One of my friends took me to this old school ambience restaurant which is located near to CST. The ambience was so calm and comforting to the eyes. The staff is very passionate. The menu is a little overpriced. Food makes us drool. Marine drive is near by frim here. Dining here and then taking a walk at Marine drive on Saturday night is the perfect weekend plan.

Best restaurant i have ever been to. The service is really really extraordinary. There were many people there but they managed us all very well and the food was so delicious that our hands couldn't stop eating. We had an amazing time and experience there. One should have a visit there.

If you go towards town anytime and its late night, this place is a saviour for u r hungry stomachs . We went to marines, unaware of the fact that that after 1am its not allowed to sit or roam even on the road adjacent to Marines. To come back home ola was charging around 2.5 k and trains would start at 4am being a Sunday. There were no options around since everything closed at 1am . The only hope was something would be open due to the Liverpool and Madrid football match may be something would have open screening. After reaching CST wen we googled Ustaadi showed up and wen we called they said they are open upto 4am that was the best part . The staff was welcoming, food was yum and tasty . They do not serve Liquor tho , the restaurant was still full . Ambience was very unique and antique . Do visit this place incase u are around crawford market.

We could have not explored other things. He shud have suggested as per 3 people dining. Also i told over the phone that i need cozy place as its someones birthday but when i went they gave me place which was in front of main door. Finally we have to changed the place and informed tjem what was requested over the phone. Lack of co-ordination on a week day. Will defintely return bcz of food and ambience.

Had heard a lot about this place. An old restaurant in Crowfard Market area famous for it’s non vegetarian delicacies. The serving captains are good as they suggest some good options to go for. Ambiance is nice and there is a good place for parking right outside the restaurant.

I ordered food from Ustadi, the delivery person was utterly unprofessional and had a bullying tone. Wanted me to walk out of the lane and collect the order as he was not able to trace the location. Explaining him serval times the location failed to deliver it and threatened me that the parcel will be taken back. <br/>This restaurant doesn’t have live tracking as well. Now i fear if this follows sanitisation norms or no. <br/>So beware before ordering from this restaurant.

Firstly if you order on Zomato - delivery is by Ustaadi so Zomato takes your money and wipes it’s hands off the order. Restaurant provides no tracking and my order was not delivered for two hours and waiting. Status showed enroute for an hour with a 15 minute driving distance. Avoid totally. Zomato must indicate which orders it does not fulfill.

Also, they have unusual timmings from 12noon to 4pm & 7pm to 4am.. which is just perfect to satisfy your midnight hungers. Also their delivery is prompt even in this lockdown.

Ustaadi has amazing North Indian Food. I really loved everything that I ordered there. The most favourite is Paneer Seaweed which is like a Chinese starter. Alu Tuk Chaat and Cumin mint raita are okay. We ordered Paneer tikka starter where the paneer was really soft and it was prepared in delicious spices. We ordered cheese garlic naan with paneer tikka masala and the subji was so creamy and delicious. The Roomali masala cheese papad is good too. The Rasmalai is heavenly we ordered double Rasmalai and it just melts in your mouth. The veg food is amazing and we ordered alot of paneer items but it was worth it. The staff is pretty good too.

This restaurant is a heaven for all the non-veg lovers. The staff is very amiable and hospitable. The menu consists of a wide variety of food. The interior is damn impressive and appreciable. We had ordered chicken biryani, gosht shikhampuri and prawns toast. The taste of gosht shikhampuri was good but prawns toast was the best. The food is the best North Indian in Bombay for veg and non veg both. Hara bhara kebab is a must try! Any roti sabzi is amazing. Dal makhni, nachos and pizza are not good. If you want delicious North Indian food then this is the place to be. It is also open till late in the night.

Used to by usual spot while visiting Mumbai. This time over was really dissappointed. Regarding the service and sheesha. The pizza was really good. The staff was inattentive all the time had to request alot off times for alot of things.

The ambience is warm and rustic which gives an authentic feel too the restaurant. Shiraj was very helpful, he is definitely one of the best customer service personals I have come across. The food is amazing and the portion size is very generous. They have a sugar free desert (made with jaggery) which is like small rasmalai , it is definitely a hit and must have desert. I will be visiting again soon.

1 star less for charging 10% service fee over GST, not fair.<br/>Food is really good, ambience is different, little shady entrance but overall a great place to have your lunch. Boti yakhni pulav is too good. Every bite of rice has mutton. Mozzarella was fresh between two mutton chops. Ginger lemon pop is very refreshing, and yes the very delicious garlic chutney. Must try place.

Amazing set up, superb ambience , but got disappointed midway, Murgh ghee roast just great, which melted on tip of tongue, but Gosht biryani was just like any other ordinary rice mixed with masala gravy, being charged for 550 INR is no way justifying, charging 90rs for package water and small aerated drink and service charge along with GST brought mixed feelings being here.

The Gosht Biryani was amazing and had a lot of mutton boneless pieces. The Malpua with Rabdi was the best Malpua I have ever eaten.

Hello, the word Biriyani being used for their chicken tikka Biriyani is totally unjustified. It is more like plain thick grain rice being mixed in pieces of chicken without the Biriyani masala. The price at 450/- for this dish is a rip off. It may help the owner for short term gains but not in the long term as the taste is pathetic and the price sky high. I would request the makers of this dish to try it themselves and then rate it rather than the guest giving you persistent negative feedback. Please do not rip off the guest in these ways. I would recommend to not at all order nor dine at this place.

We had ordered yakhani pulao, which we were trying for the first time. We liked the taste. This could be an alternative to the biryani. Overall service and ambiance is good. It's open until midnight 4. So it can serve your midnight food cravings.

And so polite staff.. just loved their service! It doesn’t end here.. the food is amazing. I absolutely have no words left. One of the best restaurants for Mughlai cuisine. I ordered kung pao fish, galauti kebab, cheese chicken kabab, murg mussallam with kulchas and rotis and a few mocktails. The starters are too good and so filling as their quantity of food is worth every penny. I was almost full just with the starters.. they were that good! I’d totally recommend this place to everyone!

I had such high hopes for my meal today, especially since it was to be a respite from a day at the hospital. The delivery was quick and easy, but the chelo kebab was such a disappointment. Rice pudding rather than the lightly flavoured, saffron and butter infused delight that chelo is meant to be...<br/>Ustaadi, you made me sad today and wish I had gone to the hospital canteen instead. Now that's saying something.

Rs. 15/- one litre water bottle is charged Rs.90/-.<br/>300 ml thumps up is charged Rs. 90/-<br/>Inspite of pricing being 4-5 times high than actual mrp , they implicated 10 percent mandatory service charge.<br/>The service provided was slow & pathetic.<br/>When asked to eliminate service charged they tried to manipulate the bill.<br/>Worst experience ever.<br/>

Best oriented nicely furnitured with enjoying music in the background .<br/>One of the best hukkah makers in town.<br/>So coming on food go with their continental menu, I would recommend u to go with the best pizza "the chicken overloaded" and Alfredo pasta. Ustaadi, located near CSMT station is an urban cool restaurant which is inviting both- young as well as family crowd. The flavours of the dishes is distinct and very good. Also, with herbal hookah started you can pull hookah at the same place and unwind too😉

I had ordered @ 20:51 and the order was delivered @ 23:30. When the delivery time was 55 minutes later. Plus the number provided by the restaurant was not reachable. And the restaurants name on the bill is Zaff kitc and not Ustaadi.

I loved the hukka, and the interiors. The food quality is pretty good. The staff is courteous. Next time planning to really a lot more dishes

We ordered Murgh Chelo. I have to say that it was DISGUSTING. I have never had such a bad dish in my life. We literally had to throw it away. What was supposed to be murgh chelo was sweet payasam with chunks of chicken. The rice was supposed to be creamy and aromatic and the chicken chargrilled. It was disgustingly sweet milk rice mixed with chunks of tasteless chicken sans aroma or taste. We were completely fooled by the description. Perhaps we were served with leftovers of the day disguised as murgh chelo.

It is an indonesian dish served with egg and chilli sauce. For a change if you do not want to have the normal fried rice, this is a pretty good option. One thing which we liked about nasi goreng rice is that it's spicy but when you're having it you can taste all the flavours indulge in it and not spiciness. Spiciness can be felt in the after taste, so basically you can taste all the flavours and then enjoy the spiciness afterwards too.<br/>Brownie served with hazelnut and chocolate sauce which was top notch, a really good combination and perfect for sweet tooth. Located next to Crawford Market this is the first time i have being here.. Service is super fast no doubt about it. Staff gives you good suggestions do hear them. We have ordered Tandoori in starters and Murg Mussalam, Mutton Kheema in main course that was more than enough for 3 of us all boys and we do eat a lot. They give a very good quantity so order very wisely. Enjoy dining...

Ustaadi a multi-cuisine restaurant !! Located near Crawford Market is found in the "late night" section of Zomato. It is open till 4am famous for Mughlai and North Indian food. The ambience is really nice with bricks which gives a rustic look. The service is quick and staff is friendly too.

The curry had a pungent taste and the chicken was absolutely uncooked ! The meat was chewy and raw !! <br/>

Found the place in the 'late night section' of Zomato. In one line, absolutely amazing food served till 4 am in the morning. That's what defines ustaadi.<br/>Serving multiple cuisines, ustaadi has all of them on point. A very well spaced out restaurant, which is not so commonly seen considering its location. Liked the background music playlist with new english and hindi songs. There's a kids play area as well.<br/>It serves as the perfect destination after late night parties or drives.<br/><br/>Everytime I've been here, I've tried new dishes and never been disappointed.<br/>A few which deserve special mention are murg malai tikka, barra chop (mutton) and murg tikka biryani.<br/><br/>Ghost yakhni shorba is very well made, a must try.<br/><br/>Thyme scented mushroom cappuccino (soup) is a brilliant option for the vegetarians.<br/><br/>The raan - Perfectly spiced, the flavours reaching every small part of it. I am regular customer from ustaadi and I like the food very much. But today's order included salad which was unhygienic and had infected and stale leaves.

As good as it gets. My top favorite here has to be the kulchas. The taste of shredded mutton with rocket leaves blend like a house on fire. We love the seaweed chicken, risotto, and your regular fried rice, chicken chilly. The best part of this place has to be the amazing hours. With such few good options open so late in the night, it’s such a regular in late weekend nights. We also love to order in all the time. It’s always so good.

Yesterday evening we had gone to this place the restaurant looked a little different having old radios CDs which were looking lovely for starters had Aloo Tuk chat, Malaapar Mutton fry, which were very good for main course Bara chop, Mutton biryani, and Chicken pot rice which was very good, for soft drinks had lemon ice tea, passion fruit Mojito, and fresh lime.staff was also very friendly and nice. Best restaurant with amazing and calming ambience love the food especially the peach iced tea and the nut cracker cake, obviously can't forget the cheesy kebabs!! Love the hospitality as well!

We came in for a gathering. We were around 12 people. Certain issues pertaining to Zomato gold occurred. All that aside, the good was good. We ordered for gauloti kabab(4/5), chello kabab (5/5), stuffed chicken kulcha(4/5), fish tikka (3/5), matka chicken and murg paitila (3/5). We ordered for two Moktails, they were apple mojito and kacchi kairi. (3/5). Overall it was okay. Wasn't too great but it wasn't too bad either.

One of the best restaurant in the CST. I went there for lunch. I had chicken soup which was mouth watering. I never had such a tasty soup.
