Ordered from this place today. Peach ice tea, mouse, rice, French fries and pizza puf. Packaging was the best for home delivery. Food was very tasty. French fries were loaded with BBQ sauce 😋 The Peri Peri Pizza puf filled with corns and cheese was just mouth watering The wonderful peach ice tea made it all.

Visited this outlet of charcoal eats today evening and were looking out for some good food. And I'm glad to say that the decision of choosing this outlet was not at all wrong. Soo let's first talk about the location:- Near to the link road soo if you wish to eat something good and delicious here's the right place you can come to. 2nd come the ambience:- The ambiance of this restaurant was quite decent. Full of lights which added to the point that you won't feel like the place is dull in appearance. 3rd come the food:- So we ordered was as follows! 1) Chicken seekh kabab:- So talking about Chicken seekh kabab was up to the mark properly cooked and perfectly tender. It was so soft that once you had a bit of it actually melts into your mouth. 2) Chicken bbq pizza:- so talk about pizza it was perfectly baked first of all. Chicken as you all know was absolutely soft and delicious. The crust of the pizza was crispy and we actually like that. 3) Chicken biryani:- so the Biryani was perfectly flavoured up to the mark and you can actually feel like your having an authentic chicken biryani. Chicken was actually soft and tender which was an positive impact for the biryani. 4) Salted caramel mousse:- talking about salted caramel mousse was so creamy and delicious we actually liked and fall in love with it. Delivery review Packaging: The food delivered was tamper proof and oil did not spill out of packing so it was a perfect delivery Food: The biryani was amazing, it had perfect quantity with balance of flavours. There are various options available here such as biryanis, pizzas, fries etc. I tried veg exotica pizza and veg afghani biryani with classic lemon iced tea which were good in quality and quantity alongwith a fine taste as well. The ambiance is also good with music been played in the background. You can have non veg dishes as well as you will get variety in non veg as well. There is an offer available where you can order a combo of a starter, a biryani dish and a dessert.

his place is quick on the kind of place for me. Grab a meal that's tasty and handy. They are well known for their Biryani but the one I tried was a bit below my expectations. The refreshers and pizzas ,French fries are good enough. Rather ,their ambience is good with the quick service.

The food was delicious and wonderful, from presentation to taste. Specially enjoyed the refreshing watermelon juice with mouthwatering biryani. The food was fresh, awesome in taste and great value for the price. I highly recommend the classic chicken biryani. The chef nailed it to perfection. That will remain in my memory for a long time... And above all ambiance was fantastic. Probably the one of the best biryani I had.

Charcoal eats in Malad West having different types of Things and combos . This place was recommend by my friend . Here you will get the rolls , different types of combos and the taste is good . Ambiance is average . What I had 1)Paneer Tikka Starter - it is serves in a box and panner stuff taste is good . 2)Achari Aloo roll - This was good . The quantity is large . 3) Exotica Pizza Square - Crispy taste and there will be 4 pieces . There are lot of toppings so it makes more tasty. 5)Afghani Biryani - It’s like Normal biryani . There is nothing new in this . 6)Strawberry Souffle (eggless) - End was perfect because was this . Strawberry flavour taste was good . Over all I had great time and it was good experience , Service is good.

This place is for anyone who likes good indian style spicy food ! We had ordered paneer tikka roll, paneer biryani,classic veg biryani and they were very good in taste and for the price you get it, it's totally worth. We ordered a chocolate mousse which was nice served cold just the way it should have been. The staff & service was good. I ll recommend this place for its variety in biryani.

Taste was good as we ordered Delhi butter chicken briyani and awadhi briyani. But if u r from Hyderabad and looking for typical briyani taste then u should try some other type rather then these two. Service was good and home delivery was on time.. Packaging was also good for delivery.

The ambiance is sombre and mostly the youngsters crowd gathers there. <br/>The packing of the box is so attractive that I’m amazed with it. It is well sealed vaccum packed with no spillage so the flavour and aroma remains intact. The food is very tasty and it is pocket friendly as well. The service is not that good as the staff is little languid. But the sserving style and the taste is worth visit there.<br/>Some of the mouthwatering dishes which I have tasted are french fries, chilli garlic and tandoori fries. <br/>French fries: It looks good and taste yum. French fries with barbeque sause is the best combination you can have. The price is very average for this seekh kebab. But the taste is super amazing and it’s quite filling for one person to eat. Totally worth the price.

Schezwan french fries- It was damn yummy and delicious with mayo and schezwan sauce. <br/><br/>2. Hara bhara kebab pav wow- As name says, we expected something unique. But it was like aloo tikki with kebab stuffed between pav though it was good. <br/><br/>In main course we had:<br/><br/>1. Veg hyderabadi- It was rice with veggies filled. It was okay. Tasted good but not that amazing<br/><br/>2. Daal makhani- This was yum and tasted well<br/><br/>In desert :<br/><br/>Chocolate mousse- It was the best part of all. Mouth smacking ! Loved it

One of my beloved Biryani Joints! The Biryani is delicious and has a good quantity according to it price. The masala and the rice are always properly marinated and cooked as it is evident from it taste. Even has an amazing fragnance. Loved the Idea of Packed Dahi with a Raita seasoning because generally other giving mixed raita which is generally spoilt, this preserved the quality in my opinion. The Rolls, omg the Rolls , always one of my favorites whether its seekh kebab or tikka, all of the rolls are brilliant. Would always recommend.

This small and humble outlet in Evershine Nagar in Malad has all it takes to serve you some hot piping meals! We stumbled upon this restaurant while browsing through our lunch options on a hungry Sunday afternoon and enjoyed every bit of it. We ordered a veg galoti kebab with pav from their pav wow section, a chicken tikka roll, chilli garlic French fries and veg Biryani. While the pav could have been softer, the Kebab was absolutely delicious! Their roll was stuffed with a lot of chicken, unlike just a couple of pieces. Their Biryani was good too, can’t complain at all. But the show stopper for us was definitely their fires...abundantly loaded with cheese and mayo they’re definitely worth a try!!<br/>Don’t expect a very fancy set up as this restaurant is more popular for take aways . Have been a big fan of this place, satisfies your biryani cravings to the fullest. Just love there Awadhi Chicken Biryani and the best part is the Raita mix that they provide, it just compliment the biryani perfectly. Have a complain though, at time the biryanis aren't available and the prices should be slashed a bit. But it's one of the best take always franchise for food lovers.

After a long wait the presentation and taste of food made me cool. Yummiest..!! What else..!! This was lipsmacking. Amazing crispy fries spreaded with mayo, Barbeque sauce and Peri Peri mix.♥️♥️<br/><br/>Classic chicken tikka 5/5: This was again the best one. Soft 6 chicken pieces cooked properly with masala from inside to outside. Salt is one of the important ingredient of food. Biryani was average, quantity was also average, containers were broken plastic dabbas, but the number of flies is what killed it for me. Never trying again

I had heard about this place so I ordered paneer makhani biryani it was only me and the quantity was still not enough and there was no paneer in my paneer makhani biryani not even a single piece I paid 182 for this and the quality was also not good it was plain rice with caramalized onions that's it .I don't think I'll order from here ever again

The ambience was bad. Too many houseflies. No proper lights or AC. We thought atleast the food would be worth it, but it wasn't too. We ordered for a chicken tikka masala rice bowl, shezwan French fries and a chicken platter. They give you 3 pcs of 3 diff chicken starters, which taste literally a 2 on 10 for Rs 299. The rice we got in the rice bowl looked like it wasn't fresh at all. The curry was fine though also for Rs 299. The french fries were named shezwan but we didn't taste anything shezwan in it. Overall really below average food. Clicked a pic of the fries. Rest didn't look worth getting clicked.

I love to visit this place. My favorite dish here is their barbeque overloaded fries. They are so flavoursome and tasty. My friend usually orders a chicken tikka roll with it. These both things together makes his day perfect. His exact wordings are, "The chicken tikka roll is also very yummy and it is literally like you're having chicken tikka itself."

The most frequent item I order from here is the chicken mughlai paratha. Very yummy! Also the chicken Afghan biriyani is good in main course. (Its non spicy, has a good amount of onions). The non-veg rolls I find unappealing because of the combination of kebabs and the sauces they offer, they don't quite go together.

Ambience is pretty cool. The quality of the food is good.<br/>Most of the times you eat pizza. But the pizza made here is very different. Its square in shape...<br/>You can visit with your friends for good quality and hygiene.

For example I happened to order myself kheema from you guys and pls see the quantity provided for Rs. 200. I was shocked to see the portion served for a minute I thought it was a ice cream pack one portion. Kindly consider this as a suggestion and make the requested change.

I ordered a mutton biryani costing 322 and got less than half the container in quantity I was shocked to see after paying such a heft price which was even more than 2 small bowls. The seal was of swiggy surprisingly and I am attaching the photos of it

The delivery is pathetic less than quarter quantity n no chicken in chicken butter Massla that inorderrd n chat with Zomato was no help at all <br/>Called up charcoals customer care <br/>Their person Abhilash ,hearing my concern was “so” this was the reply and I freaked out with his reply ,he kept me on long hold n said the quantity was perfect.

Hi charcoal eats, the food taste was very good. But the quantity was for a child, an not an adult, don't take me wrong i might a good appetite but seriously the quantity is not at all satisfactory. Also the afgani chicken tikka biryani was too oily. Taste wise both afgani and tikka biryani were good.

We ordered aadhi chicken biryani, and we are forced to write this negative review. Didn't expect such service from this Brand name. For the amount they charge we got just half filled packs. Already they have reduced the packing box size and it is surprising to see they have the audacity to not even fill it and give such small quantity of biryani. Will never order again from here.😡😡😡😡

One of the best chicken biryani I had in my whole life. The chicken was well cooked and the rice was hot and tasty. Plus, the food was delivered on time.

Ordering first time from this place , the awadhi biryani was too much sticky and floating in oil. A small portion of complimentary raitha could be easily fit within the price being charged.

Their biryani was good, but they can be more generous on adding Paneer in their respective products. The Zomato services are always good though!

Food was tasty. But quantity was for one person when it is expected that as per the charges it should serve at least two people. The box lid appeared normal but the sides were pressed from four sides so as to fit in less quantity. Overall unsatisfactory

Good food, not great quantity though. They do have great offers on zomato and swiggy. Try their classic Hyderabadi chicken biryani and chicken tikka biryani.

french fries are available with great combination here. zomato and swiggy offers combo such as with lemon ice tea. best place to order food for snacks. quantity is a issue though...

Hunger struck..charcoal eats showed up. Ordered chicken tikka biryani. First up..nicely packed, was tastily warm. Flavours are different compared to usual biryani’s but in a good way. Decent amount of chicken pieces, lots of khada masala adding flavours. I chose the ‘heavy eater’ option and even then quantity is average. So make sure you don’t choose the ‘light eater’ option at all. Recommended!

I order paneer makhni biryani (king-size),it was tasteless with very less masala in the biryani, it was like that we are eating only the rice.

Charcoal Eats is a good place to chill with friends in budget. The place is self service so it's not that expensive.and the food is good .their hara bhara kabab are good .must try!!<br/>

The food is just okay. They don't take any of your requests into consideration. Be it wanting your food to be less spicy or more. When asked for raita, they gave curd instead. Delivery took more than an hour.

First thing first, packaging is worth dying for. I know its supposed to be a food review, but as they say, food is first tasted by the way it looks, and these guys make it look awesome!<br/>Coming to the food part, I ordered their Afghani Biryani and it was way too good. Ordered Chicken biryani serving as heavy eater but hardly one person can be served in this quantity....very disapponted and not sure if I got the correct order as container say serving 1 so how it can be heavy eater

Food has a average quality but taste is good can be improved. Their chicken paratha is amazing. I have taken home delivery many times. Recommend when you are hungry 😉

Charcoal Eats is known for its biryani at very sustainable prices. I frequent the one in Malad West .<br/>The quantity is good for the value and so is the taste. The biryani is flavorful and not too spicy. I also had the paratha with kheema. I was expecting atleast 2 parathas for the quantity of kheema but I guess in RS 100 that's the best.<br/>The place is clean and the service is good too. Overall, a must try.

This is a small outlet near Evershine Nagar. They serve delicious Biryanis, Loaded Fries, recently tried the Pav's with starters inside. The aloo tikki pav and hara bhara pav was yum. Tandoori loaded fries were crisp with nice spicy sauces, you take one bite and you will want to eat more for sure.
