A very trendy place with lilacs and floral decoration all over, the perfect ambience for someone who loves pastels. The array of delicacies is amazing with the prices on display too. They always have fresh desserts with a great variety very reasonably priced! There's also a tiny sitting area on the first floor. Their tubs and pancakes are a must try 🥞

It is an really awesome place. Pocket friendly. I found this small tiny outlet with pretty decor. I had chocolate nutella pancakes:- which had choclate sprinkled on it. It was so delicious. And the other was red riding hood which included strawberry compote, chip sprinklers, etc It was so lip smacking. I found it also worthy the price. I would rate 10/10 to this place.

I have not been a huge fan of pancakes. But it's all changed now after trying the mini Pancakes of 99 Pancakes. I ordered from the Fort outlet. Called for the Chocolate Lovely Pancakes loaded with White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Nutella, Caramel, Brownie and Chip Sprinklers. Super loaded and super yum! Best part that pan cakes didn't get soggy at all! Don't miss out on this one. Super!
We also called for the Veginator Pizza. These are small personal pan sized Pizzas topped with cheese, jalapenos, capsicum and onions. Definitely good for a change from the regular ones and homemade ones. I also love waffles! So along with pancakes also called Twix Twist Waffle again yum, crisp and delicious waffwich with scrumptious Twix spread!

Enjoyed ordering food from this dessert store.
I would recommend trying their waffle as they are soft as cotton, just the way I like them.
In the pancakes, they have a wide range of toppings, my personal favourite is the salted caramel and cream & jelly.
In Savouries they have very good pizzas, freshly made and served.
While eating you can see that the batter they use for each of these items is freshly made as it reflects on the food

“99 pancakes” this is a place located at kalaghoda,Fort.Its a tiny place but very popular.Its the first outlet in Pan India of 99 pancakes which came up with this idea in 2017.The staff there is very polite & co-operative.
For all those who love Pancakes,Thick Shakes,Waffles,Coffee this is a perfect place !!! The pancakes,waffles are so loaded and full of chocolates & syrups you will fall in love.
Talking about the ambiance it’s excellent and very soothing.They also do play soft music while enjoying the desserts.

If you are a pancake fan, then no other thoughts ... Just go and visit 99 Pancakes outlet.. Though the outlet is not visible from main road, Google maps will guide you to the exact location & trust me it is worth to find this place and enjoy pancakes..😍 Just look at the photos of 3 different pancakes which I had ordered, you will just love it ..😋

I did not know this place existed, until one of our friend took my son for some delicious pancakes(as they described it). Believe me, it was yum to the core. Ordered Very Very strawberry which was really good but what blew me over was Red Riding Hood, which is basically pan cakes with wipped cream & fresh strawberry. Must visit.

Waffles and pancakes are mine all time favourite and during this time I missed them a lot, but all thanks to 99pancakes that they are up with their outlets.
Chocolate heaven waffle and KitKat waffle is what I love the most of this place they are amazing and I prefer them a lot, also the Paneer pizza is good with a crunchy base.
Also they are taking proper precautions and maintaining the social distance which is the most important thing. I am waiting to order soon again.

A go to place if you have a sweet tooth and the new form of pancakes is your thing. Decent place with good seating, ambience and staff. We ordered Chocolate Lovely which was toped with plenty of things and tasted well. If you like such places then you'd like this one too and if don't I would suggest you to try it once atleast.

A box full of hot pancakes with Nutella overload is true love.
Each pancake i ordered was different from another, standing out with its unique taste.
Valentine pancake was also so nice and yummy Nutella and whipped cream pancakes which turned out to be amazing in taste.

holla nuttela 12 pcs 12 pieces with nuttela sauce over it tasted amazing
KitKat mini pancakes 8 pieces pancakes with banana and maple syrup on it with KitKat crunch on it
Peru peri panner the crust was thin with amazing filling of panner cubes and veggies tasted amazing
Margarita cheese for cheese lovers a must try
Overall experience was amazing

99 Pancakes Fort : for the first time we tried a pan cake and trust me it was so delicious and mouth watering dish .
Late evening we tried Nutella forever French pancakes heavy loaded with good nutella based and over it , fresh hot and too good to eat
We also ordered Peri Peri Paneer Pizza and Cheese Garlic bread, very well prepared fresh Paneer fresh vegetables, garlic bread was also very well based with cheese, at the end satisfying food with good pocket friendly treat.

It is rammed during weekends and close to almost full on weekdays. So plan accordingly to visit.
Parking is not a issue here after 20:00. It's located exactly opp Ayub's. Seating is very limited, basically there is just one big table for a group of 6-8 people. Where as for 2 people there is good seating option.
I was visiting it for the first time so i was suggested by the staff togo for Holland Nutella & Chocoholic.
It normally takes 5-10 mins for them to prepare the order as they make fresh and hot pancakes. I loved the Holland Nutella it was bomb.😍
But the shake was a complete let down, firstly they had forgot to make my shake.☹️
Secondly the shake wasn't impressive at all. It was just average chocolate shake which one can have just by adding a scoop of ice cream and a Oreo. The chocolate ice cream was literally ice no softness and smoothness.
All the prices are inclusive Gst so nothing to worry about the extra burden of tax.
Just the pancakes that saved the day.
