Quaint little place with probably the best best food ever! Their prawns with bacon wrap and ghee roast chicken were awesome. We loved the Beet and fig salad too. The meat lovers pizza was good too. Their Sangria was yummy too.

Quick favorites Soya Bean kheema paav Mushroom and spinach pizza Guntur French fries Freaky Ferrero and kitkat shake “There is no love sincerer than the love of food.” And boy, did I love the food over here or what? I’m talking about Kettle and Keg which is situated right in the middle of 14th road, Khar west. The dish lineup ............ Tomato soup – just the right consistency. Also, filled with flavors to ensure that soup doesn’t get sidetracked by the main courses J Beet root feta salad – This is light on the tummy and yet packs a punch for all those health conscious folks. The salty taste of the feta cheese and the sweet combination of beetroot makes this a delicious treat Mushroom chicken broccoli salad – an eclectic mix of chicken, mushroom and broccoli. Don’t miss out the green leafy topping on this dish. These folks are keeping it healthy all the way. Soyabean Kheema paav – This is the highlight signature dish. I could never have imagined that a vegetarian cuisine could taste so good. The visual presentation itself is so vibrant. Served with mini paav and small French fries on the top, this dish can beat any non veg dish hands down. Mushroom and spinach pizza – A delightfully flavorsome pizza with generous toppings of spinach and mushrooms. I loved this combination in a pizza. Guntur French fries – Specially made Guntur style French fries. Spicy and a dash of bitter tamarind. Café mocha – Coffee with a wicked mix of hot chocolate Freaky Ferrero and KitKat shake – Boy, are these 2 big ones!? The perfect sip along with loads of toppings chocolate. Dark Chocolate mousse and tiramisu – The perfect end to a long and delightful food journey. The atmosphere was relaxed, the music was chilled out and the staff super helpful. This place is going to blow your mind away with its vegetarian preparations. A fun to place in the suburbs to hang out with your family and friends. It was a pleasure to meet Aarti Devinder Gill and Dev Singh Gill, the brains and the muscles behind Kettle and Keg. From Magadheera to food to staying fit, Dev has a fine taste for everything.

Good little place. Good food, great ambience, lovely staff. They themselves give excellent suggestions. Small ace gets real busy, go for weekday lunches or evening tea, otherwise getting a space is crazy. Don't have their Apple Pie, it's not good, all other deserts are excellent, especially chocolate lava cake. Yum. Not really cozy for couples but nice enough from couple angle.
Foodscapades
Located in a quiet 14th Lane in Khar West, Kettle & Keg is a casual cafe apt for dining with a small group of friends or your significant other. The ambience of the place is really relaxing and nice consisting of lights and bottles. Impressed by the ambience we couldn’t wait to try their food. To start off with our foodscapade the first thing we ordered was 5 pieces of chicken made in roasted on the stick served on a plate. They tasted good and the chicken was tender and cooked perfectly and we had a good taste left in our mouth. After the chicken, next thing on our table was 3 Cheese Risotto which was presented in an amazing way and looked really tempting. The first bite we had and damn, it was so cheesy and tasty. To all the cheese lovers out there, this is something you shouldn’t miss. Next Thing on the table was Teriyaki Chicken which was served with house salad and the ladi pavs. The chicken was roasted perfectly and went well with the pavs they served. The dish was really tasty and delicious and it definitely made it on our Must Have List. We also tried their BBQ Chicken Pizza which was a thin crust pizza topped with a good amount of BBQ marinated chicken with olives and basil. The pizza was really hot and tasted superb. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the place. The pricing of the dishes were slightly expensive but the quality of the food evened that out. An amazing place to dine at if you’re in Khar or Bandra looking for new places to try. FOODSCAPADES RATES: 8/10

Decent place to have a get together. The decor is pretty and there is good soft music in the background. Although, as the time was passing by, the music kept getting louder which I didn't prefer or expect. The service was really bad, I had to keep reminding the waiter about our order. They reserve tables incase you're worried it'll get crowded. I had the steak risotto was damn yum, a must try. Nice experience overall.

Freshly made food (everything that you eat in this cafe is made inside the cafe itself) , Chefs who are passionate about their work and dedicated to give you a great experience, cozy interiors and friendly staff. This place is famous for their veg keema pav, give it a try! I personally liked the chocolate lava! It was great!
The Good Food Pact
Kettle & Keg is the much talked-about casual dining cafe in Khar that offers tasty American food along with drinks to compliment it. Their dining options make you feel at ease and homely. What we were served: Soya bean kheema, Cream of mushroom soup, Roasted Beet Fig and Feta Salad, Vegetable Market Pizza, Hot Chocolate and Philadelphia Cheesecake Soya bean kheema: Kegs specialty soya mince cooked in its own spices and served with Maska Pav. Not a kheema fan as vegetarians don’t choose to eat any but this mock meat surely meets perfection! Cream of mushroom soup: A simple type of soup where a basic roux is thinned with cream or milk and then mushrooms and/or mushroom broth are added. Thick in consistency but the mushroom remains give you a chewy bite. Roasted Beet Fig and Feta Salad: Simple and elegant beet salad with feta and roasted figs is an easy to make fall favorite that pairs well with any main dish. Delectable fusion of sweet, sour and cheese-salty taste. Vegetable Market Pizza: If you're craving a loaded-out pizza, give this pizza harvested with veggies from your local farmers market a fair chance. Mixed peppers, zucchini, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, jalapeno, corn and mushrooms contentedly filled on a thin crust pizza base. Extravaganza! Hot Chocolate: A heated beverage consisting of shaved chocolate, melted chocolate or cocoa powder, heated milk or water, and often sugar. Best monsoon and winter-time staple. Philadelphia Cheesecake: When searching for a simple, delicious dessert that's sure to impress, look no further than this traditional Philadelphia cheesecake. Soft, jiggled and citrus-y. Irresistible! Healthy suggestions: 1. Try to make the kheema softer and less chewy. The pavs served with kheema can be grilled/toasted more to get the crunchy bite 2. Mushroom Soup needs to be thinner in consistency and a bit more cream-salty 3. Hot chocolate can be topped with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream KK is righteously the place where Kettles of tea or coffee meet kegs of beer or wine. For more updates on our homely visit to KK, follow our Instagram and Facebook page.

Absolutely loved our visit to this place!
The cafe had a lovely ambience and very welcoming attendants. The food we ordered was very delicious filling and value for money.
Kegs special sandwich is highly recommended and must have, it is the best sandwich I had till date. Road potatoes along with the sandwich were crisp and tasty.
Cajun pizza was also good but you can give it try with any other which will be better than this.
Apple pie is delicious for dessert.

Service is prompt and special thanks to manas who was very superb with his service.

As I am a cheese lover, It gets really difficult at times to eat conti food outside coz Everytime I modify it the way I like it and it gets difficult to explain what I reeli need.
staff was soo cooperative and Smart.
I ordered for 3 cheese risotto and asked them to put more of brie cheese and to make it really creamy.
This was one of the best risotto I have had in india.

Casual, cosy place with an all day breakfast menu !

Visited for dinner but ended up having some delicious bagel with scrambled egg which was made with just creamy egg whites. Also had a yummy fondue with some tasty mushrooms on the side and crisp croutons. Would have liked to have a few more veggies on the side though.

The sangria was quite good too. They have zomato gold and also some offers on selected alcohol which works well.

Location- easy to reach..nice area for sure

Parking- please take cab, no car for sure.. Mumbai is good through cab

Ambience-4/5- small place nicely done, indoor and outdoor seating, no loud music thankfully..

Prices- 3/5- little expensive, they have Zomato gold on drinks which can save people who are having drinks. For just food, prices on higher side

Menu range- 3/5- veg range is very less

Quantity- 4/5- easily enough for two for what I had ordered

Quality-

food- They really need to up their game. I ordered

paneer steak - 1/5- which was loaded with some sweet sour sauce and had such huge amount of fennel...it just became impossible to finish this. The paneer is fresh soft, but the sauce on it is simply not done. I really just could eat the veggies on the side.

Ordered bruschetta- 2.5/5- with mushroom toppings, it was still the decent option..though the pungent and dominant smell of mushroom was still there. Still not bad.

Some beg burger, pardon me I can't recall the name..but decent enough..- 2.5/5

Drinks- cocktails are really good there it felt 4/5

Ordered margarita strawberry and peach flavour- both very good..

Next which we tried was blackberry (probably) which was even better..

Food needs big improvement.

Oder the Beef steak with mushrooms. The mushrooms was outstanding but unfortunately the beef was undercooked and chewy . It was a late midnight Oder nevertheless was hoping the beef steak to be cooked perfectly but that wasn’t the case ! KETTLE & KEG CAFE

Really sad... Came with a lot of eagerness to try out this place !! Called for an affogato, it was a joke !! The presentation was just terrible.. an effortless presentation and taste is exactly what I can call it.

Went Saturday 5pm
Ordered fluffy egg white omelette was drenched in butter/oil and salty not expected from. This place
Soya kheema was extremely spicy
So overall a bad experience
Brought it their notice the concerned person was of no help

This place was refreshingly quiet on a Friday evening. The elserver was great warm and friendly. I think this is becoming the norm for Indian hospitality now. We ordered roasted chicken and spicy chicken with feta. Both we're suprisingly good. They had their biras stocked so zomato 2 +2 worked for us. Great guns guys. :)

We chose to visit Kettle & Keg because it's one of the few places that welcomes children in the evenings.
The place is small but cosy. Comfortable chairs and reasonable distance between tables.
Waiters are friendly and courteous. They were specially polite to my toddler. But service is slow.
About the food - the pepper chicken was awesome. An extra star just for that. Panner kababs with gravy was ok. The kabab had too much bread/potato and hardly any paneer. Gravy was tasty. Fettuccine aglio olio was disappointing. It was tossed in a cream sauce. I was expecting the classic olive oil, garlic, red chilli flakes.
Chocolava cake with icecream was also passable. Nothing great. Sangria was good. Margarita disappointing.
Food portions are generous.
Special shout out to the music playlist. One after another sing along type of songs from the nineties.

Had been here long time ago with an old friend of mine but that time I really dint remember what I ordered from here so I'm giving the reviews now as had an amazing time here few days back Wen me and my friend decide to go for lite dinner on a Friday nite. So we went to another restaurant before this but we dint like the menu of that restaurant that much so we finaly checked on Zomato the menu card and we got what we wanted here

We ordered -
Panner steak 365 wth saute sauce ( awesome but quantity was less )
Paneer steak kabab with salad and gravy ( was fab)
Dark chocolate mouse was divine 😍😋

I would definitely keep coming here for good food and good vibes 😎

Highly recommended place

Overall 4/5

Well, the food was great, but very small portions (which were very expensive) so I wouldn't recommend going here if you're famished or with a big appetite like mine unless you pre dine. When we went there, they had an offer going where if you buy one Indian spirit, you get the second free, or that's how the waiter represented the offer to us. We got a huge bill for which when we asked the waiter, he told us the drinks weren't covered (which he told us were covered before we started ordering). I unfortunately can't find a copy of the bill but if i do I'll post it.

kettle & keg - all day dining & bar

A great place , with a lovely ambience, lip smacking dishes, and a variety of coffee and desserts. The chicken roulade and pesto pasta are awesome and so is their peri peri chicken. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. Excellent experience.

Been here once and i find the place too cramped up for a family of four when you are sitting inside. The service is ok a bit slow actually, though the menu looks delightful and the options are plenty. prices are quite steep. I would be better if the seats were made more comfortable!

Went for a lovely Valentine’s Day lunch at kettle & keg. Ordered the ghee roast chicken... it was delicious so try it.... and had Chapli kabaab and the semolina fried chicken . It’s a small cute place with some good soulful food . Great job 👏

Superb place and amazing food. The staff here are very polite and must say pretty cool. Ordered for the beer battered Onions rings... Crispy with a sprinkle of fab masala.... Roast chicken with feta cheeze... For Mains ghee roast chicken and lamb bolognaise... The presentation of the dishes were so exciting that the look itself tickled our taste buds. Surprisingly we got place an Valentines Day. Awesome ambience and good music. Must visit. We are soon gonna try out the breakfast here, can't wait. Thanks guys for a wonderful Valentines Dinner. Kudos and Cheers

Just one word! Beautiful , our server was a very humble. The food is also great. Must visit place if around khar!
I definitely will be going there soon again!

The coffees though strictly ok... the food is amazing! From the bagels to mains all are cooked to perfection! The dessert section though is limited and didn’t look very tempting!

Ooo la la! This place is such a gem.. Perfect coupling of soothing ambience meets good food. Mellow lights blending pretty with quaint paintings on the wall. The music is soft and conversation friendly. They were playing the classics and it just made the entire stay a tad magical. The eggs we had were cooked to perfection and the sides of hash potatoes
were heavenly with a purrfect roast and being mouthwateringly spicy. The coffee and hotchoclate were just right. Choco lava was perfect.
Many places mess up the comfort of the chairs and table height in a effort to look hip in their design. But not this place. The chairs in the indoor seating are so comfortable you will notice the difference to other places.
Only complain is that the pasta sauce is a tad over the top on spice.
But the overall experience deserves a rerun from our end.

Compassionate staff and scrumptious food sums it all up.
Food presentation was clean with hygiene their utmost priority. The ambience could have been just a little bit comfy.

Loved how attentive the staff was and how accurately they executed our order! As someone who hates syrupy iced teas, they made my lemon ice tea to order, without any sugar....we rarely see that around. I had asked for less cheese on pizza and they happily put only the amount I required, which was lesser the better. Finally, the mistake they had made with an order (from ours or theirs, we still aren't sure), was replaced in a moment, no questions asked!

I truly hope they continue with this kind of attitude and service.....oh and the food!
SOUVIK GUPTA
It’s a small cosy place close to Monkey Bar. I visited the place because of Zomato Gold and good ratings, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Courteous service, really good food and pretty decent cocktails. I will definitely go there again. And if you can sit outside, you will be able to talk without bothering about the music.

Overall rating 4.5

I tried out the Keggs Special Sandwich which was amazing. The combination of the crispy fried chicken, greens and fried eggs was almost perfect. It was an absolute delight. (5/5)

The goodness of the sandwich was almost ruined by the dry margherita pizza which was appalling. If you choose to order pizzas, you should avoid this one. (3/5)
The portion sizes are adequate and the dishes are reasonably priced.

The ambience is fairly average. They have an outdoor seating as well. (4/5)
Their service was good. Our order was served within a reasonable period of time. (4/5)

This place is worth visiting once.

Ambience was goid ...could hv heen really great with music volume turned down a tad. Amazingly polite waiters. 5 stars for the service. Cocktails were delish!! We just had one dish..pateta par edu and that was yummy too. Our waiter/captain went the extra mile to ensure we got it the way we wanted with an extra dash of spicy sauce/chutney. Deffo recommend, and will surely visit again.

Hello,

Ordered a pizza last night and I stay like 10 mins away at max .

It arrived Cold and the pizza bread was not put in the oven long enough . Slightly raw

Had higher expectations from a place like this .

Found this little gem while browsing through Zomato Gold partner restaurants. Although we were looking for options with 1+1 on food, looking at the online reviews made us choose this new place as our dinner date place... Waiting time for AC seating was almost 30 mins while the outdoor seating was given to us in 10 mins. Pleasant outdoor seating and attentive staff. They know their menu well and recommendations are good. We were recommended 'Soyabean Kheema Pav' as one of their bestsellers for Vegetarians. Being vegetarians we had this mindblock about 'Keema' as an item only for nonvegetarians. Hence we didnt opt for that. We settled for 'Roast baby potatoes aglio olio with herbs' & their special pizza with tandoori paneer and some lime sauce drizzled all over.. Both the items were super fresh, hot and tasty.... The pizza was very unique in looks and in taste. What added a special touch to the service was the chef sending a small complimentary plate of their Soyabean kheema pav to try :) and trust me it completely changed our outlook towards Kheema :) It was delicious with the butter laden Pavs.. We couldnt leave the place without thanking the chef in person and letting him know how wrong we were about the Kheema earlier... An extremely pleasant experience dining here..
Sunita Pradhan
I was there last night for dinner. We sat outside as the weather was pleasant. We ordered the soya kheema with pav. I loved the kheema, even the non vegetarians are it without complaining. What I didn’t like about the dish was the fact that the pav was so minuscule it disappeared as soon as it came. When as I asked for more pav I was informed that it’s chargeable. Things like this leave a bad taste.
We ordered the Beef Marinara which was lip smacking, the Cajun chicken pizza was good too. Lovely thin crust. And the Paneer steak with a secret sauce. We enjoyed our meal and I definitely recommend the place.
If the management is reading this, please give us our money’s worth. A pav doesn’t cost much after all.
SET_Khanna
The food is prepared by top chef with expert presentation and outstanding taste. One of the few restaurants where presentation of food is given a TOP priority.

They even have their cusine with health and calorie count available.

Khanna ka Khaanaa =

I tried the lamb & stuffed chicken as well as the Crispy Chicken burger ,while my pals tried the beef with four cheese risotto, Veg pav , the berry pulao, the kebabs (finger lickin' good) & the Paneer Pizza.

The food felt natural & the pav is tasty here. The burgers decent in quantity and just loved them!

The pizza quantity was decent too.

The desserts are also good. The chocolate waffle & the pancake were enjoyed by all.

The staff are ok and the chef was nice. Overall a Decent small cosy place.

Apart from the above we had drinks of course :)

Very good service and superbly well
mannered and attentive staff. Quaint ambience and good food. Drinks can be better though. But I would recommend this and look to frequenting the joint myself!

Came here on Thursday night after looking at the ratings and the recommendations. My friend told me that this is a cozy small restaurant with amazing food. Had to try it. Let's get right to it.

1. Ambiance: Before you enter you can see the logo is well lit up with red neon lights. You enter the outer section which well planted greenery and lit up. Having 4-5 tables outside. As you enter the inner section, they have 6-7 tables. There are a bar and a cake section. They have a part of the wall painted. They have got boards that show that the customer is the king. The lighting is a bit dim which a good place for romance. The music is nice. The seating is really nice and cozy with leather upholstery.

2. Service: The staff is courteous and welcoming. I asked them for their recommendations and they surprised me. They are well experienced.

3. Food:
Ghee roast Chicken: The presentation is good. The chicken is really soft. All the ingredients on the plate go perfectly with the dish.

Paneer Kalmi Kebab: The paneer is soft and has filling inside. they have got some kind of dal on the plate and salad. The dish goes really well with all the ingredients. The presentation again is perfect.

Chicken Beri pulao: Amazing presentation yet again. Got all the flavors put in really well together with the berries and onions, etc.

Rocky Road (Desserts): The presentation is really good. It seems to have dark chocolate mousse between two layers of cake and with chocolate sauce all over it.

4. Bar: Didn't try anything but it would great if you serve old fashioned.

Verdict: All over a good place. I would suggest coming to enjoy the food and desserts itself as it is a fine dining restaurant.

Nice little place cosy environment. It's a nice place to hangout for a drink or two. The chef himself come out to talk and ask if you liked the food. A small boutique multi cuisine modern food outlet. Must say the full experience was pretty good in all aspects. Very friendly staff and prompt service. Great meet and greet and very attentive staff. Its a small restaurant, so pre booking is a good idea. We tried the roasted pepper bruschetta, prawns chilli garlic style and paneer tikka with green peas for starters and they were delicious. Pleased to attach the snaps. In the mains, tried the Pesto Cream Sun-dried Tomato Risotto and it was pretty tasty as well. The overall presentation, flavour and aroma of the food lingered in mind beyond the dinner. Highly recommended for food lovers. Good choice of beverages to go along. Will go again.

Has been my go to place when someone says, 'Let us go to a place which isn't too large and loud, serves good alcohol and has amazing food.' It is exactly that. The fritters, Veg Keema Pao(Yes Veg!), Ghee Roast Chicken, Fish & Chips, they pleasantly surprise you with the flavours. A Must Try.

Superb presentation, stunning service and outstanding food! Loved the chef and went with his recommendations.

Some very clever dishes, especially the beef with four cheese risotto and the lamb stuffed chicken.

Can’t wait to visit again.
Wandering Tales
Kettle & Keg at Khar offers you a pretty space for your kid's b'day party or even a family get together. We'll be honest.. The food is just finger licking good and we enjoyed every dish that we tasted here!

They have started a "power lunch" menu that consists some of their best items that you can choose from to power through your day! We paid a visit specially to try out their Power Lunch Menu. All their delectable meals are prepared keeping health and calorie count in mind

The power lunch menu offers: 1 soup of the day, 1 mocktail, 1 main course & 1 dessert. Please note that this is not an unlimited menu but the portions served are more than enough for 1 person. You can select items of your choice from each category of their menu for the power lunch.

We tried a couple of items for recommendation from the menu.
1. The veg & Non veg Keema Pav
2. Missal Pav
3. Parsi Berry Pulao - Very well prepared in the traditional Parsi way. If you haven't had berry pulao before, you must try this one!
4. Soya Seekh Kebab & Paneer Seekh Kebab - We loved this and would recommend you to try the soya seekh kebab. It is served with sides of multicolored cheesy sauces.

A very interesting point to note: The chef believes in using ingredients and raw materials till the last cut without wasting any of it. The leftover pieces of chopped veggies (like bell peppers, beetroot, celery, parsley, coriander, etc) are mixed together with mayo and other sauces to get the various colors! So no artificial colors and no wasting of food!

The pav served here is just amazing. These mini pavs are super soft and have an aromatic garlic flavor & simply melts in your mouth.

5. The burgers are fresh, crisp and full of flavors. The patty is bigger in size, crunchy & loaded with stuffings! We tried the Veg Lankan spiced burger & the Crispy Chicken burger and just loved them!
6. Desserts are to die for! We tried the chocolate waffle which is just amazing. We also tried the cranberry pancake dusted with cinnamon. The pancake is so fluffy and big! Every bite is moist and simply melts in your mouth!!! *highly recommended*

All in all, this is a cutesy, humble place to be :)

As we were browsing for food joints close to Khar I remembered a food post from this place by my cousin and convinced my friends to dine here. We ordered the Ghee Roast Chicken and Spicy Pepperoni Pizza. The Ghee Roast Chicken goes well with the bread, the meat was tender and melted. The Pepperoni Pizza was a good portion and tasted decent. We ordered a Philadelphia cheesecake to sugar it all up and that was great on the taste buds too. The staff is very courteous. It's a nice, comforting ambience. Visit, you must!
Priyanka Moodley
Ordered this chicken mushroom and broccoli salad which I was unable to eat due to an excessive amount of chilli and garlic. Upon complaining to the restaurant they were extremely unfriendly and refused to understand or assist. The salad was no way near like a "salad" and the customer service was appalling! Never ordering or dining here again! #DITCHkettleandkeg

A humble place with good food is the best way to describe the place.
Their food has lot of flavour n texture, which is a treat for your taste buds.
Try their vegetarian garden pizza. Generously added toppings. Fresh herbs and super amazing crust will make you smile.
Soyabean kheema (complements by the chef) is a must try.

Chef Govind Nayak is a friendly face who will make you feel welcomed.

Amazing experience overall.

This wasn't the first choice however I am glad that eventually this happened anyway..
I had heard about 'kettle and keg' earlier and sooner or later intended to visit for its popular food and ambience..
So to begin with while one place was completely seated Kettle and keg allowed for a choice for the table.. this was Saturday night around 9:15-9:30pm.. Don't judge them for I was told that crowd will pick up and they weren't wrong by the time it was around 11 ish the place was buzzing...

For me this was a impromptu boys night with couple of my seniors from the architecture school.. we started the night with wines and #lionsmartini .. the cocktail was a good mix and we'll presented.. the food was recommended for the seniors have had been regular here.. And both agreed upon the #figcheesegreensalad and I followed my calling and ordered a #cheeselambmince .. the food is absolutely fabulous here and the #chef was always around to help ...

A nice cozy place to be with friends and have a discussions.. The layout allowed for the conversations to be on the respective tables..
The only thing that I could point out wrt improvement is to educate your staff for any menu related questions.. we experienced couple of such times where the person had to consult the seniors...- I am sure this might have been one of case where this could've happened.. But the management needs to keep a check on this.

Went for there for a drink this evening and was very pleasantly surprised at the ambience and friendliness of the staff. Had the red wine sangria which was great. The chef Govind came to chat to us, recommended a few dishes and sent a complimentary dish of soya kheema pav which was delicious and which I would definitely order next time I visit! Overall it was a great experience. I have decided to make this a regular go-to place. Highly recommended!

Excellent food. However just three tables occupied over a Saturday lunch of two hours. Pls give this place a try. Food is amazing, prices reasonable and portions decent. Would hate if this place would shut down owing to poor footfalls. Had tomato-basil, lemon-coriander soup, bruschetta, paneer starters. Three cheese risotto, grilled chicken and dark chocolate mousse, Nutella waffles and pie for desserts. All very good.

I don’t even know how Zomato reviewers have rated this place with 4 stars. There’s not a lot of good to start with, so let’s get right into it.
The waiter, (only one at the time) was absolutely lost and clueless.
My nephew placed an order for an iced tea with his meal, and we ordered a Kiwi mocktail. Another waiter eventually comes up, about half an hour into having placed the order, only to tell us that the BARTENDER HASN’T SHOWN UP, and hence the mocktails cannot be made. (By then we had already opened our Zomato Gold.) To further this situation, THERE WAS NO MANAGER to complain to either (he was on vacation, apparently). So we ordered virgin mojitos, and about an hour into this mess, the iced teas are delivered warm, in warm glasses, with no ice, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ICE. We even called the Manager who did nothing except show his apparent agreement with what we were saying....

The food was average, nothing great!

When we received our bill, there was a 15% discount for “Special Guest” (because of our criticism, as our luncheon was ruined due to the sheer lackadaisical attitude of the staff and the sheer incompetence of having nothing around)
This Special Guest discount was later subdued by all the CGST and SGST plus service charge cost that was placed on the bill so we finally ended up getting a ₹ 50 discount.😡

Fine. Even if you’re not a lunch place: why are you open for lunch?

They need trained staff and a competent manager to deal with situations like no ice, no bartender, and a little courtesy.
Get your act together, Kettle and Keg.

The food from kettle and keg was tasty... Especially the ghee roasted chicken and ghee roasted potatoes. The other food was OK... But quite oily and salty. Otherwise, will give this place another try

Food was great but my pizza came like a roll.

The food is delicious, as are the cocktails - loved the whiskey sour. I really appreciate the fact that the music is ambient, not blaring and an assault on the ears like most places these days are. The staff is friendly and makes good meal recommendations - our server Sunny was very pleasant and helpful. Even at full capacity the place doesn't feel crowded. Perfect for a good catch-up with friends. I would've liked a more varied starter menu, and some portions seemed a tad small. Overall, it's a lovely place to visit.

Super fun place..great kebabs and burgers and I love when a restaurant is consistent and does the little things right and gets most of it bang on. Pizzas could use some work..But maybe if I eat there ..not really something best ordered.

Not sure if I got the right thing- ordered an almond cake but got something more like a brownie. Was nice but had a strange aftertaste and was a little oily. Maybe I should have ordered something else and other desserts may be better

Good food. It can be improved with an innovative menu. Ate the delicious egg Benedict. All the dishes need to be improved with some extra portions on the plate. It's not just about quality but also quantity . Keep up the good work and all the best !!

Our friends recommended this place so we decided to check it. The ambience is urban and simple. Small but spacious. Their service is prompt and the staff is very polite. WRT the food, their vegetarian Kheema Pao is simply amazing. We followed-up that with vegetable market pizza and Alio Oglio penne pasta. Both of these dishes were delectable. Kettle & Keg serve drinks as well (cocktails and mocktails) though they charge a separate price for the same drinks on the weekends vis-a-vis weekdays.
We were also served a complimentary paneer appetizer which was just outstanding. Totally recommending this place. Go there once, you will definitely want to visit them again.

The food was delivered after almost 2 hours. The food was cold. To make it worse the Feta and Beet salad was not there and was replaced by a different, extremely smelly salad. It was very disappointing after waiting for so long. The only saving grace was the cheese cake.
Megha Sarin
Lovely place. I keep going here all the time. They have sweet potato fries and nice chicken tikka dishes. I love their ginger tea as well. It’s a small cute place and the best part is that it is very loud like the rest of the places around in Bandra.
A tiny cutesy restaurant that's almost missable in the lanes of Khar.. this one's a cosy place for a casual romantic night out.. we chose to sat outside by the sound of the splashing rains and the soft music on their portable music player...prathamesh was suggesting the menu tonight for us and all credit to him for doing a fab job at it... We started with the cream of chicken soup and Chicken noodle soup (amazingggg btw - especially when u Dio the garlic bread in it. It was also presented extremely fancily with the soup being poured on separately over the other veggies/meat etc)..we ordered the Ghee Roast Prawns next - it wasn't bad but I guess it didn't quite match what I had in mind...so I'd give that a 2.5/5 ..the penne pasta with the tomato base was delicious - a 3.5/5 for that one... They should serve that with garlic bread which was terribly missed .. last but definitely not the least, even as we were fully stuffed, we made space to taste their freshly made Tiramisu... It was magic! Pure tasty magic! It was a 6/5 for us and we have literally licked the spoon clean.

I have to mention that the staff was courteous and prompt - their waiting time was almost nil and the dishes came one after another... Which actually really works for someone like me who doesn't like taking a break in between dishes. The only drawback I noticed was that it might get congested for a really big group (having said that what they lack in space they make up by shifting tables around to try and accommodate you comfortably) and there's parking woes here (again, the guard helped us figure a space and promised to look out for it too)

So yes, I'd say it's a great place to hang with your friends and dig into some good food! Overall giving it a 3.5 :)
The place is sweet, good food. Ordered veg kheema, ghee chicken along with Pizza. All the dishes were decent. They didn't have taquila so had to settle for some other shot. Prathamesh, the manager there is very supportive.

Super Deliciously Amazing ! Wont write much.... Just Go and experience by urself. Is worth it. :)

Chefs are too good and yes they go experiment with the order as per the tatse.. staff is warm and welcoming.... but knw what these are basics .... the best part was the presentation and the tatse !

Love love love it ! 🤗😊❤

Came here without any preconceived notioned. The risotto was perfectly al dente. The beef stake was the best I have eaten in India. I actually considered ordering a second one. Hateing myself for eating starters or else would have ordered one more for for sure.

Wow. Cute place tucked away in Khar. Awesome food. Ghee roast chicken. Chicken mushroom risotto. Veg keema Pav. Wah wah. Topped with brezzers. On a Friday afternoon. The perfect lunch.
Karishmal
The food is awesome however the quantity of the portion of the food could be increased.

Good service, good food though we hardly ate anything. The sangria was a bit too sweet and lacked a lot of fruits. The beerita was a good drink to chill with.
Overall i wish he space had more tables, but its nice and cozy. Ideal for a date.
Sagar
The place doesn’t have a great vibe. They have 2 prices for alcohol. It’s cheaper from mon-thu and a bit more expensive on weekends.

The sangria was sweet but really good with less content of alcohol and this is the way it should be made. The stir fry veggies were nothing great.

They don’t play loud music. It’s soft music. Service was ok

Finally had a decent thin crust with the appropriate cheese to go with phewww....

This place is a little gem. One of the only places in Bombay that does a good Espresso Martini and a genuine Black Russian. Sunny was our waiter and could not have been more knowledgeable and attentive. Get in. Sit on the terrace. Have a caffeinated cocktail and kick back.

All the 4 dishes recommended by chef were fab. Food, quality, service top notch. Keema pav, BBQ pizza, stuffed chicken 👍. Dark chocolate mouse and new York cheese cake in desserts were upto the mark. Worth visiting.

This place will give you the vibes of a nice European cafe with its completely cozy interior and delicious food. If you are a mushroom lover, this is your place. Apart from their cute cafe and their lively ambience, the service and the staff at kettle and keg is amazing 😍 They are very welcoming and cheerful 😁
.
.
.
.
Must have: Florentine

I have not been to the restaurant but I have had food home delivered 3 times. It was up to my expectations and extremely delicious. I tried the vodka white sauce pasta, the pesto sauce pasta, and the chocolate brownie. All the items were great, the food was packaged very well. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager/owner called me for a review the next day, since the food was delivered during heavy rains. Great service and excellent food! I would definitely like to visit the next time and check out the ambience.

Dropped by for Friendship Day with my girlfriends, with the intentions of doing full vasooli of the 2 Zomato Gold accounts we had. Things were amazing from the get go - the staff was friendly, courteous, and prompt, giving good recommendations on the food and the drinks. Apart from a slight mix up where they sent us the wrong dish (which they instantly took back), the evening was perfect. The music was throwback, and had us singing along, the paneer seekh kebab and ghee roast baby potatoes were absolutely delicious, highly recommend both if you're a vegetarian who enjoys spicy food. We also ordered the Benedict which was gorgeous, and the soya kheema, which was perfection. The Bloody Mary I ordered was delightfully spicy, and the Bellinis were delectable, making us feel very fancy. Since it was Friendship Day, they gave us complimentary shots, a complimentary pastry, and a complimentary Bellini. All in all, a smashing night.

PS: Special shutout to our waiter. :)

I find food very expensive here for the taste, quality and portion size. We ordered a few items from the menu and none of them were good in taste. I left more than half of the pasta that we ordered. They don't serve bread with the pasta.Drinks are fine, not so expensive but they definitely need to work on the quality of food.

It’s become my go to place for Pastas. I tried one and fell in love with their flavour palette. I made a point to try each and every one and they haven’t disappointed me. A must try place. Totally worth every penny. Good job Kettle & Keg!

Amazing ambience! The coffee was really good. We only tried the omelette - which was good. Great option for a late night bite.
The staff is courteous and really friendly.

Had been there for a quick bite with my fiance. Nice little place off the busy linking road in Bandra. Food is quite good. We had a basil pesto based pizza. Was good as I am a fan of pesto sauce. Loved it. Reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

Having a light atmosphere and the perfect lighting kettle and keg is one of my favourite places to visit. It is a very nice place to hangout with friends.A small cafe located on 14th road next to blanco where valet parking is also available and there is no hastle of parking. Will definitely recommend you to give this cafe a try and the best part of this cafe is that the chef personally comes to see you to ensure that we have a pleasant experience..

Kettle & Keg has been on my list for a long time. I absolutely loved the vibe, music and interiors of this place. One can chill here with colleagues, friends and partners with equal comfort and fun. The only constraint for a large group over here is space, it is SMALL. Coming to the food and service, we called for a Paneer Shashlik (perfectly marinated, coated and presented) and Egg Florentine between the two of us. Sufficient in quantity and supreme in taste and inviting in plating would describe the food. Egg Florentine was just perfectly done with the right amount of cheese, gooeyness, fluff and salt!! We called for some whiskey to go along.
However small the place is, it’s definitely one of the best places in Khar.
food was quite tasteless and below expectations! salads were bland and the pastas we're below average!
We’re loving this restaurant located in the bylanes of Bandra. A lovely venue with subtle feet tapping music & classic ambience-making it so inviting. We tried a couple of dishes from their cheesy bruschettas to their classic margarita pizza, missal pav, beer battered onion rings, baked cheesecake & chocolate lava cake for the dessert. We recommend you to try the Missal Pav & The Baked Cheesecake at Kettle & Keg, totally droolworthy!

When extra cheese is ordered on a pizza it should be put on the pizza and then baked, and not given seperately in a plastic container.

It’s the effort that’s taken to make our night special that really made the experience so special. Food was a surprising delight and the drinks were INSANE! I normally don’t review places because I’m not a pretentious person, but dam this was a treat.
I actually really like the food here. And the coffee. The desserts may be skipped (they are not bad but not great either and if you want to put 500 calories per bite, shouldn't it be absolutely worth it?). Strongly recommend the baked brie dish - it is excellent. Portions are generous, service is great and the ambience is sweet.

The place has a nice friendly vibe to it. The service was excellent. The sangrias were very very good. The food was tasty and well presented. We had a really nice dinner here with an overall great experience.

A beautiful and petite place nested on the 14th road, the ambience of this place is pretty good and also the music played. Its one of those places where you feel the positive and relaxed vibe.

About the food - we had ordered mutton kababs, garlic bread and a steak which were all very well prepared and tasted lip smacking.

About the staff - The staff here is very courteous and food is creatively presented.

I would surely recommend everyone to visit. Cheers.

I went here because of the reviews, but left feeling cheated and disappointed. Though there were only two other tables occupied during a quiet afternoon, service was neglectful and slow. I should have walked out then.

I ordered eggs florentine which was served on bread that didn't taste too great - one continuous slab of white maida that didn't hold very well. For what was charged (374), I felt it should have been served on multigrain bread. It's fine to charge that amount, but then it's important to deliver quality ingredients since that is what you're charging for.

The rating is for the conversation I had with the chef who absolved himself of all responsibility.
Chef: How was the food?
Me: I didn't like it. The base was white maida bread in one continuous slab which is never served with Eggs Florentine. It's typically served with a muffin or multigrain bread and what you chose to serve it with ruined the overall taste and flavor.
Chef: Oh why didn't you tell me that? I would have changed it for you. I would have given you multigrain bread. It was panini (he claimed; it wasn't panini. It was poor quality white bread)
Me: How am I supposed to know that's even an option? Wouldn't it be your responsibility to share with me what the options are at the time of placing the order? If you bring out something like that, I'm going to assume that's how you serve it as standard practice.
Chef: Well the servers usually speak to the customers. Maybe yours didn't. (I was thinking - well, you could have come by to see what I thought of it as I was eating. I did look up to tell someone, but no one was available). Our customers don't usually like multigrain bread.
Me: Well don't you have a responsibility to ask each customer what they would like instead of serving them the preference of a crowd or other customers?
Chef: Well I'll be careful next time.
Me: I felt cheated and disappointed.
Chef: Well, I'll take care next time.
Me: Well I hope you're careful with your other customers. As for me, there won't be a next time. Thank you.

1. I didn't like that he placed the onus on me for not speaking up. I do agree that I should have spoken up (and I usually do), but he too could have been proactive about offering options and checking mid-way through the meal to see what I felt about it.

2. I didn't like that he blamed me, then blamed the server, then blamed the preferences of other customers. Why is it so hard for people to say "I'm sorry. That shouldn't have happened. We made a mistake"?

3. Saying he'll "take care" next time is an eye wash. He took no responsibility for what happened and offered nothing to rectify the experience overall.

Mistakes happen, but customers get upset when the people in charge refuse to take responsibility (and in this case I was talking to the chef - so imagine what the rest of the staff must be like). I did feel cheated and I hope others will have a better experience.

Tucked away in the corner of a tiny street in Khar, is this hidden gem. The food was absolutely fantastic and our server Sunny was wonderful. We had Nutella waffles, the vegetable garden pizza, spaghetti with tomato cream sauce and veg keema Pav. The food was great, and the service was wonderful! Everyone was very welcoming and sweet. A must visit
