Cafe Mondegar - Mumbai - Photo album

Some places are legendary... And they leave a mark on you. Cafe Mondegar is one such place and I was lucky enough to be able to dine here on a hot summer afternoon As always the place was packed and we had to wait for 20 min but the food was so worthwhile that the time did not matter. We ordered t
A very nice relaxing and quaint place in middle of the city humdrum. Loved the cartoon theme on the wall, ambience is great and so is the food. They serve wine and alcohol as well, and has a very well kept washroom.
A great place with great ambience. Had a Veg Hakka Noodles, Beef Steak Burger, Beef Supremo and Fillet fish Mexicana and a beer pitcher and it was amazing. The only reason for 4 star is the place is a bit cramped for my taste. Added bonus for me was there was an adorable cat near the entrance.
It is one of the must go places in Mumbai and we thought of giving it a try. The place is mostly crowded, we have to make reservations and wait for the given time. A place with beautiful art work on the walls as well as on the cutlery. They serve alcohol too. Food here is amazing and delicious and ab
This is an iconic place with a lovely ambience and trendy crowd. It's like a no frills cafe for beer and wine lovers. They don't serve hard drinks. The food is not something to die for. It's better to reach this place early to get a table. This is strictly for beer and wine lovers at a reasonable pr
One of the well known places from Mumbai, this place is definitely worth the hype. Staff is a delight and their food is fabulous. . We had the spaghetti carbonara with bacon, it was outstanding. Next we had their steak, which again was absolutely beautiful. Their fish was about okay but pair that up
Wow this place is really good. I really liked it. It's my second visit to this place and food here is excellent and tastes so good. It's ambience and artistic walls are lovely. You can get good beer here.and I have tried pasta and chicken burger which are fine.and service is also good but the place
The sitting arrangement is a bit congested. But service is good. I had ordered lemon fish from international menu section. It was good and pricey. Draught beer is their best. Over all a cozy place to hang out with friends or partner.
This place sets your mood into a different aura. Everything about the place is just heart warming. A beer in hand and their amazing fish & chips with fries is my favorite. This fish and chip are yummy. I loved their tandoori aloo too spicy & were cooked well.
This place is one of the oldest pubs in Mumbai. It brings back old memories for so many people. One of the best hangouts in town. They serve beer and very good quality food too. They ambiance has always been pleasant and the decor has been the same over the years. A must visit for tourists and local
Cafe Mondegar: A very crowded place, nestled between the markets of Colaba. Quirky decorations and quite a big menu describes this place. The food was tasty as well. Tried a dish for the first time and loved it (cordon bleu). In the Frames (keep swiping)- *Chicken Cordon Bleu *Chicken Mexicana *Chic
A rather great experience at Cafè Mondegar. The place gives you the perfect vibe of a an old time cafè yet with a modern twist. The selection of food and drinks is quite amazing and inviting. Although a bit expensive for the quantity served, Mondegar certainly lived up to its name. Overall, it's t
Coming here since childhood days... Same old charisma. Always excited to be here. Came here with my kid for the first time. Very good food, awesome ambience, courteous staff, good music. Loved the jukebox. Keep it going.
It's a very pleasant place. Gives you the feel of a typical English cafe with great music and ambience. Since I had been in cafe Mondegar during Christmas, it was all decorated with Christmas stuff and was very beautiful. The food is great as well. The rates might seem a little high, but trust me th
This place was packed. We were supposed to go to Leopold cafe and good thing we came to this place. Chicken sausage was amazing. Decor were very creative. Definitely a go to place if you're around that area.
Quaint little cafe, old time food, has one of the sole surviving jukeboxes I can think of, Mario Miranda cartoons on the wall, attentive servers. Great place for a Sunday breakfast, anytime watering hole, a must visit place in Mumbai!
We chanced upon this cafe and it was bustling with activity! It is very cramped and extremely noisy and seems very busy place! Funny thing is despite all this - there is still some order and service is good despite a seeming mess! The food was very good ! Ambience is very interesting.
Mumbai's one of the best cafe! It's a landmark place. This place is usually crowded all the time. So you better book a table and go for street shopping next to the cafe. Food here is simply brilliant. They have loads of varieties... And the service was really good. Ambiance here is good.
A great place defining Mumbai at it's best. There's drinks, there's food, and there's music. Beer and Mexican food that I ordered didn't leave me wondering. It was pretty awesome. The lack of space to walk and a bit lazy response from the staff makes me save a star for next visit.
