Banjara- goldfinch hotel is located in Mahakali. This place is really very nice for Family dining. I went to this place yesterday. The ambience is very nice. Calm music. The rates of the buffet are really reasonable. They provide variety of starters, main course dishes and desserts. There's an offer called 10 ka dum and we tried it. Really it's totally worth every penny. You'll get 10 starters and the taste is really amazing.They have huge variety in the main course. In main course veg Maratha chicken gravy with some fresh naans and chicken hakka noodles with Fish chilly. We tried all the desserts and especially we loved the walnut brownies. The staff was very humble and polite. Service was quick. The taste was very good. Quality food served. I really loved this place and I would really visit it again.

The delightful Dinner Buffet at Banjara, at Goldfinch Hotel Andheri. I finally gave it an attempt with my family. This august they have 10 ka Dum Festival wherein they have 10 items each like 10salads, 10 appetizers, 10main course and 10dessert live counters and much more made it super exciting and we decided to go. The ambience is quite calming with bright lights a boat at the centre dividing the restaurant in two sections and lovely comforting cozy seating arrangement makes the experience enhancing. The staff is quite polite and quick. We started with soup (hot and sour soup) we then moved the mumbai street live counters we had kachori, ragda patis, sandwich misal pav then comes the appetizers on our table which was absolutely tempting paneer angara, galouti Kebab, aloo and peanut tikki was amazing, chilly babycorn followed by mini vegetable pizza the appetizers were served fresh warm at the table. The mocktails too were refreshing watermelon mojito , virgin pinacolada and two sides of love all the we called we're prepared and presented well. After enjoying the initial start of the meal we moved to The mains too had while arrey of options in asian, indian subji ( paneer kolhapuri, babycorn peas, garden fresh etc) there was also steam rice and dal Kabila that we really loved with fryums also had options on Biryani and Raita, pasta was good we tried everything in small portions however ended over eating it filled my stomach but did not satisfied my hunger i kept space for desserts they were placed making us tempt cham cham took away my heart so soft and yumm also Gulab Bhog, Moong dal Halwa, cheese cakes , brownie, caramel custard just so many options. The experience had been the finest along with the family at pocket friendly rates looking forward visiting again.

1) Food was very good but somewhere missing the real flavors and more or less taste too .it can be due to rush but after having well enough staff I can’t go with that . 2)Service was good ,they were very presentable at the moment and take care of your customization . 3) Atmosphere was charming but the music was too loud then it should be at such gathering place ,felt like setting in a concert. After all they managed it somehow. After all experience was acceptable , therefore I recommend the place to visit at once at least .

One of the finest place to visit with family and friends. Had an amazing experience in the unlimited buffet dinner. The overall ambience and environment of the place is heart warming and fantastic, with lovely sitting arrangements. The key things being the variety and quality of food served which is very good, with great taste. Staff Sushant was taking care of our table and was very cooperative. Would love to visit again and spend a great time.

Banjara- Goldfinch Hotel is an epitome of contemporary fine dining. We were really amazed by the ambience and decor. The menu offers you with lots of varieties in cuisines. the buffet which is quite exquisite and affordable & there offer going on 10 ka dum + sizzle in the drizzle. It's biggest buffet in Mumbai. All 10 Types of salads, starter, main course & along 10 types of dessert. The staff is quite courteous and polite towards their guests. The experience was great and satisfying. The menu for the buffet had lots of varieties. The staff was very fast and the starters were really worth trying. ✔️In starters we relished: Murg Multani Tikka: The perfect smoky flavour to the chicken. Quite flavoursome. Deep fried Baby corn : Crispy delight with baby corn as a surprise inside. Seekh Kebab: Little dry but went well with the green chutney. Chicken dumplings: Chicken dumplings were a tasty treat. Veg Dumplings: Quite satisfying and good in taste with some veggies in it. ✔️Desserts cannot be given a miss. Do try the all of desserts been kept there. From cakes to malpua and malai barfi to rasmalai. The desserts were gratifying and top notch. We really liked the restaurant because the staff, food quality and the atmosphere is worth visiting and has value for your money.

One of the best vegetarian outlet in Mahakali . This outlet has various type of food such as south indian,north Indian etc . The most popular item of this outlet is salad 🥗 and mix bhaji . I have been visiting this outlet last 2 month so I recommend you to visit this outlet atleast once

Over the past 4 days, we have ordered 6 different dishes from Banjara, which is right next to our apartment building. Even though we have been living here for almost a year, this was the first time we ordered from the place because we don't like experimenting with mutton dishes. But man, they make the most delicious mutton preps. We tried Telangana Mutton (my best pick), Lal maans, Shikari Gosht (partner's best pick) and Awadhi Lamb. They were all top notch with good mutton pieces (something most restaurants overlook). Although one dish is only enough for one person, the quality of the food is worth the price listed. The other dishes we tried were prawns biryani (not mind-blowing but decent, again only enough for one heavy eater) and jhinga malai (delicious with decent sized prawns). I never post reviews, but just had to put this out there.

This place has an amazing decor along with relaxed atmosphere! Starters are scrumptious! Mocktails and cocktails were amazing, they have a very fine bar! Desserts were good. This is good for family. The only thing is the service was a bit slow. Overall a good try!

I am glad i chose banjara for the dinner buffet! I absolutely loved it! Such soothing and elegant Ambience, it feels good to dine in there.<br/>Staff is courteous too. <br/>Great spread of salads, starters, mains and desserts! I happened to visit the seafood festival and damn it was heaven!<br/>Delicious crabs, relishing pompfrets, crispy squids, delightful bombay duck, everything was worth having! <br/>Each and every item in the buffet was worth having and truly relishing.<br/>Maincourse was great too. Today i visited to the banjara hotel for the fish festival and had a great emense of koli festival and met with a courtegeous staff and Mr Srimanta Das was excellent with his service enjoyed the buffet. Hope will dine again.

I had gone for buffet dinner on 7th March with an office colleague.. There is a sea food festival going on right now.. The ambience was awesome.. The staff was very courteous and the every single dish right from starters to main course to salad to icecream to soups tasted fantastic. They had a lot of variety (approx 4 to 5 ) in every section. Had a great time eating....And finally the bill... it was very reasonable.. Got 10 percent discount on the card swipe....Will definitely encourage people to go here. with family.! Great job guys!

My favorite hotel in Mumbai, food is super, breakfast awesome, dinner & lunch food is perfect, need to work on staff training, service quality for both front office reservation of hotel & restaurant service. Looks like they all are busy every time or they are ignoring.

Please head here if you want to savour food in a very relaxed way, the service was awesome and the buffet spread was real good and surprise most of them tasted good compared to other buffets where the quality is compromised for quantity. <br/>Pro tip : Be there at 7.30 itself for the buffet to enjoy it fully well.

Slowest service ever, no value for money, pathetic music

I don’t know how did the restaurant get a 4.4 rating cause in actuality they don’t deserve a rating of 1!! We had a corporate dinner last week and it was such a disappointment!! The food, the service, the variety of dishes etc. were all really bad. The restaurant didnt bother to serve us the starters until we asked for them as well.

I had gone on Saturday, 22/02/2020 for a lunch buffet with my family at this place through Eatigo, They had an ongoing Daawat E Ishq food festival (They had a mix of Delhi and Kashmir cuisine inspired dishes on the menu) going on since 13/2/2020<br/><br/>Here is my take!<br/><br/>Ambience : Located at the Ground floor of Goldfinch hotel, the restaurant is tastefully done up.<br/><br/>Lunch Buffet : There is starters, salads main course and desserts, Please note that there are no beverages or any welcome drink served as part of the buffet!<br/><br/>Salads : There are a variety of Veg / Non Veg salads on the menu<br/><br/>Starters : We went for the Non Veg starters and ordered a couple of veg starters as well. There was a single type of mint chutney served along with the starters<br/><br/>The Veg starters : We ordered Paneer Tikka , Dahi ke kebab, Rajma ke kebab from the veg starter section<br/><br/>1) Paneer Tikka : Chunks of grilled paneer and capsicum. The paneer was very well marinated and reasonably soft. For us it was the best veg starter.<br/><br/>2) Dahi ke kebab : Thin flattened and small white discs. The kebab was strictly average <br/><br/>3) Rajma ke kebab : Similar to dahi ke kebab in shape and size. It had no flavour at all, Tasted very doughy and bland. It tasted more of flour more than the rajma and spices in it!<br/><br/>The Non Veg starters :<br/><br/>1) Fish Dillnaaz: Best Non veg starter, Grilled fish with a nice but strong flavour of dill leaves<br/><br/>2) Keema Samosa : Small chicken mince stuffed samosas, Nice , crisp and flavourful<br/><br/>3) Shrimp starter : The prawns served were very small(Each prawn the size of a 50 paise coin) They were stale and old. No amount of flavouring/frying could camouflage the slightly off consistency and unpleasant smell. Very bad experience!<br/><br/>4) Chicken Lollipop : The chicken lollipops again were dried out and not fresh. They did not taste all all like how fresh fried chicken should taste! Tasted more of the slimy cartilage than chicken meat. Very disappointing!<br/><br/>5) Mutton Ribs : What can be more disappointing than stale prawns and old frozen chicken? Slimy and full of mutton cartilage and fat without even an iota of mutton meat<br/><br/>The mutton ribs tasted as if they were held together with glue and slime<br/><br/>Main Course : We tried the following <br/><br/>1) Gustaba : Very hard balls of uncooked pinkish meat in a run off the mill gravy<br/><br/>2) Chicken Biryani : The Biryani rice was full of lumps of sticky uncooked rice and was a mish mash of fried onion and spices. There was more of the fried onion and odd spices than chicken pieces in the biryani<br/><br/>Desserts<br/><br/>There are no ICE CREAMS in the dessert section. You can easily make out from the dessert spread that the restaurant wanted to cut corners in terms of costs. Most of the items look sourced from somewhere. The dessets are besan laddoo, kalakand, gulab jabun, kiwi cake, kalakand, choco ball, choco balls in milk and papaya phirni. Sushant was very sweet and very quick with his service. He upfrontly got us desserts of every kind which was very good of him. All other support staff along with him are very fast. Great Hospitality.

On the occasion of my bday , I have visited this place with my family . We have opted a non veg buffet .<br/>Ambiance :- It was really good one . Soft music at background and grandeur lights .<br/>Starters :- There were 12 starters containing 6 veg and 6 non veg starters . In veg it was paneer pahadi , crispy corn balls , mushroom chilly and many others. In non veg , chicken Malai Tikka , mutton Sikh kabab , basa fish Tikka , one more chicken based starter . The best part was Momo's in starters . Both veg and non veg were there and it was really good to have .<br/><br/>Main course :- It has 4 veg and 4 non veg gravies , paneer Tikka , maxican vegie , aloo based vegie . In non veg , chicken buttha , pomphret fish curry , Rajasthani laal mass . I liked chicken buttha gravy . Pomphret curry was also good .<br/><br/>Desserts :- Ras Malai , caramel custard , brownie , mug da halawa , ice scream , Malai jamun , white barfi .<br/><br/>The only negative point was biryani . It was not that great . But , daal Bukhara was really tasty to have with steamed rice .

Banjara is a fine-dine restaurant with uber delicious food. Visiting this restaurant will not only make you feel amazing but also your tastebuds would be amazed at the quality and quantity of the food. We chose the Celebration dinner buffet and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was one of the most memorable Saturday night.<br/><br/>Soup-<br/>There was the all time favourite Cream of Mushroom Soup as the vegetarian variant while Chicken Tom Yum Soup was the non-vegetarian variant. Both were soul soothing.<br/><br/>Starters -<br/>I was completely spoilt for choice with 12 variants of veg and nonveg starters. The vegetarian fare had Veg Momos, Soya Chilli Baby corn, Veg Cutlet, Tandoor Veg Roll, Paneer Tikka and Idli Chilli. The non veg fare consisted of Chicken Sui Mai, Fish Fingers, Glazed Prawns,Afghani Murg Tikka, Adraki Mutton Seekh and Chicken Pepper Fry. Its hard to choose but my favourites were Glazed Prawns and Chicken Sui Mai Momos. Every starter was unique and I enjoyed each one of them.<br/><br/>Salad -<br/>It had a range of salads ranging from Green Salad, Tossed Salad, Tandoori Chicken Salad etc. You could find Sev Papdi Chaat also in this section.<br/><br/>Main Course -<br/>Usually one is stuffed with Starters, but who wouldn't try the mains if it is so good. The kost amazing mains was Bhuna Gosht with ample of soft mutton pieces which melted in my mouth with the Butter Laccha Paratha. Along with that the mains also had Goan Fish curry, Chicken Dum Biryani, Veg Jalfrezi, Hot pot vegetable, Spinach Florentine, Paneer Mutter, Sarso ka saag, Chicken Mushroom in Oyster Sauce and the basics such as Maa Ki Dal and Jeera Pulao<br/><br/>Desserts -<br/>The desserts were an interesting combination of Gajar Ka Halwa, Kiwi Barfi, Chocolate Balls, Malai Chena, Kiwi Mousse, Mango Gateaux, Rabdi Jamun, Assorted pastries, Laganu Custard and Kiwi Mousse. It ended with Kesar Pista Icecream.<br/><br/>What a meal it was !!!<br/><br/>The service was prompt and courteous. Special Thanks to their Head chef Mr. Shelar, Sous chef Mr. Chatterjee and South Indian Chef Mr. Shetty. Also, special mention to Ankesh who served us and enhanced our experiance by takinng care of the small factors.<br/><br/>The ambience is gorgeous with the beautiful chandeliers and boat sculpture and beautiful lighting.<br/><br/>Do come here to have an exuberant experience and eat and dine to your hearts content.

Even after booking table, the table was not ready. Took another 15 mins to clean. Table cloths were provided after consistently reminding them.. nearing the end of our dinner. Staff were slow in these regards. <br/><br/>Coming to food and drinks.. the 3 stars is just for that, Prawns ghee roast is one to die for!! <br/>We ordered a few drinks, mocktails like pinacolada and fruit punch which were good. Along with that ordered fish tikka, hot pot, neer dosa.

Banjara located in Goldfinch Hotel at MIDC, Andheri is one of the best Restaurants when it comes to Buffet.<br/>Usually Buffets are low quality and high quantity or even low quantity when it comes to varieties sometimes.<br/>However this one here, it has raised the standards with quite a number of variety and the quality was amazing too.<br/>We were served some Mocktails along with the food. The Milk based Mocktails were thick and delicious and the Water based Mocktail was Tasty and Refreshing at the same time.<br/>I was honestly very impressed when the Starters started flowing. The Vegetarian as well as Non Vegetarian options were tempting and mouth watering now that I try to remember.<br/>.<br/>The table started of with 3 kinds of sauces: Green Chutney, Schezwan and Mustard.<br/><br/>We started with BHUTIA DI SEEKH which was a Vegetarian Seekh Kebab but just as dleicious as Mutton Seekh Kebab.<br/><br/>Well, I won't lie, but MUTTON SEEKH KEBAB was a little tastier than the Vegetarian one, Delicious, Juicy and Mouth watering.<br/><br/>CHICKEN WINGS was next which was so good that I had to pick an extra one from the friend's plate. :p<br/><br/>Followed by CHICKEN PAHADI KEBAB which was soft and flavourful at the same time. The salads were fresh and delicious too. I usually avoid Salads but I never miss out on Salads in Buffet. Recently visited this outlet Banjara. A very good amazing ambiance with a good quality of food. We totally loved the service. The decor was really great. One of the best places we have recently visited. We tried out there various different things when we went there. The staff was also really amazing. Very friendly with the customers. What we ordered?Vegetable Trio Soup:- One of the amazing soup we have ever had. ! The taste was really amazing. Loved it. Soup was very healthy and mixed with Vegetables! Go for this soup. Paneer Tikka:- The Indian cuisine paneer Tikka was really amazing in taste! Paneer pieces were really soft and juicy. The presentation was excellent and beautifully organized. In the main course, we ordered the Paneer Tikka masala. The Taste of the vegetable was really nice. Totally enjoyed the food along with the naan in it❤Desserts:- In the desserts section, we went out for moong daal halwa which was great. Further, we went out for the milk burfi which was lovely in taste😍. Next to the best of all, we had mango Sandwich which was superb in taste! We totally enjoyed it. At last, we had the strawberry Cheesecake which was lovely. It was very beautifully presented! I enjoyed it a lot. Recommending this outlet to everyone. Go have fun with your parents, friends. Banjara is a very famous restaurant which is in Goldfinch hotel.<br/>Their ambiance is very beautiful.<br/>Staff and service are good.<br/>Food options are also good but their chinese food needs some improvement is what I feel.<br/>That being said, I will come back soon to try some more food here.

So we decided to surprise our grandfather on his birthday, and guess what Banjara was the first thing which came to our mind which is known for its lavish buffet and variety of food items.<br/><br/>This is a perfect place to get relaxed and cozy with family on weekends. Staff is extremely polite and courteous.<br/><br/>Be it starters, main course or the desserts, not a single dish disappointed us. Do visit this place if you are fond of buffet brunches or dinners.

Banjara has elegance, style, class and almost everything that looks pleasing to the eyes, but their food and service needs some real push. Went in with my group on the weekend wherein the outcome wasn't the best. In the surrounding there is another restaurant where we plan ti visit on the coming weekend.

Banjara is a restaurant in Goldfinch Hotel Andheri. It is a great place to have buffet for an average cost of 1000 per person. It is surely worth as it has amazing starters. At a time they have 8 starters in all, 4 veg and 4 non veg all equally delectable.<br/><br/>The Buffet Menu is always well planned and each dish compliments the taste palette. During my visit the restaurant served North Indian, Maharashtrian and Oriental Cuisine.<br/><br/>They serve a Five Course Meal: Starter, Soup, Salad, Main Course and Dessert.<br/><br/>The basic Maharashtrain Kothimbir Vadi was the show stopper, it was soft and has the perfect texture and a unique blend of flavors.<br/>The Fish Fingers and Prawns Tawa Fry crispy and tasty one with american flavors and other with basic Indian. <br/><br/>The gravies were flavorful and tasted great with some Indian Breads. Steamed Rice and Drumstick Daal made a great combination. The Fish Dum Biryani had well marinated fish pieces and some appetizing rice.<br/>Overall the place is really great for dinning the staff is polite and will get you everything you need. Suraj was a great guy. His service was awesome. Found him very loyal and polite and keeping asking many a times what would be served next. I told him to get me a icecream of his choice and he served me butter scotch. The food and quality was awesome. We had been there with 8 of us on 15 January 2020. Very nice and comfortable. Got trapped by the great reviews given by the so-called connoisseurs. <br/><br/>Ambiance: 3/5; Spread: 2/5; Taste: 3/5; Service: 1/5 <br/>Overall Value for Money: 2/5<br/><br/>The pictures are doctored and to deceive visitors. The spread is limited. The dessert section had no ice-cream. <br/>The restaurant boasts of best seafood. On the starters, I could find only 2 variants and 1 in Mains.<br/><br/>It's sad that people in India will give any review for freebies..
