The place has a good vibe, good food selection and good service from the sataff. Ambience is well lit, not too dark and not too bright. A lot of vegetarian options in food as well. Really liked the lime patatas bravas for starters and chocolate churros in dessert.

Recently visited IBC to try out their craft beer. They have amazing options for craft beer. We visited for dinner and since it was a weekday it was not that crowded. Attendees were very active and suggested us some delicious dishes. Ambience is quite decent. They have indoor as well as out door seating. We preferred outdoor seating because the vibe was really very good. We tried - Truffle fries Baklava cheese cake Craft beers LIT Nachos Would love to visit again to try more things

I loved this place! It is amazing: the service, the vibe, the ambience, everything is immaculate. My favourite was the Truffle Mac and Cheese: it was the one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything else in the food was also amazing. I had Hot Spicy Chicken, Indian Gooseberry Mocktail, Crumb Fried Brie, Fish & Chips and the Belgian Chocolate & Hazelnut Mousse. Strongly recommend!

Freshly brewed Flavoured drinks. The vibe of the place is cool and always crowded on Weekends. We loved the ambience and the service. It was such a delight to visit Independence Brewing company for dinner with my friends. A large number of people can be accommodated there. There are spacious seating areas both indoors and outdoors. We were well hosted by the servers, who were sweet and kind. Their menu includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Mexican and Italian cuisine is served here. Taste-wise, the food is really delicious. They specialize in craft beer. In addition, you can taste the beer before you place your order. It was a pleasant experience to try a few items on their menu. Visit this place with your friends and have a great time. want to experience amazing food with a vibrant atmosphere, then you must visit IBC is a must visit! This restaurant has 2 sitting areas,indoor and outdoor ! The food was mind-blowing They have small plates and large plates which are dam delicious . We highly recommend you Truffle mac and cheese to try. For dessert we tried Cheese Cake which was lovely . I definitely recommend this place to all who want to experience a great dining experience, superb cocktails and amazing service

A fabulous cafe located at Versova, serves some amazing variety of fresh brews and bar nibbles. I highly recommend their crispy onion rings and the phyllo pastry stuffed mushrooms that are served with a truffle dip. I found the thin crust pizza too cheesy but some may like it. I will also give it's fish in herb oil a pass but I loved the prawns in butter garlic sauce. One should definitely try their baklava cheesecake for dessert as it was pretty unique. It had the regular cream cheese frosting with an added layer of pistachios. Absolutely delicious ! Valet parking and comfy indoor outdoor seating adds to the splendid experience !

They have outdoor and indoor dining areas, indoor has a bar setup as well, with comfortable sitting arrangement. Coming to bar, this place serves 12 different flavours of Beer which you can actually taster and then order which you like. This place will make sure that you will enjoy it to the fullest. The service was excellent and the staff was so polite & good care of us. Not only ambiance and food but this place serves really good and delicious meals. things we tried are *1) INDIAN GOOSEBERRY COOLER*:- this drinks highly recommend, superb refreshing and had a great taste. 2) *HARISSA COTTAGE CHEESE:-* It's perfect plating dishe, the paneer was perfectly cooked with Garlic sauce and pita. The plan was to down a couple of beers , grab a bite or two and then head elsewhere.<br/><br/>The plan was destroyed! <br/><br/>The Independence Brewing Company spoiled our plans with their excellent food and the Jefe Hefe 🤪<br/><br/>A teeny outdoor patio and an open air smoking lounge, the entry into a comfortably chilled seating with a bar and I plonked down at a table with 4 of my pals. <br/><br/>Ignored the testers and asked for a dark brew instead of the wits my pals were chugging. <br/><br/>The Captain (forget the mano’s name now 😣) recommended the Hefeweizen and confidently stated it was German and dark and would suit my discerning , snobby palate and I asked for a 500ML mug. <br/><br/>Then launched into conversation and the plan began unraveling. <br/><br/>The food is super , both the veg (very little options) and the meat. I can grouse about the quantity , but hey - it really is VFM alright. <br/><br/>The staffs friendly and deserve their 4+ rating. If they sprinted over ambling, I would have given them a 5/5 😜<br/><br/>There’s another level that’s a little insulated from the brouhaha downstairs and that’s where the cloak rooms are , making it a pain to trudge up and down if you want to relieve yourself. <br/><br/>Over all, a must visit - the spirit of the place is sorta like the Independence cafe in Bandra - and worth the money spent.

One of the best experiences I have had. I went for dinner the other day here and the place was nicely crowded but still seating was available and even the crowd was nice. There are both indoor and outdoor seating available. It's a cozy place with a wonderful ambience and a suitable decore to go along with it. It's certainly a place to chill with friends and have a couple of beers and play some games which they have available there. The price is reasonably high but worth it all. We just ordered a chicken charred pizza but it was just absolutely perfect and delicious. Even the service was super fast and nothing was wrong. The staff was courteous and properly dressed also. This is place a must for the younger crowd and people who just wanna have a laid back evening with good music some games and absolutely amazing food.

This is a place just next to Kalyan Jewellers and was a surprise discovery when we were not allowed to enter in one of the near by lounge. <br/><br/>It costs to sip samplers of beer here . ₹150 ... but the options are great. Chicken was absolutely tender and juicy, covered with cheesy sauce and jalapeno. Fries were well cooked & browned and it was thicker than the normal fries. Quantity and taste both are amazing. It's a nice bar and restaurant! Very mic gigs happens like open mics of untold Tales and other comedy gigs. The food is very delicious specially pizza! I really like their beer! You might think this place just serves great beer. But much to our surprise, the food was actually quite delicious. Had the chicken BBQ wings and tenderloin & smoked chilli fry. Good quantity, very flavourful dishes.

Visited on weekend with frnds. Wanted to check out this micro brewery. They have sufficient space. Outdoor seating, indoor seating on two floors. Started with their taster , which is having nine variety of freshly brewed beer. We liked pulp fiction. In starter we ordered onion rings and omelette. I feel this place can be explored more. They have many more variety of beer and food. Well we enjoyed our short time.

Being one of them , wasted no time as soon as i discovered this place . We first tried the Belgian Wit beer which is Spiced with orange peel and Coriander . A pretty light drink which is perfect choice for Light or New Drinkers . The Belgian wit has a pretty pleasent Taste . <br/><br/>To Accompany the Drinks we ordered Smoked Chicken Chilly fry . Quite a Different dish , Never has something like this . A good Combination of Chicken Chunks , peanuts and Veggies along woth Green Garnishing . <br/><br/>Zomato gold on Drinks here but only Valid on the Small Glasses not on the 500 ML Glasses which disappointed me . Service not upto the mark . Also not a Pocket Friendly Place to be Frank . <br/><br/>Cheers !

Always crowded, be it week days or weekends, which says a lot about a place. The beers are nice and the ambience is good, too. My only issue is with the menu. Less Vegetarian items and slightly over priced items. Overall also limited variety. Even though it’s essentially a beer place, it wouldn’t hurt to have more diversity in the food menu. Still worth a visit (or more) anyway.

Chill vibe kind of a place !<br/>Got a seat by the window .. pretty damn dope for a cloudy day !<br/><br/>Ordered their bohri samosas, which were minced smoky , tasty and paired very well when sprinkled with the lime, however the mince certainly had that peculiar meat smell, and the samosas had absorbed a lot of oil .<br/><br/>I did love the Ronella mocktail which had orange juice, orange slices, passion fruit, and basil leaves.

Decent place, Decor was just ok but that doesnt matter coz they serve fresh and tasty Beer. Negative point is zomato Gold is not valid on 500ml.. i tried chicken and nachos.. food was good but Nachos quality was just average.. so many places who serve better nachos.. but i cn avoid that coz i loved there beer. I had Belgian wit and Four grains both were nicely brewed.. Service and staff was good enough..

With the introduction of the new food menu, this is one of the go to places in Andheri West. The beer has always been amazing here, the refreshed food menu just killed it.<br/><br/>The butter chicken with paratha is a must have.

Went here last night with my friends for a relaxed Saturday night. We were 6 of us together. <br/>Interiors - They have both indoor and outdoor seatings. However the outdoor seatings in some parts was too congested with tables held close. Indoor we didn’t sit since it was smelling really bad. <br/>Food - Had some corn peanut chaat and humus. Both were AMAZING!! The chicken pizza was okay okay. No complaints. <br/>Beverages - Being a brewery, it’s known for its beers. They offer a wide selection of beers for tasting if you are undecided. From Belgian ales to dark amber, all were good. Plus the Zomato gold on drinks were an added advantage! <br/>Service - Was ok. However towards the ending nearing closing, they shut the lights and asked us repeatedly to leave. However same is understandable. <br/>Price - The Zomato helped a lot!! Our bill came to approx 4K for like 12 beers (6 were free), and 4 food items (humus called twice). So quite good. <br/>Verdict - Don’t know if I may come back, but I’m sure during the matches, the place would be good! Worth the food!

There are games for friends who like to just let go and enjoy a good entertaining “Social humour” or “Monopoly”. <br/><br/>We usually have the pizza here and Home Fries with Bacon but this time we ordered a “Soy Chilli Pork Ribs” which came with stirred vegetables and fries and it was heavenly !!! Also, we had a drink along “Tiki Taboo” which was so rejuvenating, it mentally took us to the beaches in Hawaii. On a whole, this is a very nice place and allures you to visit time and again !!!

This place has become my favorite place for craft beers in India during my first visit itself. They know how to make a Perfect beer and also how to provide the hospitality. A good quality beer along with a good live concert was amazingly good. Can't ask for more. Tried their Belgian wit beer and ale and both were amazing.

We recently visited Independence Brewing Company on a weekend and were disappointed with the overall service.<br/><br/>The guy attending to our table did not seem to be interested in listening to our order. I asked if they serve tasters and he kept one random taster on our table and walked away without even bothering to tell us which beer it was.<br/><br/>Sometime later, there was a bigger group that came next to us so they needed one of the spare chairs from our table. The waiters just took the chair without asking us if we were expecting someone else. We even had to wait a long while to get the cheque because they forgot the first time.<br/><br/>I understand weekends can be busy, but these little things do make a huge difference in creating a good dining experience and the management should definitely look into this.

IBC is a great place to spend some time chilling with friends. Great cocktails and yummy food. One of the best appetizers on their menu is the panko stuffed mushroom. Stuffed with herbed vegetables and cheese and panko crumb fried- absolutely delicious!

We have been going there quite frequently as it turned out to our hangout place. But I have noticed when you have a coupon, or discount or anything of that sort, the staff doesn't behave quite well with you. As if its a crime. I have given it a 4 because I like that place and have memories.

Went here with my sisters for lunch. This place was recommended by a friend of mine so we wanted to check it out. The ambience is very cosy and nice during the day. There was a big projector screen telecasting the match that was going on, so that was fun. The inside of this place is nothing fancy but not very plain too. They have a 2+2 gold offer on drinks so that was a plus point. The service by the staff was good. Decent ambience. <br/>Tried one of their brews, using Zomato Gold. <br/>Good taste, although after some time I found the smell to be a little weirdly pungent. <br/>We could spend some quality time here since it wasn’t crowded at all. Overall a good place to hand out and have a couple of brews.

They have the most beautiful vibe with the best drinks and beer to make your evening even merrier. They have a huge seating area, both inside and outside.<br/><br/>We started off with the Beer tasters which are basically small tasting portions of Hefeweizen, Belgian Wit, Redemption Pilsner, Mulberry Pie, Nitro Porter, Bootcamp Lager, Marzen and Four Grain Saison. Each of these drinks have a distinct aroma, stoutness and flavor. Two of our favourites were the Hefeweizen and the Marzen. They were light bodied and strong. Marzen had a touch of tangy aftertaste which made it even better.<br/><br/>To pair with our drinks, we tried the Chilli Garlic Fry which is a signature dish on their newly revamped menu. It was spicy, loaded with a flavour of garlic and onions, with a crunchy base of peanuts. They have a tangy touch as well and are hot and spicy. They make for a great chakhna while sipping on your beer.<br/><br/>The next one was the Smoked Cheese Samosa. It was spicy, thick and had an amazing consistency. It was crunchy and spicy. It is served with a side of mint green chutney and BBQ sauce. We loved this one totally.<br/><br/>The Cottage Cheese Satay was the most Asian dish that we tried here. The cottage cheese was coated with the flavor of fresh herbs and served over a peanut sauce. The taste was perfect with an impeccable balance. The peanut sauce was thick and the pieces of peanuts gave a crunchy taste to it.<br/><br/>The Honey Chilli Lotus Stem was more chilli and less honey. The lotus stem was crispy and coated with a dripping and delicious saucy blend. It had a hint of spicy and a side of sweet. We loved this one.<br/><br/>We even tried the Tuscany Dusk and the Tiki Taboo alongside the meal. The Tuscany Dusk was a strong and stout drink whereas the Tiki Taboo was created with a balance of cranberries and orange. Both the drinks were smooth and strong. They made the experience even better.<br/><br/>The Roasted Mushrooms Pizza was another delight. It was crunchy and topped with a cream sauce and juicy mushrooms. It had truffle oil to complement the mushrooms and tasted luscious and crunchy. The roasted mushrooms were a delight to devour and they brought the entire pizza together just perfectly.<br/><br/>We decided to gorge on their amazing desserts and we tried three of them. They definitely put a great amount of efforts in their desserts as well. The Dark Ale Cake was spongy, fluffy and bitter. It was served with a side of icecream and topped with chocolate sauce. The cake was gooey, strong with flavour and chunky.<br/><br/>The Coconut Pannacotta was another wonderful delight. The Coconut Pannacotta was served with a side of Kaffir lime and pineapple cubes over coconut sauce and dry coconut. It is a very unique dessert and has the best textures and flavors. It is a culinary delight which is wholesome and soulful.<br/><br/>The Chocolate mousse is one of the best dark chocolate mousse that we have ever tried. It was bitter and gooey and was served in a slab over a bed of cocoa and sugar. The flavours of the mousse were creamy, crunchy because of the praline and aromatic due to the pistachio.<br/><br/>We had a great time here and it was everything that one needs for an amazing evening. The place has an unparalleled vibe and was filled to the brim on a weekday. Great vibe, great service, good food, good beer options. The only shortfall for me is the menu options. There are no healthy options in the menu for vegetarians. You end up eating unhealthy friend junk food Everytime you go.

Famous for variety of beer.<br/><br/>Talking about drinks we tried variety of cocktails and beers. Hefeweizen a very refreshing with spritzy finish. Belgian Wit spiced with coriander and orange peel.<br/>Redemption pilsner 2.0, Mulberry pie, Marzen, Bootcamp lager, Nitro Porter, Juicy IPA overall thr taste and presentation is really impressive. Drinks definitely catches your attention, tasted very pleasant and gives the perfect balanced taste. The drink being an alcoholic touch but yet a great choice for the light drinkers.<br/><br/>Let's coming towards food menu we ordered Soya Chilli Pork Chops soy sauce, and served with decent amount of green garnish. Then I tried King Pao Thread Chicken, chicken strips, peppers & Onion tossed in spicy oriented sauce and topped with cashew nuts, then I tried pizza roasted mushrooms, inside cheese stuffing is superbly tasty.<br/><br/>However one cannot miss out on dessert it's a perfect ending to your plate. It’s a nice small cozy place in the hustle bustle of Lokhandwala , the ambience and the decor of the place is really simple and nothing great which according to me is perfect . Gone with friends for a chilling night, they have Zomato Gold on Drinks which is really great. Prompt service which was good. For starters we just ordered a couple of items , Chicken Satay which was decent and the tawa fish which was really good. Only disappointment for me was that my brand of Liqour wasn’t available which should be since it’s really common but not much of an issue. I keep coming here every now and then and haven’t been disappointed till now. Keep it up guys.

They had a nice and presentable brunch. But we went there to try beer so didn't tried the brunch. We tried some in-house beer and starters.<br/><br/>What we had:<br/><br/>Belgium Wit Beer: Bitter in taste and can also feel a bit of wheat in the after taste. 3.5/5<br/><br/>Chicken Smoked Chilly: Chicken chilly with fresh Indian spices and peanuts. If Tap beers , amazing food and super efficient staff service with chic ambience and an amazing vibe is your thing then Independence brewing company should top your list . <br/><br/>We happened to be here on a Sunday evening to grab some freshly brewed chilled beers in this summer heat . <br/>We entered a an almost full place at 4 in the evening which shows they are good in what they are doing .. <br/><br/>We were greeted by the staff and Mr Hussain the FnB manager who was very courteous and kind all through the evening . <br/><br/>He helped us selected some great food and drink options which made our evening even more easier .<br/>To start with we tried he beer flight this is a tasting provided by the team which has all the Tap beers that they serve and is the best way to select your favourite flavour . <br/><br/>We settled for two utmost favourites to begin with the Mulberry Pie a sour sweet mulberry flavoured beer so light fresh and amazingly delicious. The other was the nitro best bitter this was a dark beer and had its own oak flavour n is a World Cup special here .. to go with these we started off with a paneer thecha starter and some chicken pops both super delicious . (Mind u we are spicy food lovers and hence opted for the thecha if you can’t tolerate heat avoid this dish for sure ). Up next was a kiwi cooler a mocktail for non alcohol drinker so soothing and summery could google another glass for sure .<br/><br/>Another World Cup favourite was a cocktail caldilly point this was a fusion of jackfruit , mango juice , vodka and chilli flakes so different and so flavourful .<br/><br/>An interesting appetiser was the butter garlic mushrooms these were oyster mushrooms not easily found and if found not very well made . Chef saurav deserves a pat on his back for this amazing dish and the others that we had .<br/><br/>For the mains we settled on for Mac n cheese and the chicken nachos . The Mac n cheese was made in a nutty Parmesan sauce with amazing roasted garlic flavour as for the nachos the chicken served was Indian style masala chicken and the chips were fresh n crisp . <br/><br/>The presentation and the taste of dishes both go hand in hand making it a perfect 5/5 place .<br/><br/>Coming to the desserts we tried the coconut panacotta the chocolate mousse and the ale chocolate cake .<br/><br/>All three of them were better than the other the concept of plating them to serving them with combinations of elements I request you guys to not leave the place without binging on these.<br/><br/>All in all I finally found a place in Andheri West that served amazing drinks and even more amazing food as getting a mix of both to these together was always a difficult choice .<br/><br/>Would surely be revisiting soon and trying the Sunday brunch next time .

They have different varieties of beer with great taste and the ambience of the place is also very good, food is good too the staff is very friendly and the have different offers everyday apart from Zomato gold.

Perfect place to grab a Beer and have some sides... We visited on a Friday evening but fortunately we reached on time to get a table.<br/>They have their own brewery which goes by the name itself and they provide u a taster of their beers for ₹150 which I think is pretty cool. We tried the Belgian wit beer and I say it did taste good.<br/><br/>Their Nachos and Fries are the best suited to accompany the beer.<br/><br/>A must visit place for all beer lovers...

I am pretty regular at this place. The vibe of this place is to go for. Staff is warm & friendly. Apart from that i love the pizza, nachos, home fries or the nuggets combined with a nice beer. My personal choice is Belgium Wheat.

Visited this place on a Friday evening after work. The place has a nice comfortable vibe.<br/><br/>Started off with the beer flight which is a 45 ml tasting menu of all their brews.<br/>My favourites were the Blackberry Pie and the Belgian Wit. Both of these brews were very nice and had a sour note that I really liked.<br/><br/>Also, tried their in house fries and chicken samosas which were good. The samosas were hot and crisp.<br/><br/>Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. This place is a great place to grab a few beers and enjoy a quick bite. Do, check it out.

Food and brewed beer, both are unparalleled with any other place. Must try the Belgian Wit and Dark Saison in brewed beers and Independence Wings, Pasta Ala Vodka, the chakna (badam with corn n other garnishes)... anything out of the menu wouldn’t disappoint. Haven’t tried any cocktails, but heard good stuff about them. I frequent this place more than any other, it’s just great!
