La Veggie located at Sukh Sagar, Girgaum Chowpatty is paradise for vegetarian food lovers. They serve the best of comfort food across different cuisines - Indian, Mexican, Italian, Asian. You name it and you shall find it. Talking about what all we tried - Masala Khichiya (5/5) - Really Good La Veggie Coin (4/5) - Peas Patty! Nice Sichuan Marble (5/5) - Cheese Corn Balls tossed in spicy sauce but delicious Mexican Tacos (5/5) - Hard shell, Desi version Creaming Soda Float (3/5) - Average Four Seasons Pizza (3.5/5) - Definitely not the best I must say! 12 inch thin crust! Bell Peppers, Onions, Jalapenos and Olives Garlic Bread (4/5) - can't get this wrong! All-in-all a good outing. Had fun. Good serving size. Starters were served real quick when the restaurant was relatively empty, but mains took time.

Had gone with friends and family for dinner. 5 star experience on all counts. Will definitely visit again. Jain friendly too. Paneer Hilton was awesome.. Reasonably priced.

The ambience is okay and decent, not too great not too bad. There is a seating area on entry and it has a first floor seating capacity too. For a huge group there is a dining area inside with a huge table capable of accomodating 12-15 guests with ease. Coming to the food, it was really very good both in quality and quantity. I loved their serving pans, every sabzi was served in that pan and it looked exciting too. The presentation was also good and neat. It deserves a 5-star in food. We tried both jain and regular varieties of various food items from soup to starters to main course and juices too. Their taste is fresh and natural with not too much of garam masala induced spicyness and the variants with paneer were the highlight!! Their paneer is sooo soft and fresh that it just melts in your mouth! We even ordered a pan of 'plain dahi' and it was very fresh, creamy and thickk!!! The cheese garlic naan was also very yummy but i've had better so it's not the best! Food items we ordered were- tomato soup, manchow soup, some jain paneer starter, chilli paneer starter, dum aloo sabzi, veg angara sabzi, jain veg makhmali, jain and regular paneer butter masala, butter kulchas, cheese garlic naan, plain dahi, plain papad, masala papad, watermelon mojitos, basil bliss mocktail, appletini, elder flower iced tea, cranberry cooler, pink lady float. Phew...'twas a long list to recollect!😮‍💨🤭😂

Nice place for dinner. Ambience is good. Staff is polite and good. Food is very delicious. Hot brownie with ice cream is must try. It is a pure veg restaurant. Waiting time is very less. Can go for any occasion like birthday party. Overall a good experience. Recommend place. Parking you can do on road, valet is also available.

Less crowded good quality and good service. Only veg. I visited again yesterday 1st May 2023 with my family, The taste and quality is awesome.

Good for for vegetarian food. However I have limited knowledge in pure veg cuisine but I found the portion size good and the service was quick even on a weekend. The place is generally full and has a queue so best is to book beforehand to avoid waiting.

Very good food at LA Veggie combined with excellent service, very polite and well behaved staff. We had Paneer chilli chutney kabab, cheese dragon rolls, pav bhaji fondue, four seasons pizza, and veg Schezwan noodles. Had around 20 people for a birthday party and had a wonderful time. They have separate cabins for groups of 15-20 which adds to experience. Highly recommended place.

Good Restaurant. Food is good over here. But I would like to highlight 1 point that the restaurant will charge 7% extra service charges and also the GST in the same bill which is totally malpractices and is against the law. This need to be reported to the government for illegal practices. I hope you will consider the feedback and make some changes in your billing system. Thank you.

Good place for ppl looking pure veg restaurants around chowpatty... Food is better than Average... But not that great either... there is lot of scope for improvement in good taste and quality... Ample sitting space and a small party banquet is available with them...

Beautiful place I love the way they've utilized they're space and have lovely interiors. Can easily accommodate lot of people. Love their food and their service. The staff here is really cooperative and everything is well managed.

Very good ambiance and good This restaurant is located in churni road station execlty opposite of very famous Sukh sagar hotel..it will take 7-8 min walking distance from Churni Road railway station...good food good taste.. Very well Maintain..neat and clean..crowed is trendy.. Pure vegetarian and non alcoholic place.. Jain food are also available.. Food is expensive but taste was excellent

Went here for dinner few days ago. As we were a large party we had booked the inside section which seats about 20-25 people. The food came really quick but the waiter kept rushing us after each dish. We started with the laksa soup which I really liked. It was flavourful and comforting. Then we ordered the lotus stem, chilli mushroom and nachos. The nachos tasted kind of stale and I didn’t like the cheese but the lotus stem was super crispy and delicious. The highlight of my meal was definitely the pav bhaji fondue. Would highly recommend it to anyone going there! We also got the dahi puri bombs which were also good. We tried a drink which had red bull and watermelon juice and it was super refreshing and cooling. For dessert we wanted the Parle g cheesecake but they didn’t have it so we ordered the sizzling brownie. I did not love it as it had too many walnuts and the brownie didn’t taste that good. Overall, was a good meal for a good price and would recommend it to other people.

Great food and fast service even on sunday

La veggie is located just opposite sukh sagar chowpatty. It has a huge seating capacity and there is also a second floor which can also be used as a party hall. There is valet parking available. We had nachos chaat, cottage cheese tacos, crispy lotus stem, crispy rock corn, jalapeno kurkuri, paneer delight pizza , penne alfredo pasta and paneer manchurian. All the dishes were superb and quite filling. Would surely visit again

This place located in the heart of girgaon.They serve all kind of veg food. Specially good place for vegans. The place is good and even rushy on weekends.. One time visit is fine not able to explore much as some of their section we're close in the afternoon.<br/>I tired chole bhature,munch soup and redbull mojito.

La veggie has amazing food, staff and ambiance. i really loved the appitizers and starters, the pav bhaji founde was one of my favourites. Loooking forward for some more visits.

Visited La Veggie today. Cacophonous crowd talking loudly (Dhoklas). Food was extremely OK. Nothing special about it. Ordered Paneer Chilly which was decent, again nothing great. Jalapeño Kurkuri came in a fancy shot glass setting. It was more like cheese balls with some sauce in the shot glass. Again passable. Loaded Nachos was decent. Crispy nachos and the accompanying sauces were quity tasty. Sizeable portion. Paneer Khatpat wasn't so great. Too many capsicum. Paneer Tikka Masala was OK too. Thankfully, the only saving grace was that the staff was courteous. Overall, mighty disappointed considering the price. Food is not worth the price. Not visiting again for sure.

One of the best veg restaurant in south mumbai ever. Must visit with Family, Friends. We started from soup then started each and everything was amazing like the way they serve presentation quite service we also ordered Mocktail which is melon sour like i never tried before chilling taste. i genuinely recommended you to go with your family friends and try something standard food quality and 5star Service.and Melting pot with ice and chocolate sauce Dessert very unique and different must try melting pot.

I ordered the manchow soup which was something different with a samosa served in the soup. It's a must try. The cheese corn balls were also good. The pav bhaji fondue was mouth watering. We also ordered paneer chilly which was okayish. The subzi paneer tikka masala was good but the quantity was less as compared to the price they charge. In the end we ordered blue Everest which has red bull so it was a bit strong but the taste was good. Also the waiter taking our order was quite rude. He came at our table to take our order and asked us what we wanted to order and the next second he turns around and starts taking the order of another table. Perfect place for vegetarian n jain eaters. They have wide varieties with amazing taste.<br/>I had laksa soup I.e Malaysian coconut curry soup with noodles n veggies, than we had jain tacos n last image that's frozen margarita peach was having smoothing taste. Located opposite Sukh Sagar, La Veggie is the perfect family dinner scene. I visited this place on Diwali with my family, akd after an hour we finally got a table. The place is huge, spacious and has tables enough to accommodate a large group as well. The ambience was suitable for a family and the menu is extensive. However, the service was disappointing.<br/><br/>-Tomato Sorba: It was decent and a good choice<br/><br/>-La Veggie Coins: It was basically Hara Bhara Kebab and it tasted nice with green chutney<br/><br/>-Ariancini: Filled with cheese and dal filling, it was a good try.<br/><br/>-Nachos: A definite recommendation. The tortilla with cheese and beans especially, tasted brilliant<br/><br/>-Florina Pizza: Thin crusted with roasted sundried tomatoes and bell pepers with spots of feta cheese, loved the flavours but the base could have been crispy thin.<br/><br/>-Paneer Butter Masala & La Veggie Kofta: Both the subzis had brilliant flavours, garlicky and creamy. Would have loved if the kofta filling was of paneer and not peas!<br/><br/>There are plenty of options in breads but onion kulcha was my favourite pick.<br/><br/>Overall, I loved the ambience and the food, how spacious the place was but the service can definitely be better.<br/><br/>

Yesterday I had went for dinner with my mom and dad. We had first ordered soup and starters and along with it we had also ordered the main course. We had ordered Butter Roti and Methi Mutter Malai. We knew it was Diwali time and there were huge orders but the waiter who had taken our order was completely irresponsible while taking the order, I had told him I want Methi Mutter malai but he kept on saying Methi Mutter chaman and when the food had arrived, the roti's and the kulchas were cold and he(the waiter) had brought Paneer Methi Chaman(which we had not ordered). It took him more than 15 minutes to bring hot roti's and kulcha and he also took 20 minutes to bring Methi Mutter Malai which was completely horrible and the gravy was also too thin. We got so angry on him and we told him to call the manager. The manager came and we told him what the waiter had done and we told him to cancel the order. This is not the first time I've visited this place. Everytime I came here either with my friends or with my family, the service was upto the mark but yesterday it was completely horrible.<br/>I would request whoever is going to visit this place please sit downstairs. The service downstairs is first class but the service upstairs is pathetic.<br/><br/>Thank you.

La veggies is the great restaurant for family and friends.<br/><br/>➡ chilly paneer pepper - A very tasty appetizer. With correct amount of flavors and little crispy paneer. It gave lots of flavor to it. This is must try appetizer.<br/>Taste-5/5<br/>➡ kitkat milkshake - A jar full of kitkat milkshake and cream. It is a scrumptious drink I ever had with correct amount of sugar and cream. On every sip the kitkat flavor was prominent.<br/>Taste - 5/5<br/>➡Schezwan fired rice - A rice mixed with schezwan sauce and some chopped veggies. It was nice in taste. The food here tastes utterly delicious .  Accompanied by great Ambiance.  A great option for all the veggies... Located right opposite to Girguam Chowpatty, the restaurant makes for a pretty good location. This place has everything right from Indian to Chinese to Mexican to Italian.

(A Very) Late Post Alert!!!!<br/><br/>It was Rakshabandhan and was time for celebrations with the sisters and family! Since we were all Vegeterians, a perfect go to place. We were about 12 people and we had some amazing time for the dinner. The service was quick, the food was delicious and was also a real value for money. We had almost all kind of food which met our expectations!<br/><br/>Very easy to locate and very highly recommended for all the Vegeterians here<br/><br/>

Was there for Dassera Lunch, was noisy even though it wasn’t crowded. If you are on the ground floor there is constantly Hot air blowing from the fast food counter. The blenders at the mocktail bar counter are too noisy. It’s just too disturbing. Service was okayIsh. Waiters take time to understand and all of them look flustered. Food was decently good. Loved the Dahi Bombs, masala Khichyas were too good. Pav Bhaji Fondue was infact tasteless. Fire Bowl Rice and Noodle Combo was decent. Watermelon Mojito was okay. Over all just okay

Today for my cousins Birthday we had gone to this place for which she had been praising a lot. First we ordered for Pao Bhaji Fondue which was very good it was so much that we couldn’t finish it then we ordered for Penne Pesto which was equally good for mocktails ordered watermelon sour and sweet and sour Limbu sharbat which was good. Ambience: 3:5. Service : 3/5. Food: 4/5

Very good attentive staff . Food was very good and service also no complaints. This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. The Chinese starters were on top of the table. They could work a bit on the pizza. The base got hard like a biscuit. But the Indian and Chinese that we ordered compensated for it.<br/>

This place is an unusually crowded one. Ambiance is good, however the place is too cozy. <br/>Pav bhaji fondue is nice. Punjabi food was Okayish.<br/>Serving proportion size needs to be thought through.

The food is really good . The service is pathetic . We have come here to have dinner . The waiter Is asking us to serve ourselves . The waiter were rude and they are supposed to lower their voice to customers . He told me to pass the plates and glasses whereas he is the one who should put the plates and glasses on the table . You are expected to improve your service . I would give your service 1/5 stars .

Went there as I saw a new restaurant as I was visiting mumbai after 6 months. On my surprise the food was amazingly filled with taste. Had ordered nachos chaat, paneer chilly, rissoto bianca and American pizza. All with good taste. Service is really quick and portion are good in respect to price. Worth a visit.

A great option for all the Veggies out there! Located right opposite to Girguam Chowpatty, the restaurant makes for a good location. The menu boasts of a number of cuisines - Indian, Chinese, Continental to name a few. I would say that all the "old school" and well known dishes are served here. We ordered the Chilli Paneer and Dahi Bombs for starters. While the chilli Paneer was really disappointing (super deep fried with literally the taste of corn flour in the mouth), the Dahi bombs were "bomb" - melt in the mouth, served with a tangy dip. We also ordered the Amritsari Chole Bhatoore, which were lip smackingly good. The winner of the meal was the Hyderabadi biryani and Maa ki daal. The Biryani was so good, so so good. Aroma of Indian spices with fresh mint - ah, totally worth it. The maa ki daal was like perfect Dal to satisfy your senses - well cooked and creamy, just like the dal should be. Definitely a good option to visit around Chowpatty area!

Pathetic experience.<br/>Because of the careless attitude and mistakes.<br/>We ordered for Jain paneer gravy and they served us with the vegetable filled with garlic and the waiter was just arguing about the fact. Wanted to try some other restaurant and had visited the place. Didn’t find worthy of the cost and also the cleanliness was on a downside and also felt that the staff felt why the hell they have come. The food was not worth the cost and the drink we had ordered was too sweet for the liking. We left the place and ordered only 2 items and the cost was a whopping 800/- <br/>Would not visit the place for sure.

The food here is an absolute delight for all the vegetarians. True to it’s name, this place serves 💯 percent vegetarian dishes with a “twisted tadka” <br/>The nachos chaat was the best of all the dishes. <br/>The other dishes we ordered included cottage cheese popper soup, Burrn garlic rice, biryani, honey noodles, sweet chilly potatoes. <br/>The frappucino was also absolutely amazing!! <br/>All in all, a great place to go for vegetarian lovers who like to experiment. #modernindiancuisine #laveggie #vegetarian

What was alarming though was that there was some ingredient in the subzi that gave it a strong red color which wouldn't go easily from the fingers after eating! The management needs to check on this asap.<br/><br/>Service: Being a Sunday, the service was average. Though the waiters were happy to serve.<br/><br/>Location & Ambience: The location is easy to find and Valet parking makes things easy. Ambience is good. Very good food, service was also fast, felt like server wanted us to eat & finish it immediately, we had a party 18 people, in a small room on ground floor, we were given 3 separate tables in room, while it was a birthday party. Surprised how they can give such separate tables, also minimum billing ₹11000/- , we could have sat outside also when we had to sit separate, Not good. AC working also not good, on one table it was suffocating while other feeling cold,<br/><br/>Upper floor was shut, no reason given, another room before us was given to less people with more space, why ?<br/><br/>Food was of very good taste, we had Punjabi cuisine, mocktails were also good,<br/><br/>Hope that we get good service & tables next time ,<br/><br/>

good option for veg food in the area. lot of variety, portions are decent and dishes are flavourful. ideal place to go to for lattge family and friend groups. service is quick. we tried punjabi and some continental items and all were good. only trouble is with valet.... as getting parking on your own is impossible and the valet takes forever to get the car....

It is not usual for me to go out for an all vegetarian dinner. So this time when the opportunity came, I am really happy to have visited La Veggie for the same. The food was fabulous. Not just the regular Indian fare but even the Risotto Brianco was delicious. Must visit for all vegetarians and the rest too.

Food is very Tasty. Staff is courteous but not very attentive.<br/><br/>We ordered a Pizza specifying that its for a child and it still turned out to be spicy.<br/><br/>Poor Ambience. Acoustics on the first floor is horrible. There was a party going on at the first floor. As a result there was so much noise of the people shouting, cheering and the sound on the microphone was hurting the ears.<br/><br/>Food wise 5 stars but overall 3 stars.

We booked a table for 5 via dine out and availed 50 percent off on the total bill. It's a spacious restaurant with chic decor and excellent service. They levy a compulsory service charge. Variety is good and quantity is huge. It's located right opposite sukh sagar at chowpatty and is an all veg joint.<br/>We ordered -<br/>Coconut minestrone soup - my dad simply loved it. Tasted like Thai curry and very well cooked.<br/>Bhatti paneer papadam - cottage cheese rolled in papad. It's different and very filling.<br/>Tulsi paneer tikka - extremely rich portions of cottage cheese marinated in basil<br/>Penne pesto - smooth texture but slightly bland. But the garlic bread was delicious.<br/>Paneer burrah - I've no idea why ordered so much paneer but each dish was different from the other. Extremely rich gravy n great in taste<br/>Ghar ki daal tadkewali - nothing can go wrong with this traditional daal. Have been here with Friends. Had been referred by a Vegetarian friend claiming the restaurant to be different. Unfortunately didn't find anything there interesting and different. The Menu isn't curated well. Portion size isn't as per the cost meaning, the portions are frugal , especially starters. They have carved out a few Seats on Mezzanine level which is very Cramped.<br/><br/>Staff needs to be trained to Handle Queries from First timers regarding their menu.<br/><br/>

We had organised get together on 1st of feb on ur opening anniveasary we had booked the whole upper section we had booked according to the plates but we were charged according to people this was so unfair.we booked it according to plates as many people just didnt eat coz they had choviyar(fast) still we were charged for the same.when we spoke to him about the same he was rude and was not ready to listen to us.we used 35 plates we wear charged for 45 plates.people were given discount we had got 20% discount but in the end we were not give the same.<br/>Being a jain you did so was truly not expected.<br/>Our religion does not teach the same.

Had visited this place on a Saturday. Had ordered Masala papad , Honey Potato chilli and Tulsi paneer tikka for starters along with Alfredo Pasta and the main course dishes concluding with delicious sizzling brownie. Been here for the birthday of my sister and it was nice coz had heard a lot about it from my friends and wanted to see what's in store food wise.<br/>So, the ambience was great and they have got great seating arrangements . The staff is good. Loved the food menu it was quite interesting and Intriguing with different kind of menu including okras and kale and lotus stem that you usually find at high end restaurants. Must say this restaurant is very pocket friendly and the quantity and quality of food is just great.<br/>So starting of we ordered la veggie coins, khimchi salad, and harabhara kebab and munch soup.<br/>The munch soup was interesting then the regular manchow soups you get with fried noodles. This one had a cottage cheese cresent in it and it was just delicious rather than muching on noodles it was something different and went well with the soup. The la veggie coins were also nice with corn infused in it and mayo on the sides it tasted just great and so did the harabhara kebab with the mint and coriander chutney that was just too good to let go.<br/>Coming to khimchi salad we ordered was Jain and instead of tasting like a khimchi salad it tasted more like Chinese bhel and personally I did not like it as I expected more.<br/><br/>Next we ordered Punjabi and it was great too and just as expected just the right amount of spices and a perfect blend. We ordered Jain veg kolhapuri and paneer in onion gravy. Both of them were just good. You could actually taste the onion in the gravy and the paneer was just so soft and amazing. The Jain veg kolhapuri was also great and a bit spicy as it should be. Not at all disappointed with this section and their garlic naans are just perfect as I like it not too garlicy but with the perfect amount of garlic. So thumbs up to it<br/><br/>Last we ordered biryani to finish the dinner and this too was just perfect. Loved the presentation of it just like a dum biryani with flour seal and perfect blend of spices and moist rice and a side of raita and papad to finish. The veggies cooked perfectly and not too over done. The spices were not to over powering at all and that's what I liked coz it did not taste too spicey.<br/><br/>Over all it was a great experience trying out new stuff here and would like to go again here. Value for money and filling.

It's been a really good and spacious place with classic decent ambience.The food was great in taste and the most best part which I feel was different halls for big group which give them privacy same as the home so definitely will be visiting here again.But yes one part which I think they should improve is time to serve. I would not cut their point for this but if continue in my next visit then the star in review will definitely get less.

Most Cosy and clean restaurant in Chawpatti area. A pure veg restaurant near to cherni road station. The place is very well known for its cuisine like North Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian and Mexican.<br/><br/>it has sitting space of about 100 people. and one of their biggest strength is their humble and polite staff.<br/><br/><br/>we went there to try their north Indian food,<br/><br/><br/>Soups are okay here. the Tomato Shorba was good, little tangy and sweet. the breadcrumb was little less, but u can ask for more. another soup was Munch Soup, it was completely the opposite of tomato shorba. the soup was filled with lots of fresh vegetables and paneer roll dipped in it. must try both the soups.<br/><br/><br/>in the appetizer,<br/><br/>Jalapeno Kurkure: The cigars made up of jalapeno and lots of cheese, served with Schwan sauce. the cheese was good in quantity. there were 8 pieces in a portion. perfect for cheese lovers.<br/><br/><br/>Thread Paneer: the most attractive dish from the menu. the paneer rolls covered with the thread and fried until golden brown. the taste was amazing. and crisp was just perfect.
