Review Le Pain Quotidien - Mumbai

The place is amazing, the ambiance is calm and easy going. No loud music, perfect for people who'd like to come for a quite dinner and talk to people. Perfect if you're bringing someone for your first date. Food is a bit expensive but worth every penny given the courteous staff, the amazing ambiance and delicious food. But only if enjoy continental specifically Italian and European. The staff will suggest you food if you're new and unaware of the cuisine. Ideal if you have Zomato gold, will kinda ease you in the bill. The desserts are amazing. We had the apple crumble with ice cream which was heavenly. For mains we had the chicken stroganoff and chili lime basa. Both were amazing in their own way but the basa stole the show. We had ordered a watermelon cooler which perfectly did it's job. All in all I would definitely come back.

Wonderful food. It's authentic Belgian food. Most of the chocolates/cheese are imported so price is a little high. It's a great place to grab a good breakfast (lunch and dinner as well). Ambience is also amazing. Most visit place!

Lovely spread of food. Excellent taste and the food is not too heavy. The restaurant has a nice ambience and spacious feel due to the high ceiling. Large windows render a good view outside and let in enough natural lighting during the day. The location is good too.

They have a Brown Poha which is amazing! Never seen that anywhere before & it’s totally Desi! 😍 Love their baked items, they were fresh and yummy! 😋 Wish they had a bigger portion sizes for Brunch! It doesn’t justify if you are not taking the unlimited brunch option and turns out expensive even without the drinks.

One of the best places for a quite, romantic night filled with wine and dine. Food is top notch especially if you're into authentic pastas and flatbreads. Limited menu though. Don't miss their pesto in linguine, white chocolate coffee cake and their classic cappuccino/latte. ☕🍫😋

Un superbe restaurant. Had a nice bowl of coffee. Yes they serve coffee in small bowls. It was served with a set of chocolate cookies. Also had Belgian ice chocolate, open sandwich with Mediterranean vegetables and potato wedges. Everything was outstanding with nice presentation and this coupled with Flemish interiors was perfect for a lazy afternoon. This restaurant deserves a perfect 5 rating.

It has nice variety of food. There risotto and linguine were pretty good. They had this dish in non veg called summer harvest which was really good. It is pretty expensive. Our Risotto was for 450/- although they have zomato gold for food. Ambience was really good. It is located opposite to Haiko Mall in Powai. Overall, pretty good experience regarding food and ambience however it's pricey.

LPQ is situated on the first floor of a hotel next to Haiko, at the Hiranandani circle. Easily accessible. Food - good. Try the most outlandish sounding dishes on the menu, they tend to be the best. Must try - hot chocolate. They serve it in a bowl and you are supposed to drink it like you drink from a bowl. Their potato wedges are not great Ambience - superb. 5 stars for this. The sofa at the entrance has a book shelf next to it. Very inviting. Pricing - a bit costly but not entirely unaffordable. Go in the afternoon when the crowd is thin.

A love of bread and all things Belgian (the birthplace of this fantastic chain) comes together in an explosion of flavours. Most of their main plates are filling and a solid pick, taste made to perfection and very much in keeping with the aesthetic of flavour crafted with care. Not a big fan of their vegan desserts but they definitely pack a punch in terms of their mushroom risotto. A good pick for romantic dinners or business lunches, in Powai

Best lunch during my trip to Mumbai. Located in 1st floor of the building with nice street view and high quality food. Recommend for foreigners, business man if you can not eat street foods in Mumbai.

Loved the place. The food was delicious, very flavourful. It was a special family lunch and I'm glad we went there.

Visited on a Sunday evening. Perfect place for both family time and a date. The setting of the restraint is yellow and dull which make it a very leasure sort of space. If you are into salad and soups, LPQ doesn't disappoint.

This Belgain based bakery-restaurant keeps up to its roots by not diluting the authenticity of the original dish. As the name goes by the French name meaning 'daily bread' it does not disappoint with the choices of breads, croissants and pastries. The menu was equally balanced with plenty of vegetarian choices for the veggie lovers. It is a great treat which keeps you wanting to come back for more.

If you love continental food, this place is a must visit. Over my several visits we have almost tried the entire menu. Also, must try are the Garlic Basil Garlic prawn and summer harvest. Also pasta is amazing out here.

This was my first time here and I'm really impressed by the food. They have a limited menu but the food was very tasty, the quantity was good. The ambience is rustic and the staff courteous. Most of the seats are by the window. It was a rainy day, so I enjoyed good food and monsoon with friends. I ordered Basil smeared chicken and spinach ricotta ravioli. Both the dishes were very good.

LPQ at Powai does not disappoint...until you see the bill. Two main courses and desserts will likely set you back by about INR 2000. However, let that not deter you from giving the restaurant a shot. The decor is tasteful, and the tables by the window receive excellent natural light -- choose a spot there if you can. Their main courses are elegantly plated and look very inviting indeed. We tried the Ravioli and Chilli Lime Basa and would order them again. The desserts look and taste authentic. Try the Cheesecake for sure, and try not to be think too much about the dent in your pocket even a small meal here is likely to make.

One word - AMAZING! Been here for brunch and the place and food is amazing. Right at the core of POWAI which gives you the great view and some delicious food to jump on and enjoy some hearty conversations with the peaceful ambience.

The tartines are something new and taste great. The tomatoes add a great tanginess to it. The lasagne and risotto are great too. The Aloe drink is very refreshing and has a unique and new taste

The ambience is perfect, especially for a weekend brunch. The menu gives you quite a good no of options to choose from. The location is easy to find and the city view is gorgeous and beautiful. Definitely a go-to place for an amazing continental lunch experience.

I had gone hear years ago when I used to eat non-veg. I ordered the Seared Basil Chicken and it was made with perfection. The menu is small but real quality stuff that is prepared.

LPQ should now come with better options.. it’s very basic. Earlier menu was still better but gradually it is spoiled and kept only for foreigners

Good concept, not well executed.

Their breakfast was fantastic - fresh, balanced and filling. We ordered The Farmer & The Angler - both had fine ingredients and were very well crafted set menus. Thanks to Pranay (chef) and Vijay (server) for a wonderful breakfast experience!

The place is nice had a very different feel and a great location. There is no valet parking and since it's not a part of Rodhas they guard offers no hospitality or assistance. For a restaurant where each dish costs over Rs. 500 I think that's the least they can offer. Choices on the menu is very bland, there is absolute no suggestions to orders or recommendations, service sequence of food is bad. There is no focus on setting the table right or getting it cleared. We ordered for additional side orders that came in a soup bowl with no eye appeal and were not need.
It did not feel premium neither did it have any casual approach. No options for kids at all, the desserts on display did not have an eye appeal. The place has been left on its on to auto run.
I am always exited about food and restaurants. Some how I missed it here.

Went here today for lunch, this place is very much soothing for breakfast and lunch hours with causual ambience and well LIT up with sunrays.
I ordered for ....
1. Harrisa Chicken - Chicken was perfectly marinated in Harrisa sauce with the stir fried vegetables and whole grains. It was perfect balance of spices and the portion is filling for one person.
2. Slow cooked baby Lamb - The Lamb was tender with the balanced flavour of curry. This dish was quite unique with the Indian style curry which was accompanied by puff and brown rice. This was also good enough portion for one person.
For Desserts I ordered Sugar free Mousse cake not because I wanted to loose out on sugar but I wanted something which is lest sweet and still had the choclate flavour.

Also huge plus point this was Zomato Gold so got 1+1 on the food . Perfect for your weekend brunch and pocket freindly too😊

Went there on a Thursday evening. Ambience is great. Staff is polite. We order the Buffalo and Mozzarella Tomato Tartine with a Watermelon cooler. The former was okay, there was a certain sauce/gravy applied which I didn't like much, but it was still great.

Then we ordered as per the server's suggestion - Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli. Let me tell you, you have to eat this when you go here. The Ravioli was perfectly coooked, the sauces were great (just the right amount) and the stuffing was also delicious. We ordered the cheese garlic bread on the side which was just textbook.

Loved this place, I am definitely coming back here for the Ravioli especially!!

Such a delightful place for a late breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious with the right balance of flavours. We had eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon and Green Shakshuka. The menu is quite diverse and they have a great option of breakfast items. The ambience is quite relaxing. Would definitely visit again.

#love #theambience. A must visit place joint for any and every kind of individual!
Tried the #ceasersalad. Can't wait to try the Stroganoff.😍

This is one of the most sophisticated yet happening places in Powai, Hiranandani
Great place for right from a dinner date to a meeting
Classy yet a good range of food items in the menu
The garlic bread is worth a mention . It was crispy and cheesy in the correct amount
We had a couple of more maincourse and dessert items and none of it disappointed

The manager refused to apply zomato gold discount after the bill was generated.... Too bad, they have such rigid systems

Visited the Powai branch of Le Pain Quotidien on a Saturday afternoon. The place has a lovely and airy ambiance which instantly puts you at ease. They have a European menu with a variety of healthy options to choose from. We got the Harissa Chicken bowl with quinoa, the Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli and the Linguine with pesto cream. Particularly loved the Ravioli which was cooked to perfection, the linguine was okay at best. Overall still a great food experience tho, with prompt service.
Food : 4/5
Ambience : 4.5/5
Service : 4/5
VFM : 4/5

Place where you can eat everyday and still will not get bored. Just love it! Lip smacking!!!!

Visited the place on valentine's day. They had a special menu for the day and everything on the menu was fantastic. It was priced right, plated beautifully and tasted amazing. Loved loved loved the place ❤️

Been going here for years. The food is amazing! The spinach ricotta Ravioli is a must have and so is the chicken roulade! Must visit.

Nice cosy place in the rodas ecotel hotel powai.
Ambience is quiet peppy.food is yum, though limited veg dishes.
There is no parking here so you need to park your vehicle in the pay & park located opposite to the hotel.
Penne pasta is a very nice dish, also one can try the soup of day !
Travel4food
The card gets swiped long before the food comes to the table!!!!! The buffet was nice though the salads could be better. We ordered a dessert over and above the buffet menu & were really disappointed abt the rush to swipe my card while the desset took a good ten mins to come after the bill was paid
Sanket Mhatre
Nice place with a view over the crowded streets. When entering, one has the impression of being in Brussels instead of Mumbai (the very low temperature due to the AC helps a lot in the disguise along with the high price). We had lunch twice, always going for a my-choice salad. Very good greenies though you really need to look for what you order as avocado and other vegetables are added in maximum two (very small) pieces (but charged full price). It takes ages to get the food also if it doesn’t need any cooking or special preparation and the place is empty. Service is very nice, indeed.

Loved the ambience and the hearty food
Things seemed a bit unkempt when we went at around 10pm
Very friendly staff but service takes time

Le pain quotidien, powai

Overall 4/5
Food 4/5
Drinks 2/5
Dessert 3/5
Ambience 4/5
Service 4/5
Zomato gold : yes
Value for money 3.5/5 (with gold)
Recommend: YES.

They gave hots of healthy options (which, we dint take, obvious!) Good food, good portion sizes. It's a nice place to go to, but not for very large groups. Service is decent. Must go if you are in the vicinity of Powai and like Continental food.

Pic 1: coffee and White chocolate cake (3/5, maybe I just don't enjoy the texture, it was gelatin-ey)
Pic 2: chicken strogonaff (4/5)
Pic 3: slow cooked baby Lamb (3/5, the rice was brown)
Pic 4: citus aloe ice tea (2/5, too healthy to me I think)

#foreverfat

Just love the place and food. Farmer's set menu is a breakfast favourite!! Very European look and feel as well as helpful staff !! The location couldn't have been better:-)
Lipi Ganatra
The worst place ever. The staff is rude and mean. They wouldn’t accept my zomato gold even though its my husband’s account. He asked me leave the restaurant . Beware pf this guy, he is very rude and he asked me to leave
Dr. Ajit
Called up to book a table quite good experience at booking but no one verified it even as i gave my name, so, didn't know if it was needed. Great ambience, good space between tables, well illuminated.
The carrot coriender soup was nice, freshly made, accompanied by toasted bread crumbs not great. The garlic bread we ordered lacklustre. No taste of garlic neither at all and quite dry.
Tried the chicken cobb salad. Excellent. Freshness about it. Good sprinkling of cheese in it.
The roulade was nice with caramelised carrots and cherry tomatoes done to a nicety. The greens too fresh and crisp.
Tried summer harvest. The chicken was chewy not tender and insipid. The chickpeas tasting odd and completely out of place. The amount of rice very frugal. Disappointed here.
The accompanying bread slice with each dish was extremely dissapointing. Very dry, no taste at all.
Overall not too happy with food.
Service and ambience excellent

Wooden interiors
Hippie crowd
Must have- risotto and coffee
Quite affordable

I did came here with too much expectations as I have been planning to come here for a while.
Food was OK at best, the tenderness of meat was absolutely to the mark, flavors however could have been much better.
Considering smaller menu, which I appreciate largely, I expected quite a bit focus on flavors of the food.
Chicken was a bit over seasoned with salt, however presentation & time taken was uptothe mark.
Pork was excellent & good flavor.
Gravy/ Jus for both dishes were much less than actually required.
Maybe chef needs more freedom to experiment so that he can put his best on plate.
Will surely visit again....

Terrible food portions. Got the avocado toast. See photo. Barely any avocado. Priced at 525 and listed as a main. What's the point coming to LPQ if they are going to skimp on the avocado and serve really just toast

Wow, what a nice place. Quite, cozy..memorable moment for me. Was my birthday that day. One feedback, they should do something for food bloggers.

I have been a faithful customer at LPQ, coming once per week for the past year. The food is great, the staff is kind, great natural lighting...but their new policy is atrocious: if you don’t buy food every hour, they now want to charge you 500₹/hr. I understand this policy if it were only during peak hours, like lunch or dinner, or on weekends, but today (Thursday at 10am) when the restaurant was EMPTY—and four faithful customers had ordered five items between 8am and 9am—it was embarrassing to ask us to pay this extra fee or leave. I have frequently had a cup of coffee there in morning (when there is NO crowd) with a friend or friends, but demanding I order food every hour has lost LPQ this customer. Starbucks will happily take me for 200₹ for 2 hours.
Vegelicious
Polite and prompt service, courteous staff. I ordered the minestrone soup- so far so good. The salad menu had the option of making one’s own salad. However there was no balsamic dressing. So I went with the raspberry vinaigrette- too sweet for my taste. The sweet potatoes in the salad were dry and chewy. When I glanced over at the next table, I saw that balsamic and oil (didn’t look like extra virgin olive oil). Give the salad a pass. The open spicy bean hummus sandwich was nice. The Americano was ok. A bit pricy for the food.

I’ve been going to LPQ for almost 4 years, and I have never felt so mistreated. Seems like the “new management” chose to embarrass clients by counting the time of their stay in the restaurant and applying some kind of stupid minimum amount. I go there EVERY WEEK with friend... sometimes we eat a lot, sometimes we just have coffee. But apparently LPQ is not a place for us to feel comfortable and talk- it’s just a pit stop for expensive food and “GET OUT!”
Sad note: the restaurant is usually empty in the morning, and we’re usually among the first costumers. Well... not anymore. Thanks to this embarrassing moment, we decided not to go to LPQ anymore. There are MANY other options in Powai, and I’ll make sure to tell all my foreign friends that you guys don’t know how to treat your customary costumers.

Good ambience. Good service. Good taste. Good food. Loved everything. Worth visiting!

Brilliant ambience and awesome food. Service was top notch considering that we were about 16 pax. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Price seemed to be justified for the service, food quality and the portion size. Highly recommended for a weekend breakfast.

The restaurant has a beautiful ambience and friendly staff. Their food is amazing and their avocado toast is the best one I’ve had till date along with their pesto grilled chicken.

Based on previous reviews visited this place with high expectations. However they were not fulfilled.. We ordered Parmesan Risotto and Linguine Pesto... The risotto lacked parmesan and was poorly prepared. The Linguine Pesto was basic. On pointing out about the lack of nuttiness in the Pesto, different contradicting reasons were provided. Overall not impressive at all. The Apple crumble with Ice cream was a welcome change for taste buds...

Amazing place, with a great vibe and view. Loved the ambience and the food was absolutely delicious! Staff was very courteous and friendly. Will definitely visit something soon to try out more dishes 😋

Visited on Sunday for dinner and the restaurant was abt 80% occupied.
Liked :
The ambience was nice and cosy
The food both lasagne and hummus sandwich were really nice. Even the mocktails were well prepared.

Didn't Like :
The service could definitely have been better, needed to call the waiters several times to get their attention
The menu, specially for vegetarian was very limited.

Since I used zomato gold for food the the price didn't seem too expensive. The portions sizes are average and would serve one with some starters.

Good choice for those liking European cuisine.

Hello,

I visited this place for the first time on a weekday afternoon. Had heard a lot about this place for people and wanted to try it out for myself. I personally love Breakfast and Brunch Cafes, and was quite enthusiastic about it.
Situated right in the middle of the most hustling centre of Hiranandani Gardens, has a perfect view of the same. Can be located easily and attracts a good amount of crowd even on a weekday. We wanted a table for two, facing the street and it was all occupied. Though luckily we got one soon. It is on the first floor, right above Rodas.

Ambiance:
As stated by Zomato, indeed a very classy atmosphere. Large Picture Windows which let us enjoy the day and night time view of the hustling city life outside. A circular hall with two kinds of seating arrangement: a sofa and a chair, and the chair one. The latter has the view and other doesn't. I recommend having the table with the view. Strong European Vibes, because of all the artifacts hung on the walls. Very calm atmosphere, with Sophisticated Wooden Finish.

Food:
We ordered Main Course directly, and dug into the specialities of the restaurant.

1. A Vegetable Stroganoff: As LPQ is known for the famous Chicken Stroganoff, we decided to go with the vegetarian version of the same. And it wasn't disappointing at all. Similar presentation. And quite filling for one person. Served hot in a Bowl of Brown Bread, with a Bowl of Herbed Rice. Prepared in a Brown Gravy, it was creamy, mushroom-y, and extremely delicious.

2. A Summer Harvest Bowl: Filled with everything which a health conscious person craves for. Grilled Chicken, Chickpeas in Spicy Harissa Sauce (made of a paste of Red Chile Pepper, and Spices), a portion of cut Whole Wheat Rice Pilaf (cooked in Broth for better preservation of Taste), and Sauteed Veggies like Asparagus, Beans, Broccoli. It is also served with a half a slice of Brown Bread on the side, along with a Bowl of Brown Gravy.

Service:
The service is indeed slow, and hence the reduction of one star. Compared to the amount of public it attracts. Although they're friendly, kind, and helpful.

Overall, an amazing experience. Definitely worth visiting again and again because of the quality of the food. And if you're a Zomato Gold member, then it becomes more reasonable.
This place is worth trying if one is open to experiment with the taste buds (more on the healthier side to be honest). Definitely a place that should be tried at least once.

Visited this stunning place in the noontime.. Indeed it lived upto my expectation. The interiors are classy. It has a chill vibe. Coming to the staff they're courteous and easily approachable.
Coming to the food.
So we had ordered for

1. Seared Basic Chicken : I absolutely loved each and every bite of this. The chicken was soft and moist. Surprisingly the spinach gravy added a lot of flavour and complemented the dish. The quantity is a lot. You get 3 huge chicken pieces and some mashed potatoes. I absolutely loved it

Rating :5/5

2. Summer Harvest Bowl : This again was a mix of rice chickpea and chicken with some sauce. This is again very healthy and gives a good taste to your taste buds. This dish isn't spicy so didn't work much for me.

Rating : 4/5

Coming to the dessert.
We ordered for

- Warm Belgian Chocolate Brownie served with Vanilla Ice Cream : The name sounds so tempting but this was disappointment. It was very sweet and the brownie was dry. Clearly as we know Belgian Chocolate is supposed to have a classic fudge like earthy flavour. It lacked it.

Rating : 2/5

Recommendation : If you're looking for something than the traditional Indian Chinese and Italian food. This is the place for you as it serves healthy option. So you won't have to cheat on your diet. You can definitely avoid the dessert and go to some other place in powai. Not to forget this place has an amazing View.

Do follow me on Instagram : __tummylicious__

It's a good restaurant for breakfast. The food was good, just the quantity wasn't. It is a bit overpriced as well, with too limited options. For vegetarians, this place isn't a good option, atleast for breakfast because they hardly have any vegetarian food item. Keeping food in mind, the quality is good and can be enjoyed.

Visited lpq - powai restaurant for lunch after a long time . We were entertaining friends from Banglore and enjoyed our window side table.
I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress, Tasleem. She had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. She recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. She and other management staff members made certain that we had everything we needed.
5 star overall!!!!

Visited LPQ Powai for dinner and was extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of food. The service was very poor and the staff seemed pretty unapologetic about it. We ordered bruschetta board and pasta in tomato basil sauce. While bruschetta was pretty average, pasta was extremely salty! I have been regularly visiting this place, and to my disappoinment my recent visits have been highly unsatisfactory. Not worth it!
Shilpi Sahu
Khagen was very courteous. Loved the Summer harvest and the sugar free chocolate mousse. Would definitely visit again.
Snigdha Guha
While the food looked good and tasted great, the service was quite poor. Two of us went for breakfast, they served the lasagna within about 15 minutes but the eggs Benedict came 45 minutes after the lasagna. The staff was extremely unapologetic and only after asking multiple times, was I even updated on when the food will come. Service is an important part of the overall experience - would be great if that's improved.
Naman Kapoor
This place was recommended by thousands of people so I went to check if the hype was real. We ordered ravioli, lasagne, chicken sandwich, green detox and energy booster. Service was pretty slow, food tasted average. Not much impressed tbh but would like to give it a shot one more time.

Post eating I fall sick. The chicken served was stale due to which I suffered food poisoning. Will never recommend anyone.

This is a good place. The ambience is cozy and perfect for a meeting or a date. Silent. Noise free. Staff is courteous and does not disturb you unnecessarily. The food is great. Had Ravioli and lasagna here. With watermelon cooler and blueberry smoothie. I did also order a caesar salad, which was more of a garden fresh salad than caesar salad. I would recommend this place. Must visit

One of my favorite restaurants. It has a lovely view of the busy streets of Hiranandani. The food here is really good and so is the quantity. I would visit this place again and you guys should check it out too.

A cool evening place to hangout with friends or go on a date. Quiet place with warm ambiance.
Tried its cappuccino coffee and quinoa salad..was amazing.

Can visit again to spend the evenings ...

The food was really good. Ordered the Bruschetta Platter, Tomato Sauce Linguini, Apple Crumble Pie and all of them were yummy.
But the cocktails we ordered were really really bad. We couldn't finish them because of how bad they were. We had ordered Bourbon Masala Chai and Tender Coconut Latte which were both horrible.
I'd recommend plain alcoholic drinks if you visit the place.
Pratik The Geek
Been here twice & I must say both times my experience was good & surprising.

This restaurant is European French-based & hence the cuisine.

They make their own bread & overall food quality is good.

We ordered Chicken Stroganoff & Slow-Cooked Baby Lamb.

Both were awesome, properly cooked & served.

Chicken Stroganoff is served in bread shaped bowl. Gravy & Chicken is served inside bread bowl along with herb rice.

Slow-Cooked Baby Lamb is served with roasted shallots (small onions), gravy, lamb, pieces of tomato, lettuce & herb rice.

Overall my experience was satisfying.

Price Range

4 out of 5, as I felt it's a bit pricey but if you compare quality & taste you will feel money is worth spending.

Ambiance

4.7 out of 5, the surrounding was good, clean & neat. But the table near the window seems to be shrimpy.

Food Quality

5 out of 5, Just go for it.

Service Experience

4.9 out of 5, service was great & fast. Waiting time was less.

But there is always a room for improvement.

Final Verdict

Go & visit this joint, they serve amazing European French dishes.

Also, drinks available as per your need.

Family, Friends & Couples can visit here.
Anuj Mokal
Pretty decent ambiance, the menu is quite self explanatory, and well made. The catch of the day (rawas) on the menu was good, well balanced with decent portion size, so was the avocado toast.
Vandana Sharma
Have visited their many outlets. Always a great experience to chill, work, or spend some good time with friends. The food is always good too. However I would request them to repair their WiFi so that people who want to work can sit here for longer.
Global Food Journal
I had heard sooo much about this place from so many people and had been dying to go there for a while. Finally went there a few days back and the experience was amazing.

Service - The staff was quite attentive, though they could have been a little more informed about the menu ( little details like calories and which has exactly what Ingredients). Other than that, it was a great service.

Food - We ordered the detox salad and chicken Cobb salad. Both salads were exceptional. The detox salad is especially for health conscious people with a flavour of pesto to jazz it up a bit. Where as the chicken Cobb salad, with bacon, eggs and blue cheese was just jam packed with flavour.

If you are looking for a classy quite place to hangout or maybe have a working lunch, with a beautiful ambience and great food, this is the place to be.
Food - 5/5
Ambience - 5/5
Value for money - 4.5/5

Had gone on a Friday night. Ambience was really good. Also I loved the way they serve the food and the quality of food. We had Veg stroganoff, roasted chicken tartine, smoked ham, Belgian ham and chocolate brownie with ice cream. Chicken and ham quality was good. Only problem was very slow service, could be because of less staff. Overall a good experience. Thanks Zomato for the gold offer.
Ayush Kapur
They don't ask for Zomato gold and when asked to use the gold that I have on the table they refused.

Nice place and the food is amazingly delightful and specially their Tartines were amazing. Must visit place even for a casual hangout and the view.
However the service they need to work upon.

Place worth a try. Collection of French dishes is quite good and healthy. My both visits so far have been for breakfast, i got chance to taste different salads and hot chocolate. However the portions were bit smaller, but tasted very good.

I was very excited to visit this place after so long! But was quite disappointed with the food and the quality of service. Very very slow service. Earlier when I visited I loved their spinach ricotta ravioli but now I guess they changed the recipe or something, didn’t liked it at all. Rest as mentioned was ok ok. Nothing special about this place anymore.

Just in love with the place.

Ambience :- 5/5. Top notch decor and it gives you a feel like you're actually dining in restaurant in Europe. Couldn't ask for more.

Service :- 5/5. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing to complain about.

Price :- 4/5. On the expensive side, but these days, the prices are like this only at any fine dining restaurant, specially of this quality.

Food :- 4.99/5. I just didn't like the hard ends of the breads. That's why the deduction but I think that's how it is supposed to be. May be chop off the hard ends before serving? Don't know, might not be a good idea.

Tried 3 items from the menu.

Belgian Chocolate Martini - Waah, so strong, with kick, good kick, and tasty too. You love dark chocolate and you love alcohol? Must try! Not fond of dark chocolate, prefer milk ones and yet I loved it.

Chicken and Cheddar Tartine :- Wonderful presentation and the taste lived up to it. Was something unique for me and I loved every bit of it, except for the un-garnished veggie leaves.

Basil n Spinach Roasted Chicken :- This one made me feel like, I need to go again. Never tasted anything this delicious with Basil and Spinach.

We were 2, and completely full after having only this much. So quantity is quite good.

Would give it 4.5 (and thus 4 on zomato) ideally but since it has Zomato Gold 1+1 on Food it takes away the 5*!

With the current Zomato gold offer ongoing, this place is an absolute steal. SUCH fantastic food at such an affordable price, and fine dining too! The Stroganoff and the slow cooked baby lamb is to kill for. I go here at every opportunity possible.

Le Pain Quotidian

The main reason I was brought here by my friend was to surprise me with the French Toast and trust me on this.. it was one of the best one I've had in Mumbai.

The second best part here was the decor and ambience. Just like those old french teakwood interiors with a wooden bookshelf in a cute corner once you enter the place on first floor.

Food here is really amazing as well as fresh & healthy. Beverages are quite interesting. We tired sparkling pink lemonade & Belgian iced chocolate.
They serve homemade tarts and cakes too.

Service is also good. Our most of the orders were as per their recommendations.

A pretty place with European decor and food...Just sit by the window and enjoy the stunning view outside of the centre of powai.... the ambience is nice and cozy with cute little table and chairs.. Coming to the food.. they have a vast menu for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians... we ordered for a south indian coffee.. smoked chicken and cheese tartines.. potato wedges.. risotto.. and blueberry and chocolate cake.. every dish was perfectly seasoned.. for the ones not used to european food might find it a bit bland.. the staff was courteous.. it has zomato gold which makes it more pocket friendly ...all in all a great experience.. where you can come along and have a nice chat...with good food with a pretty backdrop

This food outlet has a very nice menu just like five star hotels but a small suggestion you can charge little less .
We had Ceasar salad and it had perfect amount of dressing and balanced flavour.
Chicken strognoff was ok , not bad.
Ambience of this place is good but I think if you want more clients please reduce your prices ,it's a just a suggestion it's not an advice at all. Good luck all the best.

Excellent service. We had Red Bean Hummus Tartine and Eggs Benedict. And Valencia Orange and Energy Boost. The taste was amazing and the drinks were just enough to satisfy our brunch needs. We were two of us and quite full with these dishes. Ambience was the best. It was a rainy day and we got a seat beside the window and the view, although city-like, but gave us a reason to enjoy it. Service was flawless, the waiters were prompt in giving suggestions and the food came in no time!

This place had been on my to-do list for long time! So on a rainy Sunday we decided to try this place out. We called for Hot chocolate, asparagus tarttini, spinach risotto! Well..I really liked the way they served hot chocolate with a chocolate stick on the side. But I would have liked it to be a little darker. The tarttini was well balanced with a lot of organic and fresh veggies. The risotto served was perfect with the butter thyme sauce. In all, it was a very satisfying meal.

The Hot chocolate was good with a unique chocolate piece in the side. Though I would have preferred it to be on the darker side. The food was really good. The tarttini served was refreshing with organic veggies and the raviolli served with the sour dough bread came in with a really nice light thyme butter sauce. In all,The meal was a really satisfying one for a rainy Sunday.

We went for Sunday’s brunch at this place. We were 10 people. We have ordered tow set breakfasts. Quantity was less but taste was good. We have ordered eggs Benedictine’s, carmalize egg, masala omelette , oats idli (perfect taste), white pasta, French toast and classic lettuce sandwich for the food. We have ordered hot choclate & South Indian coffee for the beverages. Coffee was very less in quantity and bitter in taste.

I visited this place for Sunday Brunch. They have unlimited servings of a set menu of food and drinks.
We opted for the Non-alcoholic menu which consisted of
Dip of the Day
Soup of the Day
Bread Basket
Breakfast pastries
Salads
Tartines
Waffles/French Toast
Mains
Desserts - 2
Mocktails
Coffee and Tea

We started with the dip of the day and it was a hummus dip with crackers. The dip was very delicious and went nicely with almost everything.

The bread basket was quite ok and a little disappointing. It did not contain either soft or hard rolls.
It had 3-4 slices of bread and it was not baked perfectly as the sides were quite hard.

The breakfast pastries contained a croissant and chocolate danish. Both of them were delicious and perfectly flaky.

We had the chicken Mediterranean salad which was properly seasoned and tasted good.

The tartines were good and the toppings were tasty but they would have tasted better if the bread was better.

In Mains we had different pastas and all of them were simply delicious.

The desserts contained a mini red velvet cupcake and a chocolate pastry. Both tasted great. I however feel that more options were needed in desserts.

The four of us had different coffees, hot chocolate and mocktails.
All of them very very good and special kudos to the Iced Coffee and the Cappuccino.
