The ambiance is really nice Its spacious and has multiple seating areas for groups , couples , small groups etc Services are slow Staff is good but multiple staff handling one table And not being available when needed as they are busy handling another despite of so many staff being present We tried veg food which was very average We tried one chesse finger type starter which was nice and another was panner tikka multani which was average We also tried aloo stuffed kulcha which is their specialty it was served very well with dal makhani and makkhan however it tasted average looked really tempting tho For main course we had 2 sabji one was of mushroom n another of panner which again were average Overall nice to visit once to explore

Perfect place for a casual dinner with family or friends. Ambience is simply outstanding. Service, taste and food quality is good. Rates are a bit on higher side.

"Punjab Grill in Bandra Kurla Complex offers a delightful culinary experience with its delicious Paneer and Mutton Starters. The ambiance is great, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, the service is commendable, adding to the overall positive dining experience."

"I had the pleasure of indulging in the chicken fried chicken, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! The crispy golden exterior gave way to the juiciest, most flavorful chicken I've ever experienced. Each bite was a symphony of perfectly balanced seasonings, creating a savory masterpiece. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly set this dish apart. If you're a fan of chicken, this is an absolute must-try that elevates comfort food to a whole new level!"

The ambience was superb. The food was delicious. Overall enjoyed eating Punjabi food. The tomato stuffed kulcha was scrum6but heavy with white butter topped on it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at [Restaurant Name], and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish! The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The menu boasted a diverse range of options, making it difficult to choose just one dish.

We popped in after a long day of sight seeing. The kitchen was just finished with their lunch time rush. We ordered a takeaway meal which the Head Waiter very graciously said that he will arrange even though they were about to end their service for that time. Our meals arrived punctually while we sat at the restaurant and enjoyed a cold beer. The meal we enjoyed later that evening in our hotel room - the meat dish [mutton] I did not enjoy but the chicken was excellent. We had a serving of rice and naan - both of which were excellent. Overall great service & ambience. Food

First time visited along with entire team. One of the best restaurant in Mumbai. It's in the prime location of BKC just close to JIO world centre. Starters are awesome. Food Quality is just superb. Service is too good. Although price are too high. But overall experience is really remarkable.

We were at the jio world center for a conference and thought of visiting Punjab grill, which is at a 10 mins distance for lunch. We started off with the main course itself and went for ordering paneer lababdaar, two butter naan's, and two butter rotis. The paneer lababdaar was one of the best ones I have ever had. The yellow gravy was exceptionally delicious, rich, thick, and creamy. The cottage cheese (paneer) was soft and cooked absolutely to perfection. The restaurant also ensured not to add any capsicum as per our special instructions. But the dish was utmost delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed eating it. The butter naan and butter roti were three pieces compared to the regular two pieces at most restaurants. And each was genuinely having a generous amount of butter flowing through them. The naan was nice, soft, and perfectly cooked. It was perfectly complementing the paneer lababdaar. Finally, we ordered a Tarkari Kesari biryani. The biryani came with its portion of raita, and the curd in the raita was fresh with no hint of being sour. The biryani contained tons of vegetables, all mixed with the long-grained rice and topped with some rose essence. The aroma of the biryani was as good as it tasted. Again one of the best ones I have had, and the restaurant ensured that the biryani was medium spicy as we had asked for. All in all, we enjoyed every bite at the restaurant and would recommend trying out here.

I expected much more from Punjab Grill as a whole package. The food was alright. We ordered both veg and non veg platters. They were very fulfilling.

Went with a group of new office colleagues. Had ordered a set menu starting from Welcome drink to the Desserts. Great food, starting from the veg and nonveg starters to the main course, to the Desserts. Everyone enjoyed. Service was great too. Good ambience. Place was full, despite a working day. Would recommend it to anyone who wants authentic North Indian delicacies. Dahi ke kabab were simply awesome.

The biryani was very spicy and had way too much masala. Not expected from a brand like Punjab Grill. The food was not edible. I don’t think I can order again from here

Chicken Biryani does it look like one?? Looks like and even taste like ghar ka sasta chicken pulav that also ghar ka will be much better.. Rs600/- for this sorry not worth it.
Guys do not order anything from Punjab Grill name bade darshan khote to be honest.. utter waste of money.

Very good north indian cuisine, great dahi kebabs and good selection for main course and dessert too.

This one is the class dinning. Gone for a buffet.
Live music. Extensive food, was literally confused from were to start because of more quantity of food quality lack somewhere. The good hygienic place, good food too. Must visit

Had an amazing experience from my favourite Punjab Grill Restaurant. Keep it up
I had ordered Butter Paneer 1965 today via zomato app. Just wanted to point out that it was very ordinary in taste, it was just tomato puree mixed with Paneer. Kindly take care of this in the future, i was expecting a better taste when it came to this item.

The food is so good. The Portion sizes was very good. Service excellent. Plenty of good Punjabi food choices.

Situated really far far away in BKC hence you would like to consider if you dont have your personal commute.
It is an ultra posh place hence booking in advance is advisable (waited for 30 minutes even after having a booking)
The ambiance is great and very rich and so is the service.
However when it came to food I wasn't very pleased with the quality and variety too.
They did an outstanding job with the desserts.
Plus points for the server who recommended me a great wine.
If you are looking for a posh date to celebrate something or are going out for a corporate lunch this is your go to place.
Punjab grill is very friendly and welcoming place to spend a good time. All staff were very well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile). Sumit was the best server ever!. . . we loved everything about the punjab grill and will be returning next time. Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. Food was delicious and the view was wonderful while dining. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job to make the stay so pleasurable.

Visited as a guest in the Punjab Grill restaurant for lunch just today. We were entertaining friends from Delhi, and enjoyed our side table. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning 😊. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful Captain, Sumit. He had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. He recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. He and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed.Service was awesome. Our server was just wonderful. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place!.

Being a Saturday evening & being a good mood, we were craving for some excellent excellent biryani after a very long time. We have been avoiding Punjab Grill as we have got the reviews that that the food is very heavy. But we decided to try the restaurant tonight.

As soon as we entered, Devender Singh at Punjab Grill greeted us with a warm smile & assured us that he will recommend & serve us excellent food. Devender delivered what he promised. The Ran - Biryani was amazingly tender & delicious.

Not only has Devender made us happy tonight but we leave with a completely different perspective of Punjab Grill. Not only would we be repeat customers but also recommend this Biryani to our friends & family. Thanks Devender Singh & team. Cheers.

The paneer patiyala was fresh and good tastewise.

The staff were very cordial behaviourwise.

I & hubby had been for Sunday buffet. There was only one veg soup & no non veg soup. For starters there were 3 choice of veg & non veg starters. Paneer starter was spicy as it had chilli flakes . Also boiled potato was tasteless. My hubby enjoyed chicken sheek kebab. Paani puri the flavour of mint was missing . The chutney also had a weird taste. Main course was ok ok . Desserts were nice but nothing great. Compared to the price, the spread was limited.
Santosh R
Definitely not worthy of being called Punjab grill as even authentic punjabi dishes like makkai di roti and sarson da saag were substandard
The Doctor
Had high expectations from this restaurant as this is a very well known chain of restaurants.Went here for dinner with couple of my friends.Ordered for murg shorba and mushroom shorba.Tasted almost the same like i have had at any other restaurant. Tgen orsered for the main course which consisted of changezi chicken with roti and naan plus a mushroom masala preparation.Oily preparation.Washrooms are very clean but only one person can use the washroom at a time.Parking is available.Rate is expensive.
Nishant Garg
The starters were just ok, the chicken malai was bland, and fish fry was cold under the crisp. The fish curry in the main course and the chicken biryani were amazing. In main course mutton rogan josh shud have been set instead of mutton meatball curry. Now the main point, I have never been to a buffet where there were only 3 indian desserts and no ice cream. Keeping the variety aside the deserts were damn good.
Vikram Mehra
Ordered Nalli Nihari. They are charging the price of an ITC restaurant but the meat quality is that of roadside restaurant. The preparation was good but meat quality was really bad. Please change your butcher, start quality checking the meat pieces you give, else drop this dish. Very disappointed
Siddhesh Ayre
Nice place, good ambience. Have tried their buffet twice and wasn't disappointed. Their deserts collection is amazing.
Abhishek Gupta
Been there couple of times now, but the food has disappointed every time. Though the place is named as Punjab Grill it does not do justice to the flavour and taste of North Indian food. Tried their buffet also ......again the spread is good but it lacks taste. Not recommended.
Sagar Mestri
The food was extremely bad
Suman Mishra
The food was not cooked properly. The buffet food was extremely disappointing. The staff was ill mannered.

Was here for the Sunday brunch as it was my wiffys birthday. The brunch here is quite well known for the amount of spread it offers. Dropped in around 11.45 am and we were the first guests since the brunch starts at 12.00. The ambience and decor is quite luxurious. The veg brunch had a lot of varieties and the main attraction is the dedicated chat station. Live singer wid guitar went around every table and asked whether he could sing a song , since it was my wiffys bday I suggested him a romantic song and he didnt disappont. Overall a great dining experience . Fully satisfied with food and service.
Nishad Nargolkar
Good Food. The order usually takes time as they prepare each order freshly and it is worth the wait. Couldn't try Non-veg food, so will definitely go back to eat some delicious Non-Vegetarian dishes :)
R@hulontheedge
Food was pretty average in taste.. My expectations were very high. Starter options were few.
Lamb chops were tasteless
Chicken kebab was good
Veg was okish
Main course too boring. Infact biriyani was also not that great.
Rohit Rajpal
Went there for buffet lunch on Saturday, but I must say it is probably one of the worst restaurants in the city . The food quality is absolutely atrocious...... the chicken in kebabs and main course was stale and had a stench . The paneer was like rubber and the chat felt like it was made by a toddler .... I would advise everyone against going to this restaurant
Prachi
Liked- humble staff. Quick delivery. Cleanliness.
Dislikes- Loud music. Food was not worth its rate. We can get a delicious chicken tandoori, far better than what is served here, at half its rate.. neither the main course not the desserts were worth their rate
Babubhai
Food was tasteless and cold, many pans were empty, total waste of money.Very much Disappointed.
Sahil Bhatia
The chicken was succulent, and cooked to perfection. It was not dry, the flavour had been preserved. They didn't go overboard with the spice or flavour, which I like👍🏽. Also, the mushroom soup was not thick, like a paste. It was drinkable, like a tea. Also a fan of that. The bathroom was nice and fancy, with perfect lighting. I am also a fan of the interiors. Thank You for hosting. We went for lunch buffet, but the food was not so good. Very less options for veg food and even the non-veg was not up to the mark. Price to quality index is not upto the mark, efforts can be taken to improve the same.
Ambience and location is pretty good. Service is little slow and needs to be improved.
I do not have any idea regarding Al-a-carte.

A highly disappointing experience.
We were a group of 8 people hoping for a great culinary It was our misfortune to dine at this "elite" restaurant at BKC, Mumbai on November 2nd, 2019. We were hosting some treasured guests hoping for a wonderful night.

Unfortunately, it was anything but that.

Food: While the appetizers were well made, and so was the chicken, the rotis were below average and chewy in texture.

But the true disaster were the desserts.

Any true blue mithai aficionado would tell you that a Phirni is made of ground rice flour and is set like a caramel custard. What we were served was rice kheer....bits of rice and liquidy. The Shahi Tukda was a tad better, but definitely refried....not crisp and melt in the mouth, the way it should be. And ice cream which was on the menu, was not available at all!

Service: But the true centerpiece of this unmemorable night was the service! Unrefined servers with poor understanding of the food, even poorer communication and appalling serving skills.

We had to repeatedly asked for plates and cutlery to be changed before the main course.

When I asked for the Manager/ Chef to give my feedback, the staff was lost. The servers were least interested in my dining experience. Only when I insisted on a feedback form, was one provided to me.

And the grand finale was when they shut the lights on us while we were still seated!!

When asked to switch them on, the response was that it was closing time and that if they didn't do so, they would be in trouble with the police!

Really? At 11:30 p.m. on a Saturday night??

Of course, The Good Wife, Theobroma and Starbucks in the same building were thriving when we were forced out of the restaurant!

Even if I accept their explanation, doesn't the staff follow some etiquette? The least they could have done was made a polite request telling us it was time to close, instead of rudely shutting the lights. Even Udipi restaurants show more courtesy!

Extremely disappointed Punjab Grill....your reputation and a Michelin honour cannot be the reasons you survive. It's a satisfied customer who is your ultimate test.

.

Recently visited this place for their Tales of Purani Delhi menu . This outlet was more beautiful than other outlets in Mumbai .
.
Tried few things from the menu . I loved their sahi Bhalla and dahi Puri chaat . Dahi puri could've been better if dahi was dripped on the top of puri as it was filled inside the puris.
.
Pakoda Platter was also good in taste . And it consists of palak , Soya ,paneer and kanda pakoras.
.
Their kebab was also good starter in non veg .
.
For mains we tried chicken korma with naan . Chicken was properly cooked and the gravy was delicious in taste .
.

Service was little slow. Rest everything was perfect .

Quoted a wrong price for buffet and gave a different bill It's was done by the staff so courteously that we had no idea they will cheat

We were a group of 10, considering the options in the menu it was difficult to shortlist the best possible choice for the A La Carte... that's when Somnath who waited on us suggested that he could offer a set menu and we just went with his suggestion... it was the right decision as food and food came on the table... Chicken, Mutton, Fish and Prawns starters ... stand out being the Prawns which were well done and really juicy, mutton chops was also great but the Fish starters deserves a mention .. the main course again was a range of dishes from Mutton, Fish and the tasty butter chicken accompanied by Basket of India breads which was followed up with 2 types of desserts and a rather unique non-alcoholic Paan Shot.

It was a risk to take this option and leave it all to Somnath but he did i wonderful job to select the best and serve us. With less crowd on a Thur, the service also was prompt and fast without compromising on quality.

Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Punjab Grill had been one of my favorite since a long time.

They recently celebrated their one year anniversary and I'm glad I could be a part of it.

I tried the buffet spread here. Make sure you have a fantastic appetite cause you wouldn't want to miss out on anything.

You have appetizers that are served at your table.
Love the simple aloo tikki and the Paneer.
The mocktails are amazing. Loved the achari santra and refreshing Coriander mint.

You have piping hot soups too.

The Chaat counter was my favorite. Loved the chaats here.

So many healthy protein rich salads to choose from.

Indian breads and sabjis to choose from.

Not forgetting the desserts.

Such a fantastic meal it was. Do try!

Amazing outlet serving North Indian and Mughlai Food😍 Amazing Decor and seating arrangments... Baileys Shake, Matka Jack is amazing.. They have variety in desserts... taste and quality of food is up-to the mark.. Worth the price😋
Tanvi Tondwalkar
This latest addition to the Punjab Grill outlets in Mumbai is a chic place with understated elegance. The décor is pleasing and the tables are well-spaced out with comfortable seating. The glitzy and well-equipped bar at the entrance is hard-to-miss. The menu may be the same at all the outlets, offering robust North Indian and Mughlai food, but a few add-ons to perk up the guests’ taste buds can safely be expected. This place is known for its buffet spread too. 'Matka Jack', 'Bailey’s Shake' or Dessert options are plenty. The food here is value-for-money as the portions are generous. For those not opting for alcohol, there are plenty of beverage options too & for those who are vegans there are some great options for them too. The service is attentive and warm...!

This place has been my favorite for its rich delicious meals. I just went to their bkc outlet on their 1 year anniversary and indulged in a lavish meal. We ordered- Kesar pista lassi - this is damn good.
Pineapple coconut mojito- so refreshing n yum.
Cheesecake cassata shake- this is absolutely worth a try.
Paneer tikka multani- succulent pieces of paneer 0erfectly marinated and cooked beautifully.
Dahi ke kebab - melt in the mouth delicious
Tandoori brocolli - just perfect.
Zafrani parote naan - loved it.
Lacha paratha - too good
Dal makhani - one of their best. Rich and flavorful.
Paneer lababdar- rich and so delicious.
Kumbh de hara pyaaz- this was subtle and yum.
Butter chicken- their best.
Kesari phirni - perfect.
Gulab jamun- tiny hot balls of heaven
Kalakand- this was so yum.

A perfect family restaurant for a delicious meal for any occasion. Elegant ambience, prompt service, excellent staff and their music, food and lingering taste will make it worth every penny.

They do not have valet service. The food was quite ordinary for the exorbitant price charged. Right from server to the senior, all were full of attitude. The buttermilk was full of chillies and excessive salt. Roti were difficult to digest. Must be avoided at all cost.

I went there for buffet with my friends....food was great in taste, fresh and numerous option to choose from....but what stole the show was live music!!! singer was just amazing....loved it!

If you want to try some of excellent north Indian cuisine, then Punjab Grill can be the one of the best option for you. Recently visited Punjab Grill's BKC outlet, which situated in The Capital building beside the Starbucks.
Ambiance of the restaurant is elegant and it's a spacious restaurant. As you enter there's a bar on the right. Seating area is well arranged with wooden furniture and lightening of the restaurant was creating a mild and positive atmosphere.
Staff and services were excellent. They greeted and guided us to our table. Server was helpful with suggestions.
During our visit to Punjab Grill's BKC outlet, we've tried their Non Veg Kebab platter, a perfect platter to start with and has excellent taste. Their Mutton Paya Shorba with small was worth trying, it was the best Shorba I've ever tried. We've tried their Prawns Curry with rice, was good in taste. Along with food tried their Pineapple & Coconut Mojito, which was excellent. Then we finished our food journey with their Rasmalai and Saffron Phirni, both were tasty.
Overall my experience of Punjab Grill was Good.

I am from Punjab but the Tandoori chicken prawn roll & bhuna chicken roll was not up to the mark. Added colours were too much. Prawns were made in Chinese style with no taste. In total a full disappointment.

Ordered last afternoon food from Punjab grill, bandra east.. some allu chicken, paneer shandaar, juicy chicken kababs, dal makahani and breads and rice to go along.
Quite blend in taste and pretty expensive dishes. Packing was nice and tidy. If you like non spicy balanced food..place to go in or order.

Best was dal makhani for me

Went there last night after a long time. the experience was not great because the food was bang average. Amongst the starters the fish Tikka was really poor but the chicken malai tikka was pretty decent. The butter chicken was a complete turn off ...too much of cream, oil, orange in colour preparation. you can't go wrong with butter chicken but somehow they managed to achieve this feat. I don't think this is a fine dining place anymore. Better food is served in other average restaurants. You can definitely give this restaurant a pass.

First of all great ambience I would say ,great place to spend time with family and friends . Excellent fine dine restaurant . They have nice music playing in background .

The table arrangements with small candle was great

I had heard about their bhatti da murg which was great chicken starter . Was served perfectly hot .

The only thing went wrong was the main course of mutton . We ordered customized dish , Mutton boti which was okies . The boti pieces were very big and gravy was tangy rather than spicy .

That spoilt our experience at restaurant . I guess they must have nice chicken main course delicies .

Airline food tastier and fresher than Punjab Grill.

Worst taste of North Indian Punjabi food ever!

The food comes Pre cooked, heated in the kitchen and served.

Never thought Punjab Grill will take this route and serve tasteless food, and you don't know how old the food is 12 hours, 24 hours or 48 hours.

It seems they have central kitchen which sends common gravy for veg and non veg, chicken or paneer is just thrown in the pan when heating the gravy and that's what they called Paneer Lababdar or Murg Makhani, both gravy and paneer/ chicken are out of place. The same applies to Biryani as well.

Fish Amritsari - leftover fish pieces in pakoda batter and that too bland as if they are doing a favour by even serving fish. Btw the dish is not even freshly prepared or fried, just heated in Microwave type given.

Seekh Kebab - Don't know how many days old and just heated in microwave for 1 min and served cold.

Chicken Tikka - not at all juicy, again chicken not fresh.

Paneer Tikka - older than 24 hours.

After complaining the chef about all the above, he agrees yes food served is not good, I'm sorry and the look on his face - i can't do anything about it, because we don't make real food here, we just heat pre cooked food and serve.

Since you serve such bad food which even chef agrees, why do you even have a chef since all food is just pre cooked, heated and served; the chef is there just to add extra salt as everything tastes too salty even the raita.

They will even not serve you food ordered and then charge you for it.

Even a local restaurant in your neighbourhood will have better tasty and freshly cooked food than this stale pre heated airline type food.

Good luck in trying to be a fast food like Mc Donald's, but if you aspire to be like one, have some food quality standards.

Want to taste the worst Punjabi food, please book your table now!

Good food Great Ambience .. Will visit Again , The quantity is so good it can be good for three people which is why it makes a tasty treat at its price so even if it is pricey , its good .

Must visit place for all the Pindi Choley lovers. The Butter chicken was average, though the service rendered by staff (Purna) made up for it...
Will look forward to visit again.!

Great Ambience, but average food.
Everything on the non veg platter tasted the same. Flavours were relatively bland and nothing stood out.
Really not worth the money.
Ambience of this place is great but that's about it.
