this starbucks is located near linking road. they have plentiful of options for avid admirers of coffee. the staff is extremely polite and will help you with any queries, problems or difficulties. they were courteous enough to help us taste the new products. the hibiscus iced tea is a must try if you are looking something besides coffee. for people with little knowledge about coffee, i recommend you to try their cold coffee. the ambience was excellent and plenty seating was available.

This place is very pretty from inside. Interior is simple but feels great. I have tried their new drink which is Red cold mocha, u can take hot one also but I love cold so I took it and it was soooooo delicious ❤ I just loved it a lot. Price is much high for this drink but once u try. In posting few photos go n check it.

It's a nice location in a really busy part of the city and you can take breather from the shopping or wait for a friend while you enjoy your coffee. The first floor is spacious. The staff is sweet like most Starbucks. The place is mostly crowded so you might have to try your luck.

I went pretty late in the evening, around 9:30, and as usual the food was pretty good. They warmed it up and served it pretty quickly. Someone even came and cleaned the table we were sitting at. However, we ordered a green tea but they served us a matcha drink…but they apologised and replaced it instantly. Good customer service as usual :)

Starbucks coffee is a brand in itself although a bit expensive the coffee actually tastes very nice and if you use the reward system smartly you can get some good deals. This establishment is a bit smaller and a bit cheaper than other Starbucks but still holds the same environment. Coffee: 9/10 Area and Place: 8/10 Staff: 9/10

Menu is the same as other Starbucks stores but this place have a another floor which is really great!!! Ground floor is basically the serving area there are also some places to sit but limited and first floor is for sitting area. The interiors are really great I just love the ambiance of the upper floor it's just give me a really great vibes and the smells of the coffee bean just sets the mood also seats are very comfortable and they keep the place very hygienic staff members are very polite and friendly place is also not that crowded so you don't have to worry about waiting. I ordered Java Chip Frappuccino and it tastes really good. This place is just perfect for any caffeine lover through it is bit expensive or maybe overpriced for me but I still enjoy it and plan to visit again with my friends soon. A few months ago , I went to Starbucks at bandra with my bestie . We ordered cold coffee with chocolate after a friend recommended it .when I got my drink , It looked yummy 😋 with the different layers of chocolate and cold coffee . I stirred the two layers satisfying together and then took the first drink and I fell in the love with the drink . The texture and taste were so creamy . Well there isnt much to explain about starbucks as a brand. Its perfect by its name itself with its service being on point perfect. This branch at bandra has a very different charm to the place because of its location and perfectly placed in the most happening places. The place is perfect for work meetings , coffee with friends and a good place to hangout . The staff here is great and has no objection on long stay until you have have something on your table. According to me, Starbucks serves one of the best coffees. During my recent visit i got to try out their holiday special drinks along with my regular Java Chip, which by the way were equally tasty as their regular drinks. I also tried their Tandoori Paneer sandwich, which has been added few months back in their new food menu.

So we went to this Starbucks located in Bandra. Hands down one of the best locations ever. The place is cozy with indoor as well as outdoor seating. We ordered Hazelnut Cocoa Praline, recommended by the barista. I do not regret a bit. One of the best drink I had so far. The flavour of hazelnut blends well with cocoa and coffee. The cream on top is an add on to the taste. It brings the entire drink together. This is perfect for people who want to have a comfort drink! This coffee is favourable for all seasons. Perfect cup. Went there yesterday. 4 counters were open and there was no one to operate them. I waited for a good 5 minutes before I could find someone to place an order. When called, the server came and stood at another counter which was empty. Someone came in after me and he started taking the other person's order. I had to literally tell him that i had been waiting since a long time. Finally placed the order for a couple of iced teas. After the order was placed he comes back and tells me they are out of black iced tea. I wonder why they didn't check this before taking the order. In place of it we were offered a super watered down version of their hibiscus tea which tasted like ice water. The server also swiped the card twice and told me the first transaction didn't go through. However money was deducted twice from my account and when I raised this the server couldn't care less about it. He dismissed me by saying that you will get it back. I am still waiting to get it back. One of my worst experiences for both service and food quality. I guess when you are charging a premium as a default there ought to be some basic service standards you should follow. Highly disappointing.

I sat down for 2 minutes since there was a long queue and since I found a table. Dipti actually asked me to leave since I had not placed an order. I spend at least 10k in a startbucks every month. And this is how she speaks to customers, just because there was a group of people waiting. Please ask the other 100 people who are sitting and occupying tables without ordering anything the who dam day. Dipti does not deserve to be part of Starbucks.

Two shots of Mocha Java Chip and 1 part white chocolate mocha makes this frappucino super delicious! On 12th June, I bought an iced-latte at Bandra Starbucks. I was aware that their machine wasn't working throughout the week but they said they fixed it on that day. I paid 500 rupees to the cashier and he said he would put the remaining money into my Starbucks rewards card, which meant I would have about 200 rupees on my card. The next day, when I entered the store, the new cashier said I had no money on my card. I was shocked. Where did my money go? I have been buying coffee from this Starbucks every day and I don't trust your staff at all. I called customer care to complain yesterday and a woman answered my call and agreed that something fishy had happened. She said she will inquire with the store and get back to me. I didn't receive a call, text or email. When I asked the cashier at the counter, he refused to entertain my questions and dismissed me after I paid. Is this the kind of service Starbucks is condoning now? I also didn't get my free size upgrade at the store cause the machine is broken. The rewards program is meant to build loyalty and save money. I have only lost money and respect for your company. I hope you will fix this.

If you are tired shopping from the streets of Bandra (Linking Road) and wants to sit down for a coffee with your one's then there is a Starbucks right in the vicinity. The look & feel wears the same branding across and always buzzing with crowd. We started with the new launched Frappuccino & regular Cappucino as per our mood. I am always in for their Cappucino but Frappuccino was not upto the mark. May be we will visit again and try their other specialty too.

You get quick servings from friendly staff and the counter staff here was really good she recommended drinks and also taking up the Starbucks card to collect points for further purchases. She was either way very helpful. The service was pretty quick. The interiors here are really pretty and classy. It's a cool place to hangout with friends ,family or even with a girlfriend's (ps: if you have one😂😛) the coffee of it is damn good I would give full five stars for its coffee.

The order taking section is on the ground floor with few seating options and the majority chunk of seating is on the first floor which can only be accessed by surprisingly unsafe round staircase. The menu is the same with the addition of their famous Frappuccino and seasonal beverages. The taste of the food is good, its fulfilling and satisfying, on the other hand it's coffee felt average to me. The Coffees that comes under Frappuccino are new and delicious but other than that there's little difference in terms of taste with other cafes which isn't really a news. The quality and quantity is fine. The pricing isn't justifiable at this specific outlet as it has many problems. The service is terrible at this place. I was surprised that their famous greetings to customers who enter the cafe was missing. The staff didn't really seemed interested. Also, no one called my name once my order was prepared, it was just waiting there by the counter to be picked. There were plenty of small things which really made this outlet feel different than what the brand Starbucks is in reality.

You call it Starbucks I call it Love. I had double chocolate Frappuccino and Chilli cheese toast. The Frappuccino is the best for chocolate lovers which is really very chocolaty. And the chilli cheese toast was also really good and very filling.

This outlet of Starbucks is located at Linking road bandra. A nice place to hangout. A place where you can hop with your friends at any time the place is amazing overall a nice place to have coffee and some snacks.

It's located near by linking road or you can say near by National College its right in the centre of all the activity on linking road so it can easily spot from far away. Menu is the same as other Starbucks stores but this place have a another floor which is really great!!! Ground floor is basically the serving area there are also some places to sit but limited and first floor is for sitting area. The interiors are really great I just love the ambiance of the upper floor it's just give me a really great vibes and the smells of the coffee bean just sets the mood also seats are very comfortable and they keep the place very hygienic staff members are very polite and friendly place is also not that crowded so you don't have to worry about waiting. I ordered Java Chip Frappuccino and it tastes really good. This place is just perfect for any caffeine lover through it is bit expensive or maybe overpriced for me but I still enjoy it and plan to visit again with my friends soon. My favourites are Java chip coffee and double chocolate chip. Both of these are amazing, perfectly made and the best to satisfy your coffee cravings

People say it's overrated but I definitely don't feel that way. Maybe the coffee is expensive but the taste is worth the cost. Starbucks is well situated in the centre of linking road Bandra and its impossible to miss this two floor massive outlet. It's well decorated and spacious enough for everyone to manage to get at least a seat or two. It's crowded during the peak hours but that doesn't halter the services of the staff. The staff is kind and careful with taking orders and writing the right spelling of your name. My absolute favorite is Java chip and I make it a point to have it everytime I visit and recommend it to the newbies too. Javachip 5/5 Double chocolate chip 4/5

They Had Some Cost Cuttings In Food..I Had Ordered For A Java Chip Frapacinno My Favourite At Starbucks But It Disappointed Me This Time It Includes Their Bitter Sauce Chocolate Chips Milk Ice & Cream Which Tasted Very Bitter No Coffee Taste. I went to starbucks today as they were offering all tall beverages at just 100/- which would usually cost you around 300-400/- i guess. First i thought what a cleaver marketing strategy they have come up with. So i went and I had java chip frappuccino. It was so insipid that i could barely taste the coffee and no chocochip were there. I guess the drink was only made from cold water. coffee and milk were added just for the name sake. Usually i love this drink and this time it was very different from what i had before .I mean if you are offering something so that your business can grow ,more people should come and taste and be your customer, and you are not serving them well then what is the whole point of doing all this? As they will never know the actual taste and might refrain themselves from becoming your customer. My point is ,sever it well even though it's on offer.

Starbucks is a best Hangout place in happening Bandra. The staff is really kind & well trained. The coffee was prepared upto perfection. This place is two floors with good seating space. I keep visiting here frequently. Starbucks is ❤️

On of the best place in town for having a cup of coffee. The ambience was amazing and seating was good. It's a self service and it usually takes time around ten minutes for your order but it's worth the wait. The food recommended to try are sandwiches and blueberry delight cake. Caramel mocha espresso And signature hot chocolate. Overall a good experience with Starbucks bandra.

Located in shopping area - off Linking Road. You can miss the cafe On the corner with 2 floors. Service is quick. Had caramel macchiato, served hot with caramel , well made I was attended by Atul who gave me some chill brew Coffee for tasting which I truly enjoyed. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew - has smooth flavour of vanilla and coffee, sweet side Iced vanilla latte - has strong flavour of espresso with fruity flavour, sour side Both were refreshing & good drink. He also gave me some information of coffee beans.
