating on chicken, capsicum and bell pepper was simply amazing! Loved this dish- MUST TRY!

In Mocktails, we tried the Crocodile Dundee which was a blend of fresh tropical fruits and nectar with a dash of raspberry syrup. A true refresher is what I would like to say. Fatal Attraction had a mix of lychees, curacao, lime and orange and was a sweet and citrus mix which made the mocktail unique.

Korean Barbeque Chicken was a kind of DIY and the manager came to our table to explain how to put everything together. Infront of us was Chicken, garlic, onion, sticky rice, lettuce and 2 kinds of kimchi – cabbage and radish! To add to our surprise was non-spicy chilly sauce as well. Everything put together gave a great flavour and made our tastebuds feel the joy!

For the main course, there was Fish in Black Bean Sauce, Bean Chilli Garlic, Basil Chicken, King Prawn in Thai Chili Sauce, Chicken & Egg Fried Rice and Singapore Rice Noodles with Chicken. Great flavours extended to a delightful experience! My favourite was the King Prawn in Thai Chilli Sauce and no one can beat ITC when it comes to procurement of prawns! The Prawns at ITC will always be the best!

Coming to one of my favourite sections- Desserts! We tried Green Tea Tiramisu and Valrhona Chocolate Marquis with Jasmine Tea Brulé. Both were heavenly but the Green Tea Tiramisu blew me off with the taste and the way it was made!

It was an amazing culinary experience!

This is my second visit to the Pan Asian. I was craving some wonderful dimsums and what better place than Pan Asian at the Maratha in mumbai…Loved them all, extending special thanks to Chef Varun for making the lunch special for me. All the dim sums including the staple were cooked to perfection and had an amazing taste. The only one suggestion I can give is regarding the amount of finesse in presentation of dim sums and maybe service can be a little more involving from the server’s side. Except that, the restaurant has no flaws. It’s the prettiest restaurant in the hotel with amazing Chinese inspired decor, artefacts, paintings, a wine cellar, satellite kitchens and cozy alcoves everywhere. Chef Liang is undoubtedly the secret weapon of Pan Asian! I am very positive about the restaurant overall, it’s definitely expensive but worth visiting at least once to experience authentic Chinese fare. Culinary talent wise, I’d say this is the best in the city. Maybe in overall aspects I may prefer some other place, but Pan Asian again is one gem of a restaurant. With over 2 decades of maturity, I think they’ve learnt to get things right :) Would definitely go again for the fantastic dim sums..

Chef Liang & Chef Varun cook the best chinese in all of mumbai. Easily the best dim sums I ever had in the country. Identical to the ones served in michelin starred restaurants in Hong Kong/Singapore/London. This is culinary craft of the highest possible level. I highly recommend it to everyone! Maybe The Great Wall at The Leela Mumbai is also a fantastic alternative but there’s something else about Pan Asian which is significantly differentiating in a good way. Also I think it’s the prettiest restaurant at Maratha with live stations, artefacts and alcoves everywhere…

I recently had the pleasure of dining at PAN Asian, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stylish, contemporary ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The menu at PAN Asian offers a delightful fusion of flavors from across the continent, and it's evident that the chefs possess a deep understanding of the nuances and techniques required to create authentic and mouthwatering dishes. The range of options available was impressive, catering to both adventurous palates and those seeking familiar favorites. The quality of the ingredients used was exceptional, resulting in dishes that were not only visually stunning but also bursting with flavor. Each bite was a harmonious symphony of tastes and textures, showcasing the chef's skillful execution. Whether it was the tangy Thai curries, the delicate sushi rolls, or the aromatic Indian spices, every dish was an absolute delight. What truly stood out at PAN Asian was the impeccable service. The staff members were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they served. They took the time to explain the menu, make recommendations, and ensure that every guest's preferences and dietary restrictions were catered to. Their friendly demeanor and promptness added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall dining experience. The restaurant itself exudes a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere, with thoughtfully arranged seating areas that allow for an intimate dining experience. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall ambiance created a sense of tranquility, making it the perfect place to unwind and savor a remarkable meal. In addition to the exceptional food and service, PAN Asian also offers an impressive beverage selection, including an extensive list of wines, craft cocktails, and Asian-inspired beverages. The carefully curated drink menu perfectly complements the flavors of the cuisine, further enhancing the dining experience.

Ambience is pretty amazing, it gives you chill vibes and perfect if you wanna have Japanese food. I personally loved their dimsum alot it had thin layering and they look.also quiet tempting.. For tge starters we had crispy lotus stem it has a medium spicy taste , highly recommended. For mocktails they don't have much options but you can try lemonade. For desserts they have only one option which is fried noodles with ice cream not a great fan of it, need.more options
