Packaging was impressive and it was double packaging so food was hot and safe.

The food ordered was very spicy for kids in beginning but when we inform them and they changed food immediately which was very courteous and nice job we really liked the food and we shall order regularly with them the best part was that they changed with new food very quickly 😊😊 👍

These two are very tasty of this place . Kadhai chicken are very tasty , there has a perfect use of vegetables in this and makes them very tasty.

Almost all non vegetarians love chicken so here I wanna tell you about one of the best chicken restaurant in Mumbai that is “The butter chicken factory. I went to the “phoenix mall, Kurla” outlet. The outlet here doesn’t have a solo restaurant it is in middle of food court. Here I had “one boneless butter chicken” and “butter naan” .
The quantity of butter chicken was not very much nor very less it was sufficient for one person to eat. The taste of the dish was very nice I just fell in love after having the first bite. Butter roti as well was soft and perfect. It went well with butter chicken !
P.S: If you are a true chicken lover you should visit this place once. :)

The Butter Chicken Factory is a well known restaurant located in all over Mumbai. So we have visited in Bandra. So the restaurant is quiet decent. It looks small but have a big blasting dishes in the menu. One of the most famous and interesting dish they have is butter chicken.

I was very skeptical at first that maybe this is just ordinary place with fancy name but I was wrong. This is an amazing small place with amazing food. Its pricey and portion size is very small just right for one person not for two.

This was my second time here and boy I'm impressed. Extremely courteous staff. We ordered dahi ke kabab, rogan josh, butter chicken, naan and lachcha parantha. Rogan josh stood out from the rest. It was well cooked and from now I'm gonna order this everytime I'm there. Also not to forget, our order got delayed a couple of mins and we got a complimentary gulkand ice cream. It's a must must try. Thanks again for a great dinner!! :)

Butter chicken Factory is a place I had not heard of much but I always saw this restaurant and wanted to eat there once. On valentine's Day my group decided to go here and what a place it is! Great ambiance , Awesome quality of food and great hygiene. The service was a bit slow otherwise this is a great place.

Having branches in many parts of Mumbai, it specializes in North Indian and mughlai cuisine.
It is located close to flags restaurant, Lokhandwala Andheri west area. They only have an indoor seating arrangement available. No valet parking.
Service is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Ambience is very calm and nice.

This place is small but classy. I liked the lights and background music. The service is really good and unique also, like they give you wet tissues instead of finger bowls and there is a sanitizer pump on every table. Hygiene is A1.
Coming to the food,
The starter was succulent. As good as expected.
I expected to be mind blown when I tasted the butter chicken (because that is what the restaurant is named after lol) but I’ve had far better butter chicken in the same vicinity. The curry was good, not my kind of taste, but good. The parathas were nice specially their much famous Chur Naan, which was sooo good.
Overall, it was a decent experience though I’m not sure if I’ll come here anytime soon.
Price for the full course: Around ₹1600.

I have been to this joint four times and trust me, they serve the best butter chicken in Mumbai. I also had Kali Mirch Chicken Tikka in appetizer, Chicken Tikka Masala and Veg Mushroom Matar Tak-a-Tak. Though they have limited options in menu but each of the items that I had was delicious!
Visited this small outlet for a quick bite. And Was not disappointed at all. Had their butter chicken biryani with tandoori and rumail roti. And for beverages tried their masala lemon beverage. Simple food great taste will recommend highly.
A random pick turned out to be an amazing place, was really worth going in, the ambience was quite attractive and we received an warm welcome.. ordered cream chicken with roti was a great combo the chicken was tenderly cooked in a light sweeten gravy. The starters had perfect spice in them.

This is a very small outlet in Andheri West. The service was good but the menu was limited. We ordered butter chicken, naan and pindi chole. The chole were very dry with no gravy, it was difficult to eat them with a naan.

For mains we ordered for their very famous Butter Chicken along with Chur Chur naan . The butter chicken was simply amazing with perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness. Chur Chur naan complimented it perfectly. Highly recommended!!
For dessert we ordered for Gulkand ice-cream. It was a perfect dessert to end our meal. It had a mild taste of rose with perfect amount of sweetness..

Butter chichen factory is a fine dine restaurant and it has an excellent , calm and serene ambience . It also has a huge outdoor seating area with fabulous seating . It specialises in north indian cuisine so i tried their butter paneer bao along with classic shikanji. Shikanji was nicely presented and amount of salt and sugar was balanced properly . The baos were extremely yummy as well . The stuffing was well spiced and also had crispy onions which was a great addition. For the main course , i tried their butter chicken and butter naan . Butter chicken was simply amazing . The chicken was tender and well cooked in the flavourful gravy . Loved it to the core. Also, for the sweet dish , i ordered moong dal halwa . It was cooked to the T and wasnt overly sweet, which i really appreciated . Hence , i loved the entire experience !!

Whenever I crave for butter chicken I visit them or end up getting it delivered. It's not just their butter chicken that I would highly recommend to y'all but you surely need to have their amritsari fish - it's super crunchy and full of spices which I can't resist! Their mutton biryani is also a must try as it is completely flavorsome and lip smacking. However, this time the mutton wasn't extremely tender as I would have liked it but that shouldn't stop you from trying this amazing biryani.
PS: Ditch the usual ice tea and have their chaas like the punjabis would !

As the name suggests it's really a Factory which produces delicious Chicken Dishes, which are finger liking good. We went here for Lunch and my wife liked the Garlic Chicken the most. The signature dish that is butter Chicken was really the specialty of this place.

The Butter Chicken was the again the highlight of the day but having said that the Chicken Dhaba Style gravy was also delicious.The Desi Grilled Chicken and the Tandoori Chicken was amazing aswell.

Enjoyed this with the ChurChur Naan.

Okay so this place is located just opposite flags so easy to locate.
Talking about the ambience, it's a cozy place with lightly dim and candles on all the tables.
Don't go by the name they equally serve good veg food too...In veg I had ordered...
Hara bhara kabab - it's was some different taste not the usual ones but it was good....It was sprinkled with chat masala but cashews on top were missing...I think so we all like cashews on top of the kababs but the taste was good.
Non Veg starter was chicken wings and they were really good in taste.
In mains I had ordered paneer butter masala and chur chur naan...gravy was really good and paneer were soft and juicy....I was having chur chur naan for the first time so won't be able to comment more ....but for the first time it was pretty good and filling too.
But the chicken gravy with bones was bang on....it was really very good you must come here and try it out...
They serve really good chicken....a must must try...
The quantity is sufficient for 2 people's.
In drinks we had ordered shikanji and chaas ....shikanji was as usual the same old taste but the chaas was good and thick and just how it has to be..

The Butter Chicken was creamy and had a good texture to it. On the sweeter side but with a thick consistency. Loved it. With every bite of Naan it gives you a satiating feel to it.
A good quantity of the chicken pieces in it and nice gravy adds to the flavours. Definitely recommend this one to anyone who is into a bit of something on the sweeter side of stuff

The food quality is so great that it must be one of the best places in town to have some great food. I just loved the apetizer the mains the dessert even the naan and rice was really great in taste just loved the overall experience.

Today i visited here for my lunch with friends. As i love the butter chicken so i decided to visit here. The ambience is fresh and seating arrangement is also proper. All safety protocols was followed here.
The service here was so fast. Mr. Bhairo Yadav serve us very well and he is so friendly and interactive.
Starting from mocktail we had lemon iced tea which is so much refreshing.
After that we had their special starters Desi grilled chicken and butter chicken wrap. Desi grilled chicken was awesome in taste. The quantity was also satisfying. The butter chicken wrap so much yummy. I love this wrap so much.
In main we had Peri Peri Butter chicken. Because of this peri peri this dish had some uniqe taste and it was awesome. First time i tried this dish and i like this too much. Everyone must try this dish this is most recommended.
In dessert we had their homemade brownie and it was so good.
Overall our sundays lunch was so perfect here. I love to visit here again. Most recommended restaurant for their food and service.
Simply put, its one of the most impressive places I've been to in recent times. Authentic North Indian food, they mean business with the variety in their chicken preparation and serving. Has a cheerful outdoor-sy vibe to it. The attendants are so cheerful and enthusiastic to serve you, without being overbearing, it makes you visit it again. They're pretty honest and helpful too, they suggest you dishes themselves and dissuade you from taking too many dishes at a time. Would definitely give this a go again!

Service(5/5)- Multiple person served us. All were cordial and very patient as we changed our order multiple times still they are very amiable.
Coming to food, we had
1. Mirchi Chicken Seekh (5/5)- Must have starter here. I really loved it. It waa juicy and too good. It tastes really nice with pudina chutney.
2. Tandoor chicken half (5/5)- Perfectly tandoor. Its really rare to find perfectly grilled item. Kudos to the chef.
3. Boneless butter chicken(5/5)- As a fan of butter chicken i ordered it with lal mirch laccha paratha , one of the best butter chicken i had in my life. It was really very much delicious. I m still drooling over it.
Drinks:
1. Khatti Meethi chaas (4/5)
2. Rose Meethi Lassi (5/5)
3. Pudina pani (5/5)
4. Aam panna (5/5)
Intimate and quaint place with candle light dinner. Service was pretty good and spontaneous.
Had ordered butter chicken, of course, mutton rogan Josh, kadai paneer, chicken biriyani and Indian breads.
Overall the food was 4/5. Decent quantity, great taste.
Biriyani could be a bit more flavorful, but overall it was a pleasant dinner.

Butter chicken factory
If you are a fan of butter chicken and various chicken items then butter chicken factory is for you.
The menu was quiet good and as per the name.It has total 5 outlets in Mumbai.
I had gone to the Lokhandwala outlet.The place was small, with the typical Indian ambience, with good music and nice sitting.The decor of the place was quiet sober.The staff was very helpful and service was nice.
The food items I ordered here were
Crispy Hot Wings- They were good at taste and also very different as well.
Amritsari Fish Fry- It was fried well and the fish in that was Ravas , my favourite fish so I liked it.
Dahi Ke Kebab- This was like the typical Galouti Kebabs and it was as per my expectations.
Butter Chicken- It had to be good because it signifies their name. It was as per what I had heard about the dish.
Lachha Paratha- Lachha Paratha is something which I just love and it made my day.
Double Dal Tadka- Due to the double tadka the dal really tasted very well.
Gulkand Icecream- I am a icecream fan and also a pan fan , so this icecream was specially for me.

Visited this restaurant yesterday with friends.
It's a north indian, Chinese, family restaurant. They have got a small limited menu but they have got it all right. Non-veg lovers would definitely love this restaurant.
Butter chicken factory had a wonderful ambience with artistic paintings related to food on walls
We ordered:-
1) Desi Grilled Chicken( highly recommended)
The chicken was grilled perfectly it was marinated whole night with white pepper and desi spices on tandoor
2) Boneless Dhaba chicken curry
Chicken pieces were very soft and boneless it was desi meet videsi the chicken was cooked in aromatic broth with Indian spices
Which was something different I have had and really stands out
And 3) Tandoori Roti which was quite crispy
Drinks and Desserts
1) Fresh lemonade soda
2) Gulab jamun ( very delicious)
I recently visited Butter Chicken Factory. The outlet is very nice, with a good ambience. The staff is very good. The service provided to me was on point with proper presentation of food and fast service. Sanitization was also nicely maintained here. Food was very delicious and with great quantity. The lovely dishes I tried were:-
1) Chicken Tikka : Traditional chicken tikka which is chargrilled and marinated with Indian spices.
2) Kali Mirch Chicken Tikka : Soft tender chicken blended with white and black pepper.
3) Fresh Lime Soda : Soda mixed with lime and it's very refreshing.
4) Butter Chicken Boneless with Cheese Naan and Lachha Paratha : Buttery, Smoky and Sweet Boneless chicken with great spices and sides served great with it.
5) Jumbo Pista Gulabjamun : An excellent dessert to end my meal with. Really mouth watering the gulab jamun's were.
I really had a lot of fun visiting this great place. Would love to visit again soon.
A chain restaurant with multiple branches across the city. Even though its a small place, the ambiance is nice. The decor is simple but elegant. Service was good.
Recommended things include...
They have introduced "non-alcoholic beers" and I decided to have a go. To my delight the cranberry flavoured one was really good. Worth trying.
Chicken Tandoori: Well marinated and properly cooked, signature taste.
"Butter Chicken" and it was really good. The sweet and sour combination was ideal and it went well with Chur chur naan and butter garlic naan.

In drinks -
•aampanna - 5/5 - very tasty and unique flavor it has.this was lil sweet also it has a taste of sweet raw mango.it was like higher version of kachhi kairi ka sharbat
•lemon ice tea : 4/5 - this was really refreshing yet simple drink.
•coolberg : 5/5 - we tried cranberry flavored coolberg. Known as non alcoholic beer.the taste was similar like appy fizz.
In starters :
•kalimirch chicken : 5/5 : the chicken marination was amazingly good.chicken was literally soft and tender.also it has a touch of roughly grinded blackpepper
•desi grilled chicken : 4/5 : it was almost similar like kalimirch chicken only the difference was marination sauce and blackpepper.
•crispy hot wings : 5/5 : it was very juicy and piping hot from inside and crisp from outside.and the masala powder they sprinkled on it was too tasty.
In main course :
•butter chicken : 5/5 - they gravy of butter chicken was finger licking good.typical punjabi style , delhi style butter chicken it was.must try this dish.
•chur chur naan : 5/5 - it was really heavy naan.so basically it is a naan topped with crumbled paneer pieces and finely chopped chillies.and lot of butter and they crunch it once after naan is ready so that all juices of butter will dripped into naan.
In dessert :
•phirni : 5/5 - first time ever i tried frozen phirni.and it was really amazing.i always tried only chilled phirni.but this was just winning dessert ever i had.
• gulab jamun : 4/5 - so basically they served two pieces of gulabjamun and taste was really nice.and proper in size . Only small drawback was it was little harder from inside.i hope they improve it and make it little more softer.
Overall experience of mine at butter chicken factory was really nice.and worth to give 5 rating.
The place is small and cozy. The butter chicken taste amazing. The server Sanjeev Kumar was very helpful and looked after our dining needs thoroughly. Enjoyed every bit of this experience.

A nice ambience for dinner, located in Andheri Lokhandwala.
Gravy is really amazing for Butter Paneer, fresh Paneer made it Yummy. Rich gravy with ( non spicy) aromatic flavour made it one of the best Paneer gravy in town. They have same gravy for Butter Chicken.
Kadhai Paneer was on dry side so always go with Roti or Naan. Non spicy, rich in taste and has a super taste
You wont have a direct taste of any spices lile any other Kadhai Paneer.
Staff and management - very polite and helpful.
A good place for dine in with friends or family.
P.S - AC need to work properly.
Food:
1. Butter Chicken - It was awesome, thought I love spicy dishes. It caught my taste. Go for it with Butter / Red Chilly Paratha. Tip: Don't go for Pudina Paratha. Pudina Chutney is already on Table.
2. Chicken Biryani - If you are authentic biryani fan then a avoid it. It's same as Chicken in masala rice.
Ambience:
It is awesome. Table was organized in great fashion. I loved it. Lamp on the table.
Found this goldmine on a day when I was really craving some mogulai. The butter chicken was really good. Living up to it's name. Also had tandoori chicken. Awesome experience.
The staff was very curtious. Only issue no parking around this area, difficult to find a spot.

A small place but a great place for the non vegetarian lovers but definitely a good place for the vegetarians too ! Thats the best part. The chur chur naan is really tasty with kadai paneer. The jeera rice with a tinge of garlic is also served here which also tastes really yummy with the gravy curry and dal. The speciality as the name suggests is definitely the butter chicken which is delicious ! The staff is really polite and persuant enough to serve food with care.
