Beautifully decorated place in Bandra which has been running for decades. It has been made so intricately with a mixture of indoor and outdoor seating. It's a cafe style ordering system where you order and take your food with you. Most of the food is prepared in advance and displayed. They have a very wide selection of sweet and savoury dishes. The buffet salad bar was excellent along with vegetarian spaghetti. The cold coffee was nice but a little too sweet for my taste. 5 stars if they were faster reheating the food and the staff met customers with a smile. Nobody was rude however.

A must visit cafe when in Bandra. The vibe of this place is so unique and cute. We visited this place on a weekend before Christmas and the place was so lit with Christmas decorations and lights. There was a long queue for placing the order, we had to wait for almost 45 mins just for some cold coffee. Definitely recommend for casual hangouts.

This place is too cute. It is very spacious. Every corner is picture worthy. Food here is good, a lot of non-vegetarian dishes are there. We had chicken lasagna, chicken mushroom quiches, roasted chicken, mac and cheese, hot chocolate, tiramisu and cheesecake. Tiramisu and cheesecake are must try!

It's been a go to place for all college goers, has a lovely ambience. It caters good deserts and meals and finger foods. The food items are reasonably priced and the place is quite Instagramable. The rooms of lamps is one of the best place to chill with your gang.

One of the oldest hangouts in Mumbai, So it says it all. This place has its own beauty. The architecture and vibe is so good. Impressed me a lot. It's self-service and the food variety is quite good, you'll feel like walking to a hill top. There are many places to sit and relax throughout the day.

Over the vibe this place had. Visited during the holiday season and it was filled with joyous ppl with smiles. The queue to place an order could be managed better (we had to wait for 7/8 mins in queue to place an order, all cuz it was just one lady taking orders and getting the food in plates) But that can be ignored for the good food they serve. One of the best places to eat & chill in the old Portuguese style aesthetics. There are multiple terraces with open air seating. Food is a delight and they serve a good variety of cakes, rolls, croissants, pizza, burgers & so much more. And they have a both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available.

Candies have a beautiful and aesthetic vibe. It's a perfect place for a Sunday brunch. The cafe is very huge and it has seating on the ground floor, first floor and several outdoor seating. The food is also gracious. I highly recommend their Rolls, Fish and Chips, Butter Croissant.

All stars for the Nostalgia and nothing else. One cafe which used to be my The-cool place during high school and initial years of college!! Don't expect great food and awesome service. It's just the vibe!!

Candies situated in the heart of Bandra is a cozy cafe which attracts alot of hip crowd. <br/>We tried the following:<br/>1. Rich chocolate cake: it was Chocolatey and creamy and delicious<br/>2. Probably the best ambience in Bandra..you can actually sit here for hours and relax and have your coffee and sandwiches..the place has a good vibe and a great feel.. the food is well priced and doesn't hurt the pocket much!

Candies is a very cute and cozy place to hang out with your friends..we ordered a variety of dishes...the best among them had to be the cheesecake.. we love their cheesecake..also the chutney sandwich is great and the potato chips along with them are just delicious..

I have tried various dishes from Candies and every dish has exceeded the expectations. I am a big fan of the spaghetti served here with a bun and pasta salad on side. The service is worth a 5 star rating and the dishes served are pretty unique. It is one of my favorite cafes in Mumbai.

Candies is one of our favourite restaurants in Bandra. A lovely designed house where you can get lost in search of a table. A great place for conversations and a very peaceful ambience. Be sure to try their continental dishes and enjoy the whole experience.

Candies, near learners academy in bandra is my go to place whenever I'm thinking of salad. An awesome place to take a chill pill at in Bandra, you can sit here for hours, laid back and chit chat with your friends or just do your thing on your laptop. No one will bother you. My new favourite the Croissant Sandwiches, They're really soft and fresh. Not forgetting the signature chicken club sandwich! You can wash all this down with some pink lemonade or Bombay blue🙌 however they gotta add an extra counter on weekends as this place is jam packed on a Sunday morning.

The sitting arrangement is to good. The interior and the ambience is too good. Here you can have coffee, variety of pizza, salad, and many more. I would strongly reccomend it to go and try this place.

The food here is really good but some of the dishes just don't justify the quantity to money ratio. <br/>Must try : butter chicken, chicken Tikka sandwich, chicken spaghetti, croissants<br/>What not to try : chicken biryani. It was a disaster.<br/>But whatever you eat please do not forget, I repeat do not forget to have the cheesecake. They're heavenly.

It's a confusing place for first timers regarding the ambience, seating, menu, the whole process of ordering.. but at the same time the ambience is lovely, unique even. There's even a gift shop upstairs. The menu is elaborate. There's special discount after 8pm as well.

The decor and the seating arrangement is quite non traditional. The place gives appearance of a green open area with lots of nook and corner to explore. The bakery products are excellent. We found the kurkuri bhindi to be too good.

Pretty much everything on the menu is worth ordering but if you are still looking for specifics, go for their chicken sandwiches and classic cold coffee. They also have an adorable gift store inside the cafe. Now that's a rare sight to see. The store named "Marry Me" has a collection of stationeries, home décor items, accessories and more

Always in love with this place. But they can certainly improve with respect to the order taking time and People management. The feel is always energising but the long queue for the service puts off completely. Please have either more man power or more organised system

Easy on the wallet place with a variety of dishes in an awesome and huge bungalow setting at Pali hill. This place is a must visit for its unique ambience.

Have been many times to this outlet. There is self service out here but there are ample of seating options spread over 2 floors ( a bunglow) and each of them is beautifully decorated. The crowd is cosmo and generally young. Its a good place to sit relax for hours with friends or even alone and read a book or do some work on the laptop with nobody bothering you. The prices are also not that high . We usually have veg cub croissant sandwich, veg burger , veg spaghetti , mojito, cold coffee and chocolate milkshake. The food taste are generally ok nothing special with a rating of 3 to 4/5 but it doesnt matter when you are basically here to spend time with friends

Well had heard a lot about this place and really wanted to visit, got an opportunity to go there recently,<br/>Had ordered a veg club sandwich, which wad cold when served and the crust was so hard it scrapped my palate.<br/>Masala tea was good<br/>Strawberry milkshake was a little too sweet<br/>I even tried Onion rings with mango jalapeno dip, even though i had to wait for an extra 10-15 mins just for this to be prepared, but when i picked these up even these were cold, and too oily. The Bombay Junkets visited Candies on Christmas and tried their Wildberry Ice Tea, Chicken Sandwich and Bread Pudding.<br/><br/>Wildberry Ice Tea - A little too sweet for our liking. The quantity and taste were good.<br/><br/>Chicken Sandwich - Moist and good in taste.<br/><br/>Bread Pudding - Well baked with the perfect amount of sweetness. The quantity of raisins was a little too much, though.<br/>.<br/>This place is one of the most iconic outlets of Mumbai. The ambience is great but the service is extremely slow. We had to stand in a long queue for almost an hour and search for a place to sit for another half an hour. Visited this place on christmas and was highly disappointed as food was over around 8pm and they just had beverages to serve. No one was even telling on the gate that food is over. So we had to wait to get the seat then realise it was waste of time. Very poor management and staff. Staff was literally smiling when they told us we are out of food like its a achievement. Wont visit this place ever again and won't recommend people to visit as well. We went to some other restaurant near by for dinner after having one hour wait at Candies for a drink.

A restaurant can be defined as a business which basically provides food in exchange for money. Dec 25th 2019 at 8:00 p.m. this one runs out of food. How does such a big restaurant not plan for this in advance?! I mean least one could do is scramble up some quick sandwiches, but nothing. I have seen vada pav waalas with better management and at least the courtesy to inform people in advance, if they were going to run out of food. I noticed they were still letting clueless people in. To make people wait inordinately is forgiveable, to have two seperate counters for placing orders and payments without having a common menu on display is bad, to run out of food is worse, to not let people know in advance is just unforgivable.

We reached around 7:45 in eve on Sunday eve .. atmosphere is nice with Xmas lights nd music all over place .. sitting is also good with ever 3-4 sittings in different corners <br/>Major disappointment was that we were only able to have 3 pieces of chicken puff.. rest nothing was available <br/>Not going to visit again. ..

Perfect carrot cake flavour with the right amount of cinnamon topped with really good cream cheese frosting. The cake to icing ratio is perfect. And that Carrot on top, heavenly<br/><br/>• Lemon Iced Tea<br/>They make the best, no nonsense Lemon Iced Tea in the city. Quirky and interesting place and highly recommended by anyone who’s been to Bombay. Pretty seating areas with some old world feels and added bonus is that the place is full of kittens and cats and they give you company while you seat so you’d never be alone here.

Probably the best liver roll I've had. That's how i would like to start off the introduction. The ambience is good and the serving crowd is really friendly here. Don't let the entrance fool you as the place is much bigger on the inside. Overall, a must go when at Pali Hill.

From rolls, sandwiches, burgers, lasagne, pizza to pastries, cookies, chocolates you’ll get it all. You can always sip on the coffee/milkshake and work here. The villa is huge and spacious and always filled with people.

Candies is a staple eatery for Bandra residents. I've been visiting this place as far as I can remember. I grew up eating the kickass potato chips (which are made in butter btw🤤). The bacon pizza/ bbq chicken pizza are great and a must order. The main dishes are pretty satiating, filling, balanced meals and most of all, tasty AF. I had the Chicken Cordon Bleu once and I loved every bite. This place has great ambience, crowd, food, shakes, and the overall vibe is chill, which is practically the best representation of Bandra. It is impossible to hate this place

Good ambiance and look is nice. After seeing so many positive reviews about this place decide to give a try and I have to say this worth a visit. Great value for money. Dragon chicken was good and taste nice. Cupcakes was soft and fresh. I will come again.

Loved the place very much..the ambience was soothing and was very pleasing...i ordered the pizzas and the tarts which were amazing and the tarts should be atleast tried once 💖💯❤just a suggestion try the lemon tarts😋😋

I like the fact abt this place, the they way this place is made. Not like a normal cafeteria but has different floors and both, open and closed space. It is just beautiful. Worst place ever I came across. Dumbass staff! Both veg and non veg club sandwiches weren't freshly served and also they were bland and cold. The chips served with the sandwiches weren't fresh and simply oily. Smoothie was only filled with ice and nothing else. Horrible place ever. Quality Standards need to be improved.<br/>

One of the oldest eateries in Mumbai, Candies is popular amongst people of all age groups.<br/>The place is quite big and has multiple floors which is a rarity in Mumbai.<br/><br/>I ordered a Chicken Shawarma roll, Chicken Tikka roll, Blueberry Cheesecake and Cold Coffee.<br/>The chicken Tikka roll had a thin outer layer with chicken stuffed in a good amount inside whereas the Shawarma roll had a very thick outer layer with a sweet & sour kind of filling inside.<br/>The cold coffee had a scoop of ice cream in it along with chocolate syrup at the bottom. The coffee was really good and wasn't very sweet.<br/>The cheesecake was good with a kiwi on the top and a smooth textured,sweet bread cake.<br/><br/>Overall, a great experience here and would love to visit again.

Place is really good and worth trying but security keep grumbling having without sense yah place is very good and silent its absolutely perfect place for dates and can grab food for prettly less exp and food was pretty good and restraunt counter staff was quite friendly and also helped to recommend food but disappointed with security not a bad exp tho but place cover its everything will give a try again and yall shall also must make a visit if living in Mumbai.

Candies is so so BANDRA !!<br/>Beautiful set up, open area where u are sorounded by greenery , even a/c place with cute set up.<br/>You can grab whatever you want at the counter and then go and sit wherever you want.<br/>It's always buzzing with people from different age groups.<br/>Their food is good, sweet dish is average.<br/>They even have a salad bar.<br/>Must must visit especially when u go to BANDRA.
