The best ice cream that I have ever tasted. It is very clean and neat shop with lots of varieties of ice creams that we can have here. The people which are serving the ice cream is very good and very decent when they talk. You must try waffles with ice cream here. The only issue is the price of their ice cream is too high as compared to other ice cream shops. They can work with their price and reduce it to deliver the best.

During my recent visit to Bandra, I stumbled upon this hidden gem known for its mouthwatering desserts. Despite its small size, this place offers a wide variety of sweet treats. The entire place is adorned with ice creams, waffles, and more, enough to make any dessert enthusiast's heart skip a beat. We decided to try the Dark Chocolate Pancakes with Nutella Salted Caramel ice cream as an extra treat. It was absolutely divine and left us craving for more. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the other flavors. We devoured our desserts like kids, and then we couldn't resist having another scoop of the heavenly Nutella ice cream. The taste alone is reason enough to keep us coming back for more.

We found a gem place at Bandra west which is famous for dessert known as Icecreamfactory. A small factory of Gelatos/ Waffles/Sundaes. They have an extensive menu with an array of delightful flavors that will make your taste buds dance with joy. The Ice Cream Factory truly knows how to create unique and tantalizing combinations that will leave you craving for more.

Literally a small factory of Gelatos/Waffles/sundaes etc. Located at the bustling food street of Carter road. Dreamy ambience. The taste and texture of Gelatos were supreme. The staff was well trained. They also helped us make choices.(pro tip: You can taste the flavours before deciding the order) Turkish baklava, Belgian chocolate were awesome. Tried yogurt with fresh fruits; while the presentation was commendable, the taste was okay. Verdict: While there are plenty of options on the road, the ice cream factory stands out for its unique flavours.

Easily missable tiny ice cream parlour with a yellow door that stands out and a refreshing and balanced range of ice cream flavours to fruity ice creams in its simplest form and options for chocolate and biscuit fans. They have assorted cups with waffles, chocolate, different toppings stacked like tiny dessert hills and more chocolate if you need added i think. Tried almost all the flavours in the display and the blueberry cheesecake, Sugar Apple and Guava sorbet were the winners for me. It was a warm day and these flavours hit the spot. The cashier was down to earth and welcoming where he decided to top up the ice cream with more fresh fruits and didnt charge for the extra toppings. Definitely worth the visit if you want to grab a cup and walk around the place

I decided to try their Wild Berry Cheesecake ice cream, which was an absolute delight. The berry flavor was outstanding, and it tasted incredibly good. Next, I ventured into something new and ordered their Nutella Brownie Bubble Waffle. It was my first time trying this, and it was amazing. The portion was quite generous, making it perfect for sharing with 2 to 3 people. We also decided to quench our thirst and opted for the Ferrero Rocher Frappe. While the taste was good, it was quite rich and heavy. One of the highlights of this place is its beautiful location along Carter Road, making it an ideal spot for couples. Moreover, the store is impeccably clean, and they prioritize hygiene. If you ever find yourself in Bandra, I highly recommend paying this place a visit!

One of the best icecream parlour located in Carter's road. They have various options in bubble waffle, pancakes, icecreams, brownies and much more .. Firstly i tried their red velvet hot brownie which was just amazing just 10/10. Then we had their cheesecake waffle, mango pancakes. Also an special attraction is smoke biscuts which are available in two flavours. Ambiance 9/10 Taste 10/10 Service 10/10 Would really recommend every desert lover to visit this place.

Bandra carters as always happening place, recently visited here, order belgium choco icecream and wild berry cheese icecream, the belgium was wayy tooo dark in taste too and cheesy was quite good.<br/>Before leaving that place thought to give a try on Smoke biscuits, more then taste i had fun😅 nice place. I had ordered for two flavours - Ferrero Crunch and Red Velvet. The Ferrero Crunch had no crunch - no nuts, no chocolate, nothing and red velvet was a complete disappointment. I bought the family tubs and feel that it's an absolute waste of money. Highly disappointed!

I would suggest you NEVER order anything other than their chocolate flavours. The rest of the ice creams (though I've had two different flavours other than chocolate at two separate times) were just wrong (to the point that I couldn't finish). Will update my review if I ever have the choco flavours.

Ice cream factory is a must place to visit for every one as we get both the tasty snaps and treats. Them making ice cream in front of us is so cool and also the creamy texture it has and a quality to disperse as soon as it touches your tongues is really satisfying. The variety of ice-cream flavors will definitely satisfy your icy cool mood. It is a must have experience.

A visit yesterday was a little disappointing to say the least. Tried a few flavors but barring belgian chocolate, all were too high on the sweet quotient! A small portion for 160/- was definitely not worth the price too, as the texture was little watery. <br/>:(

The Ambience of this place a little crowded since the outlet is very small. But the overall experience is amazing  and fun to have the smoke balls. <br/>People will surely enjoy the place and Don't forget to try the smoky one.

All their tubs are heaven...heavily loaded...delicious...but to grab one u need to patiently wait in the queue...the Carter Road outlet is very small to even stand in...only the seating is a dismay!

Visited this outlet at Carter road ... The outlet is small but it has a pretty decor...Tried something new today....its called the 'Artisanal Gelato' ..and it is available in small,medium and the family tub ...I ordered the medium one which included three flavors i.e Madagascar Fine Chocolate , Wildberry Cheesecake and Shahi Darbar Kulfi ...and it was an amazing combination.. The quantity is a lot and I recommend that you don't try eating this one alone.<br/>The Wildberry Cheesecake Taco had 2 scoops of Cheesecake ice cream in a Taco shaped waffle covering. The ice cream is rich and delicious!<br/>This place is a must try to satisfy your sweet tooth!

A place located in Carter road is heaven for all the dessert lovers and the ones obsessed with ice cream. It was a lovely concept and I absolutely loved that dish. The ice cream was amazing and the toppings of wild Berries adds flavour to it.<br/>2. The Dar Witch: It was a dark bubble waffle with all the toppings of Dark Chocolate. It was very tempting and mouth watering. The waffle was soft and tastes amazing. Tried the Chocolate Overdose Bubble Waffle & Nutella Freak Shake. Both were awesome & overloaded. Kids loved them too. Will surely visit again & try the tempting ice creams.

Expect us to order what is available instead of what we want. I ordered at 1 pm and most of things were out of stock through it did not reflect on this app. The person who called me instead of being apologetic was like why don’t you have what we have . Most of the things on the menu were not there.

The staff here is very courteous, helpful and quick in their service. The decor is quite smart and beautiful for a small outlet like this.<br/><br/>I loved the ice creams served in a different ways and here are few which I had.<br/><br/>1) Wild Berries Cheesecake - A gelato with a mix of Wild Berries and Cheesecake is a must try here. Love the creaminess of this ice cream and it tastes yum. This gelato was served on a waffle cone made of charcoal flavour and surrounded by white cream and sprinkles. 5/5<br/><br/>2) Hazelnut Cremino - This gelato has Hazelnut based chocolate syrup mixed with ice cream along with hazelnuts. This gelato was served on a vanilla flavoured waffle cone. 5/5<br/><br/>3) The Fresh Fruit Swing - This is one of the best thing that I had over here. The big tub was filled with bubble waffle sheet topped with mango puree, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, loads of whipped cream and chopped fresh fruits. This was later drizzled with mango puree once again. Delicious and stomach filling. One of this is enough. 5/5<br/><br/>4) Ferrero King Nutella Freakshake - This one is a killer shake with goodness of Ferrero Rocher and richness of Nutella in a milkshake. Topped with whipped cream, ferrero rocher chocolate and choco chips. This drink is quite heavy and stomach filling. This icecream factory is located at a busy street of Carter road where there are so much options to try out. This is is anyways doing some good business, they are probably giving a tough competition to other brands in the same street.<br/><br/>We tried a couple of delights from this place.<br/>We tried a bubble wrap, The chocolate overdose.<br/>It wasa choco-licious experience.<br/><br/>Nutella pancakes from this place is also amazing!!!!<br/><br/>If you wanna go for a dark chocolate Gelato then you should probably give Madagascar fine chocolate a try!!!<br/><br/>This place is quite small for the so much audience. These outlet is know for amazing shakes and waffles , there desert are best in there area and the items we tried hereclike Oreo cookies and cream, and it was fabulous in taste and it's was yummy.<br/>Wildberriws cheesecake was fantastic in taste and lots of cheese was there and good in a taste.<br/>Cookies N cream bubble was exotic in looking and taste was good and its was huge and good in a tatse. Triple chocolate therapy pancakes was fantastic in a tatse and it's was so yummy and so much chocolate cream was there. We ordered Nutella variant which was loaded with chocolate waffle, fudgy ice cream, whipped cream n Nutella. Toooo good.<br/><br/>Sicilian pistachio if you are like me who likes sweet and salty combo. It's amazing.<br/><br/>Ferro shake, by now you would have guessed I love hazelnut flavour and this shake is to die for. It's thick, chocolatey, with intense flavour of Nutella.

Ice-Cream factory actually doesn’t serve ice creams but they serve Gelatos, which are different from ice creams.<br/>I will personally prefer Gelato than ice cream any day.<br/>They have a small outlet with two benches for the patrons. THERE is Seating place only for OLD PEOPLE not for youngsters <br/><br/>The Icecreams were pretty tempting when I had a look at them.<br/><br/>We tried few items which are as follows :-<br/><br/>•Chocolate Overdose Bubble Waffle<br/><br/>This was pretty good, had a good amount of chocolate pieces in it. Chocolate fans this one is for you. Even the bubble waffle was pretty enjoyable.<br/><br/>•Ferrero King Nutella Freakshake <br/><br/>The goodness of Ferrero Rocher and Nutella was present in this. The shake is quite heavy. One can get stomach full by having this.<br/><br/>•Wild berries Cheesecake <br/><br/>With a good amount of berries , this was a delightful ice-cream to have. And none, literally none of them have been disappointing.<br/>I've been blown away by the flavors, texture and variety of ice creams they offer. 'Ice Cream Factory ' This ice-cream parlour is a savior in this area mostly during the day time. They have huge variety in their menu right from taco, ice-cream, shakes, waffles, pancakes, smoky biscuits almost everything in dessert is serve here.<br/><br/>Ice cream was smooth but most importantly cone was pretty awesome they also have many varieties in their cone. Freak shakes was also nice as the shake in that was pretty smooth.<br/><br/>Service was nice & the staff their was also friendly they were suggesting some good combination. This ice-cream joint has lots of outlets i am pretty sure I'll be visiting them surely.
