Review Vaishali Restaurant - Mumbai

The place is near by chembur station, those coming by car will get an valet parking. Staff is good and place is awesome. Situated on the first floor it has outdoor and indoor seating capacity. Also party hall is available on pre booking term. Food is good, but the quantity is bit low also the price is bit over priced. Ambience is mast you will enjoy it. Haven’t visited in recent time, but this is an lovely place. And if you want to see old vintage Mercedes, the owner car is parked in the parking area reserved for owner only. Rest staff is good

One of the good hotel in Chembur near railway station. I had Tom-Yam soup here which was less spicy, the main dish Changeji chicken was really good. The butter-garlic naan and chicken fried rice was also good.

I loved the ambiance and the food was great! It's a nice place to visit with your friends. For starters we ordered their chicken platter- Afghani chicken, sheek kabab and Harayali chicken. And for the main course we ordered Garlic kulcha and 2 types of gravies- one chicken and one mutton suggested by the waiters. It was a superb experience.

I did my daughter's first birthday party there. Nothing was lacking. A wonderful experience all over. The owner of the person or the one whom we worked out the modalities with, is a gem of a person. He never tried to exploit the situation and on the contrary gave us very valuable advice on how to go about the whole thing.

Vaishali hotel has a brilliant outdoor dining experience and to have candle light dinner in open is the best experience. Their food & drinks are expensive but you need to appreciate that their food taste & quality is excellent. Chembur is actually blessed to have quite a few fine dine restaurants & Vaishali is definitely one of them.

Good place for a gathering of 150 to 180 people. We have done few family functions here and it's was good experience. It's a AC banquet hall. Pros: 1. This is right in front of Chembur railway station east (walkable) and connected to main road. They provide some parking slots too. 2. Ambience is good and your guest will very comfortable. 3. Staff here is very helpful and will take good care of the guest. Cons: 1. Food is bit expensive and I was touch disappointed with the food served when I look at the charges. Overall a pleasant experience.

Lovely place, delicious food and impeccable service! The Ambience of Vaishali garden is beautiful, outside and inside seating options; they have 2 big fish tanks with some colourful fishes swimming inside them. The food is finger-licking good! Everything was just perfect, be it the schezuan dipped fried lollipops to the Murg Makhanwala. Do try the burnt garlic soup and the paneer dish here. The only con was that this place is expensive; you can say it's one of the most expensive restaurant in Chembur. Table for 5 and the bill came up to 3.3k(All dishes in photo and 4 pints of beer)

We were greeted by Mr Harish Singh & Mr Rohit Singh. Upon looking at the menu, we didnt find any vegan section. Harish Singh was very well aware about who and what vegans are compared to other restaurants where they dont even have any idea. We prefer animal cruelty free food. It doesnt contain any animal or products derived from Animals like milk and milk products, honey etc. Mr Harish suggested few dishes which he then made sure with the chef that it didnt had any ghee or paneer products. We had 1. Masala Papad 2. Lemon grass Soup 3. Mushroom Chilly 4. Spring Rolls 5. Diwani Handi (Not sure) Mr Prabhakar Shetty, the Owner has maintained the property very well. It is not the first time im coming to this restaurant but from last 3 decades. Earlier we use to have meat but from the time we left meat we didnt come to the restaurant as it is famous for NON VEG food more. But after being vegan, still the restaurant did a pretty good job. Many thanks to Mr Harish and Rohit. Prabhakar ji, if you are reading this please add 2-3 Vegan dishes in every section since many of us after checking the menu do not opt to go these places and a demand has been created if you check the market. Hence requesting you to please add some vegan dishes as we would like to enjoy the ambiance of this heritage hotel.

Taste is good, ambiance and service is great, but prices on higher side compared to qty of food

Surprise package! It's on a main busy road near chembur station, and yet, when you go in, there's plenty of space, a nice open setting to chill out, and decent food.

This restaurant is one of the finest places in Chembur. Its a terrace restaurant. Right from the entrance to the very end of the restaurant the ambience is super amazing. They have an open seating outside as well as air conditioned seating. The place has a quite relaxed atmosphere and has a good playlist. Also there's candle light if u opt for which adds more beauty to the place. I was amazed by the decor and well planned ambience. Coming to the food I would recommend their non veg food to anyone and everyone. They have a wide range of menu. I tried out both the veg and non veg ofcourse.. the non veg food is super delicious. And fresh. Also they're desserts are upto the mark. They have a great service. The staff recommends right and I would recommend this place for family gatherings also for those with candle light dinner plans. A place I would surely visit back soon !

It's located in the Chembur market area it's a very very old restaurant , earlier they had deers in there now they just have arowana fishes and some parrot fishes that look so asthetic. Talking about the seating they have candle light dinner outside and inside a well lit beautiful seating arrangement the interiors are great as well. Talking about the hotel itself it's on the terrace so not easily visible from below but for someone who knows Chembur it would be a cake walk.<br/>Talking about the food , they have amazing menu a variety of regular as well as exclusive dishes , we had tried their starters section , their kebabs were juicy and luscious and there tandoori was amazing too perfectly seered , we even tried their soups and they were great too did contain ajinomoto and cornflour so we're in their natural state. We even tried their chicken sizzler and it was amazing loved the chicken stuffed capsicum 😍😍😍 , the rice was awesome too and loved their butter chicken <br/>Over all in love with this place <br/>Sorry for such bad clicks but it was taken in candle light and weren't clicked by my phone so<br/>Would I go there again obviously yes

Among the multiple fine-dine options in Chembur, this place has great service and ambience for a romantic setting. Had ordered Chicken biryani which tasted good and suggestions were given by the staff. Overall a great place to visit in the evening over an open garden setting.

The food is great! I have been a regular here. But I have come to zomato especially to highlight my last visit on a Saturday, when the place was fully packed and usually at times like these the quality of service goes down. But ROHIT the person who was manning our table there was exceptionally good and made sure we got everything on time and enjoyed ourselves.

Best place in chembur for sea food , starters are good tasty yummy. Kids area ,they enjoy a lot and themed decor. All can enjoy from kids to elders. It is situated in the vicinity of eastern chembur, road rush is there.

Vaishali Restaurant offers a fine-dining experience in the heart of the suburbs. Even though one may not be impressed with the entrance and the crowds outside Chembur station that one needs to negotiate to get to the restaurant, you can be assured that once you enter, your experience will forget what you had to go through to get in!<br/><br/>The staff are very friendly and really helpful. They are quick to recommend if you ask them what is good.It is a multi cuisine restaurant offering Indian, Mughlai and Tandoor-grilled dishes apart from Chinese and Italian. The rich & spicy Mughlai dishes have been Vaishali's speciality for years their kebabs straight from the tandoor is supposed to be excellent. The food quality is quite decent, though not extrodinary.
Varun Tavaria
Just loved the food and very hospitable behaviour of staff.

It was farewell of a colleague, who stays at western suburbs and we wanted to have it at a place, which is convenient for everyone to travel. We zeroed down to Chembur. Vaishali garden came as a recommendation from a team member, who has spent his early days in chembur. So, we went there. The place has a very retro feel to it.  It is a terrace restaurant with both, an open air seating and close air conditioned seating. You may sit wherever you want to. We chose to sit in ac since it was hot. We checked the menu and it serves only tandoor, indian and chinese (indian chinese) cuisine and no other options.<br/><br/>Many of the team members wanted to have vegetarian food. So, we ordered for Cheese Malai Kebab, Khumbh angare, Kalimiri Aaloo, Mix veg aata dum kebab,Thread paneer, Spring rolls and cheese chili toast. Yes, the list of starters is long and so was the list of people. Cheese malai kebab was sweet, but a good start. But, aaloo was not properly cooked in Kalmiri aaloo, thread paneer was panner pakoda with added color, spring rolls were too oily and even the sauces were not helping. All vegetarian items had some challenge. Either there was no salt, or preparation was sub standard. I started my meal by ordering for Jaljeera, which turned out to be too salty. Even after adding about 200 ml of water, I could not take more than 2 sips and had to return it. Another drink I ordered was Fruit Punch, which was way better than Jaljeera (now that my expectations were so low)<br/><br/>Moving to main course, we asked for veg sizzler. It came with cutlet, french fries, stuffed vegetables and fried vegetables. So, fried vegetables still needed to be fried more and rice didn't taste good. Cutlet was okay but no body had the courage to try the stuffed vegetables. With every item which came to table, our expectations went down and down. <br/><br/>This place is small and good for family gathering (may be). It had a descent music playing and the staff is courteous but the food didn't strike our taste buds, neither did the ambiance. It may be an ideal place for old timers but definitely not so much appealing to youth. And, if you are vegetarian, please look for another options on Zomato or else you will come back home hungry!

The terrace area is very satisfying for enjoying the meal outside with beautiful candle light, but people are usually cacophony while watching the TV(sports channel) which you may not like if you want to enjoy a peaceful candle light dinner. The A/c dining is good if you get a place somewhere in the centre beacause the seating next to the walls feels very conjusted. No doubt the food is very good. There is no privacy as the staff keeps on walking by the conjusted paths. Recommended but for week days because the place may feel very crowded on weekends.

One of our first experiences in last 6 years, the food quality was not upto the mark. The starters were stale / gone bad. So also the same starter basics was used in Main Course - Vegetables. The Rotis too weren't freshly made.<br/>Upset tummy. Left us all with Bad mood.

We went for a family dinner few days prior to Rakshabandhan to celebrate Rakshabandhan!! The Restaurant is very well located however on the very extremely busy roads. But they have thought about it and have arranged for a valet services in case you are planning to drive your own vehicle. The valet staff is extremely prompt and courteous and will not waste a moment to lead you to Restaurant. The Restaurant is located on level 1 with an open terrace and is a pleasing experience to sit out in the open!<br/><br/>They have an elaborate menu to choose from Vegetarian and Non Vegeterian dishes. Since we were a big group, we had opportunity to order several items from their Menu. We ordered their starters and main course which were good for the value! We loved their Burnt Garlic Fried Rice which we knew that the restaurant is known for.<br/><br/>The most important thing about the restaurant is their staff and their service. They were extremely courteous, prompt and were very helpful in deciding the dishes as well as serving the food.<br/><br/>Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend to visit the restaurant!<br/><br/>PS: Sorry couldn't take any pics

Vaishali is the place where you let go of all your inhibitions & just eat. Their roomali masala pappad is a must have, I will visit this place again & again for just that. The rest of the food is equally well prepared, well flavoured & the prompt yet warm service makes this a great place to go for a catch-up with friends or a dinner with family after a long day of work.. Vaishali keep up the good stuff👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Its one of my favorite go to restaurants in Chembur. They provide you with the best service and such great ambience. The food is just spectacular and super heartwarming here. A must visit.<br/>Thank you so much ♥️

Quality food and good ambiance. However place is bit cramped. Service is excellent. Valet parking available. Is bit costly but food is very good.

I have just visited this place. I loved its vintage ambience and helpful staff. We ordered Chicken Kalimiri Kebab, Veg spring rolls and Pomfret as a starters. Veg one was a bit oily whereas Chicken one was Okay-Okay. Fish was good. In main course, Chicken patiala was delicious while Mutton Bhuna was not too good. Over all, it was an good experience over there. Atleast, you should visit Vaishali Garden Restaurant.

It’s a sorted rooftop restaurant near Chembur Railway Station. The ambience is cool if not chic, the place is breezy and perfect for the “perfect dinner” with family or friends. The customer service is spot-on, I believe this place is managed by a mangalorean. There are special ghazal nights on Sundays. The open air section is smokers friendly, families can opt to sit in the AC section. The food is perfect, no duplicate diluted versions of the original dishes. The starters were spicy and juicy, the prawns Aftabi we ordered was smashing. The burnt garlic soup was perfectly made. The mains, the roomali rotis and the dal tadka proved why this restaurant is a favourite among the chemburites. The customer service was a complete stand-out, we never had to worry about anything except for paying the bills 😉. This place is a good choice if you are looking for a round of drinks with your friends or just looking for a quite sober dinner with your family. The food will make you happy, the customer service will make you happier.: )

This is a rooftop restaurant near Chembur station. If you appreciate Live Music especially Ghazals and old songs, this place is for you. <br/><br/>Since it’s on a rooftop, this place is mainly lit by the candles around. The ambience is mostly dim yet soothing and filled with old melodic songs. <br/><br/>Their service is prompt. We ordered Chicken Dum Kebab for starter - which was not completely dry but you can try it as an appetiser. For the main course we had Jungli Chicken and Chicken Afghani. Jungli Chicken - as mentioned by them - is fiery hot and spicy - so order it only if you like spicy food. Both the gravies went well with Neer Dosa, Naan and Roti.<br/><br/>Bottom line - it’s a beautiful place to go to for any occasion - family or friends outing or a candlelight dinner. The prices are on the expensive side. That’s the only downside I found. Loved being here.

Vaishali is a roof top garden located near Chembur Railway station. I have been visiting this place since a long time.<br/>Well the best part about this place that I like is the ambience, candle lite dinner and the Mughlai food.<br/>They serve really delicious Mughlai food that tastes very authentic. Their paneer and dal makhani is my favourite. Will recommended this place for ire yummy food.

Located at a close proximity to Chembur station, Vaishali garden is a rooftop place/open terrace. All the tables are lit with candles and overall it's has a very cosy ambience.<br/><br/>Have been visiting this place since the time I was in school. The place is known for it's quality food and pocket-friendly prices. But, of lately things have changed I feel.<br/><br/>We visited this place on Christmas Eve. A couple of starters paired with some drinks was what we really wanted. First of all, the menu is very vast so, you must go with what the servers suggest. That's the best you can get. From Conti to Chinese and Indian, they has everything!!<br/><br/>So, along with two glasses of beers we called for garlic vegetables. Two bowls containing cheesling and chakli are anyway complementary.<br/><br/>When the dish arrived, it looked very tempting but, it was quite greasy and when we asked him to change it, he simply went and tossed it again by removing the sauce which resulted in a bland dish. This disappointed us so much that we decided to leave after finishing our beer. Probably, he understood our feelings so, he gave us a kadak roomali papad complementary.<br/><br/>Might visit this place though as I really have good memories with this place.

Amazing restaurant just in the heart of Chembur . Amazing ambience and the food is largely very good. Well curated menu and great portion sizes . We had a special chef biryani and drinks were also not very expensive considering the decor of the place .<br/>Must visit!

Decent food, however compared to the flurry of restaurants nearby this one takes a hit. We ordered Fish [Surmai Tava fry], Chicken tikka, Mushroom Sabzi and Rotis. The quantity is very poor compared to the rates f each of the dishes.
Karman Khanna
The open terrace garden setting is well planned but smoking tables should be separated from the others. The food is okay. Staff recommended potato and egg rice were good. Mutton bhuna was not good. The reshmi roti for 150 bucks is a tad big overpriced but tasty nonetheless. An easily forgettable experience.

Ambience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br/>Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br/>Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br/><br/>Vaishali is an old favourite in Chembur east ... at a stones throw away from Chembur station ... <br/>The restaurant has both indoor n outdoor seating arrangement ... the outdoor can be pleasant during winter but usually hot even today in November ...<br/>We ordered paneer baby corn n mushroom salt n pepper ... tasted very good ... the other dishes we ordered were sprouted salad which was excellent n then chilli cheese toast which was good too ... for the main course we ordered ne’er dosa along with a North Indian sabji ... overall had pleasant experience

This place has a very good ambience.Visiting this place for years now and has never disappointed me.The food is tasty and fresh but the service needs to be improved.

Been only once to this place and looks like it was more than enough.<br/>Open roof place <br/>Food 2/5<br/>Ambience not very great <br/>Staff - not at all happy with the way they treat you.<br/>Plus they expect u to give tips <br/>Service was as slow as it can get<br/>Would ask to avoid if possible as now there are very good options available

One of the oldest restaurant in Chembur and a wonderful place to have food with family and friends. Food has always been consistent and the restaurant makes the best Reshmi rumali in town. Kebabs and Seafood is really good especially Lasooni Jhingha, Surmai Tawa fry, Murgh Maskawala & Tawa Murgh. Service has been really good over the years and the must visit place is chembur.

Have been to this place quite a few times, what I love the most about this restaurant is their ambience, the open terrace, which is really pleasant and cosy all the tables lit up with candles. The staff is polite and very quick at the service. All the Paneer starters served here is fresh and very tasty.<br/><br/>So I would surely recommend this restaurant, it's really a nice place!
Vansh Chhadva
Visited this restaurant recently, it is one of the best in Chembur.<br/><br/>It is more of a family restaurant, we tried few of their dishes, the taste was just amazing. Not a single disappointment. Serving was also very proper.<br/><br/>Staff was always around and quick to get the order. I just loved the place, food, ambience.. Everything. It was also very refreshing .<br/><br/>So i would surely recommend this restaurant, it is really a nice place!
Ash....
Pathetic service😡😡Ordered the food 45 min prior thrice asked the waiter to bring the food. After 45 minutes the waiter blamed us only that we didn’t ask to bring the food. They committed the mistake n blamed us only in return...Worst veg food....people jus hyped it...never ever gonna visit....

The open terrace area is really pleasant and cosy. A must visit in chembur. If you visit you shouldn’t be sitting inside though which is the ac area. Its very dull. The food is good too.

Since my childhood our family has been hosting all the parties here in this restaurant as they also banquet facilities. This is a go to place for my family each and every person of my family is a fan of the food served here. They are expert in making non-veg food. Till date I have tasted almost all items in they have and loved each and everything ordered. Their food taste amazing and ambience is great as well. A must visit place.

This was my 2nd visit.. Like soup alot.. Burnt garlic soup was awesome.. Little bit disappointed about spring roll.. It was bland in taste... One of the best mughlai food I’ve had in Mumbai! Love their butter chicken and biryani! Majority of their appetizers are amazing! Absolutely love this place!
Nitish Bhan
This place is for the elite class of people, who don't mind spending a little more for the best food and service. The food is delicious and the ambience looks really nice too. The warmth of the place make it even better. Must visit if you like old fashioned music, with some good food.

My favorite place in Chembur. The best service I’ve ever experienced. Sadly , the food quality is deteriorating . Hope the management will take care. The interiors can do with some sprucing up<br/>

We have been visiting this place for many years now for many reasons - excellent food, courteous staff, valet parking in a busy place like chembur. We have tried almost everything from the menu and nothing has been a disappointment. Do try their sea food, chinese and manglorean special. Highly recommended. Also, if you have a big group, pls call ahead and reserve esp on weekend when the place is full.
Reetsehgal2002
horrible place for giving parties and all. their food service is slow. management is rude and not well behaved. they ll cheat you saying in the end that they charge by per head not not by per plate. they ll count extra. manager is not bothered even after telling how his staff is behaving. starter service is super slow.
Vaibhav Shinde
3.5 star actually. Happened to visit this place for lunch with colleagues. Good ambience but the choice of music is oldfashioned (though soothing). Service quality is good and the menu has decent amount of options to choose from. <br/>We ordered a couple of nonveg and couple of veg dishes. Taste is good but the speed of service could really be better. Also the staff was polite throughout but all in all the prices are on the higher end compared to choices and quality of food.
RE Raj Parwadi
Over years the service and food is detoriating. Chicken tamdoori tasted bland, seekh kebab served was cold.Roti's served were amazing but for the cost I am paying, the food isn't worth enough. The food is served in a really annoying way<br/>
Anupma Baranwal
Me and my friend Harsha went for dinner. we ordered wanton soup and starter shahi Paneer Tukkra. Starter was mouth watering. paneer quality was very nice. wanting soup was also very good. And after that we ordered Veg briyani. Taste of briyani was authentic briyani. we love their briyani and their ambiance was very good. This restaurant has open area also. we love their open area.
Sukanya Saha (Entrée To Dessert)
Located opposite of Orchid Hotel in the busy Chembur market, this place looked promising when we entered, but failed to impress us. They have a car valet service, which was helpful. It's in the terrace, so we sat outdoors, in a candlelight table.<br/><br/>The food and drinks were over priced and not at all worth the money. The naryal pani vodka drink was disgusting. We had to send it back. We tried the chicken ghee roast for starters along with the pepper garlic prawns, two specials for the day. Both were disappointing. The masala papad too was not good.<br/><br/>For main course, we had garlic naan and some vegetable dish which were a saving grace. <br/><br/>Overall not a place worth going to!
Amarjit Mishra
Location is average , central but crowded market place. However opeen air terrace ambience is good and a recommended experience. Vaishali knocker is what I ordered as my first ffrom cocktail menu. But it was a regrettable choice as it was simply bad without any particular flavour other than rum which smelled more like old monk! Good thing about the restaurant that when I complained, it cancelled that order. When I asked for a bloody Mary instead, they declined and preferred to cancel the drink altogether. We ordered chicken ghee roast, which looked red and spicy but it was all food colour that we found out later as they were neither spicy not even tender or well prepared. Then we ordered some garlic prawn which was just average. All this from day's special menu and was charged heftily!<br/>We ordered garlic naan and a mixed veg curry which ofcourse were lot better than expectation after our starter experience.<br/>

Visited this place long back but this place serves one of the besttttt seafood dishes though its pocket wise bit expensive but its worth it especially the neer dosa with a fish curry also it has a very pleasant ambience i suggest this place for all the seafood lovers...

A beautiful fine dine garden restaurant standing tall in the locality chembur with very humble and polite staff , happened to be my one of my favourite places to dine in a few years ago, however in the past 2 years the food quality has consistently deteriorated and reached the epitome of blandness on my last visit.<br/> I visited this joint with my family on a weekday for dinner , when there were hardly 3-4 tables occupied during peak dinner hours, obviously the table was alloted promptly and menu was handed over.<br/> We decided to go for paneer tikka along with veg spring rolls and tawa ravas as appetisers.followed by subz satrangi and rotis to go along with it. Later opted for dal khichadi <br/> The paneer tikkas were just some cubes of paneer marinated with turmeric and salt cooked in tandoor and served, a sheer waste of money,<br/> Spring rolls were oily and tasteless and so was the tava ravas<br/> Subz satrangi was a just huge chunks of gobi along with some other veggies in white sauce , believe me I lost my appetite on seeing those huge gobi chunks.<br/> The only breather was dal khichadi which actually tasted like a dal khichadi for a relief.<br/> The restaurant is a bit heavy on your pocket and if you want to charge that high then you should provide the service equivalently.<br/> Again no complaints about the staff , they were polite and professional however the garden arrangement was a horrifying experience as there were a lot of mosquitoes which is definitely not acceptable for the price you are paying <br/> To conclude, yes! If you want to have a quality time with your friends and family along with equally good service and food then there are multiple options available in the same locality other than vaishali garden.<br/> Only reason i have given rating as 2 is for their staff.<br/>

The food is amazing! So is the ambience! However, the tips asked directly by the waiters is a negative point. In spite of guests giving them, they insist on giving them more. Moreover, they are pretty rigid, especially in the get together parties in the rooms. If a guest wants the drink with dinner, they refuse to give it. They say ‘Time for the welcome drink is done’

Amazing food, amazing service, amazing tandoori chicken, amazing seafood(Pomfret and Rawas were lip-smacking), amazing Chinese(triple schezwan and Pot Rice) and amazing ambience. The only stuff that dissappointed was the Mushroom Chillies(hardly any mushrooms) and the average mocktails.. Plus extra attention if you are a Mangalorean😉

Vaishali is a cosy restaurant near chembur station.<br/>It has too areas available for seating open roof and ac room. They do have evening programs each day so excellent for a fine dine experience in budget.<br/>I had basically a vegetarian flare.<br/>1. Veg wonton soup: 3/5 It was average clear soup with finely chopped veggies.<br/>2. Veg spring roll: 2/5 Little bit in oily side but filling had sprouts in it which is not something usually found.<br/>3. Veg Rajasthani : 5/5 Really good, prefect balance of spice with veg koftas a must try for all.<br/>4. Rice : 3/5 I basically had plane rice, good in quantity and quite dry .<br/>5. Chocolate Brownie Sizzler: 4/5 Warm Brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and warm sweet chocolate syrup, totally made the day. Little bit on expensive side but worth a try.

They have Ac room and non ac, the ac area is normal like other restaurants nothing very unique or something special, non ac is candle light dinner! Feels good with that ambience. Service is nice servers are polite, But very much confused and in very much hurry, server got my 2 orders wrong but changed it right away without any argues.<br/><br/>They provide a complimentary salad which is a mixture of cabbage, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, vinegar and chilli seeds! I love this salad though!<br/><br/>Their quantity is less, not as expected from prices!<br/><br/>Now comes the food part<br/><br/>What we ordered for<br/><br/>1. Tawa fish (pomfret) - suggested by the server, deep fried not so good in taste have an average taste! (5/10)<br/><br/>2. Chicken manchow soup - not upsetting, good in taste liked it, but their fried noodles which they provide with soup were very thin and tasting different which I didn’t like (7/10)<br/><br/>3. Sea food manchow soup - And again like other dishes this was also an average tasting dish not very good not very bad! (6/10)<br/><br/>4. Chicken lollipop (both schwn tossed and dry) - As I am a big time lover of chicken lollipop this place didn’t meet my expectations and I didn’t have more than 2 pieces where I usually eat atleast 4 pieces! (3/10)<br/><br/>5. Chicken chilly - As I have mentioned they have less quantity got only 2 pieces of chicken in my plate, but they were good in taste slightly better than other dishes till now! (7/10)<br/><br/>6. Chicken afghani - dish suggested by server, comes in red gravy and this was the best from all the dishes we had here till now! Loved the way the chicken was cooked and it was tasting really very good! (9/10)<br/><br/>7. Malwan Fish curry (pomfret) - again suggested by server and as chicken afghani this dish also pleased my taste buds, loved the taste of gravy, perfectly flavoured! (10/10)<br/><br/>8. Chicken fried rice - good in taste, not so good but good enough to finish the rice! (7/10)<br/><br/>9. Chicken manchurian - not good in taste below average, not super bad but bad in taste!! (2/10)

A decent ambience & good sea food.<br/>Very close to the chembur station.<br/>The experience was over all neutral & rooms for birthday celebrations or small parties are available here.

The ambience is a total winner.... Interior gives a feel of dining at a heritage place... We had paneer thread which was very well prepared... corn kofta was also very nice...tasted good alongside naan..<br/>The quantity is pretty good...Service is very prompt...<br/>Its a bit heavy on pocket...But definitely give this place a visit if you are nearby Chembur..

Good ambience but not impressed buy the food specially sizzler not worth it still i like the biriyani. It was also bit expensive. I'm doubtful that i would ever visit this restaurant ever again.

I'm visiting this place for last 11 years. So I'm used to with this place. The ambience, service, food is up to mark. I visit this place with my family, since it's resto-bar, but the atmosphere provided is very calm and comforting. We know most of the waiters here. They are very genuine and helping. Chicken lollipop in shezwan style is my favourite and plus biryani veg as well as chicken both are delicious.

The manager so rude that he was treating us like we have came for dinner at free of cost...if this type of attitude continues then it will be shut down in the near future....

Best place in Chembur. <br/>One of my favorite since childhood. <br/>Ambience is very good. Either it is indoor or outdoor sitting. <br/>Best for candle light date with live gazzal show in background. <br/>Try anything veg, nonveg, seafood every thing is delicious.
Akik Desai
Nice place with both indoor and outdoor sitting. Best thing is the location, bang opposite chembur station.<br/>The starters are nice though would have liked more variety in Indian starters.<br/>Main course is good. Go for afgani chicken with closed eyes.<br/>Nice experience. Looking forward to visit again and try some more things.

Close to every Chemburkars heart! Been my favourite since childhood. Perfect for a candle light date, family dinner, hosting small events to huge parties! They have it all under one roof! Classy ambience, quick service and great food... not to forget the mini bar! Everything just makes your dinner night too perfect! And the occasional ghazal nights and the big screen on cricket nights is an add on bonus!

I have been a big fan of vaishali since 2008 when i first visited. Its one of the oldest restaurant in chembur. Perfect for family. Waiters and managers always prompt. Always try their kebabs, awesome flavour. However the sea food section is a bit let down specially their fish currys. However the meat section is perfect. Ambience is nice. Always preferred indoor as to avoid the outside heat and honking of cars.

Among the congested areas of chembur...Near station ..This restaurant is worth a 3.5<br/>Very economical...<br/>Food ***<br/>Ambience good and infrastructure ****<br/>Halls are great too...

Quite a decent restaurant to visit with family,. They have a garden section as well as AC section.<br/>Food was tasty but could be more better,. Prices are somewhat on a higher side.. friendly staff and good ambience,

This joint is like a home pitch for me, i have been here N number of times. Probably have tasted the whole non vegetarian spread. Personal favourite is the junglee mutton, quite something. The meat is very well done, well marinated and very juicy, not like the chewy stuff you get in some restaurants. <br/>If you have a mild palette i would advise you to stay off the chicken kaali meeri kababs, man they are hot! I mean literally. Chinese food served here is everyday run of the mill. Fish, i don't eat so can't comment.<br/>The staff is extremely courteous and polite. Hell! I just love this place.

I went here presuming that this is a vegetarian restaurant. I am riding single and couldn't try much of their varieties. First of all their roof garden restaurant was the best in this place. I had their special chicken dish with parathas. Chicken was superb and paratha was okay. Little bit expensive for single but okay for a couple or more.

Vaishali is one of the oldest restaurants in Chembur. Located at a stone throwaway distance from Chembur station, it is easily accessible.<br/><br/>We went there for a birthday celebration. You can either sit outdoors or indoors. We preferred sitting indoor to avoid the honking horns and mosquitos.<br/><br/>The ambience is strictly OK, the seating could be more comfortable. The service was prompt and our waiter was courteous.<br/><br/>We started off with a mocktail (Pink Sky), followed by soups (Oriental, Jade Sea Food, Burnt Garlic and Tom Yom). <br/>For starters we ordered Vaishali's Special Kebab. The kebab was well cooked, tender and juicy with some delicious stuffing inside - full marks there.<br/>In the main course we ordered Chicken Afghani and Bhuna Gosht along with some nans, rotis and parathas. The chicken Afghani portions could have been a bit more generous since there were 4 of us and not enough to go around.<br/>In rice, we kept it simple and ordered vegetable pulao which was fine.<br/><br/>Overall, it was a good experience dining at Vaishali... If you're in Chembur, you can definitely give it a try once.

Had been here around a month back.. Called for a Chinese soup since I had a sore throat..the taste was good but it wasn't as hot as it should've been.. the portions are pretty decent and I was stuffed after just having a soup, one starter and roti sabzi for the main course.. the service is super duper prompt.. so incase you're going to sit and relax and talk while eating, it'll be tough cos everything comes to the table really soon.. Last but not the least, the ambience is amazing!

Dont have function in Libra banquet  they put a/c off in between and manager will not be seen - D grade hotel one of the worst function i had with vaishali garden

Food-ok nothing special(quantity good)<br/>Ambience-good bcz chembur doesnt have any other roof dine<br/>Service-great.<br/>They have smartly covered all the bases,so as you dont feel its costly but it is bit heavy on pockets as per the food.try once.

Visited this fabulous restaurant and found everything classy. You a a candle light on the roof with sweet Gazals played live and Gazal on demand.. Sitting in its dining hall makes you go in a different world.<br/>Staff and service is attentive and can suggest you good food.<br/>Over all <br/><br/>Ambiance - 4.5 / 5<br/>Food - 4.5 / 5<br/>Taste - 5 / 5<br/>Hygiene - 5 / 5<br/><br/>Reasons to visit can be any occasion or sudden plan. <br/>

Very decent and a pleasant place to be with your family. They have an open terrace garden section and an AC section to dine in. However, one must prefer the terrace area for the late evening dinner. The dining tables look good with a candle lit on it. Visited here long back and planning to visit again. Food is nice but does not justify the price.
Gunjan Kotwal
It's a decent one on the 1st flr near Chembur stn (elevator available too)...while it does have a AC section it's pleasant to sit in the open for dinner during nov to jan... food is good and loved the angara chicken in the main course... a gd place to visit with your family 👍

900 bucks!!! for a tandori and naan for one person!! I went really early around 7.30 PM for a dinner by myself. I asked if I can sit under the chandelier since no guests are there yet. They REFUSED! and I sat on the two seater tucked aside :( <br/>Chiken Tandori with NAan! Tandori was burned and I could taste the charcol bits in my mouth. When I requested for a replacement the same dish turned up with the charcol removed and also the dressing :( Very very unhappy. Ambiance is good no doubt. Staff is lost.

A classy place with a flavor of open terrace area with candle light as well as air conditioned fine dine. <br/><br/>Ambience 5/5<br/>Food 3/5<br/>Variety 2.5/5<br/>Service 4/5<br/><br/>One cannot expect such an ambience on the crowded street of Chembur just outside the station... it is commendable. Knowing this place for years quite fond of it. Food is above average but there is not change in menu since a long time. Variety is limited. Service offered is pleasing. <br/><br/>We happened to order mojito and fresh lime as opening drinks. Jumped on to veg seekh and paneer chilly for starters. Opening of the meal was good. Main course included Veg Kolhapuri, Diwani Handi, Breads, Jeera Rice, Dal Fry and Pineapple Raita. All of good quality and taste; though not extraordinary.<br/><br/>A good family dine in place.

This place was recommended by a friend. Went there on a sunday evening. it was fairly crowded. Has two sections non ac open air section and indoors ac section. The tables were place with a candle lit, which gave it a altogether different exp. The service is prompt and the staff is courteous. We ordered a chicken panchrangi kebab, its a platter which comes in a sizzling plate. A different way to have kebabs. They tasted perfect and then i ordered chicken fried rice. and it came in a big pot. amazing quantity. Will definitely recommend. Go Try and comment if you like it

30-Sep-2016/Dinner<br/>Friday evening - RCity loked much like the IRCTC website. All restaurants had a WL of about 20 to 45 minutes. Well who wouldn't want to enjoy on the 'pay day' friday evening. After a long struggle to find a good place, we came to Vaishali.<br/>60% occupied so we had an option to select seats. We chose the table next to the bar counter which was perfect.<br/><br/>Dishes Review<br/>Lemoni Chicken - Was okay. Nothing exceptional (Reducing 0.5 stars)<br/>Tawa Fish (Rawas) - It was soft and tasty but had too much masala. I suggest you tell the waiter to cook it with less masala.<br/>Tokri Papad - This was the best. Yummmmmyy.  It went very well with the JD/Black Dog.<br/><br/>Other stuffs<br/>The ambiance is great. <br/>Good calm music. <br/>The order took 45 minutes to arrive during which we finished our drinks and the chakna filled our tummies.<br/>Reduced 1.5 stars for the same.<br/>Rates - Not high not low<br/><br/>I would come here again as I loved the setup and ambiance.

One of the most famous and oldest places on Chembur. The decor is really good and it has been maintained all these years. The place has a pleasant feeling to it. Food here matches up to the decor. Tandoori items are my pick in starters esp Tandoori chicken or prawns salt n pepper. Butter Chicken here is yummy. The place has a well made bar. Drinks are strong and well presented. Also has a good banquet. Staff is helpful and courteous and service is good. Very close to the station. A good place in Chembur for North indian food and drinks.

This used to be one of the places I liked in Chembur however when a visited 2 months back I was completely disappointed. It was a weekend night and being crowded than usual, the waiters & managers kept hurrying up our orders by continuously prodding us to decide the next item. The appetisers were dry & the main course was just fine. One of the waiters actually took our unfinished dessert away without asking. Usually I am pretty lenient with my reviews but this was simply not expected out of this restaurant.

Gud ambience clean and neat resturant best to come with family and friends the best dish for nonveg lovers is white tandoori <br/>Its also famous for its mocktails and shots <br/>Recommend to go with family and friends

Best Tandoor ever . I like the ambience but the scent factor to the place is a bit off , maybe because of the Liquor . <br/>But it's prime. A Bit Pricey , But worth the Tandoor ..the rest, ahh i don't feel Comfortable deciding. The Restaurant doesn't Market all their dishes , they want to market so Bad , they keep promoting their best, but over time it's expected that all of the dishes become their best. And they should display variety in suggestions to their customer .<br/>The Service is Nice all in all .

Now they have playing live Gazals too in their open air candle light sitting, love this restaurant in Rainy season. It is well maintained with a touch of south india. They prepare tasty food, try chicken banjara for starter. Quite expensive.

The place where you can sit having a beer and munching be it with family or friends. Food is average. Before asking for the paneer starter plz ask them to make you taste the paneer. Becz if u dont it will either be chewy or a lil sourish.

This ain't just another place for South Indian Butter Chicken (ultra spicy version of Murgh Makhani). It's got much more to offer.<br/><br/>They have a splendid indoor ambience. The wood decor and the colours are well balanced. There's enough space for big groups.<br/><br/>Its a wee bit rough, badly lit and messy outdoors. A lot of things could change. There's enough space left for creativity.<br/><br/>The food is superb if you choose the right items. Don't miss the Kheema Naan, Kabuli Naan (sweet and creamy), Honey Roasted Chicken, Murg Badami Korma, Hussaini Seekh Kebab, Shredded Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, Smoked Pomfret and Jhinga Goan Curry.<br/><br/>If you like Seafood I would suggest their Steamed Fish, Tawa Jhinga Masala, Fish Mangalorean Curry and Fish Malwani that go exceptionally well with their Neer Dosas.<br/><br/>The bar section is fairly good and has all the drinks most would prefer. The mocktails are pretty decent. The bar menu is indeed impressive for anyone who loves drinks.<br/><br/>A big meal for two with starters, main course and a couple of beers would cost you 2500 bucks.<br/><br/>Highly recommended!
