We had gone for a drink or two on a Saturday evening. Ambiance is nice with mild music. There are happy hours from 5-8pm even on Saturday Sunday. Cocktail was delicious and staff is very courteous, I must say. We requested for a bowl of olives, he gladly obliged. Didn't charge us for olives. Good place for a hangout and chill with friends or alone. Food I have rated 2 is because the taste is delicious but quantity is less, even for one person. Price doesn't justify the quantity.

Absolutely nailed it with non veg platter. Much better than KFC. Ambience is excellent & service is top notch. Expensive but worthy.

We visit Irish house at the time of Happy Hours which are from 5 to 8 where u get 1+1on liqour menu.Separate smoking is there. They have good beers on tap as well.

Got to love The Irish House for it's amazing vibes and ambience as it is one of my favourite places to just chill around with a beer or something. They've got absolutely juicy and fried to perfection chicken tenders. Also their nachos are definitely a must try too. The offers and service here is excellent as well. Good spot to visit after work or on weekends to just relax and enjoy time passing by

I recently visited the Irish House Bar and Restaurant located in Phoenix Palladium, and I have to say that overall, it was a great experience. It used to be a great place to hang, with your friends and family, enjoy your drinks and comfort food. The ambience was perfect and it always used to recharge my batteries and get back to my routine. And I am glad it still is. The only change I can see now that they are more customer service oriented, upgraded the place to meet covid-19 restrictions. Staff is friendlier and music is good. A perfect place to hang, and do call before you plan to come to ensure if its not too crowded. We were lucky it was not too crowded. Can't wait to come back and see what else is new.

Good food and drinks. A bit on the costlier side but the amazing service makes up for the extra burden. Tried a lot of variety from the menu including onion rings, pizzas, chicken dishes and almost everything was perfect. A great place to hangout with friends on special occasions. Music is not too loud as is the case with most bars and lounges, so good conversation is a possibility as well. Look for happy hours to reduce you bill and that will make your trip to Irish house almost perfect. Highly recommend

Ambience was good. Id give it 5/5. Good range of beer and drinks, was worth it. Food was above average. Liked everything except their customer service. Had to wait for a long time for the waiter to take order, or if I wanted the menu etc etc. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and id expect more staff. I had to at least go and call the waiter 3 to 4 times. Plus no recommendation given if there is something good or what would we like, etc. There was a feedback in their iPad but but would have made our experience better if feedback was taken then and there. Ordered a chicken dish which we thought was without bone but turned out with bone. Except everything was good and order was also prepared of on time. Overall food, drinks ambience was good, only missed on the customer service part.

Incredible food. Just try their business hour deal. Which is from 12-4 they will give u an apitizer, side and starter for just 475 which i feel is amazing. The ambience is amazing as well with really nice songs being played!

Perfect way to end our weekend lunch.. we happened to explore the Phoenix compound and realized that it’s been a while that we have eaten at Irish house.. as always the ambiance, food and service standards are upmarket and doesn’t disappoint me.. you must try the special Xmas menu at lunch hours and ask for the 2+1 beer offer. A cosy but still happening place with happy hours everyday from 5pm to 8pm and starts with 80's to 90's music. The happy hour is good and so is the food menu too. In this entire place one can definitely get place to sit. They good options of beer and other alcoholic drinks too.

It is a bit small a place and has a darker ambience. A little more brighter ambience would have been best. However the bartenders are good. Quick service. Very good cocktails and the food just adds to it. A cool place to hangout however it may burn your pocket if you are looking for something in budget. Recommend Seven islands ice tea to cocktail lovers, it's a must try. Preferable to go during a match time! And with FIFA world-cup, you'll have a great time!!

The pub is great. Food is worth giving a shot. However, when it comes to cocktails, they have a long way to go. I tried ghost pepper blast: Extremely spicy, would give you hiccups instantly. The whisky sour: They forgot the egg white. And the bourbon used was bitter. Bira gold: The usual wheat beer. The food is great. My suggestion, ask the components of the cocktail and then try.

I’ve been to Irish House at Pune and Chennai and by far the one in High Street Phoenix, Lower Parel Mumbai is the worst !!! I went just a couple of minutes back for their lunch and happy hour offers. I placed the order and when part order is already on the table the inform that they don’t have bread for sandwiches and cottage cheese for sliders. And mind you these are like only things on their lunch menu. To add to it they don’t have any drinks in their happy hour menu. And they inform you all of this when half of your order is on the table. When you ask them to cancel everything they come down with a bill and just ask you to kindly screw yourselves. Guys just be informed that these guys are bunch of thugs ...

Being a beer house, I come here to drink beer with frns and all I come to know is this.. Heineken draught - Not Available (NA) Edelweiss draught - NA Desparados - NA Dos Equis - NA Hoegaarden draught - NA White Zen - NA Bira white draught - NA Bira blonde draught - NA Budweiser Pint - NA Kingfisher Ultra - NA So we are left with no option but KF premium draught. Really Sad guys.

The ambiance and the crowd was good. One of the sauce in the hummus platter was not good. Well that can be ignored, because everything else was delicious.

Had the worst of the experiences last night. One of friends wife had her b'day yesterday and we were celebrating it in BSE colaba. For some stupid reason I decided to take the party to Irish house in Kala ghoda as I have usually had a good time there and had celebrated my wife's last b'day there. So while I decided to get a cake for the party, I asked my friends to go in. To my surprise, as soon as I reached there, I and a few of the friends were stopped from the entering the place as we were all 'GUYS'. After I told them that we have a friend, who is a 'GIRL' and has her b'day today waiting for us inside. It was already 12am by then. The manager flatly refused and asked the lady to step out too! This is rudest behavior I have ever seen from a hospitality manager. He had no regard for the customers, certainly not for business (we would have easily spent 7-8K inside as it was b'day party). I have been to multiple Irish houses in Mumbai and several times to the one in kala ghoda but have never experienced what I had last night. It was horrific and embarrassing. Would highly recommend to get rid of old age managers and replace them with young ones as the old ones have no clue of how the customers are to be talked to. Rude is an understatement for him. Well you've definitely lost 7 of your permanent customers for life and we'll make sure that none of our peer circle goes to any of the Irish house ever again as no one should go through such terrible experience. Guys reading this, would really suggest to go to BSE as they have a great staff and an amazing manager.

I have been a regular in Irish house. I was denied entry in Irish house kalaghoda just because I was stag. This happened on 3 occasions. If it would have been a weekend, I would understand. I wasn't allowed on a weekday, just because of a lack of female company. This is disgraceful. I would not ever take my friends to this place ever.

An amazing place for all may be family or friends or for dates. The interiors is really peaceful and calm with light music. We tried cheesy French fries and croissants which was just so tender and delicious. Also tried brownie vanilla and chocolate which was just mouthwatering. The staff is also very polite and helpful and it is a very pocket friendly place as well.

We had Bouquet Of Fries, Lord Of The Onion Rings,Grande Nachos & Holy Macaroni from their food menu. Every item we ordered was great! From their drink menu we had Tropical Sun-downer (Tequila being my favorite) and Gooseberry Island Gin. The drinks were great too! All in all a very nice experience. Will definitely visit again.

Irish house is quite happening place and has been one of my favorite places to chill and unwind. So recently I visited this High Street Pheonix, Lower parel outlet,to have some cheesy foods. The service was good and quick.<br/>So we had,<br/>Cheese burst bulbs:- It was small cheese popers with baby shallots with melted delicious liquid cheese. Totally impressed it. Was served with sweet chilli sauce. Which paired totally well.<br/>Mac & Cheese:- It had right texture,but I felt flour content more. Wasn't tasting much of cheddar which we were expecting and according the menu. But was fair enough.<br/><br/>Would recommend this place to enjoy the nightlife.

My friends and me went to party in Irish house. It has very good seating area and lighting is just awesome. Food of Irish house is ultimate and for party lovers you have a lot of different types of alcohol also here.

We had a birthday party celebration of one of my college friends here. We were in a big group so the staff had done the seating arrangement done nicely for us. Music played here is very good. You can come here for special time with friends.

Poorly staffed since afternoon time I guess.<br/><br/>One staff member had no idea on food. He sent someone else after a long wait for us.<br/><br/>We've had a much better time in the past.
