One of the most amazing places that I have been. The food is so fresh and beautiful that you could eat with your eyes. Love the fancy cocktails as well. And the brews were heavenly.

After a while I have experienced exceptional culinary skills across the menu which seemed casual in the first look. Tried the coriander pesto mushrooms, soya ginger prawns!!! Yumm!! And the special creme brûlée! Definitely worth trying everything on the menu, especially the chef specials. Quick service, Comfortable seating, amicable staff, and there’s World Cup screening!!

Yes... I visited this place, quite popular in Mumbai for last few years... I found bit congested for a Sunday brunch. Food is good to see & looks colourful.. Specially the displayed breads, veg & non veg salads & desserts.. Staff shortage is a big issue, I think so, for any order we've to wait attest half an hour.. Mr Goutam, the Restaurant Manager, as I've observed him, mainly standing in one corner, where some family party /celebration going on. Maybe it's a part of his duty.. Live music was bit loud for a small space, hardly even we could call the anyone to place an order, most of the times, we've to get up & search for someone for placing order or for clearing the table.. Salads breads cheese platters were good. Exotic fruits were in dessert section.. Food tastes good Presented well.. Nice dishes are in the menu.. Loved the thin crushed veg & non veg pizzas.. Met Chef Deepak, he's doing a good job for last 5 years . Valet parking is available.. Rs.2700 per person Sunday brunch with drinks. My only request to the management to serve food little faster & don't goof up between vegetarian and non-vegetarian foodies in hurry..

TGW is located on ground floor of The Capital Building in BKC, this building has more than 12 restaurants so can be said a building of the restaurants. (4.5/5) Concept- Kind of homely designed gastro pub I can say after having a meal in TGW. (4.5/5) Look and Feel- Went to this place on Saturday afternoon so it was nice and bright which gave me a positive vibe instantly. Restaurant is not huge but manages their seating very well. Got couches, normal chairs and tall chair seating along with the big enough tables respectively. The best part as i always like is the lighting was bright enough so place was giving a refreshing feel. Interiors are done nice but on the other side they have not overdone it which was impressive. One of the wall got amazing painting with the logo of TGW. Liked fresh, simple yet classy interiors for sure.(4.5/5) Service/Staff- Though it was Saturday afternoon but restaurant was not pack(good for us) but they had good number of servers on the duty. Service was not extraordinary to be honest as food was coming little slower than it was expected (Especially for my main course). I was impressed with the hospitality what our server gave to us. (4/5) Food and Beverages- First and far most important thing are the menu which is crafted is not really lengthy which i really liked about TGW. Food menu got few of the salads, appetisers, pizzas, mains and desserts. Compact menu had best dishes to offer for sure. It was really difficult to choose the best from the menu and believe me it happens very rarely now a day as almost all restaurants have so lengthy menu to serve and only few dishes from it are better. Dishes which they were serving have really premium ingredients. Bar menu got few of the amazing beers. Cocktail menu is also impressive so we thought of ordering few cocktails rather than going to beers though it was a summer afternoon. Food and beverage both the sections were impressive and were giving well much needed competition to each other. Located in Capital building, The Good Wife is a nicely designed gastro pub. The tables are well laid out and service is attentive. The decor is modern with a huge bar. The menu is designed magazine style and is huge with good balance between vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Happy hours are from 5 till 8 pm daily.

Had been to this place with my colleagues for lunch.. Ambience is awesome.. Staff is friendly.. Food was nice. Desert was best of all.. . Highly recommend this place to enjoy with your family and friends..

Had heard so much about The Good Wife, BKC! So finally when I got the chance to visit this place, was really excited! Located in the heart of the business district, one can find The Good Wife inside the Capital, BKC. The place is surrounded by plenty of other restaurants, so people have lot of options to choose from, but with the awesome food and fantastic ambience TGW offers, it stands apart from any other place! From the name, one would feel that it would classic place only for dates, but that's not the case. Heading to what we ordered - we began with thr appetizers - The Good Wife Ceaser Salad! Nice! Salad lovers should go for this. It has Garlic croutons topped with parmesan cheese. Next we tried the chef Special - Forest Mushroom Filo Wontons with Feta Cheese dip. Awesome dish especially for those who can manage wild mushrooms which have a very strong flavour. Very different from button mushrooms that we are used to having. Next we tried the Corn and Jalapeno Sliders. Super nice, recommended! Baby buns, so easy to have and not messy unlike the regular burgers that you get. Corn and Jalapeno patty tastes yum! After this, we ordered Smoked Scarmoza Tostadas - Mexican preparation Refried Beans, Salsa and Sour Cream on tortillas. Fantastic combination, something one can definitely try. To go with the food, we tried few mocktails - Apple Jack, Pineapple Blossom and Pista! Amongst the two, I would recommend Apple Jack which is a mix of Apple, Mango juice and Grapefruit juice. Pineapple Blossom is TGW's version of Virgin Pinacolada. Refreshing! If someone prefers cocktails, the best drink to have is the Good Wife Cocktail a vodka based berrylicious drink. Must try! Next we tried the Potato and Goat Cheese Gnocchi - Chef Special and Tamarind Chilli Spiced Cottage Cheese. Gnocchi was nice -small potato dumplings with goat cheese. Amongst the two, I preferred the Cottage Cheese preparation. Cottage cheese, Bok Choy and peppers. Tasted amazing! Must try! We turned to the mains - ordered a half and half Pizza! Simpleton (Caprese) which is a mozzarella cheese pizza and Tartufo Nero E Funghi. Mushroom lover must try Tartufo Nero Pizza, but again, wild mushrooms so has a strong distinct flavour. Else, simple is good - go for Simpleton! Next we had the Grandma's Lasagna with Garlic Crostini. Layers of cheese and sauces with vegetables and cheese and sauces! Crostini was crisp! Enjoyable. Post this we tried the Herb Cottage Cheese Steak - a middle eastern dish served with rice and tomato stew. Must try! Delicious! Finally moving to desserts - the Chocolate Mistress is a clear favorite and signature dish at the Good wife. Chocolate Sphere is presented to you and hot caramel is poured on this sphere. Sphere opens and you see the vanilla ice-cream and the mini brownies. Presentation of the dish is as good as the taste! Must must try at the Good Wife! Lastly we tried the Dulche De Leche & Nutella Cheesecake - another chef Special. Dulche De Leche looks and tasted similar to caramel, so people who like caramel must try this nutella cheesecake! All-in-all, a perfect place to get your family friends, etc. In case you are treating your spouse, she will be a "happy" wife at the Good Wife! Give this place a try if you haven't already!

Had a hearty meal.. Cream of potato soup was well seasoned n beautifully presented. The okra - marinated in garlic - in the 3 pepper chicken was d star. Marinate of the roast chicken had seeped right to d bones n was heaven till the end. Can look at improving d quantity of John Dory, it was a little overpriced for d serving. Spaghetti was one of the best I've had recently. The star was d roast chicken n d okra! The live band was a bit too loud n we had to literally shout to be heard n hence d 4 stars instead of 5. Looking forward for my next visit! My compliments to d chef!

First things first, food ambience and service all were good although portion size of desswets cud hav been better. I had booked via Dineout app on the recommendation of my cousin. It serves italian cuisine. We used two 1 + 1 coupons of dineout. Altho valid on maincourse, the waiter n manager were kind enough to let us avail one of the coupons on desserts as well. While the food was tasty, the portion size was decent for the pizza and macaroni, but could have been better for the desserts. There wasnt much of a rush even in peak lunch hours n we had visited on a 4th sat. Overall a good experience.

Nice ambience with lovely songs ! Loved the continental dishes. Personally don't like high bar stools- however that's the table we got- hence uncomfortable sitting. However everything else was nice, prompt and reliable. Definitely recommend !

Great ambience and excellent food. There was also an excellent gin and tonic festival that served amazing varieties of our favourite drink. Overall a really nice place to eat, though prices are rather high and parking is a pain.

Great food, not much rice main course options , tried veg sushi,lasagna,Thai curry,paneer curry with a nice twist, creme brulee, fries..tasty mayo.. spaghetti was bland though.. soothing ambience, music..had no drinks .. service charge!!

Food is really awesome... But need to work on quantity... The Belgian pork just got 3 pieces for almost 600 bucks...

Went for the Sunday brunch. Very nice and courteous staff and good food with live music. It's the best way to spend your Slow and Sleepy Sundays. My friend even broke their glass by mistake and the staff was very friendly and cleaned the mess with a smile. Really really loved the service!

Nice place in BKC. The interior and decor is good. If you are looking for some cheap brands of whiskey then this isn't the place for you. They serve scotches, single malts cocktails etc. The quality of food is good and the quantity is just about satisfactory. I would say it's an expensive place. Cost for a couple with drinks is around Rs. 6009/-. Overall a satisfactory experience.

First time visit with my family and this place was fantastic. The food was great esp artichoke bruschetta and tostadas. Then risotto was also good. The service was wonderful. Would recommend this place and would want to come again for sure.

The place was chic ànd the music was just the kind I like, retro, the food was reAlly Good and so was the cocktail named the good wife, I had a mussel and calamari starter, the sauce was delicious I finished every drop, the seafood was cooked to perfection. The wild mushroom starter was pretty good too. My main course of red snapper was delicious and tender. The risotto my friend ordered was not bad but I am not a fan of rice. The Bailey's mousse was so-so I found the texture grainy and it didn't really appeal to me. The best part of the evening... I loved dancing to the Latin Tunes they played. Had a great evening...thanks Good Wife.

I ordered the Smoked salmon and cheese platter for appetiser. ..Emmenthal was so little, if u blinked u would miss it on the platter. Smoked salmon had to be scrapped off the plate. ..presentation was horrible. Tenderloin steak for the main course was way below average . Fifteen minutes after serving the main course the staff had to be asked for a steak knife. Then had to be reminded to serve the bread basket which looked like it had been already served to someone else . The staff is either understaffed or they need training in food and beverage service and customer service. The only saving grace was the Sangria red. The good wife restaurant experience was a major let down.

Worth a try ! It's an interesting place with great food and lovely service :) We tried their Fresh Spinach Fettuccini...This is a must have.. seriously don't miss this. It's a uniquely prepared pasta dish which is really tasty. Their Anise Rubbed Rawas was really well done, had a nice flavour to it, not too strong, not too mild... just perfect... melts in your mouth :) We also tried their Three Peppercorn Chicken. We substituted the sauce with cream of mushroom sauce. Again no regrets. Loved every bite of it. All the portions were huge, more than sufficient for 2 people. Courteous, well attentive and thoughtful staff. Ambience was really beautiful. Perfect for a nice romantic celebration ! No reason why we won't visit again �

What should have been a fun afternnon catching up with good friends turned into a nightmarish luncheon thanks to a rude manager and lousy service. Of the 3 of us 1 friend ordered a brunch and the rest of us ordered a la carte. While having my a la carte meal ( a salad) the manager came and told us we couldnt eat from our friend's plate (the one who was having a brunch) as it wasnt allowed. We told him we had no intention of doing so as I am a vegetarian and my friend was having fish. But our reply seemed to fall on deaf ears. They came and reminded us twice and the waiters stood near our table the entire meal and kept staring at us as though to ensure we wouldnt pick from one another's plates. It was so uncomfortable and unpleasant. I will never step foot into this restaurant again. Nothing Good about this place. For a sunday menu they had no variety in soups and service was shoddy.

Ordered 3 bottles of red wine & generally appetizers. Chicken peppercorn was a bit hard. Tamarind chilli spiced Cottage cheese was very good. Forest mushrooms wonton was super! Good wife home signature salad was very tasty. Corn & jalapeño sliders was out of this world. In side dish, prawn with black sauce dip was soft as well as crunchy which means it was very fresh. Penne pasta was good too. In dessert we ordered something called the Mistress which had a wonderful presentation! Now the bad news: music too loud. People too noisy. Bread basket came after more than an hour and after several reminders. Overall good place and good food. Waiters are friendly.

Amazing ambience, super selection of cocktails and tasty food. Staff is very proactive and polite. Mushroom coriander and Chocolate mistress are a must have. Pricing could have been better but the food is totally worth the price.

You have the most horrible multiplied by terrible service. Your manager Rishab has absolutely no manners. What is the point in providing valet services if you let your customers car get towed. Nobody bothers to refill water or change the used plates. This gentleman Rishab, the manager of the outlet has no manners to talk to a customer specially a female. Your staff needs a lot of training. The worst of places i have ever been to. Never coming back or recommending The Good Wife to anyone.

The Chocolate Mistress is to die for . Cool place to hangout with friends . The demontised alcohol menu is interesting .

Good music if you like Western pub music! But don't come here hoping for a conversation filled evening. It's a let loose place. Food is pretty good. Perhaps the VFM isn't all that happening! But the soy prawns are fantastic. And the wild onions and asparagus risotto is simply marvelous! (You need to know what a risotto is like, and like it.)

Very nice place for a good weekend drink !!! The music is just about right with the right volume where we can speak to our buddies over the table. The food is excellent. Had Chicken with Thai sauce and it really was tasty with decent portion !!! All in all good restaurant to visit !!!

Food , ambience , music, service all was good.. But we found a staple pin in the ravioli ordered.. That was really bad � N the only resolution the restaurant gave. Was a sorry.. Just an apology .. It's not fair.. N the did reduce the amount of the same frm the food bill.. N offered a complimentary pastry (which was good) .. But it's not about the money.. ??? Imagine a staple pin in u Sadly.. That's not what's expected from a classy restaurant.. But nevertheless it was well compensated.. For an enjoyable evening with fly.. With good food n drinks.. Need to be cautious while eating
