The food was delicious and very well presented. The service is a little slow but no complaints whatsoever as the food makes up for everything. Tried a lot on the menu, the only thing I wouldn't recommend is the Yemeni Mandi quantity and taste are not so great. The rest was amazing.
Suchitra Chari
One of my fav places for hummus and falafel. I absolutely love their service, the food quality is amazing and the vibe is also so beautiful. I always order their signature hummus, this time however I tried their Baharatli Hummus which was absolutely creamy and delicious, served with Pita and fresh veggies. We also tried their mains saffron rice with veggies and a tomato salsa type dip. It was very filling and we ordered some Reyhan to pair it with. It was super refreshing.

An amazing place to enjoy fantastic Mediterranean food. The service is fantastic and quick and the food is tasty and also played well. Try the Baklava, it’s amazing! The staff is courteous and service with a smile makes it a great place.

Perfect for a date or a high scale experience. The menu is very unique (I don't remember the exact names, I'm sorry) and I would especially recommend the cocktail which has paan in it. I would skip the drink with hummus (Hey Bartender... There's hummus in my drink). For the grub, I definitely recommend the Peynir. They also had spicy fries which was AMAZING! They had a different take on baklawa too but it wasn't to my liking.

Authentic Arabian middle eastern cuisine. For people who aren't used to the cuisine it is recommended that you research on the menu and visit for a better experience Tastiest and sumptuous food including mushroom kubbat, kebabs, hummus, falafel, prawns and baklava They didn't have a Manhattan on menu but they still managed to get it for one of our team members. The staff knows their hospitality. A good place for teams as well as a romantic dinner with a date, they make special arrangements for couple dare dinners A special mention for Janak who served our table

This place is SO amazing! It has such great Mediterranean options on the menu! The servers were so warm and welcoming. The ambience of the place is great. We had a tough time choosing what to order because there were amazing options. The food we ordered was extremely flavorful. And I wish I could eat more! The drinks menu was great too and the drinks we ordered were very unique. The place was pretty expensive though however the quality of food definitely justified it! The dessert was an experience in itself! Would love to go here again!

If you're a fan of Lebanese cuisine, then you absolutely must visit this amazing restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy, and the decor was stunning with beautiful hues of gold and blue. It created the perfect atmosphere for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Their Kebabs are to die for; they are perfectly grilled, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The Mandi rice was heavenly, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The hummus was so smooth and creamy that I couldn't resist having a second bowl. The service was impeccable, and the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making it easy to make confident decisions on what to order.

This Lebanese fine dining restaurant in BKC is a popular spot, especially on Saturday nights. The menu offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and there's a wide selection of food and drink choices. We tried a variety of dishes including chicken shawarma, chicken souvlaki, spinach pide, and they were all delicious. The lemon mint drink and boozy mango were especially refreshing. The prices are on the higher side, but the food is definitely worth a try.

Great ambience for lunch. Courteous and attentive staff. Tabbouleh and Mutabbel were my favorite dishes. The falafel is as authentic as you will get in India. Great place to enjoy a Sunday brunch or an evening with friends and family.

Bayroute bkc.. was an experience in itself..A must go for middle eastern n European cuisine.. inspired from locales like Greece, Lebanon, Mediterranean... ambience is also soithing and you want to sink in to and forget the world around you...You have a wide variety to choose from the unique menu.. unique because it starts in the reverse manner that is from last page..The cocktails here have a wonderful concoction n is a must try.. n along with ur drink the salad platter.. sounds healthy but it's great!Hummus not sure if it is their signature dish .. but u just cannot miss it..N one thing you have to know else you are sure to miss it... this is the highlight .. the complimentary date chocolates served on a colourful platter which looks like stones or some decorative pieces.. but behold.. they are also edible chocolates.. you need to see it rather have it to believe it..This was by far the most memorable experience of the entire dinner..;)N psssttt. Well this is place is not for a pocket friendly budget at all..

This place has a Middle Eastern vibe, so much so that the Menu is also in reverse which I think is totally unique!

Cocktails
•Turkish Madness- Will surely blow your mind
•Tartufo De Nero- Served with Truffle Chips, this one's not for the weak!
•Blueberry Sage Cooler- A refreshing cooler, with a hint of Blueberry
•Desert Storm- Make sure you are taking a video of this one because it's entry is extra ordinary! (And so is it's taste)

Starters

•Bayroute Signature Hummus
•Harissa Chicken
•Falafel

Desserts

•Lotus Drama- This one is the best one for sure, there is no comparison at all
Name a dessert better than this, I'll wait!

This place surely gets extra points for it's desserts and it's service
Will surely visit again❤

Bayroute is a brand in itself and is located near Pa Pa Ya in Kala Nagar, BKC. The ambience and the staff both are superb. We had-Reyhan-This Mocktail is orange and mint based which refreshes your taste buds with its dominant minty taste. It has a signature printing of the name BAYROUTE on the raw orange peel. This drink is no wonder, a RECOMMENDED mocktail in their list due to its presentation and fresh taste.-Lotus Shake-This milkshake has a base of the delicious LOTUS biscuit, blended perfectly with the milk and vanilla ice cream to go with. A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED milkshake in their menu which is suitable to both adults and kids. To top up the presentation it has a lotus biscotti on the brim of the glass.-Salted Caramel Baklava Shake-This drink consists of the salted caramel taste blended till perfection with the one and only famous dessert if Bayroute, the Baklava. A small piece of baklava in a toothpick is served on top of the glass for presentation purpose. The tase is enriched with a delicious blend of caramel and baklava taste. This is another HIGHLY RECOMMENDED milkshake in their list.-Melting Rose Milkshake-This milkshake in particular has rose petals in the freshly made and the delicious rose milkshake. It also had something we know as rose flavoured jelly or what can be known as Rooh Afza essence which makes it more delicious. It is served in a small and cute bottle and is a very delicious drink for all Rose flavour lovers.
-Muhammara-
This particular option in cold mezze is something you cannot miss. The texture of the cheesecake was very good and soft, making it delicious and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. To add up to the presentation points, lotus biscuit crumbs were topped around the cheesecake. What’s more? A scoop of vanilla ice cream on the top of the cheesecake. Totally loved this dessert!

A go to place if you want to try Mediterranean cuisine like Turkish and middle eastern cuisine!
Situated in the maker maxity on the ground floor is this fine dining place.
They have plethora of options for both Veg and non veg and you surely not fall short of options over here. And yes their menu seems a bit different as many of the items you would not have imagined how they blend well but don’t you worry the waiters and the managers are quite aware of all the dishes and they will surely help you make the right choice.
Yes it is expensive but good experiences comes with money. So yes you surely would not be disappointed.
Few must try things over here are:
1. Hummus and pita bread
2. Their avocado drink
3. Rehan drink
4. Turkish khichdi ( I forgot what’s the other name)
5. Baklava in the dessert

Absolutely bad attitude of the restaurant receptionist Prajakta. The manager Eric was also equally complicit. I called for a reservation and she clearly said that no need to reserve. We can arrange walk in. When I went I was asked to wait 20-25 mins. Highly overrated for such an expensive price and the hospitality was disgusting

An prodigious outlet in the Bandra Kurla complex! Bayroute truly brings out quintessence and vibrancy of the middle eastern and mediterranean cuisines. Heaven for anyone who enjoys delicacies like Kibeh, Koshari, Manakeesh, Pide, Fatayer and many, serving its patrons with lip smacking food and a great soothy ambience to relish in. There's huge and well equipped bar at the one end of place. Seatings are distinctive with different sections. Vibe at this place is extremely majestic.

Bayroute is always admired for their hospitality.
The service is great, our attendant Mr.Francis had great knowledge of all the dishes and drinks, recommended well and was always there to our dispense. Although it seemed rest of the staff including the managers need to improve their conduct. Felt something was weird throughout our visit.

Food is undeniably the most captivating thing at bayroute. Various options in cold and hot mezze. Different types of delicious hummus, long list ofa manakeesh, mains and almost a 3 page long dessert menu. Portions sizes are really good. Taste of everything we tried was authentic and succulent with an exquisite presentation.
Here are my recommendations-

Hot & Cold Mezze
• Harissa chicken kebab(highly recommended)- Chicken skewers served with a dip. Chicken is slowly cooked with red chilli, herbs, harrisa sauce and served with amazing dip which is of dates, jaggery and cream cheese. Loved this one!!
• Hummus Bayroute - Creamy thick hummus with zaatar spices, basil and peanuts served with soft fluffy pita breads.

Mains
• Machboos Al Kuzu - Lamb based rice prepared in mediterranean spices. Tender and slow cooked lamb pieces in a delicious rice topped with dry fruits and served with spiced curd.

Desserts
• Baklava(highly recommended)- Baklava is traditional arabic sweet. This was layered phyllo pastry with Iranian pistachio, almonds and served with gulkand ice cream. This dessert is presented in a very unique way. Definitely a must try one.
• Lotus Drama - This was a cheesecake topped with vanilla ice cream, lotus biscuits and caramel. A succulent dessert with delicious flavours.
Drinks
• Salted caramel baklava sheikh
• Reyhan
• Green Avocado

Overall we had an exquisite experience during our lunch here. Kudos to the team!!

Bayroute is a great fine dine restaurant which serves Mediterranean food like Turkish, Greek, Egyptian,Moroccon cuisine. The ambience is good with huge Arabic lamps and comfortable seating. The menu is vast but the staff us very helpful in choosing the right food items. We began with cocktails. Fig is tan and Honey on fire are both whiskey based cocktails and are served in a unique style. We also had Salted caramel Baklava shake and Edamamo and almond smoothie which was banana shake served with nuts. Both the very good in taste. For starters we had Harissa chicken Kabab and Salmon Kabab both from the hot mezze. Both were amazing and very well prepared. From the cold mezze we tried their signature Bayroute Hummus which was served with Pita bread and salad. And Muhammara. Both were delicious and had an authentic taste. For the main course we had Moroccan Lemon.Olive Chicken where the main attraction is a big leg piece of chicken is served with Moroccan spices and gravy. It was fabulous and a must try for chicken lovers. We also had Prawns Pilaf in which huge prawns are served with masala rice.It was deliciously tasty.Lastly, we had desserts. We tried the famous Baklava which is a layered flaky pastry stuffed with rich nuts and decorated with Rose petals. It is absolutely divine and highly recommended. We also had Pistachio Mille Feville which is again flaky pastry sandwiched with Pistachio cream and served with ice cream and nuts.. It was awesome. Bayroute is truly one of the best places to dine and is worth a visit.

Bayroute has its branches all over mumbai. This time I was at the bkc branch. The ambience is pretty cool and spacious. The decor has a middle eastern theme. The service is quick and the staff is very courteous and explain the dishes very well.
In shakes and cocktails you should definitely try:
1. Baklava Shake
2. Date shake
3. Green Avocado shake
4. Dessert Strom: it's a whiskey based cocktail and it's damn Strong.
5. Hibiscus Cooler: it's a gin based cocktail...it's on the sweeter side.
The presentation of the cocktails were amazing.
Now coming to the appetizers:
In cold mezze I had the musabbaha. It was delicious hummus.
In hot mezze I had the kebeb Istanbul and chicken Seekh harissa. Both were very soft and tender meat. Perfectly cooked and marinated. Loved them both. Highly recommended.
For mains I had:
Lavash. That's basically chicken kabsa made in ghee. It was good. But a bit sweet.
Then I had mutton sharwma....very delicious mutton pieces and perfectly cooked as well.
It was served with 3 types of chutney.
In Desserts I had baklava....as usual.. beautiful presentation. And kunafa. Kunafa is basically mozzarella cheese in vermicelli deep fried and sugar syrup is added on top. Any cheese lover will love that dessert.
Overall it was a great experience

Authentic Arabic & Lebanese Food, with Great ambiance & outstanding service.

My first tip for visiting this place will be to ensure that you make a prior reservation. Me and my wife had made 3 failed attempts through walk in earlier and this time we made sure we had a reservation in place. We went on a saturday afternoon and the front desk lady was prompt in getting us to our table. The place had an extremely welcoming vibe to it and the decor of arabic lamps gave the place a very arabic feel. Usually i get a lot of nausea whenever i go to eat lebanese food due to the strong smell but this place didnt have any of it which was a blessing for me. My wife having brought up in the middle east is super aware of the food and hence ordering was a breeze. We went for the food she loves the most and ordered Manakeesh ( which is usually made on Khubus, but they had used some other bread) which had 4 different varieties, A Chicken Shawarma and A turkish Mutton Kebab. The food was absolutely fabulous and it tasted extremely authentic. The Kebab was well cooked and the Labneh on the Manakeesh was a delight. If I have to find an issue just for the sake of it, then I would say that the Zaatar on the Manakeesh was slightly on the excess side. Apart from the food, we ordered a Laban ( Arabic Lassi) and Qahwa, which were again outstanding.

For Dessert my wife went for her favorite dessert which is Baklava. Their Baklava comes with Gulkand Ice Cream and some flower petals and the presentation was brilliant. The first bite of the Baklawa seemed odd because it was different than what we had expected but from the second bite onwards we loved the combination. The entire food tasted extremely good and I shall say that the place is a must go and the Baklawa is a must try.

Bayroute BKC outlet is located in Maker Maxcity (Landmark: Opp Family court). Along with regular crowd, this place also has major footfalls & walkin from corporates around. This makes it easy for the office goers to come here & have a good evening over wine or some hot beverage❤️. Giving you warmth, cozy & lit ambience, Bayroute makes it a worthwhile experience. Having visited the 3rd outlet, the best part is that all the outlets gives you same vibes, cordial staff & great food. The food taste simply awesome. Sangria & Souk of Gold is a must try cocktail here. For starters, we ordered Kebab Istanbul - a lamb starter & Butter Garlic Prawns. The prawns gives you a mesmerizing flavor of garlic & butter, one of the best had till date❤️. Yemen Mandi is one of my favorite lamb based rice preparation. Baklava, an Arabic dessert is a must try here. It is loaded with nuts, cashews & a layer of ice cream. With a distinguish cuisine (Mediterranean, Lebanese, Greek) , Arbian ambience, and uniqueness on platter, this place is highly recommended.

Bayroute is a divine for people who love trying out Mediterranean food especially turkish, Greek, Moroccan & Egyptian cuisine.

Decor is archaic taking you back to the centuries. Hospitality is the best when it comes to everything. Total of 5 outlets across the city, Bayroute had made it's mark in Mumbai and is at times a celeb spotting place.

Recently they came up with their festive menu with a few additions to the menu.

FOOD :
Mussabha Hummus was the cold mezze addition which is served with pita bread and pickles. Hamid prawns served with garlic confit was also a part of the new menu.

Dijaj Chermoula were chicken tenders marinated in Chermoula sauce served along with lebaneh zataar.
For mains, Turkish gozleme is a hidden dish from the old menu and is stupendous. Turkish flat bread stuffed with chicken and spices and served with Okra prepared in tangy tomato sauce.

DRINKS :

Turkish Madness is a turkish LIIT prepared in tequila, Rum, Vodka & gin along with fresh rose petals & syrup this drink will surely surprise you. Almond & matcha layered shake is one for the fitness freaks and is a vegan one as well.

Blueberry & Sage cooler was a Vodka based drink which was soothing & refreshing with its flavors. Salted Caramel & Baklava shake is their signature shake and one cannot miss this one.

DESSERTS :

Few additions to their dessert section as well. Shukulata Al Habib was a chocolate dome filled with dark cocoa nibs, gooey chocolate brownie bits, chocolate truffles & caramalised almonds topped with whopping candy poppers which cracked with every bite of it.

Greek Loukomades were mini morsels of Greek doughnuts along with walnuts dusted in cinnamon and served with Cinnamon ice cream.
Food Paradise
Visited this place on a weekday afternoon and it suprised me with the ambiance out there. The vibe of the place is really pleasant. The staffs are very corteous and attentive there. Well, this is one of the best place to try out the authentic Lebanese and Moroccan food. Coming to the food.. Dont miss out on the Signature Lebanese Nachos along with the lotus biscuit shake. We thought of trying the spicy hummus instead of the signature hummus which din’t dissapoint us and sipping it with the orange & Basil juice made us feel so refreshing. And as we say ‘ There’s always room for desserts.’ We loved the lotus milk & the chocolate fondant gave the pure definition of luxurious dessert.
We had an amazing experience at the joint. It is an elegant/ high end and an ideal dining date place.

I really loved the ambience, the service, the presentation and the staff. A perfect score for everything. I had cocktails and mocktails that were really very unique and tasty. The desserts were something which attracted me the most. The most purest chocolate you could ever get was here. If you are a dark chocolate lover, chocolate fonda is must try. The koshari was also something unique. My personal favorite was halloumi cigars. A place perfect for a date and enjoy the most amazing fine dine experience.

Bayroute is by far one of the best fine-dine restaurants I've ever been to for a Mediterranean cuisine.

We started with their signature dish Hummus Bayroute which was served with Pita bread and Farm Fresh. The Hummus was perfectly blended, topped with roasted pine nuts and was simply mouth-watering. We also ordered Muhammara which was a delicious dip topped with pomegranate, walnuts and red pepper that tempts your appetite.

Next on our list was Lebanese Nachos which was fully loaded and recommended for a good appetite.

The Darwish Float was the best Vodka-Coffee shot I've ever had. It was so rich in taste that I was not even embarrassed to lick the cream at bottom of the cup in the end.

We also tried the Salted Caramel Baklava Sheikh served in a big glass. The shake was thick and made with baklava and salted caramel, and was as delicious as expected.

The Cottage Cheese Shawarma was one of the best best I've had in the past couple year.

For deserts, we tried the Zaffrani Milk Cake which was a bowl of Saffron milk with pistachios in it and the milk cake place in the middle to soak up all the flavors.

To end our delicious meal, we ordered the famous Lotus Drama which is a light cheesecake with vanilla ice-cream on top. It has a dressing of the Lotus Biscoffs and caramel sauce all over it.

Overall, this is a must-go to restaurant if you're looking for a great ambience along with quality food.

Bayroute is by far one of the few fine-dining restaurants serving Middle Eastern & Mediterranean cuisines. The food and beverage menu is so vast, you can taste a little bit of Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Greece & Turkey in the dishes!
The interiors are typically Middle Eastern designs, the music is usually Arabic and is extremely soothing. The staff are well versed with the menu and they're the best to recommend dishes as per your tastes and likings.
The location of this outlet is central which attracts alot of customers throughout the day!

We began by ordering a few cocktails-
Fig-is-tan: a whiskey based drink made along with Turkish dried figs, served in a asymmetric glass with a sorbet. I think this drink is deeply satisfying, the bittersweet taste has you craving for more!

Raspberry Champagne Vodka-T: Sparkling champagne poured over some raspberry sorbet and then topped off vodka. Another pleasant drink, more on the sweeter side. I enjoyed this one as well.

Blueberry and Sage Cooler: Sage leaves and fresh blueberries blended with Vodka and a tinge of lemon. Refreshing and the fruity flavour kind of dilutes the flavour of the alcohol, but still very enjoyable!

Hummas, Pita and Farm Fresh: Hummas is a Middle Eastern favourite dish, made from chickpea puree and Olive Oil, topped with pine nut, paprika and parsley served with Pita Bread and Farm Fresh. This one is perfect for those who do not prefer spices and want to eat something healthy.

Tabbouleh: this is a super fresh herb and salad, with parsley being the number one ingredient. It’s dotted with cracked whole wheat, onion, parsley and tomato, and dressed simply with olive oil and lemon juice. It’s refreshing, light and loaded with healthy ingredients.

Maqluba: 'Maqluba' if translated literally, means "upside-down."
It is a Traditional Middle East dish served throughout. It consists of marinated chicken, rice, and cruncy fried vegetables placed in a pot which is flipped upside down when served, hence the name maqluba.
This dish is enticing and a must-try item on the menu!

Harissa Chicken Kebab: Chilly, cumin and coriander marinated chicken, grilled to absolute perfection and served with cream topped with date and jaggery molasses. The tender grilled chicken is filled with authentic flavours and definitely made for the Indian palate.

Shukulata Al Habib: This is made from 70% dark chocolate, paired with brownie chunks, praline, truffles and caramelized almonds showered with magic pops. This dessert is divine! It is an eye candy and the taste is premium. Couldn't have asked for a better end to my meal !

Every nook and corner brings out the essence of the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean culture at Bayroute. The flavours and authentic cuisine is class apart. I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Overall rating:
Ambience- 5/5
Menu- 5/5
Service- 5/5
Hygiene- 4/5
Quality of food- 5/5
Taste- 5/5
Value for money- 5/5

Went on weekday for laidback lunch. It wasnt crowded so were able to enjoy our food peacefully. Coming to ambience its located in busy commercial area of bkc so you can expect office crowd.Coming to food as its middle eastern cuisine you cant expect it to be high on spices. We ordered signature Hummus which tasted good with crunchy pine nuts.Pita bread where soft too. Also had grillee broccoli, potato n Cottage cheese which was OK.Filo mushroom were good though.Moctails were good and tasty.Tried
*Salted Caramel baklava(too sweet for my taste)
*Greek goddess (Yogurt based blueberry lassi)
*Palm island(Vodka based..well presented)
*Beetroot cooler was refreashing.
Coming to main course we had Koshari little bland.
Veg tagin (Could have been better)
Dessert were Absolutely awesome. Since i love chocolate Shulata al habib was good.Caramel cheecake was mindblowing too.Pistachio based filo sheet dessert was unique but little too sweet .
Overall if you want ti experience middle eastern cuisine i would certainly recommend this place.Staff is courteous and will recommend good dishes.

For what I heard, I had very high expectations. Thought the farrata Baklava was nice. But barring that limited options in veg, and not exceptional !

A lot of my friends had already recommended this place to me while my visit to Mumbai and they had told me that this is a must try place when you visit Mumbai so I had this in mind to visit here and I really took out some time to visit this place enjoyed the same.
Food is really amazing over here and specially for people who eat less spicy food.
The staff was well behaved and I really liked their service. They were paying attention and were readily available at our service whenever we want to order a new dish or ask some queries about the dish that we wanted to order.
Most of the deserts are definitely to be tried here, overall a very good place and I will definitely visit whenever I travel here again.

Bayroute is one of those places that has everyone's heart. Serving the best of Lebanese and Middle Eastern Cuisine, this place has pretty positive vibes regarding the food and the whole experience.

Within a span of the year, Bayroute has expanded from Cuffe Parade to Juhu. Having a total of 4 outlets in the city, this restaurant hasn't failed to keep up to it's standards.

They have not compromised on the ambiance as its the same as other Bayroute outlets. A mixture of blue along with white, wherein the waiters too don the same combination of colors.

Drinks..

Sumac De Lite
Honey On Fire
Drink like an Egyptian
Turkish LIIT

All their drinks are very unique unlike other places. The description is given in the menu so choose your poison accordingly.

My favorite is Drink like an Egyptian wherein they mix dark rum along with sugarcane juice. A mixture of sweet and bitter, goes too well.

Coming to the food we tried..

Bayroute Hummus :

An in-house special hummus, this one has the classic hummus mixed with greek style yogurt and drizzled with olive oil on top and Zaatar spice and pine nuts. Zaatar is one of the signature spice mix of the Middle East.

Moutabel :

This is one of my favorites in the cold mezze. Roasted aubergine mixed with yogurt and garlic and spices, it's very light and tastes amazing. The charcoal flavor of the roasted aubergine gives it best of the flavor.

Batata Hara :

The classic Middle Eastern potato dish, its one of my favorites in the Hot Mezze. Crispy fried potato cubes, tossed in garlic and spices. They go best with a little lemon juice on top.

Kebab Istanbul :

Succulent minced mutton kebabs cooked on grill to perfection. They serve it along with crispy fries and yogurt chutney. They are literally melt in the mouth kebabs. For added taste, you can also have it with some pita bread.

They give a pita bread basket along with pickled veggies which is the best combination with the cold mezze.

We were almost full with the mezzes so we jumped right on to the dessert

Lotus Milk Cake :

I am a big fan of the Lotus Biscoff and decided to order this. It's a very soft sponge cake layered with lotus Biscoff crumbs topped with mascarpone. It's one of the yummiest milk cake ever.

** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED **

The service is really quick and the staff is very attentive. They will give you food and drink suggestions in case you are confused and it almost always turns out good.

The place is always full during lunch and dinner hours so make sure to do an advance booking before visiting the place. They also have a valet parking available.

Bayroute is a Middle Eastern Multi Cuisine Fine Dining Bar located in BKC. The interiors are done up pretty nicely, which gives this place a sauve look. The seating arrangements are really comfortable and it's a good place to visit with friends and family.
I specially went to Bayroute again to enjoy as I loved it the very first time I visited this place. The deserts and the food in Bayroute are truly amazing and lipsmacking. The service is very good and the staff is well behaved. They explained the ingredients in the food in a very detailed manner.
I have tried all the deserts here and almost all of them are my favorite.

Really well made and exceptionally tasty . Mildly spiced and perfect for the pita bread .

But muhamara was the best never miss out on it

Hot mezze

Lavash Crust Kabsa Chicken - It's all about smoke to the Mediterranean cuisine, as speaking about this dish. Hello guys today I visitd a place having the most authentic food touch of Turkish theme and the most renowned place of all time.✨😋

BAYROUTE , one of the prime places I have visited till date having a very awesome ambience & the middle Eastern touch to the food just makes it more premium. The Ambience contains very beautifully arranged tables with lanterns hanging on the top and middle Eastern writing carved on the walls.😍🤩

This gives the feel of an authentic middle Eastern meal. Coming towards the food we had here

Drinks 🍹
1) Green avocado 🥑 : as the name itself suggest it is a thick shake consisting of avocado and dry fruits sprinkled on the top to boost it's flavours.

2) Greek goddess: the middle Eastern drink having berries in it and the thick shake flavour just adds up the taste when you drink it.

3) Aleppo Chilli Guava: this drink had us with the surprising flavour of chilli and guava having 2 stage. At the first stage you feel the sweet guava and after drinking it the aftermath of chilli is experienced.

4) Salted caramel Baklava: the most premium drink I have ever tasted having the caramel taste in it. This thick shake was the most delicious drink in my meal.

FOOD WE HAD THERE WAS AS FOLLOWS 🥘🍱
1) Truffle trida and cheese: the presentation of this dish was very great having 3 cheese balls and a very delicious stuffing inside it served with an orange chutney just giving the best combination you could ask.

2)Sebze kebabi : the presentation of this dish was 5/5 stars. It was presented on a hanging pattern making it more beautiful having brookoli on one side and paneer with tomato and onion slices on the other.

3)Turkish Gozlehe : the Turkish Gozlehe is a tortilla enstuffed with alot of heavy cheese and potato in it and having a line of various spices over it which burst out when you have a bite of this dish.

4)Hummus bayroute: there are almost 9 different types of hummus in this place and one of the best according to me was hummus bayroute. This is a Greek yogurt having spices sprinkled over it and beans and is served with a white bun type tortilla.

5) Baklava: a very tasty dessert having 2 layers one at the bottom with thick dry fruits crushed and 2nd with icecream. And crushed rose petals on the top makes it presentation very great and pleasing.

The serving given there were super fast. The dishes were very well presented and displayed giving us the best flavours of all time.

Thankyou to the management staff and stewards there to provide us with such great hospitality. The most polite, humble and very informative stewards were present here.

Do have a visit to this awesome place to try out middle Eastern food and to create a memory with your loved one.❤️❤️

BAYROUTE- LAND THAT RESEMBLES MIDDLE EASTERN FLAVORS ON THEIR FORKS.

BAYROUTE is based on Middle Eastern theme. As you enter, you can see interior has GYPSY theme which attracts and will make your eyes pop out of your head. Stay excited because if ambience is so adorable than image how admiring will be the food. BKC OUTLET has glass exterior walls.

SHEIKH & SHAKES

Arabic Date Palm Shake

So catchy name and itself defines its uniqueness of dates in the drink. The shake was creamy with incredible delicious dates. A very healthy and nutricious drink.

Aleppo Chilli Guava

Remember your childhood of having guava with salt and red chilli powder. Chilled refreshing sip of it with sweet and spice combination.

Salted caramel baklava shiekh- My personal favorite made by nawabi style using Baklava & salted caramel flavours. Do try this drink served in a huge glass with full of deliciousness. You have garnish of khari roll filled with rich dryfruits.

Appetizers:

• Bayroute kolokithi- This is a greek style dish made using egg plant and crisp zucchini and the taste is enhanced due to greek garlic yougurt.

• Hummus bayroute- If you have never tried hummus or wanna try a delicious hummus this is the very dish. The taste the texture the thickness everything is to the point. This is one of the recommended dish of everyone who has visited Bayroute.

• Turkish Gozleme- This is an Arabic dish which is made using homemade Turkish paratha filled with kashkaval cheese and batata hara.

Baklava

Baklava is a rich dessert. A sweet pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and ice ceam. This cuisine is from levant. They present this dessert with an innovative style by crushing rose removed from nitrogen liquid.

THANKS TO Mr. Akshay (our steward at bayroute. Always smiling guy and best at it's hospitality service )

I'm in awe of this place. Was here yesterday evening for a dinner date and I must say this experience was one of my amazing fine dine experience. I was in love with the ambience the moment I entered. Also, service is on point. Sudhir Kotian, our server for the day was so humble. He genuinely explained what choices to make with the food and what not to, based on our moods. Thank you Bayroute for making my evening so so special. Will be here again for more to experience!

Bayroute! What a genuine experience it was! Low key fluorescent lighting with contemporary Middle Eastern design elements, including the characteristic balloon lanterns, makes this place perfect for diners. Was here for a dinner date and it truly was a delight! Service is on point and takes care of how diners feel about the place. Menus have a bit of Lebanon, Morocco, Turkey, Greece and Egypt making Bayroute an amazing place to hit if you’re big fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, although which is a heaven for non-vegetarians, vegetarians also have enough to choose from.

Our dinner date began with some kickass cocktails and also mocktails called Shukulata Al Habib, Sumac De-Light, The Reyhan and Edamame & Almond Smoothie. These potions were beautifully paired with our starters – Bayroute Hummus, Muhammara and Feta & Pine Stuffed Falafel. Then on to our mains, Roz Bukhari and Koshari, which were met by our spectacular desserts – Turkish Madness and Baklava.

Starters, Entrées truly pleased our tongue and stomach with such amazing drinks to pair with it was truly an amazing food experience. Also everything they served was presented so nicely, we were just delighted by the look of it. Not to forget the desserts which helped us end our day perfectly.

So to conclude, the service, the food, the ambience and the warmth of this place make us so attached.
Would love to be back and would definitely be here anytime soon! Thank you Bayroute for being such lovely hosts to our evening and also special thanks to Sudhir Kotian who took us through the menu and did a commendable job serving us.

Here is me again at Bayroute!!! My fav place in the city since last year. Visiting the last outlet of its chain at BKC Bandra. Mixed feelings though as it was the last visit experiencing best of the Middle Eastern cuisines. I’m sure the Bayroute will come up with another outlet very soon within the city….hopes are on || fingers crossed. The way it has made its prominence in the past few years is remarkable and commendable. So this outlet is located within a 15 mins drive Bandra (e) Rly Stn. I would recommend to turn on your maps and follow the route as there are multiple routes to reach the location. This time I took my BFF along with me as she had been wishing to see Bayroute from a long time.

Food:

1> Tava Karides – Midsized garlic prawns glazed in butter served along with flat parsley and veggies.

2> Musabbaha – If you are visiting Bayroute then having Humus is a must…This one is the new addition to its cold mezze section. If you had tasted the Bayroute Special Hummus then for sure you will love it has the tangy flavour which makes you die for it.

3> Maqluba – One of the oldest recipes dating back to 13th Century. This dish will surely make your world upside – down based on its name called out in Levant. Initial impression looked like a rick cake presented to us topped with pine nuts. As we deconstructed it all we could notice is tender chicken pieces, fried cauliflower. Good with appetite then go for it as it will end you full and no more room for any food.

4> Moroccan Lemon Olive Chicken – USP of this dish is the humungous chicken leg piece preserved overnight in Moroccan spices along with lemon, gala olives and portion of rice with sautéed onions. Recommended!!

5> Hamaru – Desserts at Bayroute makes you feel strolling in heaven. All of them are so unique, presentable, delicious and one of a kind. This one is a hit to their taste buds because of the choux pastry which is prepared to perfection.

Drinks:

1> Honey on Fire – As the name Honey you are fire boss……Concotion of honey, tennesse honey, coffee and the outer rim coated with chocolate powder makes this cocktail sweet and tipsy at the same time.

2> Salted Caramel Baklava Sheikh – For a moment be a sheikh and drink Baklava Sheikh at Bayroute thank me later but the texture of this mocktail is outstanding. Flavoured with Caramel and garnished with nuts.

3> Matcha Jalapeno Foam – Newest entry to their unique cocktail collection. Matcha is crushed green tea leaves FYI….Concoction of tequila, organic matcha, Egyptian fiery jalapenos and matcha foam makes it strong and tipsy. Worth to try!!

Ambience – BKC bayroute is more about comfortable seating comprising of comfy sofas, high rise chair at the bar section, private section and seating for pax of 4, 6….. Walls are painted white and our most loved hot air balloons stealing the show near the bar section. Seating’s around the glass walls I liked the most as you could enjoy the afternoon with some shade of sunlight and greenery spread across the maker city complex.

Service – Bayroute is also known for its impeccable service by their humble attendants. They are well acknowledged with the exhaustive cuisines and cocktails. Our attendant Shri Ram took great care of my dishes. As and when I needed him he was there on his toes.

Food – 5/5

Drinks – 5/5

Ambience – 5/5

Service – 5/5

Visiting Bayroute with BFF was one of the best decisions and ended up with a memorable evening..

This tastefully decorated restaurant with contemporary design elements and a snazzy showpiece bar lays equal emphasis on food. The multiple seating areas are well-laid out and the earthy hues, lend a warm touch. The food menu is very well crafted. The offerings are mainly from middle eastern food. Vegetarian options abound. Start with the falafel or a 'hummus'. Vegetarians must try the spicy 'halloumi cigars'. Each dish is an explosion of flavours, colours and textures. The staff is well-trained, equipped to give recommendations and the service exemplary. Coming to food we had,
Drinks :
1. Thandai
2. Knafi Jibneh
3. Melting rose milk
4. Visited this place for early dinner this Wednesday. The ambiance was very eye catching and staff here is really very energetic and very friendly. The crowd is very happening and joyful. The food is authentic labenese in taste. The most ordered dish here is baklava which is one of the most popular dessert. In drinks my personal favorite was Thandai and lemon mint. For main course vegetarian I will recommend you to try Turkish gozleme along with roj Bukhari. As for dessert you definitely should order baklava and Laban sweet. This is what I had here,
Drinks :
#1 Thandai
#2 Knafi Jibneh
#3 Melting rose milk
#4 Reyhan
#5 Greek goddness
#6 lemon mint
#7 Arabic date palm shake
#8 cappuccino

Starter :
#1 hummus bayroute with pita bread
#2 Falafel
#3 Halloumi cigars

Main course :
#1 Roj Bukhari
#2 Vegetable Tagine
#3 Turkish gozleme

Dessert :
#1 Baklava
#2 Pistachio Mille-feuille
#3 Laban Sweet

Overall it was an amazing experience and I had a great time here. Bayroute, a fine dining restaurant serving ancient middle eastern delicacies over artistic crockery took away my heart.t's a kind of tribute to the Middle East's outstanding culinary legacy. The Middle eastern food found here is rarely found anywhere else. This restaurant has reached the pinnacle amongst other top most restaurants in Mumbai. Bayroute also caters Lebanse, egyptian, Turkish flavours as well.Talking about the ambiance, I would like to say it's totally spectacular and amazing. Takes u all the way to the middle Eastern world. The stewards dressed in that manner and even the cuttery used to serve.Huge lanterns, huge mirrors with intricate for complementing the ambiance makes it super amazing.
We Had:

Started with Salted caramel Baklava Shake, the best milk and baklava based shake anyone can dream of having. I'm still unable to stop thinking about that savory moment. Rehyan, a common citrus based drink with basil seeds. To boost your vitamins level, one can order green avocado, low in sugar enriched with almonds. Last was Turkish kale kale with BOP which was typical Indian ganga jamuna saraswati juice blended with banana and kale, ensuring perfect taste and texture was maintained.

Cold and hot mezze

Harrisa chicken kebab : It's one of my favorite starters from this place.. Totally love the combination and flavour.. Sufficient enough for two.. Served with a sauce and some onions.

Kebab istanbul-It was like skewers and was quite suffucient for two.. These are basically mutton skewers.

Katafi Rubiyan- Succulent juicy prawns were wrapped along angel hair Phyllo which gave a kind of crispiness to the prawns . It's presentation was superb. Just ravishing.

Hummus bayroute:One of best cold messe we tried. Totally loved the combination . The mezze was cold, fresh, and very soothing and served along pita breads.

Koshari: The national Dish of Egypt, this super lovely pot of rice, lentils, pasta, tomato sauce, chickpea & golden fried onion accompanied with lemon chilli garlic sauce, is one of those dishes that will draw strong reactions! I personally found the mix of pasta and rice weird, but cannot help but praise how lovely the lentils and fried onions tasted in this potpourri of ingredients. Lavash crust Kabsa Chicken on the other hand had a very yummy rice with different dry fruits in it. The chicken was soft .

For desserts, baklava is their best but since we have had that earlier we tried their new - Shukulata al habib- which was everything chocolate and pure bliss. Served with sorbet, it helped break the monotony of chocolate and also enhanced the dark chocolate flavour.

An impeccable and unforgettable dining experience is what I can say about my visit at Bayroute BKC. From the astonishing and beautiful ambiance to the amazing and super delectable middle-eastern dishes, everything was top-notch and praiseworthy.

We ordered the following :-

Drinks -

1. Turkish Express - A super amazing and bewildering combination turkish coffee and whisky, felt a kick with every sip of it. Super start to our lunch.

2. Bourbon Molasses Latte - A super chilled and refreshing approach towards a drink with jolt of bourbon whisky. Loved it.

3. Fig-is-tan - Dry fig pieces (anjeer) soaked in whisky and served and also its essence combined with the same, liked the combination.

4. Dark Phantom - Another staggering cocktail with an unique and dashing use of activated charcoal. I'll highly recommend this one to coffee lovers.

Food -

1. Hummus Bayroute - I love hummus and this is the best I have ever had in town, sprinkled with a lot Zattar, the latter compliments the hummus so well, served with fresh pitas and a farm fresh salad.

2. Lamb Fatayer - A samosa shaped cutlet stuffed with an amzing mix of shredded lamb, served fresh lettuce, something really new and different to have.

3. Dijaj Chermoula - One of the most perfectly and uniquely marinated chicken kebabs I have ever had, you could literally smell the amazing blend of spices when it was served on the table. Recommended Dish.

4. Yemen Mandi - This dish was a masterpiece, saffron rice topped with a perfectly cooked lamb pieces, every bit of that deliciously cooked lamb melted in our mouths and blended so well with the rice served with it.

Desserts -

1. Baklava - The famous middle-eastern dessert cut into a proper triangle shape served in an extraordinary way earns it a ten out of ten for the presentation, the taste was equally good and it was loaded with dry fruits.

2. Pistachio Mille-feuille - Another masterpiece, the topped green cream was delicious and pure, it was pistas written all over it, the presentation again was exceptional.

A visit to Bayroute never disappoints, from that amazing middle-eastern ambiance to the extraordinary and and very cordial service, makes it an appetizing and flavour-some experience. Kudos.

Bayroute is the best place .The ambience is pretty good, gives you feels of entering a middle eastern place for sure. It is an exquisite place serving Turkish, Lebanese, Mexican, Greek, Egyptian and Moroccan cuisine. The ambience, interiors was warm and classy. The music was soft, perfect for the mood! They dimmed the lights post sunset making the place perfect for a date night. We Had: Drinks: 1.Reyhan- It’s a refreshing mocktail with orange and basil. It was sweet, slightly sour. It was punchy and had pieces of oranges that made it pulpy. Must try if you are looking to try something light, refreshing and energising. 2. Salted Caramel Baklava Sheikh- It is a dessert in itself! It is thick, creamy has a sweet and salty flavour from that salted caramel and the nutty flavour and texture from the crushed baklava. 3.Lemon Mint: Turst me you guys would love this as it's really unique and tastes so good! 4.Thandai : THE BEST,Served in a bottle, this is something you should definately try. 5.Greek Goddess : This is a blueberry based shake, properly blended and heavenly in taste. 6.Lotus Biscuit : The very popular lotus biscuit blended into a shake and served with a biscuit. Starters: 1.Harissa Chicken Kebab: Spicy and tasty kebab are a really best way to start your meal with! 2.Hummus Bayroute - I mean what a presentation of the dish it was. The hummus was so tasty and specially topped with some nuts and olive oil. I just loved it 3.Salmon Kebab: Tender salmon cooked in spices grilled to perfection and served with a saffron sauce and a tender coconut cucumber salad. Amazing dish and worth a try. 4.Kebab joojeh :The Iranian charcoal grilled smokey kebabs are simple yet classy. The saffron ingredient which essentially gives the juicy kebabs it's yellowish colour is appealing. It has a tinge of sourness I guess it's the curds magic. 5.Tawa karides -Super yummy, Juicy ,super delicious prawns .The prawns was coated in a butter garlic rich taste. Mains: 1.Lavash crust kebsa chicken :Saffron infused chicken pilaf covered with thin lavash. Lavash can basically be summed up as Middle Eastern papad that completely covers the pilaf. The pilaf is super rich and loaded with dry fruits like cashews, raisins and pine nuts which makes this super heavy too. I don't know if everyone is lucky enough but I got the whole leg piece for myself. 2.Koshari :- The national dish of egypt, Koshari is a sinful combination of nuts, pulses and dry macroni with a tomato based gravy as a dip to it. The gravy is basically sour and you can add the same to the proportion of your likingness. Dessert: 1.Baklava :- The most rich and presentable dessert of all with the chef weaving his magic with petals out of dry ice that will send you in state of wow.Taste wise very different to the usual dessert we taste with rich dry fruits tucked in between two pieces of phyllo pastry. Absolutely recommended. 2.Shukulata Al Habib: This is again a masterpiece. Presented beautifully in a sphere like chocolate work. It has rings carved out and the chocolate mousse, brownie, meringue kisses and popping candy is added. This entire sphere rests over a raspberry sorbet at the bottom. Just a lovely dessert. The 70% dark chocolate gives it the bitter sweet flavour tones. Pure bliss if you are a chocolate lover. 3.Chocolate fondant: its is basically a molten chocolate cake and they put a scoope of rich icecream with strawberry to add a flavor to it.

Next day my wife had a severe case of food poisoning with the meat dish she ordered. No issues for me with the vegetarian food. Surprised and shocked to be honest. Will never visit again inspite of great taste. Wife just delivered our baby 3 months back and we had stepped out after months for our anniversary celebration.

Yesterday visited bayroute with my brother, first of all the ambiance was awesome. The staff was very much humble and while we were unable to decide what should we order, they suggested us some dishes like Muhammara and Musabbaha with Pita. The presentation and the taste was just Fingerlicking. Then we ordered Harissa chicken kabab and kabab Istanbul which were so delicious which melted in mouth. We also ordered some drinks for us, my brother got "honey on fire" And "fig is tan" While I had "salted caramel bakl" And "farm fresh". The staff suggested us the desert " Shukulata al habib" Which was a chocolate ball with different types of chocolates. We both were in love with the desert that we ate every little particle of it. We loved the place so much that i would like everyone to visit bayroute. Thank you bayroute for having us and for the great service.

Went here on a Thursday evening and am glad to have reached early by 7.30 pm as in a hour the restaurant was packed.

Ambience - Beautiful - 5stars
Comfortable seating with Turkish style lanterns beautiful adorning the place. Even the cutlery went with the theme and was beautiful

Food - Limited portions but delicious - 4 Stars
We ordered the cheese ball starters and mushroom baklava- both were delicious. The baklava was crisp and yummm. My friend ordered the mutton starter and was very happy too. The main course was Khushali - a rice dish and national food of Egypt as recommended by the server - and Bayroute pita - extremely delicious once again.
The dessert had to be the jannat platter that bay route is popular for - it took about an hour to serve it so I would recommend you order it early on - it’s declicious with a variety of sorbet, ice candies, tangy sponge cake and chocolate variants. The ice candies taste different and it is definitely worth trying.

service - definitely could be better - 2 stars
areas of improvement -
1. Please inform the diners if you have second reservations at 10.00 pm, we were unpleasantly abruptly surprised by it.
2. While the choice of recommendations for food is excellent the estimation was a little off. The server suggested a portion of Khushali would b sufficient for 4 of us, but it wasn’t
3. We had to plead and impose on the server to take our order for the jannat dessert, he tried to dissuade us saying it’s too large for 4, needs pre ordering , table is booked , etc etc almost to a point of rudeness.

Overall, a great visit and delicious food.

Bayroute needs no introduction! Extravagant decors and delicious delicacies under single roof.

To begin with we started off with Egyptian White Wine Sangria & Arabic Date Palm Shake. Bayroute got one of the best Sangria in town. Arabic date palm shake had perfect blend of consistency & sweetness.

For the starters we tried their newly introduced Mussabaha Hummus served with Pita Bread. With perfect combination of creaminess this hummus will steal your heart.

Further we tried Kataifi Rubyan. It's basically prawns wrapped in noodles and deep fried. Jiant crispy prawns was perfect start of the meal.

For the main course we tried their special Arabic Pide and Prawns Pilaf. Both the dishes stole my heart. Pide is conoe shape pizza thing with middle eastern toppings. Simply delicious. Prawns Pilaf was equally good.

To end with we tried Knaifi Jibneh which was a perfectly crafted exotic dessert. With cheesey stuff filled with pistachios, this dessert was the star dish of the day.

Overall ambiance & decors was beautifully. Food serving time was pretty good.

My one line review would be ‘Anyone looking for rich middle eastern food must absolutely head to Bayroute’. We went on Tuesday to the Bayroute at BKC and loved the food and ambience. It is a very welcoming place also a bit tucked in so gives you the feel of eating at a restaurant within a 5star hotel property. We ordered a number of starters and the raclette batata was very crispy and fragrant. Perfect for the mild Mumbai winters. I ordered the Salted Carmanel Baklava Shake, and loved the taste of almond milk and honey. The dips went down within minutes- the Muhammara and Hummus are very fresh and creamy. The zaatar was very crispy and yummmm. Couldn’t really have any mains since we had absolutely stuffed ourselves on the soft pitas and the dips. Will surely go back for the mains. In deserts the Baklava is a very generous portion and served very stylishly. It was the perfect end to the scrumptious meal.

Highly recommended 👍
🔺Muhammara - All time favourite at bayroute. perfect blend of syrian red pepper, walnut dip, pomegranate molasses, cumin and red chilly. Beyroute is a Middle Eastern restaurant offering Mediterranean cuisine at it's best. The soothing ambiance of the place is very welcoming, and the balloon lanterns complete the Arab look and feel. The staff is very courteous and very knowledgeable about the menu, and helped in ordering the food.

Before starting with the food, we had some refreshing beverages; Salted caramel Baklava sheikh, Greek Goddess and Arabic Detox Treat. Each of these were great, but if you want to go healthy then Arabic Detox Treat is the best which is made with beetroot.

Then from the starters, we had Baba Ghanoush, Muharram, Harissa chicken kebab, Lamb Kibbeh and hummus bayroute. These were all a first for me, and each dish was unique in it's taste and flavours. They were delicious and went perfectly with the hot pita breads that were served along. We also had Hamid prawns and Msabbaha.

For the main course, we had Machboos Al Kuzu and Maqluba. Machboos Al Kuzu is a mixed rice dish that originates from Saudi Arabia that's like a traditional biryani but with lots of dry fruits and very tender meat. Maqluba is of Palestinian tradition, and is a pot of steamed meat, rice and some vegetables. A healthy variation of the general rice.

At last, we had two of the most popular and traditional desserts, Baklava and Kunafa. These were absolutely delightful and a perfect end to our amazing dinner.

Loved all the dips and the fresh pita breads. The truffle edamame hummus was brilliant and so was the Muhamara. The rice dish (forget the name) was soo flavourful. The kebabs were a tad underwhelming as compared to the other things. Not as juicy and a bit over spiced as compared to what I’ve had in the Middle East or turkey. The Bakalva Ice cream was out of this world!

We ordered various things including 1. Pitta and hummus - the dish was absolutely lip smacking. It was just perfect! The consistency of the same was just perfect.
2. Muhammara - again was super delicious. The cheese and the spices on it were spot on.
3. Musabbaha - was so authentic. Just cannot hey the taste out of our mouth
4. Farm fresh salad - was just sooo fresh the salad. The salad was nice and crunchy.
5. baklava - last but the least. The presentation was just amazing and the taste of it was just phenomenal.

Haven’t had such amazing authentic Turkish food. Was an absolute delight to go.

It has been on the top of my priority list since very long and finally got a chance to visit this Turkish delicacy venue called Bayroute.

I have heard a lot about the most awaited dessert and many of the other delicacies that are very rare and popular in Mumbai suburbs and was curious to find out what actually was so much to talk about and in the end I can only say that I've been lucky to have tasted something so much different and delicious.

I was at their BKC branch and the place was lovely, talking about the ambience the curtains ,the artificial lanter like dim lights and classically comfortable seating as well made it a perfect best in class restaurant.

Let's get straight to the food and drinks we had which included,

1. Matcha jalapeno foam tail
2. Turkish Madness

These two were cocktails ,and both were perfectly blend and the alcohol concentration was on a perfect note.

Going further we had a Turkish dark coffee called Turkish express and Arabic date palm shake.

Arabic date palm sake was highly recommended of all the drinks I had.

Alongside these drinks we had,

1. Avocado Labaneh being a cold mezze and something different that we had gone for.
2. Kebab Istanbul was another one of the famous food items that we have heard since very long.A v Tu lovely delicacy.

Going ahead to the main course we had,

1. Yemen Mandi
2. Maqluba

Yemen Mandi was a kind of lamb biryani ,perfectly flavoured and the meat was awesomely cooked as well and another being like a chicken biryani .

But the Yemen Mandi was highly recommended.

At the end it was time for the most awaited and most different prepared desserts from their menu in which we had,

1. Baclava
2. Pistachio Mill e Fuielle

Both of these were something different and being Turkish delights one of the must to go for desserts in Mumbai.

I was really to have the experience and would love t be there again and again.

Bayroute is the place where you get authentic cuisines from Greece, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey.

It is One of the Best Middle Eastern Restaurants.

The ambiance will take you to all the places I mentioned. They have an amazing dining hall with balloon-lanterns hanging to the roof and glass-walls were covered with shiny curtains. The corners were beautifully decorated with potted plants.

I'm super surprised by the taste of the food and the service.

Mr. Aakashdeep was very attentive, and understanding of our needs and expectations. He suggested Bayroute's Best Food dishes to taste and I swear he was totally right.

Mocktails :
Salted Caramel Baklava Shake was so creamy and luscious.
Greek Goddess was a perfect mocktail because it is healthy drink. It has a mixture of Berries and Yoghurt.
Aleppo Chilly Guava was also good drink with balanced taste.
Lemon-Mint is always made-up for a freshness of life. I ate bread more than anything. We all ended up with extra Pita breads.

In rice varieties, we were asked to taste Machboos-al-kuzu. It slightly looks like mutton biryaani. It is perfectly spiced-up rice dish.

Desserts :
Never disappointing desserts were Classic Baklava and Cheese Kunafa.
The Classic Baklava took my heart. It was so delicious and flavorful. I was mesmerized by the taste. It was served with crushed rose-petals.
Cheese Kunafa is the best ever thing I had in my life. It was having a super cheese. Situated near to my office, have gone to the restaurant many atimes but always missed on writing a review. So decided to pen down after half a dozen visits to the place. It’s a very beautiful themed, Lebanese middle eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Right from the back to front and right to left menu card, to the names of the dishes and lastly the taste makes it authentic.
the lamb dishes are very well made. Hummus and pita bread along with the dips acts as good appetisers. We have always had more of the starters section rather than the main course with rice and biryani etc.
Also how can one miss not eating the sweets. Baklava to the dramatic frozen rice petal crushing over the cake is a must have. I will recommend this place to others. Overall a nice restaurant (albeit a bit pricey) and a taste which lingers on. Will visit the place more.

Bringing you food , all the way from Middle east a land rich of spices and of sweetness, bayroute has come to Mumbai and definitely made a special appearance in our hearts, With it's Chic Ambience and Soulful Music one would not only get lost but definitely have their best time of their lives

To begin with quenching our thirst we ordered some drinks that is Baklava Shake which was rich , creamy and extremely tasty, we also called for Aleppo Chilli Guava which was really refreshing , after good drinks we called for some appetizers in 2 category namely the Hot Mezze from which we ordered Kebab Joojeh which was tender and cooked to utter perfection , while in cold mezze platter we ordered Muhamara with Pita Bread which was divine and we totally savoured it ,

Coming to the Mains we ordered the Maqluba which was decent and lastly we couldn't wait for our Desserts we ordered the famous Baklava which was insane and left us in complete nostalgia , moreover it was presented beautifully with crushed petals of roses ,since we were in love with the first dessert we called for the second desserts that is Lotus Drama which was a total madnesses with it's mouth watering Cheesecake topped with icecream and crumbles that went along perfectly with the whole dish , a total recommended dessert here and that one must have ,

Overall this place is gives you a lovely vibe and for any occasion this can be your ideal spot , one should definitely bookmark this place
